erm..
these are tips for maintaining batik (batik cap and batik tulis);

-Hand wash, or best just soak the cloth...

-Use very little detergent, best to use lerak...

-Hang the batik directly, do not squeeze the cloth...

-Do not hang in direct sunlight...

-The iron should not directly touch the cloth, best to use a steam iron...

-Silk batik is best dry-cleaned..

-Do not spray perfume onto the cloth directly....

The inherent durability of composites is attractive to many industries, and not least of all the construction industry. Many structures have now been in service for more than 50 years.

Boats are a good example of the successful application of composites. It also happen to be one of the earliest mass applications of the technology.Boats can be made out of a variety of materials – wood, aluminium, steel, and even concrete, yet most pleasure boats today are built from fibreglass composites. The reason is that composites can be easily moulded into complex shapes which improve boat design.

The most famous (and largest) example of which is the Duramold construction of the eight-engine Hughes flying boat. A few production aircraft also used the Duramold construction materials and methods.

Other uses include fishing rods and storage tanks. The new Boeing 787 structure including the wings and fuselage is composed largely of composites.

The term "composite" indicates the use of different materials that provide strengths, light weight, or other functional benefits when used in combination that they cannot provide when used separately. They usually consist of a fibre-reinforced resin matrix. The resin can be a vinyl ester, epoxy, or polyester, while the reinforcement might be any one of a variety of fibres, ranging from glass through carbon, boron, and a number of proprietary types.

Left-handedness is the preference for the left hand over the right for everyday activities such as writing. Most left-handed people exhibit some degree of ambidexterity. Left-handedness is relatively uncommon; 90 to 93 percent of the adult population is right-handed. Left-handed people are sometimes placed at a disadvantage by the prevalence of right-handed tools in society. Many tools and devices are designed to be comfortably used with the right hand. For example, (right-handed) scissors, a very common tool, are arranged so that the line being cut along can be seen by a right-handed user, but is obscured to a left-handed user. Furthermore, the handles are often molded in a way that is difficult for a left-hander to hold, and extensive use in such cases can lead to varying levels of discomfort. It can be difficult for left-handed children to learn to write if the teacher does not take the student's left-handedness into account. In fact, even in the later 20th century, some UK schools were discouraging children from writing with their left hand, often seriously affecting the child's development (Hansard 1998). When properly done, left-handed writing is a mirror image to that of the right-hander, making the teaching process confusing for the right-handed teacher of a left-handed student.

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009), known as the "King of Pop", was an American musician and one of the most commercially successful and influential entertainers of all time. His unique contributions to music and dance, along with a highly publicized personal life, made him a prominent figure in popular culture for four decades.

Alongside his brothers, he made his debut in 1964 as lead singer and youngest member of The Jackson 5, and began a successful solo career in 1971. His 1982 album Thriller remains the best-selling album of all time, with Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and HIStory (1995) among the best selling. He is widely credited with having transformed the music video from a promotional tool into an art form, with videos for his songs "Billie Jean", "Beat It" and "Thriller" making him the first African American artist to amass a strong crossover following on MTV. With stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of physically complicated dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk. His distinctive musical sound, vocal style and choreography inspired numerous pop, rock, R&B and hip hop artists, while also breaking down cultural, racial and generational barriers.Jackson had a troubled relationship with his father. He stated that he was physically and emotionally abused during incessant rehearsals, whippings, and name-calling, though he credited his father's discipline for his success.[4] In one altercation recalled by Marlon, Joseph held Michael upside down by one leg and "pummeled him over and over again with his hand, hitting him on his back and buttocks".[5] Joseph would also trip or push his sons into walls. One night while Michael was asleep, Joseph climbed into his room through the bedroom window, wearing a fright mask and screaming. He said he wanted to teach the children not to leave the window open when they went to sleep. For years afterward, Jackson said he suffered nightmares about being kidnapped from his bedroom.[5] Joseph acknowledged in 2003 that he regularly whipped Jackson as a child.[6]

Assalamualaikum, Boney M. is a pop and disco group created by record producer Frank Farian. Originally based in West Germany, the four original members of the group's official lineup were Bobby Farrell (Aruba), Liz Mitchell (Jamaica), Marcia Barrett (Jamaica) and Maizie Williams (Montserrat).Frank Farian (Franz Reuther), German schlager singer, wasn't happy with the choice of material his record company wanted him to sing. He went into the studio in December 1974 and recorded the song single "Baby Do You Wanna Bump", a monotonous dance track, singing the repeated "Do you do you wanna bump?" in a deep voice (entirely studio created) as well as performing the high female chorus vocals in his falsetto voice. The record came out, credited to "Boney M." Frank Farian had been watching an Australian detective show, where the lead character, an Australian Aborigine, was called Boney, and Farian decided that this would make a good name for a group, and added the M. After a slow start it became a hit in the Netherlands and Belgium. It was then that Farian decided to hire a team to 'front' the group for TV performances. A booking agency (Katja Wolfe) found model-turned-singer Maizie Williams (originally from Montserrat) and her Jamaican friend and singer Sheyla Bonnick for him, and a dancer called Mike for the first gigs. Also during 1975, a girl named Nathalie joined but was soon replaced by Claudja Barry. Then Bonnick and Mike left, and Maizie Williams brought in an exotic dancer from Aruba, Bobby Farrell. Singer Marcia Barrett (Jamaica) reluctantly joined the group, which went through another change in line-up when Claudja Barry – tired of merely lip-synching – left in February 1976 to pursue a solo career as a disco singer. Finally Liz Mitchell, an unemployed singer and former member of the Les Humphries Singers, stepped in – and the final line-up was found at last with Maizie Williams, Marcia Barrett, Liz Mitchell and Bobby Farrell.

Assalamualaikum.. Football is the name of several similar team sports, all of which involve (to varying degrees) kicking a ball with the foot in an attempt to score a goal. The most popular of these sports worldwide is association football, more commonly known as just "football" or "soccer". However the word football is applied to whichever form of football became most popular in each particular part of the world. Hence the English language word "football" is applied to "gridiron football" (a name associated with the North American sports, especially American football and Canadian football), Australian football, Gaelic football, rugby league, rugby union, and related games. These rule variations are known as "codes."While it is widely believed that the word "football" (or "foot ball") originated in reference to the action of the foot kicking a ball, there is a rival explanation, which has it that football originally referred to a variety of games in medieval Europe, which were played on foot.[1] These games were usually played by peasants, as opposed to the horse-riding sports often played by aristocrats. While there is no conclusive evidence for this explanation, the word football has always implied a variety of games played on foot, not just those that involved kicking a ball. In some cases, the word football has even been applied to games which have specifically outlawed kicking the ball.

assalamualaikum.. An electron is a subatomic particle that carries a negative electric charge. It has no known substructure and is believed to be a point particle.[2] An electron has a mass that is approximately 1836 times less than that of the proton.[8] The intrinsic angular momentum (spin) of the electron is a half integer value of 1⁄2, which means that it is a fermion. The antiparticle of the electron is called the positron, which is identical to the electron except that it carries electrical and other charges of the opposite sign. When an electron collides with a positron, they annihilate, producing a pair (or more) of gamma ray photons. Electrons, which belong to the first generation of the lepton particle family,[9] participate in gravitational, electromagnetic and weak interactions.[10] Electrons have quantum mechanical properties of both a particle and a wave, so they can collide with other particles and be diffracted like light. Since an electron is a fermion, no two electrons can occupy the same quantum state, a property known as the Pauli exclusion principle.[9]

The concept of an indivisible amount of electric charge was theorized to explain the chemical properties of atoms, beginning in 1838 by British natural philosopher Richard Laming;[4] the name electron was introduced for this charge in 1894 by Irish physicist George Johnstone Stoney. The electron was identified as a particle in 1897 by J. J. Thomson and his team of British physicists.[6][11]

The proton is a subatomic particle with an electric charge of +1 elementary charge. It is found in the nucleus of each atom but is also stable by itself and has a second identity as the hydrogen ion, H+. It is composed of three fundamental particles: two up quarks and one down quark.[3]Protons are spin-½ fermions and are composed of three quarks,[4] making them baryons. The two up quarks and one down quark of the proton are held together by the strong force, mediated by gluons.[3]

Protons and neutrons are both nucleons, which may be bound by the nuclear force into atomic nuclei. The nucleus of the most common isotope of the hydrogen atom is a single proton (it contains no neutrons). The nuclei of heavy hydrogen (deuterium and tritium) contain neutrons. All other types of atoms are composed of two or more protons and various numbers of neutrons. The number of protons in the nucleus determines the chemical properties of the atom and thus which chemical element is represented; it is the number of both neutrons and protons in a nuclide which determine the particular isotope of an element. Protons have a +1 charge. This is the same magnitude of an electron but an electron has a −1 charge.

assalamualaikum...Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents' half of the court. A rally ends once the shuttlecock has struck the ground, and each side may only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net.

The shuttlecock (or shuttle) is a feathered projectile whose unique aerodynamic properties cause it to fly differently from the balls used in most racquet sports; in particular, the feathers create much higher drag, causing the shuttlecock to decelerate more rapidly than a ball. Shuttlecocks have a much higher top speed, when compared to other racquet sports. Because shuttlecock flight is affected by wind, competitive badminton is best played indoors. Badminton is also played outdoors as a casual recreational activity, often as a garden or beach game.

Since 1992, badminton has been an Olympic sport with five events: men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed doubles, in which each pair consists of a man and a woman. At high levels of play, the sport demands excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed and precision. It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.

Assalamualaikum...An ionic bond is a type of chemical bond that involves a metal and a nonmetal ion (or polyatomic ions such as ammonium) through electrostatic attraction. In short, it is a bond formed by the attraction between two oppositely charged ions.

The metal donates one or more electrons, forming a positively charged ion or cation with a stable electron configuration. These electrons then enter the non metal, causing it to form a negatively charged ion or anion which also has a stable electron configuration. The electrostatic attraction between the oppositely charged ions causes them to come together and form a bond.

For example, common table salt is sodium chloride. When sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl) are combined, the sodium atoms each lose an electron, forming a cation (Na+), and the chlorine atoms each gain an electron to form an anion (Cl−). These ions are then attracted to each other in a 1:1 ratio to form sodium chloride (NaCl).

Na + Cl → Na+ + Cl− → NaCl

Electron configurations of lithium and fluorine. Lithium has one electron in its outer shell, held rather loosely because the ionization energy is low. Fluorine carries 7 electrons in its outer shell. When one electron moves from lithium to fluorine, each ion acquires the noble gas configuration. The bonding energy from the electrostatic attraction of the two oppositely-charged ions has a large enough negative value that the overall bonded state energy is lower than the unbonded state

The removal of electrons from the atoms is endothermic and causes the ions to have a higher energy. There may also be energy changes associated with breaking of existing bonds or the addition of more than one electron to form anions. However, the attraction of the ions to each other lowers their energy.

Ionic bonding will occur only if the overall energy change for the reaction is favourable – when the bonded atoms have a lower energy than the free ones. The larger the resulting energy change the stronger the bond. The low electronegativity of metals and high electronegativity of non-metals means that the energy change of the reaction is most favorable when metals lose electrons and non-metals gain electrons. An ionic bond doesn't need metal.

Pure ionic bonding is not known to exist. All ionic compounds have a degree of covalent bonding. The larger the difference in electronegativity between two atoms, the more ionic the bond. Ionic compounds conduct electricity when molten or in solution. They generally have a high melting point and tend to be soluble in water.

assalamualaikum..A covalent bond is a form of chemical bonding that is characterized by the sharing of pairs of electrons between atoms, or between atoms and other covalent bonds. In short, attraction-to-repulsion stability that forms between atoms when they share electrons is known as covalent bonding.[1]

Covalent bonding includes many kinds of interaction, including σ-bonding, π-bonding, metal to non-metal bonding, agostic interactions, and three-center two-electron bonds.[2][3] The term covalent bond dates from 1939.[4] The prefix co- means jointly, associated in action, partnered to a lesser degree, etc.; thus a "co-valent bond", essentially, means that the atoms share "valence", such as is discussed in valence bond theory. In the molecule H2, the hydrogen atoms share the two electrons via covalent bonding. Covalency is greatest between atoms of similar electronegativities. Thus, covalent bonding does not necessarily require the two atoms be of the same elements, only that they be of comparable electronegativity. Although covalent bonding entails sharing of electrons, it is not necessarily delocalized. Furthermore, in contrast to electrostatic interactions ("ionic bonds") the strength of covalent bond depends on the angular relation between atoms in polyatomic molecules.

assalamualaikum.. Modern Talking was a German Dance pop duo consisting of Thomas Anders and Dieter Bohlen. Genre-wise they were often classified under Europop. By sales, it is the most successful and popular group in Germany.First formed at the end of 1984, they unexpectedly became immensely popular with their eurodisco hit single You're My Heart, You're My Soul with which they occupied the number one position in 35 countries[4] including their homeland where it perched at the top for six weeks, the single went on to sell eight million copies world-wide[1]. The track was then followed by another number one hit You Can Win If You Want in the middle of 1985 from the The First Album. The album went on being certified platinum in Germany[1].
Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders in the 1987 "Romantic Warriors" Album

This file is a candidate for speedy deletion. It may be deleted after Thursday, 23 October 2008.

Soon after the second hit, Modern Talking released the single Cheri Cheri Lady which quickly climbed to the top as well, and being the only track released from their second album Let's Talk About Love, it managed to push the album to a platinum status in Germany[1]. The success continued with two other number one singles such as Brother Louie and Atlantis Is Calling (S.O.S. for Love) both from the third album Ready For Romance. The duo also charted high with their sixth single Geronimo's Cadillac from the fourth album In the Middle of Nowhere and Jet Airliner from their fifth album Romantic Warriors.

During this era Modern Talking were successful in Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East, particularly in Iran, where all Western pop music was banned after the 1979 Islamic revolution, and also in several African countries. In the United Kingdom they entered the top ten only once with the song Brother Louie (#4 UK in 1986). Like most European pop groups, they were almost unknown in North America, never appearing in the US charts, although they did become one hit wonders in Canada when Brother Louie hit #34 in 1987. They released two albums a year between 1985 and 1987 while also promoting their singles on television all over Europe eventually selling 65 million records within three years.

assalamualaikum..Metallic bonding is the electromagnetic interaction between delocalized electrons, called conduction electrons and gathered in an "electron sea", and the metallic nuclei within metals. Understood as the sharing of "free" electrons among a lattice of positively-charged ions (cations), metallic bonding is sometimes compared with that of molten salts; however, this simplistic view holds true for very few metals. In a more quantum-mechanical view, the conduction electrons divide their density equally over all atoms that function as neutral (non-charged) entities. Metallic bonding accounts for many physical properties of metals, such as strength, malleability, ductility, thermal and electrical conductivity, opacity, and luster. Although the term metallic bond is often used in contrast to the term covalent bond, it is more preferable to use the term metallic bonding, because this type of bonding is collective in nature and a single "metallic bond" does not exist. (Note that covalent metal-metal bonds are well known for many metals and one example is the mercurous ion Hg2+2, metallic bonding is a different type of bonding found in bulk metals.)The combination of two phenomena gives rise to metallic bonding: delocalization of electrons and the availability of a far larger number of delocalized energy states than of delocalized electrons. The latter could be called electron deficiency.

assalamualaikum.. The Beatles were an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960 who became one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed bands in the history of popular music.[1] During their years of international stardom, the group consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals). Although their initial musical style was rooted in 1950s rock and roll and skiffle, the group later worked with different musical genres, ranging from Tin Pan Alley to psychedelic rock. Their clothes, style and statements made them trend-setters, while their growing social awareness saw their influence extend into the social and cultural revolutions of the 1960s.

With an early five-piece line-up of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, Stuart Sutcliffe (bass) and Pete Best (drums), The Beatles built their reputation in Liverpool and Hamburg clubs over a three-year period from 1960. Sutcliffe died from a cerebral hemorrhage in 1962, and Best was replaced by Starr the same year. Moulded into a professional outfit by music store owner Brian Epstein after he offered to act as the group's manager, and with their musical potential enhanced by the hands-on creativity of producer George Martin, The Beatles achieved a UK mainstream hit in late 1962 with the single "Love Me Do". Gaining worldwide popularity over the course of the next year, they reinforced their success with extensive touring until 1966, then retreated to the recording studio until their breakup in 1970. Each then found success in an independent musical career. McCartney and Starr remain active; Lennon was shot and killed in 1980, and Harrison died of cancer in 2001.

During their studio years, The Beatles produced what critics consider some of their finest material including the album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967), widely regarded as a masterpiece in professional reviews. In 2003 Rolling Stone magazine selected Sgt. Pepper as the greatest album of all time, with three other Beatles albums also in the top ten. Nearly four decades after their breakup, The Beatles' music continues to be popular, and September 2009 saw the release of a newly remastered discography as well as the video game The Beatles: Rock Band.[2]

hello !!!!!!!!
today i would like to share about topic that my group choose for our material project;DENTAL IMPLANT.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root replacement and is used in prosthetic dentistry to support restorations that resemble a tooth or group of teeth. There are several types of dental implants. The major classifications are divided into osseointegrated implant and the fibrointegrated implant. Earlier implants, such as the subperiosteal implant and the blade implant were usually fibrointegrated. The most widely accepted and successful implant today is the osseointegrated implant, based on the discovery by Swedish Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark that titanium can be successfully fused into bone when osteoblasts grow on and into the rough surface of the implanted titanium. This forms a structural and functional connection between the living bone and the implant. A variation on the implant procedure is the implant-supported bridge, or implant-supported denture.

This method can replaces the dentures as it will permenantly keep the tooth in their original structure.Dental implant success is related to operator skill, quality and quantity of the bone available at the site, and also to the patient's oral hygiene. The general consensus of opinion is that implants carry a success rate of around 95%.One of the most important factors that determine implant success is the achievement and maintenance of implant stability.

with this implant method, all activity can be back to normal such as eating, speak and even smile to others.=)

In this post I would like to share some helpful tips for better sleep at night. It is important to keep your mind relaxed and calm while going to bed.

Avoid doing anything close to bedtime that might excite you and keep you awake in bed - like watching disturbing news etc. Try to keep yourself calm and relaxed as your sleep time is approaching.

Physical exercise and fresh during the day can help you to sleep better at night. People who work in open air and who do more physical work seem to suffer less from insomnia than people who work in closed offices and usually do sedentary jobs.

Having a warm bath can help you sleep better. The warm water can relax and soothe your body. If you add lavender to it then all the more better.

Another good tip would be to try your best to stick to a sleeping and waking up schedule. Trying to sleep and wake up at same time everyday can make your body accustomed to the schedule and you may soon begin to feel sleepy automatically at the scheduled time.

If you are unable to sleep as soon as you lie down on bed, do not worry about not being able to fall asleep. Worrying might put additional pressure on you and keep you awake longer. Instead of trying to sleep, you can do just the opposite of what you want - i.e. try to keep awake. This way you might be more likely to find yourself dozing away soon.

If you can, avoid looking at the clock if you wake up in the middle of the night. This might put pressure on you as you will feel that there is only less time remaining till the night finishes.

Avoid caffeine, tea, or carbonated drinks like cola etc. before bedtime. Avoid heavy meals before bedtime and also at the same time, it is not advisable to go to bed on a hungry stomach. If you do feel hungry, you might have some light snacks.

If you follow the above tips for sleeping better at night, then you might find some improvement in the quality of sleep. Even for people suffering from chronic insomnia, these tips to go to sleep at night might be useful up to a certain degree.

Hey everyone !!!This time i would like to share about information how to lose weight.Millions of men and women all over the world struggle with weight issues and do not know how to resolve these problems. If you're someone who has tried losing weight in the past using fad diets and unsuccessful visits to the gym, you are not alone.

If losing weight were easy, everyone would be thin. In order to burn fat and lose permanent pounds, you must be willing to dedicate yourself to a few things. The first thing you need to do is change your eating habits. Most people think they can eat whatever they want as long as they exercise and that is simply not true.

The first mistake people make is gorging on 3 big meals and still having snacks or desserts before and/or after these meals. It is important that you control your portions by eating six small meals a day. This will keep your energy levels and metabolism high. The higher your metabolism is, the more fat that you will burn.

Don't ever skip breakfast! In fact, breakfast should generally be your biggest meal of the day and it should always include complex carbohydrates. This will kickstart your day and your energy level.

The other important factor in losing weight that many people ignore is detoxifying your body. Every day you inhale and consume harmful toxins through the air you breathe and the foods you eat. You should drink plenty of water whenever you can to help flush out these toxins.

Another method to detoxing your body is using fat burning body wraps. They are very helpful in absorbing all the toxins in your fat cells which will make you feel better and lose inches around your waist, thighs, face, neck, or arms.

Exercise and staying active is also important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and losing weight quickly. If you're fed up with of all the fad diets and want to drop pounds quickly and easily, these techniques are very useful.
so any of us that want to lose weight can follow this tips.Im sure it will help u a lot.=)

assalamualaikum, I like to share to you all about the land below the winds...Sabah is a Malaysian state located on the northern portion of the island of Borneo (see map). It is the second largest state in Malaysia after Sarawak, which it borders on its south-west. It also shares a border with the province of East Kalimantan of Indonesia in the south. In spite of its status as a Malaysian state, Sabah remains a disputed territory; the Philippines has a dormant claim over much of the eastern part of the territory. The capital of Sabah is Kota Kinabalu, formerly known as Jesselton. Sabah is known as "Sabah, negeri di bawah bayu", which means "Sabah, the land below the winds", because of its location just south of the typhoon-prone region around the Philippines. The western part of Sabah is generally mountainous, containing the three highest mountains in Malaysia. The most prominent range is the Crocker Range which houses several mountains of varying height from about 1,000 metres to 4,000 metres. At the height of 4,095 metres, Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain in Malaysia . The jungles of Sabah are classified as rainforests and host a diverse array of plant and animal species. Kinabalu National Park was inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 2000 because of its richness in plant diversity combined with its unique geological, topographical, and climatic conditions. From 1942 to 1945 during the Second World War, Japanese forces occupied North Borneo. The Japanese forces landed in Labuan on January 1, 1942, and continued to invade the rest of North Borneo. Bombings by the allied forces devastated of most towns including Sandakan, which was totally razed to the ground. Resistance against Japanese occupation were concentrated on the west and north coast of North Borneo. The resistance in Jesselton was led by Albert Kwok and Jules Stephens of the Kinabalu Guerillas. Another resistance was led by Panglima Alli from Sulug Island, off the coast of Jesselton. In Kudat, there were also some resistance led by Tun Datu Mustapha. On October 10, 1943, the Kinabalu Guerrillas together with followers of Panglima Alli staged a surprise attack on the Japanese. The attack however was foiled. The 324 local residents who participated in the attacks, including Albert Kwok and Panglima Alli, were detained in Petagas and later executed on January 21, 1944.[4] The site of the execution is today known as the Petagas War Memoria

Do you know about burger king???it is a fast food company whereas their product is all about burgers. It taste delicious.
Burger King, often abbreviated as BK, is a global chain of hamburger fast food restaurants headquartered in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The first restaurant was opened in Miami, Florida in 1954 by James McLamore and David Edgerton, and has since used several variations of franchising to expand its operations. Burger King Holdings Corporation is the parent company of Burger King; in the United States it operates under the Burger King Brands title while internationally it operates under the Burger King Corporation banner. It is a publicly traded company with investment firms of TPG Capital, Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners each owning about 25% of the company.

At the end of its fiscal year 2008, Burger King reported that there are more than 11,550 outlets in 71 countries; 66% are in the United States and 90% are privately owned and operated. The company has more than 37,000 employees serving approximately 11.4 million customers daily. In North America, franchises are licensed on a per store basis, while in several international locations licenses are sold on a regional basis with franchises owning exclusive development rights for the region or country. These regional franchises are known as master franchises, and are responsible for opening new restaurants, licensing new third party operators, and performing standards oversight of all restaurant locations in these countries; The largest example of a master franchise is Hungry Jack's, which exclusively owns, operates or sub-licenses over 300 restaurants in Australia.

The Burger King menu has evolved from a basic offering of burgers, fries, sodas and milkshakes in 1954 to a larger, more diverse set of offerings that includes several variations of chicken, fish, salads and breakfast. The Whopper, a sandwich that has since become Burger King's signature product, was the first major addition to the menu by Mr. McLamore in 1957. Not all introductions have had the success of the Whopper; BK has introduced many products which failed to catch hold in the marketplace. Some products that have failed in the US have seen success in foreign markets, where BK has also tailored its menu for regional tastes.

The company's "Golden Age" of advertising was during the 1970s when it introduced its mascot the Magical Burger King, a memorable jingle, and several well known and parodied slogans. Beginning in the early 1980s, its advertising began to lose focus; a series of less successful ad campaigns created by various agencies continued for the next two decades. In 2003, Burger King set about resuscitating its moribund advertising with the hiring of the Miami-based advertising agency of Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B). They completely reorganized Burger King's advertising with a series of new advertisements centered on a resuscitated Magical Burger King character.

Im sure that u'll be satiesfy with the taste of their product although the price is quiet expansive. But it is still affordable to buy.Try to taste the pleasure and fantastic of burger at BurGer King.=)

Carbon nanotubes are allotropes of carbon with a cylindrical nanostructure. Nanotubes have been constructed with length-to-diameter ratio of up to 28,000,000:1, which is significantly larger than any other material. These cylindrical carbon molecules have novel properties that make them potentially useful in many applications in nanotechnology, electronics, optics and other fields of materials science, as well as potential uses in architectural fields. They exhibit extraordinary strength and unique electrical properties, and are efficient thermal conductors. Their final usage, however, may be limited by their potential toxicity...

HSDPA, short for High-Speed Downlink Packet Access, is a new protocol for mobile telephone data transmission. It is known as a 3.5G (G stands for generation) technology. Essentially, the standard will provide download speeds on a mobile phone equivalent to an ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) line in a home, removing any limitations placed on the use of your phone by a slow connection. It is an evolution and improvement on W-CDMA, or Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, a 3G protocol. HSDPA improves the data transfer rate by a factor of at least five over W-CDMA. HSDPA can achieve theoretical data transmission speeds of 8-10 Mbps (megabits per second). Though any data can be transmitted, applications with high data demands such as video and streaming music are the focus of HSDPA...

Its ubiquity makes international roaming very common between mobile phone operators, enabling subscribers to use their phones in many parts of the world. GSM differs from its predecessors in that both signaling and speech channels are digital, and thus is considered a second generation (2G) mobile phone system. This has also meant that data communication was easy to build into the system. GSM EDGE is a 3G version of the protocol...

What is the most common material around us?It is the cheepest material and it can be very expensive when it is in certain composition. No matter where you are ,sure you will meet something related with this material, do you get what material did I mean?

The material I'm talking about is carbon. It exist in varies type of phases. It combine with the oxygen atom to form a carbon dioxide(CO2), link to a long chain to form protien ,it also can mix with iron to form a harder alloy.Almost all the things around us are closely related with this material .The composition of the most expensive and hardest things in the world which is diamond also made from carbon.

Other than water and oxygen ,carbon is the most important substance for everythings that alive. We can't live without carbon ,because plants can not carry out photosynthesis and result in all the plants die. This will lead to our human being and also animals lack of food and oxygen.

Strating from 19 century until now ,scientist had already discover such over a million types of usage for carbon and apply it into the real world.Did you all heard that carbon fiber before? This is the technology is now apply in the automobile ,sport equipment and also some important parts in aircraft industry. The most valuable properties for this fiber carbon are light , very hard and also resistance to corrosion.

Carbon is very useful for our live ,but the problems that all of us facing now is ,there are too much carbon substance such as corbon dioxide(CO2) and carbon monoxide(CO) the air. This is one of the reasons why our environmental problems for an example global warming is geting serious now.

Hi,

I’m sure you have heard about some of the greatest paintings of all time. They were done by some prominent artist that you might familiar with though there are some great paintings done by infamous artist. What I am to do today is to get you to know some of the famous paintings, the meaning behind the drawings and who made the piece.

First, let me start with a painting that I am sure no one is familiar with. It was named ‘The Great Masturbation’ by an artist named Salvador Dali in 1929. Don’t get the wrong idea about the painting from the name itself. Though the name indicates an act of sexual intercourse, the painting was done by Dali to express his disagreement towards sexual intercourse. This oil on canvas painting came to Dali when his father left behind o book for him that showed photos of people suffering from diseases caused by sexual intercourse.

‘Daybreak’ is another great painting as a product of that era. It was done by Maxfield Parrish in 1922. Parrish referred to this painting as his great painting. The painting showed a formal layout similar to a stage set and two feminine figures though further studies proved that Parrish intended to draw a third figure. For this drawing, Parrish used his regular model, Kitty Owen and Susan Lewin alongside his daughter, Jean.

Some may know the artist though few actually acknowledge the existence of this great painting by Leonardo da Vinci called Madonna Litta. The painting was painted in 1480s for the Visconti rulers of Milan but then it was later on passed to the Litta family. Speculations had it that the painting was started by da Vinci but it was finished by his student, Boltraffio. It can be seen from the harsh outlines of Madonna and the Child she was holding and also from the plain background.

Who wouldn’t know about ‘Mona Lisa’, the most famous painting in the world. It portrays a woman whose expression can be described variedly from one person to another depending on how the person sees the painting. This painting is about Lisa del Giocondo and the word ‘Mona’ translated to English means Madam. What is so great about this painting is that da Vinci had put a lot of consideration from the position of her hand, the way she sat, the background, the colour of her skin and of course her expression.

Last but not least is one of my favourite painting that is ‘The Girl with a Pearl Earring’ by Johannes Vermeer. It is sometimes referred to as ‘The Dutch Mona Lisa’. What had cause the buzz about this painting is the expression of the girl that is unreadable because some may interprets that she was smiling but some may say that she was actually looking very sad. That is the reason why the painting was compared to ‘Mona Lisa’, because of the expression on both of them that one can’t actually understand without having a conflict.

Today I want have with you about the washing machine.

Let enjoy it......
A washing machine, clothes washer, or simply washer, is a machine designed to wash laundry, such as clothing, towels and sheets. The term is mostly applied only to machines that use water as the primary cleaning solution, as opposed to dry cleaning (which uses alternative cleaning fluids, and is performed by specialist businesses) or even ultrasonic cleaners.

All washer machines work by using mechanical energy, thermal energy, and chemical action. Mechanical energy is imparted to the clothes load by the rotation of the agitator in top loaders, or by the tumbling action of the drum in front loaders. Thermal energy is supplied by the temperature of the wash bath. The spin speed in these machines can vary from 500 to 1600 rpm (or higher).

Modern washing machines are available in two configurations: top loading and front loading.

The top loading design or V-axis clothes washer, most popular in Australia, Canada, the United States and Latin America, places the clothes in a vertically-mounted perforated basket that is contained within a water-retaining tub, with a propeller-like agitator in center of the bottom of the basket. Clothes are loaded through the top of the machine, which is covered with a hinged door. During the wash cycle, the outer tub is filled with water sufficient to suspend the clothing freely in the basket, and the movement of the agitator pulls the clothing downward in the center towards the agitator paddles. The clothing then moves outward and up the sides of the basket to repeat the process. Top-loaders are not well-suited to cleaning large objects such as pillows or sleeping bags due to the tendency for them to just float on the surface of the water without circulating, and the aggressive agitator action can damage delicate fabrics.

In most top loading washers, if the motor spins in one direction, the gearbox drives the agitator; if the motor spins the other way, the gearbox locks the agitator and spins the basket and agitator together. Similarly if the pump motor rotates one way it recirculates the sudsy water; in the other direction it pumps water from the machine during the spin cycle. Because they usually incorporate a gearbox, clutch, crank, etc, top loading washers are mechanically more complex than front loading machines but are generally lower maintenance since there is no need for a door seal (described below).
Arctic BE1200A+ is a front loading budget model sold in 2008 with 6 kg load, LCD indicator, 1200 RPM.

The front loading design or H-axis clothes washer, most popular in Europe and the Middle East, mounts the inner basket and outer tub horizontally, and loading is through a door at the front of the machine. The door often but not always contains a window. Agitation is supplied by the back-and-forth rotation of the cylinder and by gravity.

that all from me..pleasa read it by yourself....

thank you....

Hi there…

I would like to share my opinion on the importance of literature. Why do some people consider literature as something important in our lives? I mean, seriously. There is nowhere in this world where there still exist people who are talking conversationally using the perfect tense and grammar with the additional of some poems and idioms in their speeches. So, why is literature so important?

Firstly, as I claimed earlier, people nowadays no longer talk in the correct sense, especially the teenagers. We tend to speak (English, in this case) very casually towards each other. We forgot the correct manner of speaking, in terms of the grammar, tense and sentence structure. Compared to those days where manner of speaking is very crucial in daily lives, people nowadays couldn’t care less about how they present themselves through talking. I guess, these can be reflected in our writing where few people can actually write a perfect essay with a zero error. Literature can really teach us the proper manner of writing so that people can actually speaks and write better if not perfect.

I also think that literature can show our creativity. For example, when someone expresses their feeling towards their loved one, we can see how creative that person really is. When Shakespeare wrote Sonnet 18, he did a wonderful job by expressing what that woman meant to him. He used things that were around him to show his creativity. For examples, the summer breeze and the Sun. Why can’t people nowadays think of something that simple and make it into a beautiful poem? I can bet only few people can actually observe things around them and came out with a beautiful poem.

Literature can also express things that are in our minds. For example, I don’t know if you have read Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, but do you know that she actually envisioned Twilight in her dreams. She first thought of it when she heard Supermassive Blackhole by Muse. From then, she pictured a struggling man that fall in love with the wrong girl. Same goes for poems. People wrote poems based on what there are feelings no matter whether they are feeling happy, content or even misery. Through literature, they are letting others know that they are happy or maybe they are trying to lift off the burden that they are carrying on their shoulders if they are feeling miserable.

p/s: You should read The Twilight Saga; Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. One of the best series if not the best. Two thumbs up. The movies are also recommended; Twilight (2008) and New Moon (November 2009). Can’t wait!!!

I'm sure that all of you have your own role model. This may give you some tips on how to choose a right role model for you so you are not follo the wrong role model.

Choose someone who has a lot of confidence in themselves and their abilities. A good role model would be someone who knows who they are. You don't want someone who is down and who will bring you down. You want someone who won't pretend to be someone they are not, and won't be fake just to suit other people.
Consider someone who thinks it is alright to be unique; even if that means accepting some ridicule. They should make you feel good about being yourself, they shouldn't make you compare yourself to them and wish you were pretty.
Think about someone who interacts well with others', and someone who is kind and can communicate well with people.
Look for someone who is living life the way you would like to. If you want to be a famous author, your role model could be someone who has been successful at writing. If you have always wanted to be a nurse, your role model could be someone at your local hospital who is dedicated to their job and someone who you look up to for their achievements.
Find someone who doesn't always take credit for what they do. Like a teacher or nurse. Not a celebrity or athlete because most of them tend to be conceited.
Choose a role model who may have done something you find admirable, such as raised a lot of money for charity, saved lots of lives, helped people in need or discovered the cure for a disease.

Keep in mind that having a role model does not mean you become exactly like that person, remember to retain your individuality.
A role model should be someone who you want to be like, and someone you admire.
You shouldn't change yourself to be like your role model; be like them, but put your own individuality into the things they do.
Be your own role model. This means to do the things that you would admire someone else for doing.
Your role model doesn't have to be a real person, or someone who is alive. Maybe you consider Anne Frank to be your role model, or a character from a book. That's okay, but bear in mind that instead of being able to directly ask your role model for help, then you'll have to think, "What would he/she do in your position?"

As you enter the university, you have to be prepared for a lot of presentation. Here are some tips on how to make an effective presentation

1.Remember your objective
You may need to inform or persuade, or both
2.Be confident with your material and delivery
3.What are you going to tell them? -- Identify 5-9 key points you want your audience to take away, know them by heart, and be prepared to repeat them throughout your talk
4.Anticipate the questions
Consider the points your audience is likely to ask for further information about
Identify points they want to hear
5.Pinpoint the details they are likely to challenge
Be aware of any points that are likely to upset them
6.Carefully plan how will you deal with all these scenarios
7.Practice, practice, practice
Make several "dry runs" before the actual presentation
8.Rehearse in front of a mirror, with a tape recorder, and/or a video camera
9.Have a friend, family member, or co-worker listen and offer a critique
10.Time your presentation
Stop, go back, and repeat the segments you did not present the way you intended
11.Take care of yourself
12.Get plenty of rest the night before your presentation
13.Don’t strain your voice the day(s) before your presentation
14.Don’t eat or drink right before you talk; if you do, be particularly careful with food and drinks and don’t spill them on your clothes
15.Drink plenty of water in the 12 hours before your talk; avoid milk, thick juices, and other beverages that will make your mouth and throat sticky
16.Make sure you use the restroom before your presentation
17.Check your appearance – hair, clothing, etc. before entering the room

Now, i would like to share about an interesting application to see our earth on satelitte which is Google earth.
Google Earth is a virtual globe, map and geographic information program that was originally called EarthViewer 3D, and was created by Keyhole, Inc, a company acquired by Google in 2004. It maps the Earth by the superimposition of images obtained from satellite imagery, aerial photography and GIS 3D globe. It is available under three different licenses: Google Earth, a free version with limited functionality; Google Earth Plus (discontinued), which included additional features; and Google Earth Pro ($495 per year), which is intended for commercial use.

Google Earth displays satellite images of varying resolution of the Earth's surface, allowing users to visually see things like cities and houses looking perpendicularly down or at an oblique angle, with perspective (see also bird's eye view). The degree of resolution available is based somewhat on the points of interest and popularity, but most land (except for some islands) is covered in at least 15 meters of resolution.[6] Melbourne, Victoria; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Cambridge, Cambridgeshire include examples of the highest resolution, at 15 cm (6 inches). Google Earth allows users to search for addresses for some countries, enter coordinates, or simply use the mouse to browse to a location.

For large parts of the surface of the Earth only 2D images are available, from almost vertical photography. Viewing this from an oblique angle, there is perspective in the sense that objects which are horizontally far away are seen smaller, but of course it is like viewing a large photograph, not quite like a 3D view.

For other parts of the surface of the Earth 3D images of terrain and buildings are available. Google Earth uses digital elevation model (DEM) data collected by NASA's Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM).[citation needed] This means one can view the Grand Canyon or Mount Everest in three dimensions, instead of 2D like other areas. Since November 2006, the 3D views of many mountains, including Mount Everest, have been improved by the use of supplementary DEM data to fill the gaps in SRTM coverage.

Are you smarter than a 5th grader?
Actually, this is a television game show format based on asking grade-school level questions to adults, hosted by Jeff Foxworthy. The show first aired on Fox in the United States on February 27, 2007, and grew to be so popular that a half-hour syndicated series was developed. The show has since been replicated in several countries; some under the same title, and some under modified titles. The first season of the show ranked 28th in the Nielsen Ratings, with an average of 12.7 million viewers per episode. Episodes from this series is on air at Star World channel 711.
Each game is played by a single contestant who earns money incrementally based on a payout ladder by answering simple trivia questions, with the game themed as a school quiz. The game relies on the premise that an adult would not know the information generally taught in elementary grade school, due to the fact that it is rarely used in adult life by the type of person chosen to be a contestant;[1] therefore, the show is essentially a test to see how much an adult has retained since graduating elementary school. The show also derives its humor by occasionally displaying the contestant's educational attainment, implying that in spite of that, they struggle to answer some questions.

The contestant is presented and chooses from a set of ten subjects and grade level question topics. The question is then revealed. Some questions are multiple choice or true/false; others require the contestant to answer without any options.

Each correct answer moves the contestant up a payout ladder, with a final bonus fifth grade question moving the contestant up one more step to the top prize of $1,000,000. At any point up to the final question, the contestant may quit the game after seeing the question, and keep all money earned up to that point. For the final question, the contestant must decide whether to continue quit (and keep earned money) after seeing only the subject; if he or she chooses to see the question, he or she must then answer it and risk losing the money earned. The contestant is not guaranteed any winnings until after the fifth question is answered correctly, at which point $25,000 is guaranteed

This television show is quite interesting to people like me because as we become grow up, we always forget about the basic things on our life.

Hello,

I came across this article about mythological ladies that I decided to do a posting on them. There are many mythological ladies in history that we are unable to differentiate between history and myth. These are a few examples of the ladies and you yourself can decide whether they are real person or just myth created by the elders.

Sirin is from the Russian legend. She was said to have a head and chest of a gorgeous woman and usually with a body of a bird, wearing a crown or a nimbus. There are two versions of what Sirin really were. Some folklore were told that Sirin will put a spell to any men that hear them sang (they were said to have beautiful voices that able to attract men) for the men to follow them and eventually will be killed. The second version were told that Sirin will sang to people who are lucky enough and it will give fortune to the person who heard them sang.

Pandora, the famous girl who was said to be bestowed with jar (modern version is the box, Pandora’s Box), opening the jar though was instructed not to and thus releasing all kind of evils and diseases to the world. She quickly closed the jar but it was too late. One more is left in the jar that is Hope. Don’t you think that is what happening to the world now? People are spreading all kind of diseases and evils. There is nothing left for us to do but hope for some miracles to happen.

Lady Godiva is the lady who rode naked on the back of a horse on the streets of Coventy. She was feeling pity on the oppressive taxation on the people of Coventy by her husband. Her husband would only agree to cancel the tax if she agree to rode naked on the streets of Coventy, and she did. In the end, her husband cancel the tax on the people of Coventy. Lady Godiva nowadays had become the engineering mascot for several universities in Britain and America, known as ‘Patron Saint of Engineers’ and ‘Goddess of Engineering’.

Let read and learn it...

the step to make a money fast in so many way.Need a little extra cash in a hurry? Follow these steps and you're bound to have a fuller pocket by the end of the week. It may not be much, and it may not be reliable, but your options are limited if you're short on time. Later, you can read up on long-term ways to make money. Otherwise, hurry up and follow these steps so you can make money as soon as possible..

The away such as:-

firstly,Complete Online Surveys. Companies who want to know what’s on the minds of their customers are willing to pay for your opinion. Online surveys won’t make you rich, and won’t allow you to quit your day job, but you can make a little extra cash. You may have to pay a fee to have access to these survey sites.

Secondly, sell something. Dig out that old guitar you never play, those CDs you don't listen to anymore, or your antique toy collection. Go to the pawnshop, put an ad on local internet classifieds, or hold a yard sale in front of your house or on a busy street corner

Radioactive decay

Radioactivity and radioactive decay are spontaneous processes. Students often struggle with this concept; therefore, it should be stressed that it is impossible to know exactly when each of the radioactive elements in a rock will decay. Statistical probablity is the only thing we can know exactly. Often students get bogged down in the fact that they don't "understand" how and why radioactive elements decay and miss the whole point of this exercise. If they can begin to comprehend that it is random and spontaneous, they end up feeling less nervous about the whole thing

Radioactive decay involves the spontaneous transformation of one element into another. The only way that this can happen is by changing the number of protons in the nucleus. There are a number of ways that this can happen and when it does, the atom is forever changed. There is no going back mean that the process is irreversible.

LOVE AFTER MARRIAGE

After marriage it is generally observed that the bond between the individuals strengthen and grown stronger as time goes by. Once when individuals start spending time together, they also understand each other's need and being more committed to each other's feeling and sentiments.

Physical intimacy or love comes before marriage but true unconditional love sets in only after marriage. Even years after marriage people continue to love each other and this is love becomes more dense and strong because of their sense of understanding for each other.

A few things which happen to love after marriage are:

Commitment:
Love gets enamored in commitment after marriage. It also gets interwoven with trust and empathy and once this begins to happen then true love begins to grown in your relationship. It is then that you begin to gradually make sense of your relationship and figure out that you want to be together forever

More understanding:
Any relationship grows when you give time and effort to it. Love after marriage starts only when you think the way your spouse think. You should be his or her mirror image. So unconditional love comes about once you develop a higher sense of understanding of the like and dislikes of your partner.

Adapting to the culture:
True love happens when you mould yourself according to your partner's interest, family values and background. This could be based on her culture and background from which she comes. True and unconditional real love comes when the partners accede and concede for each other by developing a respect and a broad understanding for each others cultures and background.

Understanding responsibilities and commitments:
Love after marriage gets draped in commitments and responsibilities. The degree of commitment increases after marriage. One could say that after individuals gradually align their interests based on their partner's commitments. That apart, you become answerable to your partner for the actions and deeds which in turn induces a sense of responsibilities in the acts of the individuals. This also shows the degree of caring which one individual has for another. These decisions could vary from your personal to your professional sphere.

Family & Expectations:
after marriage partners begin to have a sense of expectation as far reading a family is concerned. To take the unconditional love to the next pedestal there is a need felt by the couple to have kids. The family bears testimony to the unconditional love between the partners and the trust and faith which they share with each other

Do we need to warm-up and cool-down when we work out??

Absolutely! Warm-up and cool-down are two key elements in every workout. Many of us have a standard routine that we jump into and bang out in order to get it
done, if just to say we completed it. This is the very definition of unconscious training. Warm-up is time to set the tone for your workout experience. It’s important to start out slow and move the blood around. But it’s also a time to check-in and see how you’re doing on many levels. What is your body communicating to you? Warm-up is time to make note of any pains or blocks. This takes some practice but your warm up time should never dismissed.

The cool-down period is just as important. Don’t consider your workout complete until you’ve had the chance to stretch, breath, and most importantly reflect. Ask yourself important questions: Do you notice any changes? How is your body responding? Did you really push it today? Were life circumstances getting in your head and getting in the way of your training? How can you improve and take it to the next level? Evolution in your training lives in the warm up and cools down.

Ionized water is the product of mild electrolysis. It can be acidic or alkaline by changing the pH.Acidic water is water that we apply only to the outside of our body.In addition, acidic water also beneficial for plant growth.

How does an ionized water unit works? It is an electrical appliance that connected to your kitchen water supply to perform electrolysis on tap water before you drink it or use it in the kitchen for cooking or cleaning.

Ionized water is beneficial to us as it helps to balance our body's pH.Ionized water which is very alkaline dissolves accumulated acid waste and thus help to restore balance.Futhermore, ionized water improves the taste and quality of food as it is able to hydrate food beter. It will also reduce the acidic level.

Acidic ionized water is great for the skin.People who regularly use acidic water to wash their bodies tend to have a younger looking skin than those who use hard water. In Japanese hospitals acidic water is used to help sterilize wounds, treat diabetic ulcers and keep hospitals clear of infectious bacteria and viruses. Acidic ionized water can also be used to reduce inflammation and itchiness caused by insect bites.

Motorcycles are motorized vehicles for transporting one or two riders.

Generally,a motorcycle has only two wheel. How was the vehicle that more than 2 wheels but lesser than 4 wheels?Any vehicle with fewer than four wheels in contact with the ground can be classified as a motorcycle.Three-wheel variations of the motorcycle include the "hack" (motorcycle plus sidecar) and the "trike" (short for motortricycle).

The overall structure and function of a motorcycle is quite simple. It includes a gasoline engine, which converts the reciprocating motion of pistons into rotary motion, just like the engine in a car.It also have a transmission system transmits this motion to the back wheel. As the back wheel turns, it propels the motorcycle forward.Steering is accomplished by turning the front wheel via the handlebars and by leaning the bike to one side or the other. Two hand levers enable the rider to operate the clutch and the front brake, while two foot pedals enable him to change gears and control the rear brake.

There are different types of motorcycle available such as street, cruiser, sport bike, touring, sport touring,feet-forwards motorcycle, scooters and mopeds.

Actually, gangsterism is common in our country.I had heard alot about it especially during secondary school.Involvement of schoolchildren in gansterism are increasing as reported.

Parents, educators and sosiety shold be aware of what is going on among our youths.Nurturing children with care, love and respect is vitally important.Parental guidance is vital as to guide our child to the right path. Its wrong to spoit them with a big allowance.Parents should teach their child how to fish but not catch the fish for them. They should teach them the value of money.Protect their children from negative aspects such as vandalism and gangsterism as mentioned above.

What causes someone to become a ganster? There are alot of reason such as poor family background, peer influence, media exposure, weak personality trait and antisosial behaviour.

Teenager should say 'no' to negative behaviour. They can channel their anger into something else such as join boxing club,Taekwondo and sports.Cultivation of an interest in some hobbies also beneficial to themselves. They are encourageable to get involved in healthy sosial activities. They can consult a close family member for guidance if they are facing some serious problem.

A newly-emerging trend in facial recognition software uses a 3D model, which claims to provide more accuracy. Capturing a real-time 3D image of a person's facial surface, 3D facial recognition uses distinctive features of the face -- where rigid tissue and bone is most apparent, such as the curves of the eye socket, nose and chin -- to identify the subject. These areas are all unique and don't change over time.

Using depth and an axis of measurement that is not affected by lighting, 3D facial recognition can even be used in darkness and has the ability to recognize a subject at different view angles with the potential to recognize up to 90 degrees (a face in profile).
Using the 3D software, the system goes through a series of steps to verify the identity of an individual.

Detection
Acquiring an image can be accomplished by digitally scanning an existing photograph (2D) or by using a video image to acquire a live picture of a subject (3D).

Alignment
Once it detects a face, the system determines the head's position, size and pose. As stated earlier, the subject has the potential to be recognized up to 90 degrees, while with 2D, the head must be turned at least 35 degrees toward the camera.

Measurement
The system then measures the curves of the face on a sub-millimeter (or microwave) scale and creates a template.

Representation
The system translates the template into a unique code. This coding gives each template a set of numbers to represent the features on a subject's face.

Matching
If the image is 3D and the database contains 3D images, then matching will take place without any changes being made to the image. However, there is a challenge currently facing databases that are still in 2D images. 3D provides a live, moving variable subject being compared to a flat, stable image. New technology is addressing this challenge. When a 3D image is taken, different points (usually three) are identified. For example, the outside of the eye, the inside of the eye and the tip of the nose will be pulled out and measured. Once those measurements are in place, an algorithm (a step-by-step procedure) will be applied to the image to convert it to a 2D image. After conversion, the software will then compare the image with the 2D images in the database to find a potential match.

Verification or Identification
In verification, an image is matched to only one image in the database (1:1). For example, an image taken of a subject may be matched to an image in the Department of Motor Vehicles database to verify the subject is who he says he is. If identification is the goal, then the image is compared to all images in the database resulting in a score for each potential match (1:N). In this instance, you may take an image and compare it to a database of mug shots to identify who the subject is.

Do you know what mean by GSM? Some of people might know about that because it has been use in every type of connection to our mobile phone. But do you more specific about this thing? Probably the most useful thing to know about the Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) is that it is an international standard. If you travel in Europe and many other parts of the world, GSM is the only type of cellular service available. Originally, the acronym GSM stood for Groupe Spécial Mobile, a group formed by the Conference of European Posts and Telegraphs (CEPT) in 1982 to research the merits of a European standard for mobile telecommunications. Commercial service using the GSM system did not actually start until 1991. Instead of using analog service, GSM was developed as a digital system using TDMA technology.

Using TDMA, a narrow band that is 30 kHz wide and 6.7 milliseconds long is split time-wise into three time slots. Narrow band means channels in the traditional sense. Each conversation gets the radio for one-third of the time. This is possible because voice data that has been converted to digital information is compressed so that it takes up significantly less transmission space. Therefore, TDMA has three times the capacity of an analog system using the same number of channels.

TDMA is the access method used by GSM, as well as the Electronics Industry Alliance and the Telecommunications Industry Association for Interim Standard 54 (IS-54) and Interim Standard 136 (IS-136). GSM implements TDMA in a somewhat different and incompatible way from IS-136. Think of GSM and IS-136 as two different operating systems that work on the same processor, like Windows and Linux both working on an Intel Pentium III. GSM systems provide a number of useful features:
•Uses encryption to make phone calls more secure
•Data networking
•Group III facsimile services
•Short Message Service (SMS) for text messages and paging
•Call forwarding
•Caller ID
•Call waiting
•Multi-party conferencing

GSM operates in the 900 MHz band (890 MHz - 960 MHz) in Europe and Asia and in the 1900 MHz (sometimes referred to as 1.9 GHz) band in the United States. It is used in digital cellular and PCS-based systems. GSM is also the basis for Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN), a popular system introduced by Motorola and used by Nextel. The incredible growth of GSM is a big part of why the acronym is now commonly thought of as standing for the Global System for Mobile communications.

Hello there,

I know all of us must have heard various kinds of stories when going or moving to some places. These stories may either be true or may not. They are called the folklore. Folklore is stories being passed down from generation to generation.

Some folklore may be common stories like ghosts and other entities that are invisible to the naked eyes. Many had claim to see these entities though there are still many that are being skeptical stating that ghost are just tales being told to scare the children. I, myself had been wondering how can possibly there be about hundreds of ghost stories being told. To state it out loud of whether I believe in ghost or not, I wouldn’t dare. I mean, some experts said that when someone claims to see ghost, he might just be having hallucination or some kind of water vapour in the air that was mistaken for the appearance of ghost. I don’t know if I will be scared if I see one but one thing I am sure of though, I will never wish to see one, ever.

There are other examples of folklore, like witchcraft. In this country, a witch is commonly known as shaman. Witchcraft goes way back in 1692. I am sure many have heard of the massive prosecution of humans, where man and woman were hanged to death. This happened in Salem, Massachusetts. We can never know the truth behind that stories whether they really were witches. Not that I want to know. That is the beauty of such stories; it will always remain as mysteries.

Preparing orange juice may be one of the easiest tasks, and it you may or may not need to use a juicer. There are a number of different strategies which can be used to make orange juice which is one of the most popular types of juices to make because of it's high nutritional value and great taste. If you want to make juice, but are not sure which kind to make, then you'll definitely want to consider making some fresh orange juice. This article will let you know how to juice the oranges with using juicer of any kind.

You'll want to start by gathering up enough oranges to make a good amount of orange juice. Gently squeeze the oranges to get them softened up. This will make the actual juicing step much easier because it will make the oranges easier to work with. Wash the oranges thoroughly, cut them in half, and then remove any seeds that can be found within the orange.

With an orange half in hand, cut in a circular motion around the orange to slightly separate the orange from the peel. Do not cut the orange fruit completely out of the peel. Next with the orange in hand again, face the fruit downward and hold it over the serving pitcher and squeeze. The juice will run out of the orange half and into the pitcher. Rotate and squeeze the orange half until no more juice is produced from squeezing. Once this is done, you may cut the fruit portion out of the orange and place that into the serving pitcher as well for added pulp. Repeat this process with the remaining oranges and once you have a full pitcher of orange juice, place it in the refrigerator and chill until you are ready to serve it.

That's all there is to it. When you've completed this process you'll have a wonderful batch of orange juice ready to serve at any meal. There are other way to make orange juice, such as using juicers, but this is the quickest and easiest way to make a fresh batch of orange juice that can be placed directly on the table.

Asian food tastes better when it is eaten using chopsticks. Similarly, the flavors of Indian food are better experienced when it is eaten using your fingers. Most often flat hard breads or rice is served with different spicy curries and other side dishes. While a spoon and fork can be used to eat the rice, the only way to eat the flat bread is to tear it with your fingers and use the pieces to scoop up the flavorful curries. However, purists say both rice and flat bread tastes better when you use your fingers.

As far as Indian food is concerned it is more important how much you eat than how you eat it. Westerns are more accustomed to meals with meat or fish as the main dish. However, rice or flat bread is the main dish in an Indian meal and the meat or fish curries and other accompaniments are to be consumed in much smaller quantities. The spicier the dish, the smaller the amount to be eaten and rice or flat bread serves to neutralize their strong flavors. Another indication of how much to eat is the size of the serving spoon provided for a spicy dish. Some very spicy dishes are provided with coffee spoons. However, it is always better to warn an unsuspecting guest about how hot or spicy a particular dish is to avoid discomfort.

Pappadams or crisp lentil wafers are always to be served in separate plates to preserve their crispiness.

The right way to serve a meal is to first serve the rice in the middle of the plate and then serve the curries and other accompaniments around it in relatively smaller amounts. Contrary to general assumption that all the accompaniments have to be mixed together with the rice, each side dish has to be savored separately with a piece of flat bread or a spoonful of rice.

Cool sparkling water is probably the most complimentary drink for a spicy Indian meal. If you must have alcohol then a light ale drink like cold beer would be good. If you prefer wine then go for a light wine punch. Fine wines, particularly dry wines are not very good with Indian food.

The best drink to accompany any spicy and delicious Indian food is mango juice or you can just sip rose flavored syrup with crushed ice.

Every girls favourite feature is her hair, and we spend lots of time grooming it re styling it and changing its colour. All these things though unfortunately can damage your hair, and lead it to become limp over time. These few hair care tips should help keep your hair looking young and bouncy.

Treat your hair let it dry naturally. When you blow dry straighten, and curl your hair all the heat will cause damage to your hair leaving it dry and brittle. Letting it dry naturally every now and again will help your hair recover from heat damage. It’s a good idea to put your hair in a lose clip or tie it into a loose bun (if your hair is long) when it dries so you will be left with natural volume and waves.

If your hair is oily don’t over wash it. If you wash your hair all the time it’s easier for oil to seep into. This means that actually washing your hair everyday is worse if you have oily hair. When you do wash your hair use a ph balanced shampoo and really wash your hair from the roots. When applying conditioner apply from the middle to the ends, making sure to avoid the roots, as conditioner can cause your hair to become oily.

Dandruff. Dandruff is caused by our skin shedding, as it does everyday and we actually get a new coating of skin around every 28 days. Dandruff becomes a lot more noticeable when one of our natural micro organisms on our scalp irritates our skin, causing it to shed a lot quicker. To help your dandruff it’s a good idea to firstly start by using an anti dandruff shampoo everyday. It’s a good idea to rotate these shampoos so that your scalp doesn’t become immune to the different active ingredients. Another remedy is to use vinegar water to your hair. Just add 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water and rub into your scalp. After leaving it overnight you can wash this out, and the vinegar smell won’t stay as it will evaporate.

Colouring your hair. Colouring your hair is very popular among us girls and can give us a feel of being a new person. But if this is your first time it may be an idea to stick to these few steps. Colour your hair subtle at first this will make sure that you don’t regret any drastic changes. It’s an idea to maybe try a semi permanent dye first to see if you like the colour before you get it dyed permanently. Its best to go to a trained hairdresser to get your hair dyed this will illuminate any home dying mistakes.

It all starts from the fruit bearing tree (cocoa tree) and gathering its large oval pods wich contain the seeds. Discovered first in the United States this tree is now grown in many countries near the Equator.

Pods are emptied from their seeds which are then dried in the sun. After the drying process the seeds undergo roasting. When the roasting phase is completed the seeds are crushed resultin in cocoa powder. The powder is kept as is or gets squeezed resulting in cocoa butter.

Mixing the powder with butter, milk powder and sugar ends up as chocolate. Proportions of each component in the mixture will determine whether the end result will be dark, milk or white chocolate. Dark chocolate can be made with up to ninety percent of cocoa in the mixture giving a bitter tasting chocolate; milk chocolate has usually seventy percent of cocoa along with more milk powder. White chocolate on the other hand is made of cocoa butter only mixed with milk powder and sugar.

Salam and have a good day to all of you.Today I want to share about Homemade beauty recipe. So,if you have a dark cicles at your eyes, maybe it will help you.

So,let learn it!!

To say bye bye to the dark cicles,we have some step:-

1. Use potatoes that you can find in the supermarkets. Peel off the skin and throw them into your food processor.
2. Then stuff these raw mashed potatoes into cheesecloth before applying them onto the dark spot below your eyes.
3. Beware not to let the juice drip into your eyes. Just leave them for about 20 minutes before removing it.
4. Wipe clean your eyes and apply your eye cream. That completes your dark circle treatment.

Just repeat this routine for a few times and you'll get the result you want. But the best effective way is of course, to sleep early and have enough 8-hours sleep to prevent your dark circles from popping out again.

Thank you..

Have you ever considered making pear juice before just because you've never made it and it always wanted to try it? Well, the fact is that pear juice is actually really easy to make, tastes great, and has a lot to offer as far as health benefits goes. This article will give you the basics for making pear juice so you can have it freshly served any time. Follow these simple guidelines and you'll be more than satisfied with your juice making experience.

First, gather up the pears that you are going to use in the process, wash them thoroughly, and then cut them up into little pieces. You'll want to remove the stems and seeds as this will make the process of juicing much easier. Place all of the pieces into a stock pot and add water just until the fruit pieces are covered with water. Bring to a boil and and boil for around 5 to 7 minutes, and then remove from heat when this is completed.

Once the fruit has cooled to room temperature, pour off all of the juice through a strainer into a drain pan of some sort. You may wish to use a large container that will hold a lot of juice. If you want the juice to be more clear, repeat this step a few times to make sure you have the juice completely filtered. That's all there is to it. Chill the juice and then serve with ice. You can put the remaining juice in the refrigerator to be served later. You can also freeze any juice that you do not plan to use right away. You can place the juice in quart bags to be frozen. When you fill the bag, lay it flat so that the air is removed from the bag as you seal it. Once the bags are sealed, lay them flat in the freezer.

So what do you do with the left over fruit that has been juiced? Well it can be used for making jam or any other type of fruit spread which works great and tastes delicious. So next time you make fruit, consider doing this instead of tossing it in the trash.

When you're done with this process, you'll have great tasting pear juice, or any other juice for that matter, that you and your family can enjoy in the morning, day, or night. The health benefits of juice are endless so not only do you get the wonderful, thirst quenching drink, you get to feel good about drinking it too which makes it that much more satisfying.

Hello M06...
It’s me again..huhu..
Today i would like to tell all of you about the history of my lovely country which is Perak.
During the 16th century, the Chinese and the Dutch was the main cause of concern due to Perak's monopoly of tin. In the 18th Century, Perak was then threatened by the Portugal and Siamese. Under the Siamese influence, Sultan Kedah was forced to remove the Sultan of Perak to ensure compliance by the Perak state.
These external factors did not help the state due to the internal turmoil regarding the succession to the throne between Raja Ismail, Raja Abdullah and Raja Yusuf in 1870. There was also a situation with the Chinese faction due to the growth of the tin industry. Perak led the immigration of Chinese into Malaya due to her abundance of tin. With the influx of the Chinese, they brought with them the secret sect and triad. Unrest occurred during the 1870 s between Hai San clan and Ghee Hin clan that forced British intervention in protecting Perak's interest.
Evidently, in 1874, a conference was held on Pangkor Island for the signing of the Pangkor Engagement. Under the agreement, Raja Abdullah was elected as the Sultan of Perak. The British also appointed J.W.W Birch as the first British Resident. Unsatisfied with the British forceful influence in Perak, the Malays plotted to assassinate J.W.W. Birch in 1875. After the death of Birch, Sultan Abdullah, Dato Sagar, Ngah Ibrahim and Dato Maharajalela were accused for his murder and were sentence to death or exile.
Perak became part of the Federated Malay State in 1896 until the Japanese invasion. With the withdrawal of the Japanese forces in 1945, Perak was put under the British Military Administration.
In October 1945, the British laid out the Malayan Union scheme before the British Parliament. Under the scheme, Pulau Pinang, Melaka and nine other Malay states were to be united under the Malayan Union. Sir Harold MacMicheal was then entrusted in obtaining the agreements from the Malay Rulers.
Malays opposition to the British plans to form the Malayan Union catalyst the movement for Independence. Sparked by national sentiments, Dato Onn Jaafar formed United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) on 11 May 1946. The Malay Federation was founded on 1 February 1948 and on 31 August 1957, Malaya achieved Independence.
I take this information from one of the tourism company in Perak.

Today i will tell you about the new novel that i have been read yesterday. The title of that book is Twilight and the author is Stephenie Meyer.
This book is one of the greatest novels that I have been read. The Twilight novels came with 4 series. Every series have the own story and conflicts. The first series titled Twilight and it followed with the others 3 novels titled New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.
Now i will tell you a little bit about the book. The story is began when Bella moves from sunny Phoenix, Arizona to rainy Forks, Washington to live with her father, Charlie, while her mother, Renée, travels with her new husband, Phil Dwyer, a minor league baseball player. Bella attracts much attention at her new school and is quickly befriended by several students. Much to her dismay, several boys compete for shy Bella's attention.
When Bella is seated next to Edward Cullen in class on her first day of school, Edward seems utterly repulsed by her. He disappears for a few days, but warms up to Bella upon his return; their newfound relationship reaches a climax when Bella is nearly run over by a fellow classmate's van in the school parking lot. Seemingly defying the laws of physics, Edward saves her life when he instantaneously appears next to her and stops the van with his bare hands.
Bella becomes hellbent on figuring out how Edward saved her life, and constantly pesters him with questions. After tricking a family friend, Jacob Black, into telling her local tribal legends, Bella concludes that Edward and his family are vampires who drink animal blood rather than human. Edward confesses that he initially avoided Bella because the scent of her blood was so desirable to him. Over time, Edward and Bella fall in love.
Their relationship is thrown into chaos when another vampire coven sweeps into Forks. James, a tracker vampire who is intrigued by the Cullens' relationship with a human, wants to hunt Bella for sport. The Cullens attempt to distract the tracker by splitting up Bella and Edward, and Bella is sent to hide in a hotel in Phoenix. There, Bella receives a phone call from James, who claims he is holding her mother captive. When Bella surrenders herself, James attacks her, but Edward, along with the other Cullens, rescues Bella and destroys James. Once they realize that James has bitten Bella's hand, Edward sucks the venom from her system before it can spread and transform her into a vampire, and she is then sent to a hospital. Upon returning to Forks, Bella and Edward attend their school prom and Bella expresses her desire to become a vampire, which Edward refuses.
The story is quiet great and if you read this book, I can guaranty that you will not regret after you finish read this book.

Today i would like to give you an information about the F22 raptor. I’m so sure that majority of you know that F22 raptor is a jet fighter, but you actually don’t know the story behind this jet fighter. Now i will tell you a little bit about this jet fighter. The YF-22 was originally given the unofficial name "Lightning II", after the World War II fighter P-38, by Lockheed, which persisted until the mid-1990s when the USAF officially named the aircraft "Raptor". For a short while, the aircraft was also name as "Superstar" and "Rapier”. The F-35 later received the Lightning II name on 7 July 2006. The production model was formally named F-22 "Raptor" when the first production-representative aircraft was unveiled on 9 April 1997. That’s all that I can tell you about this greatest jet fighter.

How severe does a panic attack get?
it's not possible to die from a panic attack - it can just feel that way! Try the following 3 steps (they eliminated my panic attacks of 15 years):

1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe rapidly or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will feel a lot better.

2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most effective thing for panic attacks and social anxiety. It takes a bit of work, but it is super effective. You can speak to your doctor about taking a course or you can take a course for free online at: http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/... It has been funded by NHS Scotland and has had great results thus far.

3. Try relaxation exercise tapes (progressive muscular relaxation). They really help if you practise often enough. This site has instructions on how to do it without the tapes (and other useful info): http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resource...

With each of these steps, practise makes perfect. I hope this helps and you feel better soon. Don’t you ever give up hope! Best of luck!

How should you teach your best friend how to go out on a date? its hard.?
Most likely they'll learn to anyway, I'd say; it'd kind of embarrass them if you try to teach them!
Well there should be no teaching involved - they should be themselves
But no being creepy, touching in a creepy way, no talking about exes or discussing any kind of "on line" friends.
Oh and use deodorant, pluck the monobrow, dress normally - then just be normal. Its just a date, not a potential girl or boyfriend - just enjoy it and if something happens its a bonus

How seriously does the radiation coming from TVs,PC screens, mobile phones affect our healths?
It's not very severe, but um..
It is scientifically proven that using a cellphone, or being near one that's turned on, can cause short term memory loss. ;;cos of the radiation.
And um, using the computer can worsen your eyesight.
For example, I have 2 friends, one uses the computer often and one doesn't. The one that uses the computer a lot wears glasses, the other doesn't.
Does that.. make sense?! xP damage our eyesights i hope its not too seious, cos we are all stuffed it will effect your health but only over a long period of time If you glow in the dark, beware. It is already too late. not that serious come on now for centuries we as well as our grandparents watched TV and i know my elders lived healthy for a long time so why now? people need to focus more on more important things like whats going on with our troops!

How serious is gange green?
It's deadly serious. Once gangrene sets in, there's usually nothing they can do to restore the area to health, and unless it's surgically removed, the person will die. It can kill. It can maim. It is really bad to have this condition. not that serious you don't even have to go to the doctors. just get some tweezers and jet all of the gunk out. Gang Green is a very serious condition. I knew someone who had developed it on their foot and end up having to have their whole leg amputated in order to prevent the gang green from spreading. That's really all i now, but it's enough to let me know that it is to be considered very serious. Gangrene is when the tissue has died. The affected part becomes, black, may have a very nasty odor like three day old road kill or not have any odor,be grey and flaky looking. It can kill you. IT CAN KILL YOU AND IF YOU LISTEN TO nathan k THEN YOU ARE A MORON AND WILL DIE GO TO THE DOCTOR ASAP. well, it is not so serious at the very beginning, but if you go a short while without getting it checked it can spread, and the nerves of this area will become damaged. If it spreads to an entire extremity, this said extremity may need to be amputated.and yes, it spreads rather quickly. Gangrene is necrosis and subsequent decay of body tissues caused by infection or thrombosis or lack of blood flow. It is usually the result of critically insufficient blood supply sometimes caused by injury and subsequent contamination with bacteria. This condition is most common in the extremities. The best of all possible treatments is revascularization (restoration of blood flow) of the affected organ, which can reverse some of the effects of necrosis and allow healing. Depending on the extent of tissue loss and location, treatment other than revascularization runs the gamut from allowing digits to auto-amputate (fall off), debridement and local care, to amputation, the removal of infected necrotic tissues.

How safe is chiropractic practices ?
It's no where near as risky as people make it out to be. Chiropractors are not GP's. You would not go to one if you had a wart, or a severe cold. They are spinal health specialists, and so any comparison to a doctor is silly. As with any health care profession there is going to be the good story's and the bad story's. Generally people post more of the bad stories on sites like these to prey on people who have not experienced something like chiropractic. You should go in with an open mind and listen carefully to what the Chiropractor has to say. If you don't understand something then ask questions. Chiropractors are in general very good at what they do. Chiropractic is one of the well known complementary medical practice that have effect on musculoskeletal system. If you is treat by a licensed chiropractic it is safe. You have an extremelly slight chance of getting hurt...but again, I could win the lottery tomorrow, no matter the odds.I went to a chiropractor for about 6 months, three times a week for the first two months then twice a week at $40/session which lasted about 20 minutes...you do the math. (plus insurance only starts to pay if you go like the whole year)I felt better on my problem (a neck problem) but then I developed another problem (hip). I stopped going when I got tired of being told it was my fault I did not want to heal.I read about those neck problems and incidents so I never allowed my chiropractor to do things too drastic (I was too chicken...again...my fault) no matter how he said I would feel so good after. It's pretty scary. Make sure you have someone reliable...and again.

How reliable are medical lab results?
Depends on the results... they are usually pretty certain... especially blood tests and pathology reports... need a little more info... what did you have tested? Generally they are very reliable, when in doubt, unusual result, get it retested. Generally reliable. Now and then, the people who work in the labs screw up. Wrong person's chart gets results added,
or numbers incorrectly copied. If you are uncomfortable with a resuls, you can get the test done again. It really depends on the quality of the lab and the adequacy of the sample. Labs must meet certain standards and they are evaluated every so often. Usually you can find out about the lab you are going to by making a request. As long as you are going to a well-established lab, I think you can count on reliable information. The specimen you submit must be obtained according to certain specifications, ie length of time to testing, and as long as these are met, you have the most reliable result. Hope this helps. About as reliable as anything else. There can be false positives and false negatives. There are also cases of switched or lost tests. If you are concerned, consult your doctor or another doctor.

How much, on a scale of 1 to 10 would you say getting a tongue ring hurts?
i'd say about a 3 its a pinch at least for me everyones different. afterwards is were its painful the burning. till it heals. How would you rate biting your tongue unexpectedly on your scale of 1-10. Take that pain, and make it last about 5 seconds longer, and now you know exactly how it feels. YEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!
Hmmm... I would say 9.67 at that mate! HAHAHA! i don't know since i've never tried, but just looking at one i'd rate it 10! Its quick. Stings a little. Doesnt last very long though. I'd say 3. Just DONT let it get infected. I would say right away probably a 10! It depends on whether or not the person does it right... It is a 9.3765487 on the scale. But for your Mother it is an ELEVEN! 9It didn't hurt me. The thing they put on the tongue to hold it still pinched but I really didn't feel the needle go in. About 3 days after it did hurt! It swelled up and throbbed and I used lots of oral gel to numb it. After about 5 days it was OK and I haven't had any problems in the 5 years I have had it except for chipping some teeth. 8-9

How much X-rays can cause cancers?
everyone has cancer in the body mostly due to carbon in the cells, however, it is dormant until something triggers it. You can go a lifetime without it becoming active so there is no SURE answer to that question. there is no exact amount, there is not even 100% proof that xrays cause cancer!! I have been getting xrays since I was a baby, about twice a month, for a bone problem...I don't have cancer..and The X-ray is such a low beam!! I would be more scared of the sun causing cancer than an xray!!

How much water does my body need?
We need to maintain the right balance with mother earth. The earth consists of 75 percent water so also our bodies.
To maintain the right balance the intake must be 1.5 times the out-put. Now the out-put can be through perspiration, urine and stools.
On an average to stay healthy one needs to drink at least 3 to 4 ltrs of water depending on your output. If you exercise or play a lot of sports you my even need to drink 5 ltrs in summer. ive heard that the recommended amount of FLUID per day is eight glasses. when they say fluid they mean anything liquidy, including water itself. i.e. softdrinks, juice, coffee, fruit. well you need at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily in order to survive. A certified health coach who works with me advises one half ounce of water per pound of body weight. drink water, pure water. and about 2lt are ok. at summer you should consume more. it is good for your body since your body consists of 60-65% of water! also good for feeling full and eating less! of course there's no limit! bottom's up!

In this 21st century people are becoming more conscious about their eating habits and life styles. Due to the rapid changing trends and lifestyles, people often tend to suffer from heart diseases, depression, stress, high blood pressure and other such related problems. All these problems can be controlled if you cook your food items in healthy ways.

So, below stated are some essential tips that you must follow in order to cook your food in a healthy way.

1. Try to use as little salt as you can in your food. You can still maintain the taste of the recipe by adding lemon juice, herbs, flavored vinegar or different spices.

2. Use less of all fats like butter and oil. While cooking, avoid saturated fats; instead use unsaturated fats like soya oil, olive oil, vegetable oil or peanut oil.

3. As far as you can, avoid frying your food items. Instead of frying you can bake, boil, steam, grill or roast the food. This will help in maintaining the original nutrients of the food.

4. Always avoid using too much of tomato, soya or other processed sauces because they have a high level of salt content.

5. Canned fruits and vegetables have a high sodium content, so if you want to cook a healthy dish, it is best to use fresh fruits and vegetables.

6. Try to replace your whole milk with fat free or skim milk if you are obese or fat, this would surely help you in loosing the fat that is stored in your body.

7. You should never cook your food more than it is necessary. Sometimes overcooking the food at high temperature can eventually destroy the nutrients present in it. Always steam or stir fry your vegetables.

8. Always go for natural food rather than preserved or processed food items. You can use herbs, tomatoes, vinegar, salads and onions as much as you can.

9. Add different types of vegetables in all the recipes, some of them that you can frequently use are carrots, spaghetti, peas, beans, tomato, mashed potatoes and onions.

10. Always remove the outer skin of the chicken and turkey. If the meat dishes have chilled while kept in the refrigerator, you should always spoon off the fat from them even if it has hardened.

Use these tips in order to cook your food in a healthy way to keep your body in a perfect shape.

Hi…

Do you know that there are four basic forces that will interact with matter? Well, let me explain what the forces are and how the forces interact with matter.

First of all, as we all know is the gravitational force. Gravitational force can exist between any two objects with masses and this force is always attractive to any kind of object. For example, gravitational force is the cause that enables stars to stay together thus forming galaxies. The strength of the gravitational force is almost infinite, meaning that the gravitational pull of a galaxy can be experienced by another galaxy even if the length between them is many lightyears away. Of all the basic forces, it is said to be the weakest even with its ability to binds stars together. It is hard to believe, I know.

Second is the weak force. The weak force can only act on leptons and quarks. The function of a weak force is that it can change the flavour of a quark. For example, beta minus decay; the change in flavour by weak force caused a neutron to transform into a proton. The neutron is the neutral particles inside of an atom while a proton is the positively charged particles of an atom. The weak force has a range up until 10-17m.

Next is the electromagnetic force. Electromagnetic force can only exist between two charges. Electrons are bind to the positively charged nucleus by electromagnetic force to form an atom. And the atoms will then be bonded together also by electromagnetic force to form solids, liquids and gases. As goes the name that is electromagnetic force, it functions the same as a magnet; attract opposing poles. The only difference is that magnet attract opposite poles while electromagnetic force enables unlike charges to be attracted and like charges repulsing each other. The same as gravitational force, the strength of electromagnetic force is also almost infinite.

Lastly is the strong nuclear force. Strong nuclear force can only act on quarks. Three quarks will be bonded by strong nuclear force to a nucleon and as nucleons combine together, they will form a nucleus. Hideki Yukawa, the very first Japanese to have won the Nobel Prize for Physics, proposed that strong nuclear force is ‘carried’ by a particle that enables it to bind all the quarks together. It ranges up to 10-15m. As from the name, we can already guess that it is the strongest of the basic forces.

Often we want to show our gratitude around Thanksgiving. So many people help us and it would be great to be able to effectively say "thank you". It feels good to thank a counter person for taking your complex order quickly, efficiently and correctly. When a coworker helps you solve a particularly difficult problem it is appreciated. Yet, many times we don't know how to show our gratitude effectively. Here are some helpful tips.

1) Be Polite

Learn to say please and thank you to all and sundry. Be it your teacher in class or your friend when asking for a favor or even that irritating neighbor. This is important because you never know when your toddler or a person who looks up to you might be listening in and copying your style.

2) Give a Small Card or Gift.

You were a down on your luck student whose teacher thought deserved another chance and gave it to you. The teacher took precious personal time out to coach you on the subject that you have been performing poorly. Perhaps they enabled you to achieve a high honor. You would like to show your gratitude but are not sure what would be the best way to do it. There is a very simple way of excelling at it. Just say thank you with a card that says it all or give a memorabilia.

To be the kind of person who attracts the right kind of associations from school to work to home, you need to also learn people. Take time to understand the people you interact with. When showing gratitude by giving a tangible item, you need to show some forethought by getting something that will be liked. It is best when you get the item that is needed most but for some reason the person cannot get hold of it. Another option is to give a gift that will have a sentimental value. This is why understanding someone and taking time to really know them personally will help.

3) Lend a Helping Hand.

Sometimes the only gratitude you can show someone is lending a hand in something the person is involved in. This will speak volumes to them as you assist in their cause. In this way, you are letting on that you care about them and are sensitive to their likes and dislikes without buying them something you are not sure of.

4) Express Praise.

Apart from lending a hand, you can also praise a friend by affirming them and encourage them when they are fretful. These are ways of showing gratitude for the friendship without spending any money and who said that all actions of gratitude translate to financial expenditure? One often appreciates acts of gratitude than other expressions such as verbal or monetary. These acts are often considered priceless. The value is not quantifiable at all.

5) Spending Time and Listening

For the elderly, be it a friend or a former teacher, the best gift is spending time with them through engaging them in constant conversation or hearing from them in a way that says they are always on your mind. This is powerful also for the person who does not have many friends or does not have time to socialize but can be caught on phone or at home with some little time to spare. If your parents are still living, spend time with them as well.

Though many people think of gratitude during Thanksgiving, it is a nice way of life if you can manage it. It enriches all relationships great and small.

Music therapy or binaural beats have been around for a long time, over 170 years. These beats use two different frequencies, one in each ear that helps stimulate the brain to help you relax. The beats are set into soft relaxing music often with sounds of nature such as birds chirping or waterfalls ect.

The benefits from the different frequencies, and the positive effects it has on the mind and body is good. There are four different frequency waves that are used in music therapy, and they are, Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta, and each one has it’s own benefit.

Delta waves which is 1-3 Hz, and the benefits are, if you are having trouble sleeping, it is also good for lucid dreaming, which can help you if you have constant nightmares, and it also helps increase immune functions.
Theta waves which is 4-7 Hz, and the benefits are, it’s good for deep relaxation or meditation, hypnosis, also to increase memory, and to help you focus better.
Alpha waves which is 8-13 Hz, and the benefits are, that it will help you with light relaxation (while awake), also helps with learning, and positive thinking.
Beta waves which is 13-25 Hz, and the benefits are, that it will help with normal state of alertness, busy or anxious thinking, active concentration, and relieves stress, and anxiety.

The biggest benefit is that you don’t have to go to a therapist to get this treatment, you can do it in the comfort of your own home. So many people have never heard of music therapy, or sound therapy, because of the fact that you had to go see a doctor, and get referred to a therapist who deals with these kinds of problems. Like always doctors don’t want people to know about these kinds of treatments that you can do at home, because they will lose money. You know how it works, they want you to see a therapist that they recommend so they get a commission, then once you see a therapist they want you to go and see them two or three times a week for a month, this can be very expensive, and inconvenient.

In conclusion, there is no reason that you can’t do this in the comfort of your own home. When you see a therapist they put you in a room by yourself with headphones and they make you listen to the music for a certain amount of time, and that’s it, and make you go back several more times. You can do the same thing at home, find a quiet place and put on some headphones, and just relax and listen to the music, and save yourself some money, it’s the same thing!

Living in a fast-paced world can bring anyone to a point where they feel unable to cope with their day-to-day stress factors, so finding great stress management tips to help you make it through the day is always a tough exercise to fit into your daily schedule. However, successful stress management can lead to increased success in many areas of life, from health and confidence to job performance, so it's worth making time to de-stress. Here are some stress management tips to help you through your day:

1. Give yourself 15 minutes when you first come in the door to sit in a quiet room and simply reflect upon your day. Your brain needs the time to unwind and you'll be surprised at what you think of!

2. Try to keep your personal space free from clutter, both at work and at home. The more you're able to keep your physical surroundings clear, the more you'll feel able to switch gears without feeling drained.

3. Eliminate unnecessary noise from your routine. This may involve tuning out noisy co-workers, wearing earplugs during a train commute home, or getting the muffler on your car fixed. You'll find that without the need to filter unnecessary noise from your day, your concentration will improve and you'll be able to think more clearly.

4. Make time to laugh! Laughter releases endorphins which both relax and uplift an individual naturally. Go out of your way to find things that are funny, amusing, or simply make you smile, and you'll feel instantly less stressed out.

5. Make a budget, and stick to it. Money worries cause huge amounts of stress, and the only way to avoid them is to live within your means.

Hi there…

Fashion is something that people nowadays considered as a very important issue. But what is fashion? What can actually define fashion? Who had the top current name in the fashion industry? We are about to discover…

Fashion can be describes as the current style in that certain era. If you don’t believe me, let us flashback to the 80’s where big, curly hair was the trend then. Seriously, you must have got nerve to pull that style of hair in 2009. But I am not going to talk about hair because I am to talk about what I know best, clothing and accessories. Speaking of fashion, I would say hands down, the 80’s was the worst fashion crime ever in the history of mankind. Fashion then was like the more, the better. I seriously disagree…

If to say which designer produced the best pair of shoes, I know even the American had to agree that it would our very own Malaysian born, Jimmy Choo. Yes, Jimmy Choo is a Malaysian born designer and is one of the well-known designers in America. Big celebrities in the States wore his design to the red carpet. The price of a pair of shoes made by him can reach up till thousands of US Dollars. Who said Malaysian can’t be successful? Way to go, Malaysians.

When talking about jewelry, it is hard to recognize who can be the designers that are able to produce such exquisite pieces. Some of the most famous jewelers are Missoni, Yves Saint Laurent, Jay Lane and these are just to name a few. What made them so famous are the designs that can only suit the rich people and not just any common people. You can’t just wear it any place that you like since they are just the expensive things that only rich people will be able to afford them. One of the most expensive piece I have ever seen is a neckpiece by Jay Lane that was almost two millions and it was one of a kind. On their birthday, the Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley both ordered custom made presents for each of them. Jessica Alba was given custom made earrings by her fiancée that was made by Jay Lane.

On the red carpet, our eyes can only go to one thing that is what the celebrities were wearing and who designed the clothes. Let me get this straight, if you don’t know at least one of these people, then you have been living under a rock for centuries! Top designers are Chanel, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Marchesa, Oscar de La Renta, Proenza Schouler, Valetino Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Marc Jacobs, Zac Posen and many others more. These are the people that dressed up the biggest name in Beverly Hills. These are the people which designs we can only see through our television that walks on the red carpet. I guess we can only wish for it…

Greetings,

I would like to share something that I think many one us once had but it faded away as we grow up. I want to share my opinion on dream. I am not talking about the dream that you had when you are sleeping but dream that you had maybe when you are small or maybe you just recently had. I am sure everybody had one but only certain do come true.

A dream is basically something that you wish but doesn’t necessary have to be a job. For example, some people wish to be a singer or an actor but ended up being a doctor. As I have said earlier not many people had been able to achieve what they had been dreaming of. There may also be people who thought that you dream is something silly but you should know that it is your right to be dreaming. No one should take that away from you. I, myself sometimes jealous of the children because they are still able to dream of being whatever they like.

I think that as we grow up, our mind is set to the future that we forgot what used to make us happy. That one thing that always made us smile alone, when we used to think of it. I know I still have my dream with me. It is hard trying to achieve the dream while focusing on reality. Though I do pray for miracle to happen that I will someday be able to achieve my ultimate dream. And when that day comes, there will be no turning back. I will surely cherish every moment that I can fulfilling my dream.

Hello…

Today I would like to tell you about one of the best novel series (in my opinion, of course) ever written. It is known as THE TWILIGHT SAGA Stephenie Meyer. Stephenie Meyer graduated with a degree in English literature from Brigham Young University. She lives in Arizona with her husband and her three sons. She was chosen as “most promising new authors of 2005” by booksellers. As for Twilight, it topped the chart of NEW YORK TIMES, debuting in number 1. Not only that, Amazon claimed that Twilight as “Best Book of the Decade… So Far” and this is just to name a few.

Twilight is the first book for this sequel. Bella Swan, a girl from Phoenix moved to a small town named Fork to live with her father. There, she learnt that there not only humans living among us but also vampires. And some of them are The Cullens, Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Alice, Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie. Edward, a vampire with the ability the hear thoughts were intrigued when he wouldn’t be able to hear Bella’s thought. From his fascination towards her, it turned into love. To give it a twist, the scent of Bella’s blood was very potent to Edward. As a vampire, it was hard to resist such scent of blood. So, Edward had to learn to control his nature to be able to stay with Bella. When things were going well for them, disaster occurred. James, who smell the scent of Bella were surprise to find out that vampires were protecting her so he took Bella as a game and hunt her down while Edward tried to keep her safe.

New Moon is the follow-ups of Twilight. Edward thought that he was too dangerous for Bella so he moved to another place. Trying to cope from post-break up with Edward, Bella befriend with Jacob. Little did Bella know that Jacob was actually a werewolf that existed as the enemy of vampires. Trying to move on with her life, Bella tried extreme sports. Alice, Edward’s sister who had the ability to see the past, present and future saw Bella jumping off a cliff, thought that Bella was trying to kill herself. Edward found out about the news that Bella was dead. Vampires are immortal so they weren’t be able to kill themselves. Edward went to Rome to meet with the Volturi, the Royal family of the vampires. Only they can grant what Edward wish for, to die. Bella and Alice then had to travel to Rome to try and save Edward from killing himself.

The third sequel is Eclipse. In this sequel, Victoria, James’s soulmate (from Twilight) appeared to take revenged over the death of James. Victoria went after Bella to torture Edward as repayment for killing her partner. Bella also had another issue she needs to deal with, her love between two men. Bella was torn because Jacob, who loved her and had done so much for her when Edward was absence, yet she still chose Edward over Jacob. Towards the end, both men had to work together to save Bella from Victoria.

In Breaking Dawn, Bella finally said “I do” to Edward and became Mrs. Cullen. Bella went to an island with Edward and romantic nights are giving its result (pregnant). Alice was scared because she can’t see Bella’s future. As Bella’s belly getting bigger, she became weaken because the baby inside her, which considering its conditions had taken the vampire traits instead of human traits. In order to save Bella, Edward had to change Bella into a vampire. Because the baby named Renesmee is half vampire and half human, the Volturi tried to kill her. This is the climax where Bella as a mother would do pretty much anything to save her daughter, even if it mean to die for her daughter.

Overall, this is a two thumbs-up saga. But I strongly recommend Twilight and Breaking Dawn. Breaking Dawn is really sad and it made me think of my mother and all her sacrifices when I read it. The movie, Twilight is also recommended. New Moon will be in cinema this November. Don’t forget to watch. It starred Kirsten Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattison as Edward Cullen.

Do you know the importance of having breakfast?Don't skip breakfast entirely as it kick-starts your body for the day ahead.Have something light a little later in the morning, like a slice of wholegrain toast or some fruit and yogurt. Having breakfast may actually lead you to consume less energy over a day than if you skip it!A nutritious breakfast can provide sustained energy and a feeling of fullness that makes you less likely to snack on high fat and sugarly food mid-morning.

Example of breakfast with local flavour is kaya toast.Anyhow, you can slash calories by using just a little butter instead of a whole pat.Wholemeal bread is also healthier than white.Example of high-fibre breakfast is a bowl of wholegrain cereal and milk, but make sure both are low in sugar and fat.You can add a banana for extra fibre.

For the hot and savoury breakfast, you can scramble two eggs and a slice of ham together for a protein-rich bite.Enjoy with grain/seed bread.Light and fruity breakfast can be fruits salad. It can be taste even better with a spoonful of low-fat yogurt and some honey. This was a great way to get extra calcium.

On the other hand, don't consumed a large meal if you are going for morning run.It can lead to discomfort when exercising.Either way, having a low-fat snack with some protein after a strenuous workout can help with muscle recovery.

--->> eBay

eBay Inc. is an American Internet company that manages eBay.com, an online auction and shopping website in which people and businesses buy and sell a broad variety of goods and services worldwide.

A majority of the sales take place through a set-time auction format, but subsequent methods include a substantial segment of listings in the "Buy It Now" category.

In addition to its original U.S. website, eBay has established localized websites in thirty other countries. eBay Inc. also owns PayPal, Skype, StubHub, Kijiji, and other businesses.

The online auction website was founded as AuctionWeb in San Jose, California, on September 3, 1995, by French-born Iranian computer programmer Pierre Omidyar as part of a larger personal site that included, among other things, Omidyar's own tongue-in-cheek tribute to the Ebola virus. In 1997, the company received approximately $5 million in funding from the venture capital firm Benchmark Capital.

The very first item sold on eBay was a broken laser pointer for $14.83. Astonished, Omidyar contacted the winning bidder to ask if he understood that the laser pointer was broken. In his responding email, the buyer explained: "I'm a collector of broken laser pointers." The frequently repeated story that eBay was founded to help Omidyar's fiancée trade Pez Candy dispensers was fabricated by a public relations manager in 1997 to interest the media. This was revealed in Adam Cohen's 2002 book, The Perfect Store, and confirmed by eBay.

Chris Agarpao was hired as eBay's 83rd employee and Jeffrey Skoll was hired as the first president of the company in early 1996. In November 1996, eBay entered into its first third-party licensing deal, with a company called Electronic Travel Auction to use SmartMarket Technology to sell plane tickets and other travel products. The company officially changed the name of its service from AuctionWeb to eBay in September 1997. Originally, the site belonged to Echo Bay Technology Group, Omidyar's consulting firm. Omidyar had tried to register the domain name echobay.com, but found it already taken by the Echo Bay Mines, a gold mining company, so he shortened it to his second choice, eBay.com.(Echobay.com is now owned by Echobay Partners, Ltd., a private equity firm based in Nevis.)

Meg Whitman was hired as eBay President and CEO in March 1998. At the time, the company had 30 employees half a million users and revenues of $4.7 million in the United States.eBay went public on September 21, 1998, and both Omidyar and Skoll became instant billionaires. eBay's target share price of $18 was all but ignored as the price went to $53.50 on the first day of trading.

As the company expanded product categories beyond collectibles into almost any salable item, business grew quickly. In February 2002, the company purchased IBazar, a similar European auction web site founded in 1995 and then bought PayPal on October 14, 2002.

In early 2008, the company had expanded worldwide, counted hundreds of millions of registered users, 15,000+ employees and revenues of almost $7.7 billion. After nearly ten years at eBay, Whitman made the decision to enter politics. On January 23, 2008 the company announced that Whitman would step down on March 31, 2008 and John Donahoe was selected to become President and CEO.Whitman remained on the Board of Directors and continued to advise Donahoe through 2008.

The word perfume was derived from a Latin word `per fumum`. The Latin word means, through smoke. This is how the word perfume was coined. Perfumes were first made in Mesopotamian and Egyptian counties in the ancient times. Later, the Romans and also the Persians developed this art.

Taputti, a chemist from Mesopotamia developed perfumes by distilling flowers and oils. With that she used several aromatics which brought a great aroma. Four thousand years old perfumes have also been found by the archaeologists in Pyrgos. The ancient people used things like herbs and flowers to make good quality perfumes. The Egyptians used perfumes to prepare mummies in the mixture.

Different perfumes smell differently because it is made from different mixtures. Even if the perfume is made from the same mixture it can be smelled differently if the percentage of the quantity of mixtures mixed is different. This is what we generally call the intensity of a perfume. Some people also call the smell of a high intensity perfume a `hard` smell. Similarly, a perfume which has a low intensity and does not hurt the nose is called a soft perfume.

Generally companies which make perfumes do not like to reveal the concentration in their perfumes. This is something which they like to keep a secret and this is what differentiates one perfume from another. Different things are used from plants, animals and other natural sources to create a unique aroma for perfumes. Some perfume companies also use a few synthetic sources in their perfumes to create an aroma of its own kind.

There are different types of perfumes available in the market. Perfume, a fragrance, is one of the most expensive types of perfumes. Then you have natural sprays, alcoholic perfumes and several other types of perfumes for different people with different needs.

Light weight glass bottles were used since ancient times to store perfumes. These glass bottles are still used to store perfumes in modern times. The only difference with the ancient glass bottles and the modern glass bottles is in its design. Earlier the glass bottles were of a very simple design but nowadays a lot of stress is also given on the design of the glass bottles which differentiates one company from the other. Sleek, curvy and a delicate design is preferred these days by the perfume companies.

The Greek in ancient times used beautiful containers to carry their perfume, and precious stones were used by the Roman people to store and carry their perfumes. The container in which the perfume is stored is very important. In most of the cases the design of the perfume bottle decides whether that perfume will be purchased or not, irrespective of its fragrance.

Perfumes have gained immense importance in the last few centuries. In ancient times, perfumes were used mainly by the rich people but in modern day almost each and everyone uses perfume so that an amazing aura comes out of his body.

The ambience of a place suddenly changes when someone comes in with a perfume on her clothes. The aura brings positive energy and vibes along with its fragrance. Perfumes come in a lot of range and fragrances. It depends on a person to choose his fragrance in the range he likes. For most people, perfume has become a signature statement. Perfumes are always in passion. They never lose demand in the market because everyone loves to have a perfume in his wardrobe.

The key success to build a perfect team is to execution of plans. An effective action always gives result when it executes well. The performance of employees always leads to success for any company or organization. The success of any organization also need how well the employees are motivated. One motivational factor for an employee must be by watching top level managers. The managers some times set example to boost employee’s moral by telling them their journey towards success and showing them the path of success. The team leader also plays an important role for the team’s motivation by communicating the message among the members.

There are just 5 ideas as follows which may work for you to build a best team at work.
1. Specific and objectives - The assigned task to the employee must be very specific. Each and every member of the team must understand and should have the knowledge about the objectives of the task assigned to them. The team members lead to success of the organization if they understand the objectives and the purpose of the work given to them. This keeps employees to feel comfortable and confident about their involvement to the overall success of the organization.

2. Performance Rewards – In every organization, employees work for their self interest and their interests come in their mind first. It is basic human character and no body is exceptional. So, they wish to get some rewards for their performance.
3. Right people for Recruitment – Recruiting right candidate are an important part for any organization’s growth. It really helps the senior personals in the work process. The benefits like on time work done, less conflicts within the team, smooth working process and co-operation among the members must be observed in the team. A unit of quality team members always produces quality work and ultimately increases the market value for the company.

4. Set basic rules for work – Set a target and dead line for each and every employee in work process so that each member must have better idea how much time to get that work done. Let them decide the priority for work but the mind set must be getting the work done in time. This process surly minimizes conflicts and useless gossips.

5. Appreciations & Promote Need – Appreciations always leads to good performance, so on the basis of performance it is necessary to promote employee at the work process. Assigning to supervise the task and guiding the same task assigned to the co-workers will boost the employee confidence and motivate other employees to show their ability. It is a better idea to drop an appreciation mail to all the employees and let them know that one team member has performed more than expectations.

Malaysia's first astronaut to do what no one in space has done before(Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor.

Malaysia's first astronaut will do what no one in space has done before: play traditional Malay children's games without gravity.

The astronaut - yet to be selected - will play "batu seremban,'' or "five stones'' and spin traditional Malay tops in space, Agriculture Ministry parliamentary secretary Rohani Abdul Karim told parliament on Wednesday.

Rohani, who was replying on behalf of the Science, Technology and Innovations Ministry, said the astronaut would also do batik painting and making teh tarik.

She said this in reply to comments made by MPs on what the Malaysian astronaut might do in the International Space Station.

Rohani said the training programme for the Malaysian astronaut in Russia would not cost the Treasury a single sen.

Replying to Datuk Dr Marcus Mojigoh (BN-Putatan), she said the programme was provided free of charge as part of an offset programme for the purchase pf Sukhoi fighter aircraft from Russia.

She said the benefits of the programme for the country were numerous, including the opportunity to conduct scientific experiments in space.

“Such experiments will also be studied by our own scientists in the medical, science and educational fields.

“Schoolchildren will be further motivated to increase their interests in science and technology when our astronaut holds a live teleconference with students from several selected schools,” she said, adding that the astronaut would also conduct several experience on micro-gravity in front of the television camera.

Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor and Kapten Dr Faiz Khaleed, who had been selected for Malaysia’s first astronaut programme, are now undergoing training for a year in Russia before departing for the International Space Station.

Only one of them will board a Russian rocket for eight days of space travel on Sept 2 next year.

Unidentified flying object(UFO)

Do you know about UFO...
lets read it,,,

Unidentified flying object (commonly abbreviated as UFO or U.F.O.) is the popular term for any aerial phenomenon whose cause cannot be easily or immediately identified by the observer. The United States Air Force, which coined the term in 1952, initially defined UFOs as those objects that remain unidentified after scrutiny by expert investigators, though the term UFO is often used more generally to describe any sighting unidentifiable to the reporting observer(s). Popular culture frequently takes the term UFO as a synonym for alien spacecraft. Cults have become associated with UFOs, and mythology and folklore have evolved around the phenomenon. Some investigators now prefer to use the broader term unidentified aerial phenomenon (or UAP), to avoid the confusion and speculative associations that have become attached to UFO.Another widely known acronym for UFO in Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian is OVNI.

Studies have established that the majority of UFOs are observations of some real but conventional object—most commonly aircraft, balloons, or astronomical objects such as meteors or bright planets—that have been misidentified by the observer as anomalies while a small percentage of reported UFOs are hoaxes.Only a small percentage of reported sightings (usually 5 to 20%) can be classified as unidentified flying objects in the strictest sense.

Some scientists have argued that all UFO sightings are misidentifications of natural phenomena and historically, there was debate among some scientists about whether scientific investigation was warranted given available empirical data.Very little peer-reviewed literature has been published in which scientists have proposed, studied or supported non-prosaic explanations for UFOs. Allen Hynek was a trained astronomer who participated in Project Bluebook after doing research as a federal government employee. He formed the opinion that some UFO reports could not be scientifically explained. Through his founding of the Center for UFO Studies and participation at CUFOs he spent the rest of his life researching and documenting UFOs. The movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind had a character loosely based on Hynek. Another group studying UFOs is Mutual UFO Network. MUFON is a grass roots based organization known for publishing one of the first UFO investigators handbooks. This handbook went into great detail on how to document alleged UFO sightings.

UFO reports became frequent after the first widely publicized U.S. sighting, reported by private pilot Kenneth Arnold in 1947, that gave rise to the popular terms "flying saucer" and "flying disc." Since then, millions of people have reported that they have seen UFOs.

The Niagara Falls are voluminous waterfalls on the Niagara River, straddling the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York. The falls are 17 miles (27 km) north-northwest of Buffalo, New York and 75 miles (120 km) south-southeast of Toronto, Ontario, between the twin cities of Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Niagara Falls, New York.
Niagara Falls is composed of two major sections separated by Goat Island: Horseshoe Falls, the majority of which lies on the Canadian side of the border, and American Falls on the American side. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls are also located on the American side, separated from the main falls by Luna Island.
Niagara Falls were formed when glaciers receded at the end of the Wisconsin glaciation (the last ice age), and water from the newly-formed Great Lakes carved a path through the Niagara Escarpment en route to the Atlantic Ocean. While not exceptionally high, the Niagara Falls are very wide. More than six million cubic feet (168,000 m³) of water falls over the crest line every minute in high flow, and almost 4 million cubic feet (110,000 m³) on average. It is the most powerful waterfall in North America.
The Niagara Falls are renowned both for their beauty and as a valuable source of hydroelectric power. Managing the balance between recreational, commercial, and industrial uses has been a challenge for the stewards of the falls since the 1800s.

do you know thw The Great wall of China???

lets read about it..

The Great Wall of China (simplified Chinese:traditional Chinese:pinyin: Chángchéng; literally "long city/fortress") or (simplified Chinese:traditional Chinese: pinyin: Wànlǐ Chángchéng; literally "The long wall of 10,000 Li) is a series of stone and earthen fortifications in northern China, built, rebuilt, and maintained between the 5th century BC and the 16th century to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire from Xiongnu attacks during various successive dynasties. Since the 5th century BC, several walls have been built that were referred to as the Great Wall. One of the most famous is the wall built between 220–206 BC by the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Little of that wall remains; the majority of the existing wall were built during the Ming Dynasty.
The Great Wall stretches from Shanhaiguan in the east to Lop Nur in the west, along an arc that roughly delineates the southern edge of Inner Mongolia. The most comprehensive archaeological survey, using advanced technologies, has recently concluded that the entire Great Wall, with all of its branches, stretches for 8,851.8 km (5,500.3 mi). This is made up of 6,259.6 km (3,889.5 mi) of sections of actual wall, 359.7 km (223.5 mi) of trenches and 2,232.5 km (1,387.2 mi) of natural defensive barriers such as hills and rivers.

i think all of you doesn't know about it yet The Lighthouse of Alexandria....

The Lighthouse of Alexandria (or The Pharos of Alexandria, Greek) was a tower built in the 3rd century BC (between 285 and 247 BC) on the island of Pharos in Alexandria, Egypt to serve as that port's landmark, and later, its lighthouse.
With a height variously estimated at between 115 and 135 m (380 and 440 ft) it was identified as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World by Antipater of Sidon. It may have been the third tallest building after the two Great Pyramids (of Khufu and Khafra) for its entire life.

there's something interesting to share...

The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Mausoleum of Mausolus or Tomb of Mausolus (in Greek) was a tomb built between 353 and 350 BC at Halicarnassus (present Bodrum, Turkey) for Mausolus, a satrap in the Persian Empire, and Artemisia II of Caria, his wife and sister. The structure was designed by the Greek architects Satyros and Pythis. It stood approximately 45 meters (135 ft) in height, and each of the four sides was adorned with sculptural reliefs created by each one of four Greek sculptors — Leochares, Bryaxis, Scopas of Paros and Timotheus. The finished structure was considered to be such an aesthetic triumph that Antipater of Sidon identified it as one of his Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
The word mausoleum has since come to be used generically for any grand tomb, though "Mausoleion" originally meant "[building] dedicated to Mausolus"

lets read it..

The Temple of Artemis (Greek: Artemision), also known less precisely as Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to Artemis completed— in its most famous phase— around 550 BC at Ephesus (in present-day Turkey). Though the monument was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, only foundations and sculptural fragments of the temple remain. There were previous temples on its site, where evidence of a sanctuary dates as early as the Bronze Age. The whole temple was made of marble except for the roof.
The new temple antedated the Ionic immigration by many years. Callimachus, in his Hymn to Artemis, attributed the origin of the temenos at Ephesus to the Amazons, whose worship he imagines already centered upon an image (bretas). In the seventh century the old temple was destroyed by a flood. The construction of the "new" temple, which was to become known as one of the wonders of the ancient world, began around 550 BC. It was a 120-year project, initially designed and built by the Cretan architect Chersiphron and his son Metagenes, at the expense of Croesus of Lydia.
It was described by Antipater of Sidon, who compiled the list of the Seven Wonders:
I have set eyes on the wall of lofty Babylon on which is a road for chariots, and the statue of Zeus by the Alpheus, and the hanging gardens, and the colossus of the Sun, and the huge labour of the high pyramids, and the vast tomb of Mausolus; but when I saw the house of Artemis that mounted to the clouds, those other marvels lost their brilliancy, and I said, "Lo, apart from Olympus, the Sun never looked on aught so grand".

The Statue of Zeus at Olympia was made by the Greek sculptor Phidias, circa 432 BC on the site where it was erected in the Temple of Zeus, Olympia, Greece. It was considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Alien????
what is alien???

Alien is a 1979 science fiction horror film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Tom Skerritt, Sigourney Weaver, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, Ian Holm and Yaphet Kotto. The film's title refers to its primary antagonist: a highly aggressive extraterrestrial creature which stalks and kills the crew of a spaceship.
Alien garnered both critical acclaim and box office success, receiving an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects,Saturn Awards for Best Science Fiction Film, Best Direction for Scott, and Best Supporting Actress for Cartwright, and a Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation, along with numerous other award nominations. It has remained highly praised in subsequent decades, being inducted into the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress in 2002 for historical preservation as a film which is "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant"and being ranked by the American Film Institute in 2008 as the seventh-best film in the science fiction genre.
The success of Alien spawned a media franchise of novels, comic books, video games, and toys, as well as three sequel and two prequel films. It also launched Weaver's acting career by providing her with her first lead role, and the story of her character Ripley's encounters with the titular Alien creatures became the thematic thread that ran through the sequels Aliens, Alien 3, and Alien Resurrection. The subsequent prequels Alien vs. Predator and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem diverged from this theme in favor of a crossover with the Predator franchise

Did you know what is Pyramid???

The Great Pyramid of Giza (also called the Pyramid of Khufu and Pyramid of Cheops) is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis bordering what is now Cairo, Egypt, and is the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that survives substantially intact. It is believed the pyramid was built as a tomb for Fourth dynasty Egyptian King Khufu (Cheops in Greek) and constructed over a 20 year period concluding around 2540 BC. The Great Pyramid was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Originally the Great Pyramid was covered by casing stones that formed a smooth outer surface, and what is seen today is the underlying core structure. Some of the casing stones that once covered the structure can still be seen around the base. There have been varying scientific and alternative theories regarding the Great Pyramid's construction techniques. Most accepted construction theories are based on the idea that it was built by moving huge stones from a quarry and dragging and lifting them into place.
There are three known chambers inside the Great Pyramid. The lowest chamber is cut into the bedrock upon which the pyramid was built and was unfinished. The so-called Queen's Chamber and King's Chamber are higher up within the pyramid structure. The Great Pyramid of Giza is the main part of a complex setting of buildings that included two mortuary temples in honor of Khufu one close to the pyramid and one near the Nile), three smaller pyramids for Khufu's wives, an even smaller "satellite" pyramid, a raised causeway connecting the two temples, and small mastaba tombs surrounding the pyramid for nobles.

The Hanging Gardens of Babylon????
what is it???

The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, also known as the Hanging Gardens of Semiramis, near present-day Al Hillah, Babil in Iraq, are considered to be one of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. They were built by the Chaldean king Nebuchadnezzar II around 600 BC. He is reported to have constructed the gardens to please his sick wife, Amytis of Media, who longed for the trees and fragrant plants of her homeland Persia. The gardens were destroyed by several earthquakes after the 2nd century BC.
The lush Hanging Gardens are extensively documented by Greek historians such as Strabo and Diodorus Siculus. Through the ages, the location may have been confused with gardens that existed at Nimrud, since tablets from there clearly show gardens. Writings on these tablets describe the possible use of something similar to an Archimedes screw as a process of raising the water to the required height.[citation needed] Nebuchadnezzar II also used massive slabs of stone, which was unheard of in Babylon, to prevent the water from eroding the ground.

Hello everyone. Now I will spend a lots of my time
to share with all of you about teamworking because since
last week we have a lot to do in group. So this
especially to all of us.

Definition

Team

-A team is a group of people co-operating for a common purpose.
-It is to do with getting a task completed which requires more
than one person.
-A set of persons working together for group rather
than individual benefit.
-Therefore in a team, two things have to happen:
all members must understand the purpose
all members must agree to work together
-All members of a team must seek for methods of
effective collaboration.

Teamworking
The ability to work with others to achieve shared goals

So I hope with my short explaination about this matter
a much as possible can inculcate a teamworking
among our class especially.Thank you.

My last boring weekend finally end with happy because it come to end. But it not totally bored because there are something good to me,activity I feel much enjoy. What the lucky thing? Of course a raft.
A raft is any structure, with a flat top, that floats on water. It is the most basic of boat design, characterized by the absence of a hull. Instead, rafts are kept afloat using any combination of buoyant materials such as wood, sealed barrels, or inflated air chambers.
Traditional or primitive rafts are constructed of wood or reeds. Modern rafts may also use pontoons, drums, or extruded polystyrene blocks. Inflatable rafts use durable, multi-layered rubberized fabrics. Depending on its use and size, it may have a superstructure, masts, or rudders.
Timber rafting is used by the logging industry for the transportation of logs, by tying them together into rafts, and drifting or pulling them down a river. This method was very common up until the middle of the 20th century but is now used only rarely.
The type of raft used for recreational rafting is almost exclusively an inflatable boat, manufactured of flexible materials for use on whitewater.

Some of my favourate martial art is Muay Thai. The movie Ong Bak is my favourate movie. Muay Thai consisted of an arsenal of nine weapons the head, fists, elbows, knees and feet known collectively as na-wa arwud. However in modern Muay Thai, both amateur and professional, headbutting an opponent is no longer allowed.
To strike and bind the opponent for both offensive and defensive purposes, small amounts of stand-up grappling are used: the clinch. Formal Muay Thai techniques are divided into two groups: Mae Mai or major techniques and Luk Mai or minor techniques. Muay Thai is often a fighting art of attrition, where opponents exchange blows with one another. This is certainly the case with traditional stylists in Thailand, but is a less popular form of fighting in the contemporary world fighting circuit. With the success of Muay Thai in mixed martial arts fighting, it has become one of the prevalent martial arts of choice for competitive stand-up fighters. As a result, it has evolved and incorporated much more powerful hand striking techniques used in western style boxing and the Thai style of exchanging blow for blow is no longer favorable. Note: when Muay Thai fighters compete against fighters of other styles (and if the rules permit it), they almost invariably emphasize elbow (sok) and knee (kao) techniques to gain a distinct advantage in fighting. Almost all techniques in Muay Thai use the entire body movement, rotating the hip with each kick, punch, elbow and block. The rotation of the hips in Muay Thai techniques, and intensive focus on "core muscles" (such as abdominal muscles and surrounding muscles) is very distinctive and is what sets Muay Thai apart from other styles of martial arts

As we can see, almost all of Mat Rempit is in the youth group. We should realize that in this stage, their thinking, attitude and action were influenced by their peers. They used to follow their friends rather than their own parents and teachers advice. This peer influence is very strong and sometimes dangerous if they follow the wrong path for example the illegal racing. This is why the amount of Mat Rempit is increasing from time to time.
Furthermore, the desire to try something new and challenging is one of the factors that lured them into the illegal racing. They felt that it is very admirable and outstanding if they can win the race or do suicide skills such as riding in the high speed or get away from the police road blocks. They love to break the laws since they think that it is just an amusement for them.
As a conclusion, what I can say is, action speaks louder than words. It is useless if we just babbling around and blaming them for all this problems although some of them caused some serious case. We should cooperate with government, politicians and NGOs to track back how this thing happen and find a solution to solve it. The Mat Rempit should be thankful for the government and society for not treating them like the snatch thief and the homosexual group although they have cause many problems. The government and society still can accept them as long as they want to change. We can see many campaign and approach for them right now. After all, this group is our country’s apprentice that will lead us in the future. If they are still like now and we are just blaming them, the one who are needed to blame is just our self.

How to buy laptop. Before that, you must really know what is laptop.Laptop systems have grown in popularity due to their increasing performance and portability. Many systems are even now being marketed as replacements for desktop systems but few can perform at the same level as a desktop system particularly when it comes to graphics. This guide will help you to look at some of the key items you want to look at before you purchase your next PC laptop system.
Processors (CPU)
Mobile processors typically were slower than desktop CPUs but that has changed. Dual-core processors are common and help with multitasking. The type of processors found in the notebook will vary based upon the size and purpose of the notebook. They have a direct impact on performance as well as battery life so comparison can be difficult. Check out my listings for suggested processors for the various types of laptop PCs available.
Memory (RAM)
Laptops are generally more restricted in the amount of memory they can have compared to desktops. When looking at computers you want to make sure to check out the maximum memory the system can handle as well as the amount that is installed in the computer. It's also useful to find out if a memory upgrade can be done yourself or if it has to be done by a technician. Two gigabytes should really be the minimum amount of memory to consider with at 4GB for improved performance.
Battery Life
How good is a portable computer going to be if you are only able to get 30 minutes of computing time on a single charge? Try to find the manufacturer’s listed battery life for the standard battery. Look to get a system with at least 2 hours of battery life under normal conditions. If you need extended time unplugged, look for laptops with media bays that can double as extra battery slots or have extended life batteries that can be purchased.

Brass canons were collected by people of status and symbolised power and wealth. The large canons were real weapons and some believed it still work today. The decorative canons, bedil naga with designs of naga "dragons" and crocodiles were ceremonial and heirlooms. Miniature brass canons were a form of currency and were used in exchange for gifts

We meet again in this session. So
for this time I will tell you something, especially a guys
but its still not be a problem to ladies also. What I gonna to talk
is about today Y125ZR or Yamaha 125ZR.

The current design of Yamaha 125ZR since 2007.
The design of the bike is nice, simple and macho enough.
It was debut in 1999 with the first generation of 125Z
and later followed up with 125ZR, which better and meaner.

Technical Specification:

>Overall length x width x height
1,900 x 675 x 1,035 mm

>Total Displacement
124.3cc

>Seat Height
752 mm

>Wheel base
1,250 mm

>Minimum Ground Clearance
135 mm

>Dry weight/ Curb weight
101 kg

>Engine oil capacity
1.2 litre

>Ignition system
Digital-advanced magneto type CDI

>Transmission
Constant mesh 6-speed

>Brake front / rear
Single disc brake

At that time, there is no bike in the category that can
compete with the bike. It was the era of
Suzuki Best, Suzuki RG Sports, Yamaha SS, SS Two and Kawasaki K1,
but none of the bike make a very deep impact like 125Z does.

125Z makes every other bike in the category seems like child plays.
The technology offered by 125Z is far superior than what the people
were thinking at that time and Yamaha was ahead in others in
thinking of future of underbone bike.

I like this bike not because I want to rem pit, but I like
what this bike has to offer.
You see, this is the only bike in the category that have
monoshock suspension, front and rear disc brake, 6-speed gear,
futuristic design and affordable!

Also, this bike is really fast. In standard condition,
it can go up to 160km/h, tune the exhaust a bit,
it'll go up to 180km/h, tune it a little bit more,
then you can't measure the speed anymore
since the meter is maxed at 180km/h!
I have heard that this bike can be tune to
get 180 km/h just in the fourth gear.

Safety will become a thing to think here.
Enjoy the speed only in the track.
Not in public highway. Drive safely and be smart!

Recently I have watching a movie title Shooter and Sniper. Both of that movie related about a sharp shooter or most known as sniper.
A sniper is a highly trained marksman who shoots targets from concealed positions or distances exceeding thea capabilities of regular personnel. Snipers typically have specialized training and distinct high-precision rifles. In addition to marksmanship, military snipers are also trained in camouflage, field craft, infiltration, reconnaissance and observation techniques.
Training
Military sniper training aims to teach a high degree of proficiency in camouflage and concealment, stalking, observation and map reading as well as precision marksmanship under various operational conditions. Trainees typically shoot thousands of rounds over a number of weeks, while learning these core skills.
Snipers are trained to squeeze the trigger straight back with the ball of their finger, to avoid jerking the gun sideways. The most accurate position is prone, with a sandbag supporting the stock, and the stock's cheek-piece against the cheek. In the field, a bipod can be used instead. Sometimes a sling is wrapped around the weak arm (or both) to reduce stock movement. Some doctrines train a sniper to breathe deeply before shooting, then hold their lungs empty while they line up and take their shot.

Hye. My childhood time still playing around in my mind. What is it until now I remember first time my family and I go to watch Wayang Kulit. Lets talk about it before I passing my topic.
Wayang Kulit is a popular shadow puppet show in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia, especially those in Kelantan and Terengganu, and also in Johor. The origin of the theatre is still remained a mistery, but it was brought to Malaya hundreds of years ago.
Wayang Kulit is a very unique form of theatre employing the principle of light and shadow. The puppets are crafted from buffalo hide and mounted on bamboo sticks. When held up behind a piece of white cloth, with an electric bulb or an oil lamp as the light source, shadows are cast on the screen.
Wayang Kulit plays are invariably based on romantic tales, especially adaptations of the classic Indian epics, "The Mahabarata" and "The Ramayana". Some of the plays are also based on local happenings (current issues) or other local secular stories. It is up to the conductor or "Tok Dalang" to decide his direction.
The Tok Dalang is the genius behind the entire performance. It is he who sits behind the screen and narrates the story. With a traditional orchestra in the background to provide a resonant melody and its conventional rhythm, the Tok Dalang modulates his voice to create suspense thus heightening the drama. Invariably, the play climaxes with the triumph of good over evil.

Kite-flying has come a long-way in Kelantan. The Malay Annals mention it as being in existence as early as 1500, during the early days of the Malacca Sultanate.
"Wau" or Kites come in all shapes and colours, their bamboo frames decorated with coloured and bits of shimmering paper. They are painstakingly designed and crafted in vibrant colors and patterns. Intricate floral cutouts are pasted on, building up the design until the kite is ready for the bright paper tassels that complete its decoration. Kite construction is an ancient art passed down from the nobles of the Melakan court. Sometimes a bow-shaped device is attached to the kite, giving it a high-pitched humming sound when flown. The dry spell of each year, around May till July, when there is strong wind and plenty of sushine, signals the beginning of much activities.

Good day ump. Peace no war. Only have many dogs at KK2. Haha. My friends and I always go to cafe KK1 to take dinner or eat burger and roti canai. So on the way there we have to face to face with a group of dogs. Haha. So,I want to tell about food, not about dogs. Do you familiar with food guide pyramid? Ok if not, please read this.
The Food Guide Pyramid is one way for people to understand how to eat healthy. A rainbow of colored, vertical stripes represents the five food groups plus fats and oils. Here's what the colors stand for:
• orange - grains
• green -vegetables
• red - fruits
• yellow - fats and oils
• blue -milk and dairy products
• purple - meat, beans, fish, and nuts
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) changed the pyramid in 2005 because they wanted to do a better job of telling Americans how to be healthy. The agency later released a special version for kids. Notice the girl climbing the staircase up the side of the pyramid? That's a way of showing kids how important it is to exercise and be active every day. In other words, play a lot! The steps are also a way of saying that you can make changes little by little to be healthier. One step at a time, get it?
The Pyramid Speaks
Let's look at some of the other messages this new symbol is trying to send:
Eat a variety of foods. A balanced diet is one that includes all the food groups. In other words, have foods from every color, every day.
Eat less of some foods, and more of others. You can see that the bands for meat and protein (purple) and oils (yellow) are skinnier than the others. That's because you need less of those kinds of foods than you do of fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy foods.
You also can see the bands start out wider and get thinner as they approach the top. That's designed to show you that not all foods are created equal, even within a healthy food group like fruit. For instance, apple pie would be in that thin part of the fruit band because it has a lot of added sugar and fat. A whole apple crunch! would be down in the wide part because you can eat more of those within a healthy diet.

Good day world. I will not take so much of your time to read this, but I know possibility to read all of the posting is might be impossible. I right for this time I guess. Sorry take so much time on introduction. Ok lets get back on our topic. Actually I just want give story about Malaysia’s or Malay’s symbolism,Keris.

Surrounded by superstition and spiritual symbolism, the keris is the traditional weapon of the Malay man and has been the symbol of the Malay Sultans of Southeast Asia for nearly a thousand years. It is regarded as "pusaka" of sacred heirloom and is the emblem of the cultural heritage of the Malay. For 600 years, it has been the power and sovereignity of the Malay.

Mohd Hafizuddin B Mokhtor

The keris is a short dagger with unique blades that are gently curved or wavy and surmounted by an elaborately carved hilt. Both handle and sheath are lavishly carved and often studded with precious stones. The length, number of curves and design of the hilt are unique to each locality and easily recognized by the connoisseur.
Every keris has certain distinguishing marks with a story to tell. The keris forms part of the royal regalia of the Sultan and is worn during state ceremonies and important occasions. The man in the street normally wears the keris tucked into his sampin or waist cloth during weddings. Many keris are family heirlooms and are treated reverentially.

Caklempong, a small gong melody instrument which comes from the gong family. It is made from bronze, using the mould technique. Caklempong is flourishes among the Malay Minangkabau communities from Negeri Sembilan. Few instruments such as the seruling buluh, salung, rebana and gong play together with Caklempong to accompany the Pencak Silat, Tari Lilin, Randai and Tari Inai performances. Each player holds two caklempong, taking turns to play and create short melodies. Current performance practice divides these into 3 parts, they are Gereteh, playing the melody, Tingkah and Saua(playing the rhythm in homophonic style).

One of the martial art or self defence is aikido. Aikido have its
own special. There was once a very famous Aikido player in Japan
who spent his whole life studying Usheba's legendary art. Although
he had dedicated his whole existence to this beautiful art he had
never actually had occasion to test it in a real life situation against a
determined attacker, someone intent on hurting him. Being a
moralistic kind of person he realised that it would be very bad
karma to actually go out and pick a fight just to test his art so he
was forced to wait until a suitable occasion presented itself.
Naively, he longed for the day when he was attacked so that he
could prove to himself that Aikido was powerful outside of the
controlled walls of the dojo.
The more he trained, the more his obsession for validation grew
until one day, travelling home from work on a local commuter
train, a potential situation did present itself -an overtly drunk and
aggressive man boarded his train and almost immediately started
verbally abusing the other passengers.
'This is it,' the Aikido man thought to himself, 'this is my chance
to test my art.'

Some general tips for laptop care include: avoid extreme temperatures, don’t leave a laptop outside in cold weather or leave it in a hot car. Cold batteries can’t create very much power and hot batteries will discharge very quickly. Use electrical power when available to keep battery charged. Don’t let your laptop go for long periods of time without using the battery.
1. Smaller Is Better
Consider an ultraportable or thin-and-light rather than a desktop replacement laptop. Smaller displays use less power. Going with a hard drive that runs at 4200rpm uses less power than a hard drive running at 5400rpm.
2. Power Control
Use as little power as possible by adjusting laptop settings. Use the Power Options to set to the laptop to go inactive after a set amount of time. Set adjustments so that the display goes off first, then hard the hard drive stay active a bit longer and store the system content’s to the RAM.
3. Turn Down the Lights
Adjust the display brightness to a lower setting, make sure you can view the screen without squinting. You can also adjust the brightness of the display to suit the conditions you are working in.
4. Watch Your Battery Use
Keep an eye on your battery consumption and know how much power you have remaining. Use the battery power icon on the system tray or you can purchase batteries which have LED gauges on the outside of the battery itself.
5. Charging It Up
Whenever you have access to a power source, charge the battery. Before you leave on any trips, fully charge the batteries, especially if you don’t know where or when you might have access to any electrical outlets.
6. Get Another Battery
Some laptops are capable of running with two batteries. If you cannot run two batteries, check with the manufacturer to see if there are high capacity batteries available. External batteries can also be used to extend operating time.
7. Drain the Battery
The first time you use your laptop with battery power, allow the laptop battery to completely discharge. Do this at least twice and don’t try to charge the battery when it is half discharged.

What is tsunami?
Tsunami is a Japanese word with the English translation, "harbor wave." The phenomenon we call tsunami is a series of large waves of extremely long wavelength and period usually generated by a violent, impulsive undersea disturbance or activity near the coast or in the ocean. When a sudden displacement of a large volume of water occurs, or if the sea floor is suddenly raised or dropped by an earthquake, big tsunami waves can be formed by forces of gravity. Earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, explosions, and even the impact of cosmic bodies, such as meteorites, can generate tsunamis. Tsunamis can savagely attack coastlines, causing devastating property damage and loss of life.
What should you do?
1. If you are at home and hear there is a tsunami warning, you should make sure your entire family is aware of the tsunami. Your family should evacuate your house if you live in a tsunami evacuation zone.

2. If you are at the beach or near the ocean and you feel the earth shake, move immediately to higher ground. Do not wait for a tsunami warning to be announced.

3. If you are on a ship or boat, do not return to port if you are at sea and a tsunami warning has been issued for your area. Tsunami can cause rapid changes in water level and unpredictable dangerous current in harbours and ports.

As usual, I appear in this comment site is only to post my comment. What it suppose to be my topic for this time. What is smoking is general question we familiar with.Lets move on the other question. How smoking affects your health? So we're more aware about how bad smoking is for our health. Smoking is restricted or banned in almost all public places and cigarette companies are no longer allowed to advertise on TV, radio, and in many magazines.
• Bad skin. Because smoking restricts blood vessels, it can prevent oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin which is why smokers often appear pale and unhealthy. An Italian study also linked smoking to an increased risk of getting a type of skin rash called psoriasis.
• Bad breath. Cigarettes leave smokers with a condition called halitosis, or persistent bad breath.
• Bad-smelling clothes and hair. The smell of stale smoke tends to linger not just on people's clothing, but on their hair, furniture, and cars. And it's often hard to get the smell of smoke out.
• Reduced athletic performance. People who smoke usually can't compete with nonsmoking peers because the physical effects of smoking (like rapid heartbeat, decreased circulation, and shortness of breath) impair sports performance.
• Greater risk of injury and slower healing time. Smoking affects the body's ability to produce collagen, so common sports injuries, such as damage to tendons and ligaments, will heal more slowly in smokers than nonsmokers.

Since kid I like to play like a police or soldier or war game aroung a village. One of my favourate weapon is blowpipe because is simplest one compared to athers.
Blowpipe is a weapon for the natives of Sarawak. It is used as an aid to track through the rain forest, and as a hunting tool for live food such as squirrels, wild boar and birds. An experienced hunter can accuracy hit its target at marvellous speed with a single blow at one end of the blowpipe.
This weapon is perforated by means of a long metal rod with a chisel shaped bit. The rod is moved on its own axis, back and forth, with the bit slowly drilling into the wood. The weapon itself is made of a long rod with a metal spear tied with rattan at one end.The blow dart is inserted at the other end using the spear to point to the hunting target.
A blowpipe is made by a piece of strait-grained wood, roughly shaped to about 2 meters and a diameter of 15 cm. From time to time, water is poured into the hole to float out wood chips. The pipe was trimmed and whittled to a diameter of about 5 cm when the drilling has been completed. Then the finished weapon is polished with a tough- grained, slightly waxy leaf. The bore of the blowpipe is very slightly curved to compensate for the weight of the weapon in use as it is horizontally held

Hello I am Loh ,I am really tired now ,there are so many assignments have to submit around this few days ,this is maybe the last time for me to bloging in this semester.
Resently I had already read many information about the engine because some of my assignments and final project are invlove with the engine .Last time ,I have learned a little bit about this topic from my friends ,but this time is the first time for me to explore about engine my self.
Generally ,the shape engine can be divided to two types ,there are :straight engine and v engine. There are a lot of differences for this two engines.V engine is the engine with 6 ,8 ,or 12 cylinders mounted on the crankcase in two banks of six cylinders, usually at a 60° angle to each other, but in some cases at a wider or narrower angle, with all pistons driving a common crankshaft.Nomally ,V engine have a better perfomance then the other one ,it can work more smoother then the common straight engine.Althought we know that v engine have a better performance ,but the cost of produce this type of engine is very high ,so that the car factories still produce the straight engine.
Other then that ,to produce a high quality V engine , a lot of technologies and technicians are needed.Hopefully every cars produce by our local factory can produce thier own V engine in a short time.

Do you all know which is the biggest fresh water fish in the world?Do you know how huge it can grow? What weight it can acheive?Let me tell you about this.
Mekong Cat Fish or Giant cat fish(Pangasianodon gigas
) is only live in Mekong River which is the longest river in South-east Asia.It looks just a like the cat fish "patin" in our country ,but the size for this fish can grow up to few hundred kilograms. In 2005 the fisherman had accidently caught a fish which weight around 650 pounds.
This catfish is in danger of extinction due to overfishing, as well as the decrease in water quality due to development and upstream damming,so fishing for the Mekong giant catfish is illegal in the wild in Thailand.
You all can go google search about it's photos by just typing it,s name.

Hello it’s me again ,I am Loh .Just now I had already told you all about the largest fish in fresh water, now I want to tell you about the fish again .This time I’m going to talk about the fastest swimmer in marine,it’s call Yellow-Fin Tuna(Thunnus albacares).I am sure that you all have heared Tuna fish before ,some of you maybe ate it last time.It is really delicious especially cook with "sambal".Those Japanese are also like to use tuna for delicious dish such as "shashimi" and "sushi".Hahaha...Let's back to our topic.
There are so many types of tuna such as Bluefin Tuna,Black Tuna ,Dogtooh Tuna and so on. Their physical properties are almost similar very hard to differentiate among them .The higest velocity for Yellofin Tuna is around 110 kilometer per hour. The scientist belive that this fish can grow up to 800-1000 pounds or maybe over then that, but the world record for this fish in the International Game Fish Association is only around 400 pounds.Because of it's high speed and it's size are very huge ,Yellowfin tuna become a popular sport fish among the fisherman especially at Japan and Europe country.
This fish also can found in our country ,but usually it's size won't be very big and I'm sure that you have never see Yellowfin Tuna in the market because it is very hard to found it in Malaysia.
If you really want to tase it ,you can try to order from Japan.Hahaha...

Hello ..Again ,I am Loh.I thought I had already finish my blogging, since yesterday when I check back what I had posted ,then I only realise that some of my post lost.I don't know why few of my post missing ,but it's okay because it is already happaned.
This time I want to share with you something about my hobby again ,fishing.Do you all know what is lure fishing? I had already explain it during the first persentation in the Technical English class.Maybe some of you are already forget but never mind,I will explain it to you again.Lure fishing is a methid of catching fish by using artificial fishing bait. There are so many types of lure such as minnow ,popper ,jig ,sinker and so on.Each type of lure have different functions and some of them are specific design for certain fish.
The guy who invent lure is Lauri Rapala which live in Finland. He was founder of Rapala-Normark Group, which is now the worlds largest fishing lure and tackle producer. He was borned in a poor family but his creativity already make him and also his family's live style better. When he began to fish by using lure ,other fisher mans were laughing at him but his willpower and patience make him continue to do so and lastly he succeed.
The moral of this legend tell us that we should never give up for the things that is truth.

hi there, this time I would like to give an explanation on cobalt.

Georg Brandt, a Swedish chemist who discovered Cobalt, in 1739. Cobalt is a hard, gray metal, a chemical element with symbol Co and atomic number 27.

Cobalt is not found as a native metal but generally found in the form of ores. Cobalt is usually not mined alone, and tends to be produced as a by-product of nickel and copper mining activities. The main ores of cobalt are cobaltite, erythrite , glaucodot, and skutterudite.

The British Geological Survey had reported that in 2005 the deposit in the Katanga Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo was the top producer of cobalt with almost 40% share of the world.

hi there. There several method to separate cobalt from copper and nickel. It depends on the concentration of cobalt and the exact composition of the used ore. The first method is the froth flotation of the ore, in which special surfactants yield in an enrichment of cobalt. Froth flotation is a process for selectively separating hydrophobic materials from hydrophilic. This is used in several processing industries. Froth flotation commences by crushing and grinding, to increase the surface area of the ore for subsequent processing and break the rocks into the desired mineral and gangue in a process known as liberation, which then has to be separated from the desired mineral. The ore is ground into a fine powder and mixed with water to form a slurry. The slurry is then introduced to water bath which is aerated will produce a bubbles. The mineral hydrophobic grain of ore escape from the water by attaching to the bubbles which will form a foam or also known as froth. The froth is removed and the concentrated mineral is further refined.

hi..
A super-alloy, or high-performance alloy, is an alloy with superior mechanical strength and creep resistance at high temperatures, good surface stability, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. Superalloy usually are face-centered cubic and austenitic. A superalloy's base alloying element is usually nickel, cobalt, or nickel-iron. Superalloy development has relied heavily on both chemical and process innovations and has been driven primarily by the aerospace and power industries.
Superalloys are metallic materials for service at high temperatures. Particularly in the hot zones of modern gas turbines used in airplanes, such materials are needed to improve fuel efficiency, which requires the alloys to withstand higher temperatures and stresses. One of the most important requirements is resistance against high temperature creep. The required material properties are crack resistance, stiffness, as well as an ability to resist oxidation and an acceptable density.

hi there. Do you know what is muffler?

There are two types of muffler, there are absorption and reflection. In the former, the exhaust gases travel through a perforated metal tube located inside the muffler’s outer sleeve. Damping material is placed between the outer sleeve and the perforated tube, which partially absorbs the passing gases, which will reduce the noise emissions. The other method, reflection, works on the principle of damping chambers which extend or shorten the path of the exhaust gases through the muffler and thus reduce the noise emissions.
The primary function of the muffler is to muffle or silence the sound, but its volume, shape and length also indirectly affect the engine power, the sound of the engine and the noise level of the exhaust system. Greater volume means more damping effect, but also greater physical size. Due to the physical imitations of mounting exhaust systems on motorcycles the best shape is an oval, which makes a good compromise between the volume and width of the muffler.
High-capacity engines require more noise reduction. In fulfilling this condition we have to make sure that we do not reduce the flow of the exhaust gases. Therefore we make use of the dual-muffler solution. And of course we always have to take into consideration the damping material. Damping wool which has to be extremely resistant to high temperatures as light as possible and have exceptional damping capacity. The damping wool is depending on the type of engine used by using more or fewer cylinder.
The durability of the damping material depends on the type of motorcycle, riding style and mileages. Normally, single and twin cylinder engines produce a stronger exhaust gases wave pulse and a higher temperature. Usually riding on a race track requires noise control. The insulating material should be replaced when you notice any visual changes on the muffler sleeve material or when the muffler exceeds the noise limit. The damping material which is the damping wool should be replaced every 2 years.

I'm a stamp collector. And I would like to share about my hobby.

A postage stamp is adhesive paper evidence of a fee paid for postal services. Usually a small rectangle attached to an envelope, the stamp signifies the person sending it has fully or partly paid for delivery.

Postage stamps are the most popular way of paying for retail mail; alternatives include postal stationery such as prepaid-postage envelopes, post cards, lettercards, aerogrammes and newspaper wrappers in addition to printed postal impressions and postage meters. The study of postage stamps is called philately.

On the first day of issue a set of stamps can be purchased attached to an envelope with a commemorative postmark. Known as a First Day Cover, it can also be assembled from the component parts by stamp collectors, who are the most frequent users. These envelopes usually bear a commemorative cachet of the subject for which the stamp was created.

Dose marijuana has its value in medical? What its advantages of these drugs? Marijuana is classified as a Schedule I substance that is defined as having a high potential for abuse and no medicinal value. Multiple petitions for rescheduling marijuana have been submitted by reform advocates over the last 30 years. The most recent, submitted in 2002 by the Coalition for Rescheduling Cannabis, calls for a full review of the scientific research and medical practice regarding marijuana. The Food and Drug Administration has yet to respond to this petition.
In 1978, the federal government was forced to allow some patients’ access to medical marijuana after a "medical necessity" defense was recognized in court, creating the Investigational New Drug (IND) compassionate access program. The IND, which allowed some patients to receive medical marijuana from the government, was closed to new patients in 1992 after it was flooded by applications from AIDS patients. Today, seven surviving patients still receive medical marijuana from the federal government.
The 2005 Raich Supreme Court decision did not overturn or affect state law, and 99% of all marijuana arrests take place at the state or local level. This means that state laws afford substantial protection to medical marijuana patients. Currently, laws that effectively remove state-level criminal penalties for growing and/or possessing medical marijuana are in place in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Ten states, plus the District of Columbia, have symbolic medical marijuana laws (laws that support medical marijuana but do not provide patients with legal protection under state law). Marijuana can be something that can safe human life if its uses with right way. But the abusive if these drugs also can kill human life.

By next week we will faces with the final examination. Final examination is really important because it is the best way that can test student’s knowledge after a long time that they have study in university level. There are some tips for us before we will take it by next week. Many people are anxious and suffer from stress before and during an examination. They may even make simple errors that are not typical of their usual behavior.
Part of being prepared emotionally is for you to be able to recognize the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Stress is often strong enough to lead to increased heart rate, shortness of breath, trembling hands, shaking legs, nausea, sweating, etc. Test anxiety and worry lead to a series of negative results including poor concentration, confusion, negative attitudes or moods, negative self-orientation, fear, anger, and even panic.

Often a person develops poor coping strategies such as becoming involved in negative self talk. A common psychological defense against these negative feelings and thoughts is giving up and becoming helpless or paralyzed during a test. The ability to perform well under pressure, however, is a skill that you can learn. Several strategies for overcoming test anxiety follow.

The major factor involved in test anxiety is a lack of preparation. Most test-anxious people have poor study habits and have not prepared adequately for the test. They then attribute their poor performance to a lack of ability or capacity to perform.

Take an objective look at your approaches to studying. If you are lacking in good study habits, you may want to take a study skills training course. Set realistic study goals with ample time for quality learning and repetition. One rule of thumb is that for each hour of class time, study one or two hours at home.

Test-anxious people tend to be preoccupied with them. They concentrate on their negative thoughts and feeling instead of concentrating on solving problems or answering test questions. The way to cope with this is to monitor your thinking. When you hear yourself talking negatively, be aware of it. Stop talking negatively and start positive self-talk. There are some tips that can I share with you. Wishing good luck in your final examination and do the best.

Doraemon is a Japanese manga series created by Fujiko F. Fujio (the pen name of Hiroshi Fujimoto) and Fujiko A. Fujio (the pen name of Motō Abiko) which later became an anime series and Asian franchise. The series is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a schoolboy, Nobita Nobi.

The series first appeared in December 1969, when it was published simultaneously in six different magazines. In total, 1,344 stories were created in the original series, which are published by Shogakukan under the Tentōmushi manga brand, extending to forty-five volumes. The volumes are collected in the Takaoka Central Library in Toyama, Japan. Fujio was born in Toyama.

A majority of Doraemon episodes are comedies with moral lessons regarding values such as integrity, perseverance, courage, family and respect for elders. Several noteworthy environmental issues are often visited, including homeless animals, endangered species, deforestation, and pollution. Topics such as dinosaurs, the flat Earth theory, wormhole traveling, Gulliver's Travels, and the history of Japan are often covered.

Doraemon was awarded the first Shogakukan Manga Award for children's manga in 1982, and the first Osamu Tezuka Culture Award in 1997. In March 2008, Japan's Foreign Ministry appointed Doraemon as the nation's first "anime ambassador." Ministry spokesman explained the novel decision as an attempt to help people in other countries to understand Japanese anime better and to deepen their interest in Japanese culture." The Foreign Ministry action confirms that Doraemon has come to be considered a Japanese cultural icon. In 2002, the anime character was acclaimed as an Asian Hero in a special feature survey conducted by Time Asia magazine.

The first season received generally positive reviews, and performed well in the ratings. The first season was originally planned for a 13-episode run, but was extended to include an extra nine episodes due to its popularity. A contact lens (also known simply as a contact) is a corrective, cosmetic, or therapeutic lens usually placed on the cornea of the eye. Modern soft contact lenses were invented by the Czech chemist Otto Wichterle and his assistant Drahoslav Lím, who also invented the first gel used for their production.

Contact lenses usually serve the same corrective purpose as glasses, but are lightweight and virtually invisible—many commercial lenses are tinted a faint blue to make them more visible when immersed in cleaning and storage solutions. Some cosmetic lenses are deliberately colored to alter the appearance of the eye. Lenses now have a slight bluish tint which is a thin UV coating; this reduces glare and cornea damage much like a pair of sunglasses.[citation needed]

It has been estimated that 125 million people use contact lenses worldwide (2%),including 28 to 38 million in the United States and 13 million in Japan. The types of lenses used and prescribed vary markedly between countries, with rigid lenses accounting for over 20% of currently-prescribed lenses in Japan, the Netherlands and Germany but less than 5% in Scandinavia.

People choose to wear contact lenses for many reasons, often due to their appearance and practicality. When compared to spectacles, contact lenses are less affected by wet weather, do not steam up, and provide a wider field of vision. They are more suitable for a number of sporting activities. Additionally, ophthalmological conditions such as keratoconus and aniseikonia may not be accurately corrected with glasses.

what is bone implant?
A bone implant or bone graft is a medical procedure in which a damaged or missing piece of bonebonebone is replaced with a graft. If the graft takes successfully, there is a good chance that the area will heal well, allowing the patient to use the bonebonebone as he or she normally would. One of the most common reasons for a bonebonebone graft is the placement of a dental implant, since additional bonebonebone support in the jaw is required for dental implants, and bonebonebone implants may also be used to repair chipped, broken, or severely damaged bones.

In an autologous bone implant, bone is taken from somewhere else in the patient's body. The femur is often a good source for donor bone for an autologous bone implant. Allopathic implants involve the use of bone from another donor, and it is also possible to use bone implants from animal bone or synthetic sources such as ceramic. Some implants involve the insertion of a matrix which is designed to serve as a base for growing bone, with the goal of encouraging the body to repair the problem on its own. The type of implant used varies on the patient and his or her condition. Autologous implants are considered ideal, because the risk of rejection is very low.

The bone implant procedure starts with anesthetization of the patient and preparation of the area. It may be necessary to shave away healthy bonebonebone in order to create an ideal surface for implantation. Depending on the site of the implant, pins or a specialized surgical cement may be used to attach the bone before the wound is closed and the patient is brought out of anesthesia.

Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad is the oldest mobile telecommunications company in Malaysia. Celcom is one of a member of the Axiata group of companies. Being one of the very few companies in Malaysia to originally obtain a cellular phone license, it successfully introduced mobile telephony in Malaysia through its ART-900 ( Automatic Radio Telephone ) service, using first generation ( analogue ) ETACS ( Extended Total Access Communication System ) specifications of the United Kingdom, a derivative of the US-AMPS ( Advanced Mobile Phone System ) technology. The ETACS ART-900 was started using the prefix "010". Celcom now uses the dialling prefix identifier of "013" and "019" and offer digital GSM (Groupe Speciale Mobile), an originally European standard, now largely a world standard for mobile communications. The original frequency band for GSM is 900 MHz, and was soon extended to 1800 MHz to cater for a much wider bandwidth requirements.

Through the Mobile Numbering Portability by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, CELCOM also provides Virtual Mobile Operator services through XOX and TuneTalk in the 010 Prefix alongside with the 014 headers as allocated. how to make a website.

Most people who ask me for website making help fall into one of these next categories:

1.People looking to create a family or hobby website.
2.People looking to build their first profitable business website.
3.People looking to create a successful commercial website.
4.Website designers looking to improve their skills and offerings.
This article is mainly intended for people who want a successful website, but I believe anyone looking to create a website, regardless of purpose, age or skills will come away with invaluable, practical tips.

Taking shortcuts means using website builder software for help. These fall into two major categories:

1.Website builders that only help with the technical side (creating and publishing pages, hosting, domain names, etc). These can be both online and offline, free and paid site builders.
2.Website builders that also help with the non-technical, human side, the fun side (figuring out what to make the site about, attracting visitors, interacting with people, making money out of it, becoming popular thanks to it -- in essence, making it work).
