Assalamualaikum.
Because we still in Ramadan I have something to all of you.
About fast...
According my reading one article which took reference of Muhammad’s Prophet s.a.w sayings
When someone of Muslim fasting in Ramadan they must comply politeness of fasting,
Among them is:
1. Open when it is already enters Maghreb time. Sunnah open was the reason :

• Precipitate eat before implementing Maghreb prayer with light food such as date, water only, after that implementing pray.
• But when eating night already served, then continued to be eaten, do not pray once.
• After open praying with prayer. Have lost sense of thirst, and become wet all veins and fixed reward be insya-Allah

2. Eat post-midnight meal. The tradition to post-midnight meal:

• Slow down reach last night approach Subuh.
• When in currently eating or drink past post-midnight meal hear Subuh azan, then post-midnight meal could be pursued to completed, no should be stopped amid post-midnight meal because already entered Subuh time.
• Imsak lacks his sunnah and not have been practiced before in age of friendship though tabi'in.

3. More generous characteristic (abundant giving, give alms a lot, help a lot) and well-read al Quran.
4. Set up night prayer / Solat Tarawih by congregate. And this Solat Tarawih more further activated in last ten nights (20 th reach Ramadan’s end). Tarawih prayer 's way is:

• By congregate.
• Any further than eleven rak'ah viz each salutation two rak'ah being worked four times, or each salutation four rak'ah being worked twice and covered with witir three rak'ah.
• Opens with two light rak'ah.
• Reading in witir : First chapter: Sabihisma Rabbika. Second rak'ah: Qul yaa ayyuhal kafirun.
5. Strive to keep lailatul destiny in last ten nights, especially in strange nights. When felt it should more active pray and read: Allah forgiving, like to mercy then pardon I.

6. Work iktikaf in last ten nights.

Iktikaf way:

• After praying Subuh goes iktikaf place at the mosque.
• Do not go out from iktikaf place except is need which urged.
• Do not get in on wife when in iktikaf.
7. Performing umrah.

8. Decrease word and depravity and distance argument.

I hope all muslimin and muslimah can practice and deed the “ibadah” with sincere from heart. That all thank and happy holiday.

Ramadhan is a very meaningful month for muslimin and muslimat. This month, all muslim are fasting. They are fasting around 12 hours per day, from dawn until sunset. During fasting, muslim does not eating and drinking. However, they also forbidden from smoking and having sexual relations. Only people getting sick are excused from that. All muslim must avoid from lying, breaking promise or cheating during the month of Ramadan. Assalamualaikum and hello..
Today, I would like to share another topic that I found interesting and will give us a lot of benefits.
The topic that I mean is the benefit of breakfast. As a student, I understand that all of us are lack of time to take some breakfast. But, do you know the benefits of having some breakfast.
Let me tell you some of the benefits of breakfast.

THE BENEFITS OF BREAKFAST:
1.Improves concentration and results in better memory. This leads to a better start of the day and leads to improved performance.
2.Those who had breakfast on a regular breakfast were found to have an adequate balance of nutrients and minerals in their body as compared to those who did not have breakfast.
3.If you are thinking skipping breakfast will make you slim, think again! Research indicates that those who skip breakfast are likely to become overweight with time due to extreme hunger later in the day.
4.Making the breakfast an excuse to meet up the family in the morning is a great way to bond and also have breakfast with some doses of laughter! It is a great way to start the day and you can be sure your day will turn out to be better than what you expect.
5.Those who have breakfast tend to fall less sick as compared to those who skip breakfast. This is because the body is energetic, stronger and more immune to diseases and infections.
6.Just having a fruit and some milk in the morning is good enough even if you don’t have the time to prepare a better breakfast. Choose from eggs, last night’s dinner, pizza without fat, etc. as quick breakfast for the morning.

Assalamualaikum and hello..
I think that it is already 3 month we study at UMP.And I am so lucky because can know all of you here.Thinking of that make me feel to write something about friendship.
For me, friendships are important to young children but there is a change at the beginning of adolescence,a move to intimacy that include the development of a more exclusive focus, talk about oneself and to share problems and advise. Friends tell one another just about everything that is going on in each other's lives.
We make friends first and foremost in the most natural way, when we meet new people. By a look or smile or even a simple greeting, we open the doors to friendship. Of course, there are people who are paintfully shy. But just one party making the first move is enough. So even the shyest person will encounter people who are willing to make the first move.
hehe..I hope that our relationship will never die although we already have different life someday..bubye..;p

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
Today, I would like to share with you the important of having a study group.

For me, forming a study group is a form of active learning that has proved very effective in helping students understand and remember material. Studying with others facilitates the free flow of ideas where students get to learn from one other. One can learn much more through discussions or question-and-answer sessions with classmates or friends. Discussions can help you to see a particular subject from a different perspective. We will also be able to identify our weak areas and work on them. Group-studying also allows you to work through and solve difficult problem areas.
The discussion should focus on reviewing material already learned or clarifying problem areas. Make sure that everyone is motivated, otherwise such meetings may turn into chatting sessions instead of the learning experience they are meant to be.
Since study group include people with different competency level and capabilities, it may be useful to engage in different activities to sustain member's interest in learning.
So,as a conclusion, if we share our knowledge with other people, the knowledge will never last..;p

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
I will write about the benefits of physical activities.

Healthy living and physical fitness are closely connected. Physical inactivity is a health problem that can increase the risk of illness and disease. People who make physical activity and exercise part of their daily lives when they are young are more likely to keep it in their lives as they grow older and benefit from it throughout their lifespans.
Doing some kind of physical activity or exercise on a regular basis, helps one to feel the best, have more energy, increase strength and flexibility, improve endurance, control weight and stay healthy. A person should do something active at least three times a week.
settings goals for staying physically fit is also important. The key to successful goal-setting is making small goals that can be achieved daily and when added up can equal the accomplishment of a long term goal. Besides, our goals must be realistic or it will only lead to frustration.
As a conclusion, sports also help people to feel better about themselves. The result is positive self-esteem and self-confidence.

Assalamualaikum and hello.
Here, I would like to say about the role of the mechanical engineer.I'm sure many of us don't know what is the role of mechanical engineer. So today, to ensure that all of us have a better understanding about the course that we already choose, I would like to share some information that I get from the internet.

ROLE OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEER.
Due to the rapidity in technological progress mechanical engineers have had to keep up with advances in electrical and electronics engineering, computer technology, and materials technology, incorporated into new products, processes, and procedures. They also have to be much more aware of the environmental implications of their work and of customers’ and manufacturers’ demands, and the economic viability of products.
These requirements are reflected in university mechanical engineering courses. Students must achieve competence in the fundamental subjects of mathematics and physics, as well as chemistry, design, engineering practice, mechanics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, dynamics and control, and materials science. Manufacturing systems, tribology (friction and lubricants), computer technology, advanced materials, management, and, increasingly, languages, are additional areas of practical study.
As well as in large industries, mechanical engineers may be employed in smaller companies that use computer-based technology, or are manufacturing products based on new technology. Their range of activities has expanded to include work in many rapidly advancing areas, such as medical technology: mechanical engineers may work with surgeons in studies of blood flow and materials for replacement body parts.
They will continue in the future to rely on computer systems and on increasingly complex technologies and materials while maintaining the discipline’s foundations of design, manufacture, measurement, control, and operation.

Assalamualaikum and hello..
I will share with you the effects of smoking.

The effects of smoking include a range of adverse health conditions including lung cancer, heart disease, and respiratory illnesses such as shortness of breath. Smoking also affects daily lives and relationships in subtle ways.

SOME OF THE EFFECTS OF SMOKING ARE:

1.respiratory and non-respiratory problems.
2.lower level of lung function.
3.reduced rate of lung growth.
4.greater risk of heart disease, stroke, and lung cancer.
5.lower physical fitness.

As a smoker’s body becomes dependent on a regular intake of nicotine, an addiction develops.

About the task before that miss told us to write about literature component. So I would like to write about a poem "si tenggang's homecoming".

A little bit about the poet,he is a Malaysia's poet laureat(sasterawan negara). His name is Muhammad Haji Salleh. He began to write poems in Malays and English in the early 1960s.Thats all.

So about the poem. This poem is about tenggang who returns home after travelling and learning many things and also lead him to explore his innerself,he learns to think and make choices. His experiences made him wiser and more mature.
However, his own people do not accept him because tenggang has changed completely. In this poem, tenggang tries to convince the villagers that he is still one of them and has not forgotten his roots. The only change he displays is in his vision and perspective which have been much broadened by his travels. He is now wiser, more experience and more mature.

The poet,Muhammad Haji Salleh create this poem is very different from his namesake Si tenggang,a character from traditional Malay folklore.

He is vry talented writer!!!

SONNET 18

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate
Rough winds do shhake the darling buds of May
And summer's lease hath all too short a date

Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines
And often his gold complexion dimm'd
And every fair from fair sometime declines
By chance or nature's changing course, untrimm'd

But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose posession of that fair thou ow'st
Nor shall Death brag thou wond'rest in his shade
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st

So long as men can breath or eyes can see
So long lives this and this gives life to thee

again..I want to write on the previous task, literature component.
it is about Sonnet18 which is wrote by William Shakespeare.
since my friend, aizuddin was already told what is this poem all about..so I would like to write the meaning of each line of the poem.

line..refer to the above comment...

lines 1-4...
the poet compares the beloved to a day in summer but decides that the beloved is more temperate than the changing summer which can be too hot or too windy and does not last longer..this means, true beuty is unchanging and last forever unlike flower buds which can be shaken off by the wind or the summer which lasts a few short month..

lines 5-8...
sometime the sun is too hot and sometime it does not shine brightly, beauty too is not perfect as it is affected by the passing time mean that beauty do not last longer because we are getting older from time to time..

lines 9-12...
however the poet says, the beloved's eternal beauty shall never lost, the beloved will not even 'die' because lives on in the lines of the poem means everyone who reads this sonnet will know of the beloved's beauty..

lines 13-14...
true beauty is eternal and unchanging and those who can appreciate true beauty will see the beloved's beauty reflected in the poem and be able to appreciate it...

thank you...

me again..and also about the literature component...
now,it is about short story 'looking for a rain god' wrote by Bessie Head.

This story is all about a family in an Africa farming community where the villagers live off the produce of the land. They are totally dependent on the land for their food. They began to despair because of the drought which eventually lasts seven years. They struggle to survive and keep from starving. The rains eventually come and the vilagers rush to plough and get their lands ready for planting. Then, suddenly the rains start, they stop. The women of the Mokgobja family are driven by fear of another year of drought and starvation. They lose control and become hysterical. Then Mokgobja remembers an ancient ritual where children are sacrificed to the Rain God.He and his son sacrifice his village, the villagers notice that the children are missing. The police are called in to investigate. The mother of the children breaks down and tells the police what they did.The two men are sentenced to death.

So the moral of the story, dont believe any nonsense ritual. We need to keep praying to God and insya-Allah,He will help us...

This is because reading Al-Quran in the month of grace would be granted a reward of double-fold times for each letter read...

Assalamualaikum anh hello everyone.
Today I want to write about what is the important of studying literature?

For me, the first reason why we studying literature because the most important goal of literature and its studying is that it provides happiness to readers of various cultural backgrounds, exactly as critics states it.
We finds it joyful to read tragedy, comedy or any work of fiction even it is of a tragic theme.
The second reason is literature sometimes works as a historical chronicle. Hence, literature can easily show you a piece of your land's history and make it easy for you to learn incidents by heart, instead of learning them from some dull and monotonous history book ;)
The third reason is literature provides us with moral values as it deepens good attitudes inside us. It shows you wrong and right, evil and good and so forth.
The fourth reason is literature inspires people and works as a guide or a map showing people how to live their lives in the right way and make the ultimate use of them.
Last but not least, I think all of us get a lot of knowledge during we study literature in secondary school.

Hai.
Today I had read something from The Star which is very interesting about the global warming may bring tsunami and quakes. Based on my reading, the quakes, volcanic eruptions, giant landslides and tsunamis may occur more frequent as global warming changes the earth's crust.

In addition, based on my understading, the climate-linked geological changes may also changes the "methane burps" which is the releases of a greenhouse gas, currently stored in a solid form under melting permafrost and the seabed, in a large quantities greater than carbon dioxide(CO2).

The climate doesn't just affect the atmosphere and oceans but also the earth's crust as well. So when the ice is lost, the earth's crust bounces back up again and it will triggers earthquakes, submarine landslides which cause tsunamis.

So if we do not want these things to happen, we should take care of our earth which is reduce the C02 in a many ways such as car pooling, no air condition and etc.
That's all from me.
Thank you.

This planet is seem like our earth. But it's position is too near to sun made that planet's temperature too hot for living thing which is 36000 Fahrenheit.
In addition, they call this planet is a lava planet named Corot-7b. It also has a radius one and half times bigger than earth. This is a important discovery for human in our nature.

Assalamualaikum and hello everybody..
Here, I want to talk about the teamwork.

Teamwork is becoming increasingly popular in organizations. There are many reasons for this. Firstly, in teamwork the group's total output might be greater than the sum of the individual's contribution. When decisions are taken as team the chances of success in implementing it is greater. Thirdly, members of a team are often able to judge each others ideas, so the possibility of errors occur is minimised.
Being a member of a team also makes it possible to satisfy more needs than working individually. However, teamwork has its problems too. Team members often face pressure to conform to group standards.
Then there will be members who will not contribute their share to the group's effort. Another problem is the possibility of conflict not only within a team, but conflict with other teams within organization.

Today, I will share about the alternative sources of energy.

Coal is one of the alternative sources of energy being considered. However, it is not popular because coal mines have a negative impact on animal and plant life. Though another sources-nuclear energy-is cheap, there are other problems.
The main dangers are radiation in case of an accident, and the difficulty of disposing the radioactive waste. Another promising source of power is solar energy. It is free, non-polluting and in abundant supply.
The disadvantage, however, is that it can only be collected during the daylight. Wind energy is another alternative being studied, but the cost of developing this energy is high.
Tides too can be used to generate electricity. This sources has not been successful because of the high cost of building tidal plants in deep water.

Hello syawal n good bubbye ramadhan...
Salam lebaran to all the muslim...

For the first day of hari raya,I would like to tell you about H1N1 or swine flu.

This is for us to take some precautions because during this syawal month everybody wants to visit each other and a lot of people we would meet.

Firstly let me tell you how does the H1N1 spreads.
H1N1 is very contagious. The viruses are spread person-to-person primarily when infected persons cough and/or sneeze. Persons may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose.Person cannot get H1N1 by eating pork!!Of course the muslim would not eat this kind of food!!!

So we need to take some precautions such as:
-wearing mask
-avoid close contact with people
-avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth or cheek especially
-dont pick up used tissues or share eating utensils, bedding or other items with visitors
-wash your hands often

And this is for the person who get sick:
-avoid close contact with others
-cover coughs and sneezes
-throw into the trash any tissues and other disposable items used
-wipe surfaces with a household disinfectant
-bont share linens, eating utensils and dishes with others

A bit information to us for this syawal...take care...

Hi friends,
It's really a pleasure for me to share with you guys about literature.I know that some of you'll might comment that literature is such a boring topic to be discuss or share with. Well friends i'm too in the same situation when someone talks about this topic until i realize its benefit.I can state here that literature can provide us with lots of knowledge and skills. When we talk about knowledge and lessons, we definitely will refer based on the stories that we have learn. For example like the story of 'The Pencil' which have teach us about how to appreciate frindship and unvaluable things in life.In the story, Zahid, a young student would appreciate the pencil that his grandma bought for him and he will use it so well.On the other hand,Zahid's teacher,Mr.Jamal would show his concern on Zahid when he faces a great dilemma in school. Here, we can learn the morale value of humanity.Besides, literature can make us improve our english language skills like grammar, pronouns, verbs and so on.We are also capable to learn more new words which we can use in sentence making or writing......
So hope you guys will start to love literature and enjoy all the benefits that you'll can find through literature.................

Hi friends,
I know that many of you'll have heard about Thaipusam but don't really understand about this festival except for certain Indians. So,what actually is Thaipusam? Why do Indians celebrate this festival? What is the purpose of this festival?

Well,I would like to explain then......
Thaipusam is a very grand festival celebrated by the Indians once a year. This festival usually will be celebrated on a day in the month of January or February according to Indian calendar.

On the particular day, many devotees would visit Batu Caves by carrying milk pots or 'kavadi'up to 272 stairs without wearing slippers and shoes. They do so to appreciate the wishes and dreams that Lord Muruga had fulfilled.

Besides, some believe that Lord Muruga would pour devotees with blessings on that day. Therefore, you can see thousands of devotees at Batu Caves on that special day.

On the other hand, you can also find lots of games and variety of foods on that day.
You also can find variety of cloths and house utensils with reasonable price.

So, i hope that you can understand better about this festival now and be proud that as a Malaysian we can live together and celebrate all festival in a harmony environment.

Assalamualaikum and hello..
I would like to share some topic that I think is quiet interesting. The topic that I mean is the advantages and disadvantages of the the virtual love..

The advantages of the virtual love are:
1.You will have someone who will stick up for you, no matter what.
2.They can buy you things.
3.You an show your love for them and they can show their love for you.
4.You can share the same interest.

The disadvantages of the virtual love are:
1.You will normally fight
2.When you are in public people might say things behind your back.
3.When you break up you will never forget the pain that you will got through and when you talk about it to your friends they might get annoyed.
4.If you are in your work or in school you will only think about them and not on your job or study.

I think that all that I can share with you.

The name "Ramadan" had been the name of the ninth month in Arabian culture long before the arrival of Islam; the word itself derived from an Arabic root rmḍ, as in words like "ramiḍa" or "ar-ramaḍ" denoting intense heat, scorched ground and shortness of rations. In the Qu'ran, God proclaims that "fasting has been written down (as obligatory) upon you, as it was upon those before you". According to the earliest hadith, this refers to the Jewish practice of fasting on Yom Kippur.

Sometimes referred to as "the night of power", Laylat al-Qadr is considered the most holy night of the year, as it is the night in which the Qur'an was revealed to Muhammad. Muslims believe it to have occurred on an odd-numbered night during the last 10 days of Ramadān, either the night of the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th or 29th (in Sunni thought) or the 19th, 21st or 23rd (in Shi'a thought). Ramadān ends with Eid ul-Fitr on the 1 of Shawwal, with much celebration and feasting. During the month following Ramadān, called Shawwal, Muslims are encouraged to fast for a further six days, known as as-Sitta al-Bīḍ, or "the white six." When fasting is over, Muslims go to mosques in nice clothes to pray the first Eid prayer. They give out presents to the young ones and greet their friends and families. They then thank Allah for what Allah has given them.

The first day of Shawwāl is Eid ul-Fitr. Some Muslims observe six days of fasting during Shawwāl beginning the day after Eid ul-Fitr since fasting is prohibited on this day. These six days of fasting together with the Ramadan fasts, are equivalent to fasting "perpetually", according to Sahih Muslim. The reasoning behind this tradition is that a good deed in Islam is rewarded 10 times, hence fasting 30 days during Ramadan and 6 days during Shawwāl is equivalent to fasting the whole year in terms of reward. It is a common misconception that the six days of fasting must be undertaken on consecutive days, but there is no hadith that support or stipulate this.

Here are some recommended things that we should do during laylatul qadr.

1.
Qiyamul Layl: Translated roughly as “Standing for Prayer at Night.” During any other time of the year outside of Ramadan, this prayer is the same as Tahajjud. However, during Ramadan, the Taraweeh prayer replaces Tahajjud, and Qiyamul Layl is a separate prayer Muslims can make at night. It is highly recommended that we make this prayer during Lailatul Qadar.

2.
Dua: Roughly translated as “supplication”, this is an informal prayer in which the Muslim asks Allah for anything he or she may need or want. There is no specific method of making dua, but it is preferred that the Muslim requests blessings upon Prophet Mohammad (peace be up on him), prays for his/her parents, and asks Allah for forgiveness. Allah loves it when His slaves ask Him for things, so asking during lailatul qadr is especially beneficial.

3.
Leaving the mundane: Muslims should decrease their involvement in wordly actions during lailatul qadar. While it’s okay to eat, drink and sleep during the Night of Power, they should refrain from sexual relations and frivolous activities like watching TV or common gossip.

Energy is one of the most fundamental parts of our universe.
We use energy to do work. Energy lights our cities. Energy powers our vehicles, trains, planes and rockets. Energy warms our homes, cooks our food, plays our music, gives us pictures on television. Energy powers machinery in factories and tractors on a farm.

Energy from the sun gives us light during the day. It dries our clothes when they're hanging outside on a clothes line. It helps plants grow. Energy stored in plants is eaten by animals, giving them energy. And predator animals eat their prey, which gives the predator animal energy.

Everything we do is connected to energy in one form or another.

Energy is defined as:

"the ability to do work."

When we eat, our bodies transform the energy stored in the food into energy to do work. When we run or walk, we "burn" food energy in our bodies. When we think or read or write, we are also doing work. Many times it's really hard work!

Cars, planes, light bulbs, boats and machinery also transform energy into work.

The following tips are specific methods of study for different types of subject matter.

1. Problem Solving – useful in math, engineering, physics

The idea here is to work problems repeatedly until you can solve each one automatically. One learns the basic concepts of the course from lecture, textbooks, and homework, but that level of understanding may not be sufficient. If so, try the following: first define a set of problems which covers the subject matter. One such set could be all the homework problems plus the odd numbered problems at the end of each chapter. Then work the problem set, and on a separate sheet of paper numbered for each problem, put a check mark if you work the problem automatically without any hesitation. If not, write what the difficulty was. Keep working the entire set of those without checks until all problems receive a check. About a week before a mid-term or final exam, work all the problems again or work those which had notes. Again work whatever set you decide on until you have checks next to all problems.

This technique must be tried to be fully appreciated. During an exam, one zips through most problems, concentrating on slight differences between test problems and those one is familiar with. There is ample time to pay attention to arithmetic and the mechanics of doing problems. If any exceptionally difficult problem is encountered, one has extra time to consider it. To repeat, this technique provides a mechanical way for you to force yourself to be sure that you really know the subject matter.

2. Mini-Concepts – Useful in biology, sociology, history, psychology

This tip has been called the "teeny note" method of studying and is appropriate for learning large numbers of small concepts. As you read through the study material, write a heading for each concept with its relevant points underneath (like an abbreviated outline). Write with small print on a sheet of 8 ½ by 11 unlined paper. Leave space at the right of each heading for checks and x’s. To study these teeny notes, take each heading in turn, and write down the relevant points on another piece of paper. If all points for a heading are correct, put a check by the heading; otherwise an x. Repeat the process, with those headings marked with x’s until all headings have checks. When exam time comes, use the same teeny notes, and repeat the procedure until all headings have checks.

3. Mega-concepts – Useful in history, English

The tip here is that after you complete the usual reading and studying, try to anticipate obvious, large concept exam questions. Then construct an outline and write an essay to answer these anticipated questions. If you try this technique, you may be surprised by how often you correctly guess a question. You may also be pleased by how well a practice essay helps to organize your thinking

Hai.
Now I would like to share about 4 tips that you should not say during your jod interview.

Firstly, don't you ever say 'I need the money...'.It may unintentionally sound like you're there only to earn money not for working. This goal is to always show passion and enthusiasm for the company and the position you are being interviewed for.

Second, you should make some research about the employer you are meeting with.Do some reading whether it's newpapers, magazines, the web,or books. This will impress an interviewer when you're up to date about on current events.

Third, always keeps your language clean as a whistle on job interviews. There's never a good reason to use expletives to get your point and your passion across.

Fourth, always remain neutral by keeping your political views to yourself.Even if you feel fairly certain that the interviewer share your perspective, this type of conversation can easily lead to major disagreements and conflict.

I hope all the tips will help you all when attend the interview.
That's all from me.
Thank you.

Hello readers and blogger,do u realized that our body consist many type of system. One of the system which we can consider the important system in our body is the immune system. The function of immune system in our body is to protect against disease.Foreign cell that appear inside our body will be detected by the immune system agent and destroy the foreign cell from the body. There is two type of immune system which is innate immune system and adaptive immune system. The major immune agent inside our body is leukocytes scientific named for white blood cell.Leukocyte is classified on the innate immune system. This cell will act quickly when there is pathogen appear.Detection will be the first move then if the leukocyte identify the pathogen it will attack and neutralized the pathogens. Some times the leukocyte will eliminate the pathogens completely by the process of phagocytosis. This process take place where leukocyte will engulf the pathogen and digest it.For the adaptive immune system it consist of special leukocyte called lymphocyte.B cell and T cell were the major type of lymphocytes and being produced from the bone marrow.Adaptive immune system give stronger immune response since it has the ability to memories the pathogen which had been detected and then the system will produce antibody that can destroy the identify pathogen.Certain pathogen such as the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) virus can not be neutralized or eliminated by the immune agent. That is why it bring fatal to someone who get the virus. That is all i can share with you some knowledge about our body.

Good evening, it has been a while since my last comment. Today I will be commenting on my past holiday. Well, it was quite boring for me, as I wasn't celebrating Hari Raya. The first week in Penang was really boring but I did lots of shopping, hanging outs, and enjoying movies after so long in Pahang. The second week was really a mess. I didn't even have the time to sleep cause I didn't finish my homework(haha..). Till now I still haven't finished it. I was in KL for the past 3days, and I can say KL was happening in every mall. I wanted to go to Black Eye Peace concert, but I couldn't as there was a wedding to attend to on Arthur's Day.
I guess this Hari Raya holiday, everyone took it for granted as everyone enjoyed the long holidays and now suffering is around the corner. Like this posting, only now I sat down while brain storming for ideas to comment on, and also doing maths.
I guess thats all, good luck everyone on the beginning of a new week tomorrow.
Bye.

Hmm~ I guess I can't do mathematics anymore. Do anybody know what day is today? Most of us will say it's a Sunday( so true), but today is the day we celebrate foe our hearts, as today is, World Heart Day.

World Heart Day was celebrated on this very special day, 27 September 2009. The theme for this year WHD is "Work With Heart". This theme is really meaningful. The Heart plays an important role in our daily live and every seconds. But most of us do not take the chance to appreciate it. So, today is the day, where oppurtunity has come, take this chance by treating our hearts with love and care.

Our heart, do not need an expensive spa treatment or massaging, but a good way to treat our heart is by exercising. Take a stroll to the mini market is also helpful as we are giving our hearts a chance to work better.

In this modern era, most of the people do not appreciate their hearts but appreciate it when it has been too late in the old age or having cardiovascular problems. Today reminds everyone to treat their hearts better, so take this oppurtunity and start exercising or falling in love(it beats faster in the movies, so I guess it also an exercise?).

History:
World Heart Day, was organized by the World Heart Federation and its members and co-sponsored by the World Health Organization (WHO), UNESCO and United Nations Sport for Development and Peace initiative, is the World Heart Federation's most important advocacy event and aims to increase and create public awareness and promote preventative measures to reduce cardiovascular disease, stroke and other disease related to the Heart.
Thats all on World Heart Day!

"Work With Heart".
Give yourself a chance.
Take care.

Good Day! Today I will be talking on Lantern Festival or Mooncake Festival or also known as Mid-Autumn Festival.

As a kid, I still remember the days I used to celebrate this important festival and so as for many other children in the world(mostly Chinese). This is because, during Lantern Festival, many kids will be carrying various types of lantern, designs and size. I used to have a huge Transformer like-type lantern compared in size. I was amazing as the lantern was decorated wil different colour plastic.

In my residential area, many kids will be carrying their fancy lanterns to the garden to enjoy other activities organized by the Chief of my area. It was really fun, as we are enjoying the lanterns hung in the trees, food and beverages prepared for us accompanied by a round and bright full moon shine over us. That was my experience as a child during this time of season.

On the other hand, Lantern festival is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eight month in the Chinese calendar. This date is said to be parallel with the autumn and spring Equinoxes of the solar calendar, where the moon is fullest and roundest compared to other 15th day of every month.

The traditional food of this festival is the mooncake, where now it comes in my varities, for example, chocolate, tiramisu, and many more.

In history, Mooncake festival has it's history. The version that I known clearly in my mind is that the arth once had ten suns circling over it, each taking turn to illuminate the earth. One day, however, all ten suns appeared together, scorching the earth with their heat. Houyi, a strong and tyrannical archer, saved the earth by shooting down nine of the suns. He eventually became King, but grew to become a despot.

One day, Houyi stole the elixir of life from a goddess. However, his beautiful wife, Chang'e, drank it in order to save the people from her husband’s tyrannical rule. After drinking it, she found herself floating, and flew to the moon. Houyi loved his divinely beautiful wife so much, he did not shoot down the moon.

Good evening again. Now, I would like to comment on Paranormal activities. As a Chinese, I do believe in Hungry Ghost Festival, that just took place a month ago. You can observe that every Chinese will be praying outside their houses and even beside the roads. This festival is welcomed by Chinese flag decorations along the roads and Chinese oddesey or opera's,puppet shows, modernized 'concert-like' live performances and 'ge-tai' to entertain the "unseen".

As I was young I was entertained by the opera shows as this shows tells stories of the past that occured during the dynasty reigns and it helps the younger generation to appreciate this art of masterpiece.

In the Chinese tradition, the fifteenth day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar is called Ghost Day and the seventh month in general is regarded as the Ghost Month, in which ghosts and spirits, including those of the deceased ancestors, come out from the lower realm and roam in this world.

Inconjunction with the ghost festival took place last month, I would like my friend to take the chance to watch Paranormal Activities-the Movie at only selected theaters.
This movie is about a couple thatmoves into a typical strater tract house, where they sart to experinece disturbance bya presence that might be the work of demonic or may not, but it's only active especially during midnight. This becomes more active when they sleep or trying to.
I guess this movie is worth watching as it's our daily routine to take a nap. So whether it happens or experience, watch this movie to make sure.
Thats all for tonight. Sleep tight.

Assalamualaikum and hello bloggers. Today, I'm want to talk about title Emma, written by Jane Austen. This book talked about Emma Woodhouse is a young, beautiful, witty, and privileged woman in Regency England. She lives on the fictional estate of Hartfield in Surrey in the village of Highbury with her elderly widowed father, a hypochondriac who is excessively concerned for the health and safety of his loved ones. Emma's friend and only critic is the gentlemanly George Knightley, her neighbour from the adjacent estate of Donwell, and the brother of her elder sister Isabella's husband. As the novel opens, Emma has just attended the wedding of Miss Taylor, her best friend and former governess. Having introduced Miss Taylor to her future husband, Mr Weston, Emma takes credit for their marriage, and decides that she rather likes matchmaking. Against Mr Knightley's advice, Emma forges ahead with her new interest, and tries to match her new friend Harriet Smith, a sweet but none-too-bright parlour boarder of seventeen —described as "the natural daughter of somebody"— to Mr Elton, the local vicar. Emma becomes convinced that Mr Elton's constant attentions are a result of his attraction and growing love for Harriet. When Harriet confides that she thinks Mr Knightley is in love with her, jealousy makes Emma realize she loves him herself. Mr Knightley has been in love with Emma all along, and after the engagement of Jane and Frank is revealed, he proposes to her, and she joyfully accepts. As with every Jane Austen novel, at the end everyone gets what he or she deserves. This story tells the value of patient and careful what are you wish for. That all for me

Hi. it's me again. Now, it is the time for me to write about the dishes. Not the plates or the spoons, but the food served on the table on the first day of hari raya.
Well, first of all, it has got to be my favourite food...laksa.^_^.It was finger licking good (I feel like I'm promoting KFC?)Although I do not lick my finger when I eat something. The more I eat , the more I add my weight, don't you think?Though I don't really care about my weight at all.
Second, lemang.Lemang, whatever the name is in English(I don't really care) can be found only on hari raya.Well, it can be eaten just like that or eat it with other food , like rendang, kuah kacang(bean*****?????)or maybe lontong?!
Well, the third dish I wanted to promote is.....jeng2....of course it's rendang and yang sewaktu dengannya.Rendang tok is the best.It comes in black colour and can make one add ten plates of it.(come on >_<)It's freaking good, man!Try it yourself.

Hi guys and girls...
Today i want to share about well- known scientist, mathematician, astronomer and philosopher. Galileo Galilei was an Italian physicist and has been called the "father of modern observational astronomy, the "father of modern physics, the "father of science, and "the Father of Modern Science." .His achievements include improvements to the telescope and consequent astronomical observations.
Most of his experimental was done on motion bodies. One of the motion's example is theory discovered by sir Issac Newton. He found that there was a force which pulling an object downwards when object felt down (gravity). Galileo had dropped balls of the same material, but different masses. But he found that his experiment was contrast with Aristotle( another famous scientist). Aristotle said that heavy objects fall faster than lighter ones, in directly proportion to weight. Galileo proved by did his experiment in vacuum. Both object with different masses will fall down at the same time in vacuum. This means in atmosphere all the objects which accelerate due to gravity depends on air resistance. Besides that Galileo also claimed that Earth is moving around Sun and Sun stay stationary. He strongly believed his idea and he published in books. That time church authorities in Rom was arrest Galileo due to his arguments. Fortunately for his relationship with the Pope, Galileo successfully proved his experiment to public...

The story is about to traces the name of the village in Sarawak which is called ‘Dalat’.The village got’s it’s name after blood is shed among three brothers and their followers. The chief of the village dies without naming a heir. The custom of the land gives the preference to the eldest brother to take the leadership of the village.Galau is the eldest and he is the rightful chief of the people. However his brother Umat believes he is the rightful chief of the people. Thus the disagreement brings about discontent and hatred among the brothers.Lutong, the youngest among the brothers support Galau to be the chief and is on his side. Umat become their enemy and a war breaks out .Many people die in the war. There are many flies at the place where people die. Thus,Galau name the place ‘Dalat’ to remind the people about the war and the lesson the people can learn from it.The place become a village and letter become a town but the name ‘Dalat’ still remain.

I’m here to talk a little bit about the behaviour of Malaysian road users during the Hari Raya holidays which includes speeding and beating the traffic lights.
Federal traffic chief Datuk Abdul Aziz Yusof said that eighty per cent of the Ops Sikap XX accidents were due to motorists and motorcyclists losing control of their vehicle and overtaking. Datuk Abdul Aziz also says that they also speed without taking the weather factor into consideration and in some cases, they take up two lanes of the road without the intent to overtake. He also said that despite numerous road safety campaigns, nothing will change unless motorists change their mindset and learn to be more tolerant, patient and responsible on the roads. That’s a little bit about the behaviour of Malaysian road users that must be changing. That’s all.TQ.

He also said that the first vaccinations against influenza A would start soon after the first batch of the vaccine (400,000 doses) arrives late next month.

Hi. This is my first posting! He he. I’m going to talk on Jungle of Hope by Keris Mas. Keris Mas is a nickname used by Kamaluddin Muhamad born in 10 June 1922 and died 9 March 1992. He became Malaysia’s first National Laureate in 1981. Born in Kampung Ketari, Bentong, Pahang and received his early education at the Malay School in his village before going to Tawalib School in Sumatra and the Muallimin Al-Islamiah College. Okay, enough about his background. Let’s move on to his novel. In this novel there were several characters which made this novel live. The characters are Pak Kia, Zaidi (Pak Kia’s younger brother), Karim (eldest son of Pak Kia), and lot more other characters. I’m going to highlight on the adherence to inherited ways – Following old ways which have been brought down from the days of our forefathers. When the village near Ketari was opened, Pak Kia’s family and other villagers stay behind in the old village. Only thirty families moved to open the new village and plant rubber. It is now clear that these villagers are doing better than the ones who stayed behind. They have money and property. However, the monetary gains are not able to make Pak Kia move. He still has no wish to plant rubber. He is so stubborn because for many generations they plant paddy. When he moves to Janda Baik, he brings with him his animistic belief and superstitions. Before the work of clearing the jungle begins, he seeks the help of Tuk Pawang once again to appease the Spirit. When his daughter sick, he seeks the Tuk Pawang. Later, when he suffers great pain as a result of the wild boar attack, Tuk Pawang treats him. Finally, when he does not get better, he allows Mat Amin the hospital dresser to see his festering wound. This suggests that the belief in old ways is slowly disappearing and being replaced by modern changes.

Organic Milk?
Is the milk that you consume is good and nutritious enough? If yes, you better to rethink about it. Organic milk, produce produced without synthetic chemicals, hormones or antibiotics, is the best choice for you. There are several reasons why organic milk is good for you. Organic milk has up to 71% more omega-3 than organic milk. Firstly, organic milk produced without antibiotic – organic milk from organic cow. They are not being treated with antibiotic as today overuse of antibiotics is the major factor which contributes to health problems. Where does this antibiotics used widely? Of course in agriculture. So when organic cow produce their milk without this antibiotics, no more growing problems of bacterial resistance. Secondly, produced without synthetics hormones, even trace amounts can cause dramatics changes in living being. Thirdly, it is produced without harmful pesticides. Organics milk also high in Conjugated Linoleic Acids, these CLAs is important that linked to decreased heart and diabetes. Give me salt, please.
Nowadays salt considered so bad that international health organizations have made calls to reduce salt content in edibles. In fact, salt is a necessary nutrient. It helps with nerve transmissions regulates blood acidity, regulates fluid balance, aids digestion and etc. But if consumed too much could damage our blood vessels as our tissue may hold too much water and this pits extra pressure on blood vessels. 1500 milligrams of salt daily for most adult is an adequate amount of sodium. The greatest risk of too much sodium is high blood pressure, heart attack, kidney disease and dementia. Dementia is a type of mental disorder which may alter the brain functions. Here are some suggestions; buy foods label ‘low salt’, rinse canned vegetable, make your own soup if possible, and try replacing salt with herbs and spices. That’s all from me. Thank you.

Umami is Japanese word for a pleasant savory taste imparted by glutamate, a type of amino acid, and ribonucleotides, including inosinate and guanylate. Most people don’t recognize Umami when they taste it, but Umami plays an important role making food taste delicious and be everyone favorite. Recipe for dish is set out below so that you can try them out for yourself.

Good Evening, today I would share with you all on a topic,Disasters.
As we know, it has been 4years since tsunami hit Indonesia,Mlaysia,India and Sri Langka a few to be exact. This traumatized memory will be in our hearts forever as millions of people didn't survived this tragedy. A tsunami that turned a part of a country into an empty land, leaving no building standing sky high.

As of today, I want to share with you about the tsunami that recently hit Samoas, with a magnitude of 8.0 at 1.48p.m. Malaysia time. The beautiful island of Samoas, was swept clean by a 15 to 20 feet(4 to 6 meters) high wave that engulfed the island. To be exact, Samoas lie about halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii, just east of the international date line. That means the tsunami hit Tuesday morning there, while it was already Wednesday in Asia.

The death toll in Samoas was 110, killing mostly elderly and young children. The Samoas, was given a limited time of 10minutes to respond and take shelter on a higher ground, but unfortunately, many didn't make it.

From this, it is clear that Tsunami gives no chance to anyone to survive. Lets us pray for the peoples in Samoas, hoping survivors will be found and save.

Facts:
What is Tsunami and Earthquakes? Earthquakes and tsunamis, such as the powerful quake that occurred today in the South Pacific and wave it generated, can often go hand-in-hand. Inaddition, Tsunamis, which can travel over the ocean surface from many hundreds of miles, can be generated when chunks of the planet's crust separate under the seafloor, causing an earthquake. This was the experience that we had in 2004, killing millions of people caused by the earthquake in the Indian Ocean.
Besides that, Tsunamis can also be caused by volcanic eruptions, underwater detonations and even landslides, for example, volcano eruption of Krakatoa in Indonesia.

I guess thats all on Tsunami and Earthquakes. Bye.

Muhammad - inspired man -
Salam,I would like to share about our loving prophet background during his lifetime Muhammad, the inspired man who founded Islam, was born about A.D. 570 into an Arabian tribe that worshipped idols. Orphaned at birth, he was always particularly solicitous of the poor and needy, the widow and the orphan, the slave and the downtrodden. At twenty, he was already a successful businessman, and soon became director of camel caravans for a wealthy widow. When he reached twenty-five, his employer, recognizing his merit, proposed marriage. Even though she was fifteen years older, he married her, and as long as she lived, remained a devoted husband. "Like almost every major prophet before him, Muhammad fought shy of serving as the transmitter of God's word, sensing his own inadequacy. But the angel commanded 'Read.' So far as we know, Muhammad was unable to read or write, but he began to dictate those inspired words which would soon revolutionize a large segment of the earth: 'There is one God.' "In all things Muhammad was profoundly practical. When his beloved son Ibrahim died, an eclipse occurred, and rumours of God's personal condolence quickly arose. Whereupon Muhammad is said to have announced, 'An eclipse is a phenomenon of nature. It is foolish to attribute such things to the death or birth of a human being. "At Muhammad's own death an attempt was made to deify him, but the man who was to become his administrative successor killed the hysteria with one of the noblest speeches in religious history: 'If there are any among you who worshipped Muhammad, he is dead. But if it is God you worshipped, He lives forever

Salam, sharing is caring.....I just like to share about Islam.
Ask anyone the question: "Do you believe in God?" and you are sure to receive a variety of answers. The question should be "What do you believe about God?"

Think about this:

If there is a creation, there must be a Creator.

If there is a Creator, He must be the Sustainer.

The Creator Cannot Create Himself.

If He is the sole Creator/Sustainer -- He must be ONE.

God must be one. Otherwise we would see great differences and competition between the gods if there were more than one -- Alone.

Do we agree that this is a creation? Or do we accept that nothing came out of nothing to form this entire universe?
This is a very clear message from Allah, in the Quran. Something does not come out of nothing. So, there must be something in existence already which created all that we know to exist. And that "something" needs to be called upon in times of need and thanksgiving.
As Allah has said in His Book: "I only created you all to worship Me Alone."

He also says that we are all being tested by Him with regard to our wealth, families, children and social status.

Women in Islam
Salam,I like to share about something that attract to write about women. At a time when the rest of the world, from Greece and Rome to India and China, considered women as no better than children or even slaves, with no rights whatsoever, Islam acknowledged women's equality with men in a great many respects. The Quran states:

"And among His signs is this: that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest and peace of mind in them, and He ordained between you love and mercy. Certainly, herein indeed are signs for people who reflect." [Noble Quran 30:21]

Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"The most perfect in faith amongst believers is he who is best in manners and kindest to his wife." [Abu Dawud]

Muslims believe that Adam and Eve were created from the same soul. Both were equally guilty of their sin and fall from grace, and Allah forgave both. Many women in Islam have had high status; consider the fact that the first person to convert to Islam was Khadijah, the wife of Muhammad, whom he both loved and respected. His favorite wife after Khadijah's death, Ayshah, became renowned as a scholar and one of the greatest sources of Hadith literature. Many of the female Companions accomplished great deeds and achieved fame, and throughout Islamic history there have been famous and influential scholars and jurists.

We might also mention that while many in the West criticize Islam with regard to the treatment of women, in fact a number of Muslim countries have had women rulers and presidents. To name a few: Turkey; Bangladesh and Pakistan.

With regard to education, both women and men have the same rights and obligations. This is clear in Prophet Muhammad's saying:

"Seeking knowledge is mandatory for every believer."
Islam's Women Jewel of Islam.

However,i still carry on my responsibility..hak!
Im feeling so sad because ramadhan have pass
actaully...
But,at the same time, happiness came during syawal..
According to barakah at syawal,i would like to shared with my friend in good eating habits. We know that a lot of invitaion to open house but we must take care of our eating habits for the future.
Most everyone knows that good eating habits are essential to good health and well being and while many people seem to ignore this fact, lots of people really do try to eat properly but part of the problem and the main reason a lot of people just don’t seem to be able to maintain good eating habits is both misinformation as well as lack of information.

With the vast variety of foods out there and the vast amount of advertising done for many of these foods with oftentimes misleading statements regarding their dietary values it would stand to reason that it is so easy to be guided off track and right into bad food choice territory. Add to the equation the vast amount of diet plans for weight loss as well as the amount of trendy new cookbooks extolling the virtues of the latest fad revolutionary healthy foods to eat and you have a vast array of contradicting information coming at you from all sides!

So what should you do to develop good eating habits? take this as a guidelines.
1) PREPARE YOURSELF FOR SUCCESS
2) PROTEIN IS VITAL
3) EAT LESS REFINED BREADS AND STARCHES
4) LIMIT YOUR DAIRY CONSUMPTION
5) DRINK LOTS OF WATER

this some ways that might usefull to you..

Today I would like to shared another thing that interested me.It books.
There have many types of books nowadays.Books always help us improving our knowledge and our reading skills.A book is a set or collection of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of paper, parchment, or other material, usually fastened together to hinge at one side. A single sheet within a book is called a leaf, and each side of a leaf is called a page. A book produced in electronic format is known as an e-book.Books may also refer to a literature work, or a main division of such a work. In library and information science, a book is called a monograph, to distinguish it from serial periodicals such as magazines, journals or newspapers. The body of all written works including books is literature. In novels, a book may be divided into several large sections, also called books (Book 1, Book 2, Book 3, etc).A lover of books is usually referred to as a bibliophile, a bibliophilist, or a philobiblist, or, more informally, a bookworm.A store where books are bought and sold is a bookstore or bookshop. Books can also be borrowed from libraries.Even now,we can obtain many materials and information from any of sources like internet and so on,but books never leaks out and worn out.

At last...I have reach my last posted comment..This is my 20th comment and also the last one...
Another thing that I like and in one of my interested thing. It is smile!! :)
A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing those muscles most notably near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes . Among humans, it is customarily an expression denoting pleasure, happiness, or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is used as a means of communicating emotions throughout the world.Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile. Among animals, the exposure of teeth, which may bear a resemblance to a smile, is often used as a threat or warning display ,known as a snarl, or a sign of submission. In chimpanzees, it can also be a sign of fear. The study of smiles is a part of gelotology, psychology, and linguistics, comprising various theories of affect, humor, and laughter. Its will be wonderful if all of us can shared our smiles and it spread all over the world.Remember,In Islam, smile is also donation and its a good deeds. So,always smile(^_^)

Good day and still Selamat Hari Raya to everyone.
When we celebrate hari raya, there must be numerous events happens on that day, am I right or am I right?
Well, there must be tons of funny, sad encounters, joyful and much more fated on everyone during the day.
I guess I can share a simple something that happens on me that day.
As usual ,when it's weekends or holidays, I will stay up late till its 3 in the morning (good kids should never try this at home!). It was a cold and silent night back at my grand father's house. And unfortunately I stayed up just to watch Long Khong 2 movie.(mind you, I am the only one awake at that hour). The movie was quite boring for me, so I stopped halfways and trying to get some shut eyes.
When I were about to get up and trying to switch off the tv ,I had a sudden feeling that someone was watching me.Of course, I discarded it thinking that it was stupid and no one would stay at this hour except me.
Then , there were something rustling behind my back.It seems that something was crawling behind me. I fastened up my pace and it seems to be following me.
In a flash of light, that thing held my foot and it suddenly switched on my reflexes.I kicked it the second I felt it hold me and............................... It turns out to be my stupid cousin. That stupid Azwan,he realy gave me a shock and I had accidentally gave him a swollen hand.Well, who said you could scare me?You reap what you sow.
We wrestled at three in the morning as both were irritated and it turns out to be really stupid.Just why did I comply with him, anyway?
Then, I went to the kitchen to make some drink aka hot milk and he asked me to make him tea.We both after that went to the table and he kindly applied some minyak gamat/ gamat oil on my hand. I don't know what had happened to him to make him to treat me that way.Maybe he felt guilty or something? But my finger were cut in the evening when I was helping my mom to cut the chicken.I'm such a clumsy.
He then cooked some fried rice and we ate together.^_^ He is my favorite cousin.(he helps me a lot in my chores unlike his big brother although he's 25 years old and they were 2 years apart).
After that , we both watched Axis Power Hetalia(anime) together until it's time for sahur.

Assalamualaikum.......
Hi there everyone!
Today's I'm gonna post something delicious ^_^........
Have any of you tasted something that sounds absurd? Like, fried bugs, intestinal sausages with fried brain or a larvae infested dish?
I never tried one, so I wouldn't know what it tastes like.If anyone ever tried it ,please tell me, kay?
I am really interested in food.
In fact, me and my brother used to watch the AFC channel (it stands for Asian Food Channel). It shows a huge variety of food >_< It is so mesmerizing.I wish I could eat it all.LOL.
Although I love food , I don't have the talent to cook and I am very clumsy when it comes to handle sharp objects.Numerous times i'd cut my fingers for something silly like cutting vegeies or when I sew something.The most terrible happenned was when I was using a machine to peel the coconut?Is it the right word?Or maybe not.Whatever.Back to me trying to scrap the coconut, the part where I'm holing it suddenly broke resulting my hand to be scrapped instead.Luckily I managed to pull out my fingers or else, ugh, I don't wan't to mention it.It was bleeding quite heavy though, and it was such a pain in the neck.Until now, it still leave a scar although it became less visible from time to time.At first , the scar looks like a 'z'(it's not a scar like Harry Potter's).After that ,I was not prohibited to use that machine until now.hahaha :_;
About my cooking, I don't exactly like to cook but I prefer to eat than do the cooking. But I love baking. ^_^
My favorite pastries are egg tart and blueberry cakes.they're so...delicious. (two thumbs up)Ah, I also likes to eat pineapple tarts. But , the process to do it are nuts, and I'm not patient enough to make it.So whenever I made it .I will make only such small amount according to my mood.
But I'm not really good in it.It was just a hobby/responsibility.If not I would not even be doing it anyways.
Thats all.TQ.

Good day to all.
Uhm,can I blabber more in this blog post?I had a sudden feel that I had been posting weird things.
Leave that aside, now I shall post something new aside from food.
While I was surfing the net finding some new wallpapers for my laptop, I came across this one wallpaper. It shows a rare deep ocean shark and some octopus.
There are also some stupid looking creatures that I'd found.
It's the Viper fish (Mesopelagic - found at 80-1600 meters - about a mile down) are some of the most wicked looking fish dredged up from the depths.
Some of them are black as night all over with light organs (called photophores) in strategic places on their bodies, including one on a long dorsal fin that serves as a lure for the fish it preys a lure for the fish it preys upon.
Some of it hasn't any color pigment and has 'seen through skin'.If it's a human we called it albino.Haha.If by chance, any of you want to know more, surf the net and find out yourself.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
Today, I would like to share with about a boiler. What is the meaning about boiler? A boiler is a closed vessel in which water or other fluid is heated. The heated or vaporized fluid exits the boiler for use in various processes or heating applications. Hydronic boilers are used in generating heat for residential and industrial purposes. They are the typical power plant for central heating systems fitted to houses. The hydronic boiler operates by way of heating water or fluid to a preset temperature (or sometimes in the case of single pipe systems, until it boils and turns to steam) and circulating that fluid throughout the home way typically by of radiators, baseboard heaters or through the floors. The fluid can be heated by any, mean likes gas, wood, fuel oil, etc, but in built-up areas where piped gas is available, natural gas is currently the most economical and therefore the usual choice. The fluid is in an enclosed system and circulated throughout by means of a motorized pump. The name can be a misnomer in that, except for systems using steam radiators, the water in a properly functioning hydronic boiler never actually boils. Most new systems are fitted with condensing boilers for greater efficiency. These boilers are referred to as condensing boilers because they condense the water vapor in the flue gases to capture the latent heat of vaporization of the water produced during combustion.
In my conclusion, a boiler can generate a power or energy from water. This is most important part in the power plant industrial and we can study about boiler in thermodynamic subject in semester 3. This subject is interesting because all about the power plant technology.

Today I would like to tell about heat exchanger. A heat exchanger is a device built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another, whether the media are separated by a solid wall so that they never mix, or the media are in direct contact.[1] They are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, and natural gas processing. One common example of a heat exchanger is the radiator in a car, in which the heat source, being a hot engine-cooling fluid, water, transfers heat to air flowing through the radiator .

Today I'm very interesting to share to all of you about composite material.Composite materials for construction, engineering, and other similar applications are formed by combining two or more materials in such a way that the constituents of the composite materials are still distinguishable, and not fully blended. One example of a composite material is concrete, which uses cement as a binding material in combination with gravel as a reinforcement. In many cases, concrete uses rebar as a second reinforcement, making it a three-phase composite, because of the three elements involved. The majority of composite materials use two constituents: a binder or matrix and a reinforcement. The reinforcement is stronger and stiffer, forming a sort of backbone, while the matrix keeps the reinforcement in a set place. The binder also protects the reinforcement, which may be brittle or breakable, as in the case of the long glass fibers used in conjunction with plastics to make fiberglass. Generally, composite materials have excellent compressibility combined with good tensile strength, making them versatile in a wide range of situations.

Melaka full with the history. For example A Famosa, this building was constructed by the Portuguese in 1511, it suffered severe structural damage during the Dutch invasion. The plan by the British to destroy it was aborted as a result of the intervention of Sir Stamford Raffles in 1808.
Next, Jonker Street is a famous for its antique goods. It is also famous for its carnival-like atmosphere during weekend nights.
Next place is St. Paul's Church this building was constructed in 1710 under the Dutch administration, the church is the oldest Catholic church in Malaysia. Its facade and decorative embellishment is a mix of both eastern and western architecture. Its bell was delivered from Goa in 1608.

Dejavu also call paramnesia. It's mean already seen or in more details the experience of feeling sure that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously ( an individu feels as though an event has already happened in the recent past) although the exact circumstances of the previous encounter are uncertain. The term was coined by a French psychic researcher, Emile Boirac (1851–1917) in his book L'Avenir des sciences psychiques ("The Future of Psychic Sciences"), which expanded upon an essay he wrote while an undergraduate. The experience of dejavu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eeriness", "strangeness", or "weirdness". The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience "genuinely happened" in the past. The experience of dejavu seems to be quite common among adults and children alike.

I have read a story written by Thaddeus Golas. The tittle is The Jewel.
Once upon a time there dwelt an old King in a palace. In the center of a golden table in the main hall, there shone a large and magnificent jewel. Each day of the King's life, the stone sparkled more resplendently.
One day a thief stole the jewel and ran from the palace, hiding in a forest. As he stared with deep joy at the stone, to his amazement the image of the King appeared in it.
"I have come to thank you," said the King. "You have released me from my attachment to Earth. I thought I was freed when I acquired the jewel, but then I learned that I would be released only when I passed it on, with a pure heart, to another.
"Each day of my life I polished that stone, until finally this day arrived, when the jewel became so beautiful that you stole it, and I have passed it on, and am released.

Salam…….

Today I want share to all my friends about the brake system. I know u all always hear about anti-lock braking system (ABS) especially in cars, but what u all understand about it????
Ok, lets me described it, an anti-lock braking system, or ABS is a safety system which prevents the wheels on a motor vehicle from locking up (or ceasing to rotate) while braking.
A rotating road wheel allows the driver to maintain steering control under heavy braking by preventing a skid and allowing the wheel to continue interacting attractively with the road surface as directed by driver steering inputs. While ABS offers improved vehicle control, and may decrease stopping distances on dry and especially slippery surfaces, it can also increase braking distance on loose surfaces such as snow and gravel.
Since initial widespread use in production cars, anti-lock braking systems have evolved considerably. Recent versions not only prevent wheel lock under braking, but also electronically control the front-to-rear brake bias. This function, depending on its specific capabilities and implementation, is known as electronic brake force distribution (EBD), traction control system, emergency brake assist, or electronic stability control.
So ,I hope u all understand about it…..Ermmm ,for the anti-lock braking controller (CAB),I will described at the next post…..;-p

Salam….hi friends….
Ermmmm,I will continue about the operation of anti-lock braking controller (CAB). The anti-lock brake controller is also known as the CAB (Controller Anti-lock Brake).
A typical ABS is composed of a central electronic control unit (ECU), four wheel speed sensors one for each wheel and two or more hydraulic valves within the brake hydraulics. The ECU constantly monitors the rotational speed of each wheel, and when it detects a wheel rotating significantly slower than the others a condition indicative of impending wheel lock it actuates the valves to reduce hydraulic pressure to the brake at the affected wheel, thus reducing the braking force on that wheel. The wheel then turns faster; when the ECU detects it is turning significantly faster than the others, brake hydraulic pressure to the wheel is increased so the braking force is reapplied and the wheel slows. This process is repeated continuously, and can be detected by the driver via brake pedal pulsation. A typical anti-lock system can apply and release braking pressure up to 20 times a second.
The ECU is programmed to disregard differences in wheel relative speed below a critical threshold, because when the car is turning, the two wheels towards the center of the curve turn slower than the outer two. For this same reason, a differential is used in virtually all road going vehicles.
If a fault develops in any part of the ABS, a warning light will usually be illuminated on the vehicle instrument panel, and the ABS will be disabled until the fault is rectified.
Normally the electronic control unit (ECU) can find in the dashboard of the car. So if u want see the ECU like what, u all can find at yours parent car…p/s mntk kbnaran dlu kang kne blasah lak….ahakzz….good luck to all my friends…;-p

Salam and hello to all……
I would like to share something with all of you during I’m study at PKK, It’s about my last semester project. My last project is “Prototype of Stirling Engine”. I think this is 2nd project in Malaysia, so my project supervisor and I proud with this project ;-p.
Ermmm, Lets me describe about it, The Prototype of Stirling Engine are using the external combustion engine. A Stirling engine is a heat engine that operates by cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas, the working fluid, at different temperature levels such that there is a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work.
The engine is like a steam engine in that all of the engines heat flows in and out through the engine wall. This is traditionally known as an external combustion engine in contrast to an internal combustion engine where the heat input is by combustion of a fuel within the body of the working fluid. Unlike the steam engine's use of water in both its liquid and gaseous phases as the working fluid, the Stirling engine encloses a fixed quantity of permanently gaseous fluid such as air or helium. As in all heat engines, the general cycle consists of compressing cool gas, heating the gas, expanding the hot gas, and finally cooling the gas before repeating the cycle.
Originally conceived in 1816 as an industrial prime mover to rival the steam engine, its practical use was largely confined to low-power domestic applications for over a century. The Stirling engine is noted for its high efficiency, quiet operation, and the ease with which it can utilize almost any heat source. This compatibility with alternative and renewable energy sources has become increasingly significant as the price of conventional fuels rises, and also in light of concerns such as peak oil and climate change. This engine is currently exciting interest as the core component of micro combined heat and power (CHP) units, in which it is more efficient and safer than a comparable steam engine.
During the progress to finished this project, many obstacles I get such as pressure from my friends, Pkk lectures, money (+- RM2k) and so on. But I still focus about its although had to attend 2nd present until this project finished(because this project was explosive during the testing)…..Ermmm, to all my friends, if u all interested to know more detail about this project, u all can tell me k…don’t shy…p/s “mlu brtnya sesat jln…”

Assalamualaikum and a good day.Today i would like to tell you about the king of pop.Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009), known as the "King of Pop", was an American musician and one of the most commercially successful entertainers of all time. His unique contributions to music and dance, along with a highly publicized personal life, made him a prominent figure in popular culture for four decades.

He started a solo career in 1971, having made his debut in 1964 as a member of The Jackson 5. His 1982 album Thriller remains the best-selling album of all time, with four others — Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and history (1995) — among the best selling. He popularized several intricate dance moves, such as the robot and the moonwalk. He is widely credited with having transformed the music video from a promotional tool into an art form, with videos for his songs "Billie Jean", "Beat It" and "Thriller" making him the first African American artist to amass a strong crossover following on MTV, and has influenced scores of music artists.

Twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, his other achievements feature multiple Guinness World Records — including the "Most Successful Entertainer of All Time" — 13 Grammy Awards, 17 number one singles (including the four as a member of the Jackson 5), and estimated sales between 350 million and 750 million records worldwide.[2] He was also a notable philanthropist and humanitarian who donated and raised millions of dollars through support of 39 charities and his own Heal the World Foundation.

Jackson's personal life generated controversy for years. His changing appearance was noticed from the late 1970s and early 1980s, with changes to the shape of his nose and to the color of his skin drawing media publicity. He was accused in 1993 of child sexual abuse, although no charges were brought. He married twice, first in 1994 and again in 1996, and brought up three children, one born to a surrogate mother. In 2005, he was tried and acquitted of child molestation allegations. While preparing for the This Is It concert tour in 2009, Jackson died at the age of 50 in Los Angeles, California, after suffering from cardiac arrest. His memorial service was broadcast all around the world.

Assalamualikum, today I want to share about my legend, John Lennon. John Winston Ono Lennon, (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English rock musician, singer-songwriter, author, and peace activist who gained worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. With Paul McCartney, Lennon formed one of the most influential and successful songwriting partnerships of the 20th century and "wrote some of the most popular music in rock and roll history" He is ranked the second most successful songwriter in UK singles chart history after McCartney.
Lennon revealed a rebellious nature, and biting wit, in his music, on film, in books, and at press conferences and interviews. He was controversial through his work as a peace activist and visual artist. After The Beatles, Lennon enjoyed a successful solo career with such acclaimed albums as John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Imagine and iconic songs such as "Give Peace a Chance" and "Imagine". After a self-imposed "retirement" to raise his son Sean, Lennon reemerged with a comeback album, Double Fantasy, but was murdered less than one month after its release. The album would go on to win the 1981 Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
In 2002, respondents to a BBC poll on the 100 Greatest Britons voted Lennon eighth. In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked Lennon number 38 on its list of "The Immortals: The Fifty Greatest Artists of All Time" (The Beatles being number one). He was also ranked fifth greatest singer of all time by Rolling Stone in 2008. He was posthumously inducted into both the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1987 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.

The Petronas Twin Towers were the tallest buildings in the world until Taipei 101 was completed in 2004, as measured to the top of their structural components .Spires are considered integral parts of the architectural design of buildings, to which changes would substantially change the appearance and design of the building, whereas antennas may be added or removed without such consequences. The Petronas Twin Towers remain the tallest twin buildings in the world.

The Willis Tower and the World Trade Center towers were each constructed with 110 occupied floors – 22 more than the Petronas Twin Towers’ 88 floors. The Willis Tower and the World Trade Center’s roofs and highest occupied floors substantially exceeded the height of the roof and highest floors of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Willis Tower’s tallest antenna is 75 m (246 ft) taller than the Petronas Twin Towers’ spires. However, in accordance to CTBUH regulations and guidelines,[2] the antennas of the Willis Tower were not counted as part of its architectural features.[5] The spires on the Petronas Towers are included in the height since they are not antenna masts. Therefore, the Petronas Twin Towers exceed the official height of the Willis Tower by 10 m, but the Willis Tower has more floors and much higher square footage.

I would like to comment on a programme held by the Technical English lecturers. The name of the programme is "The Tell Me More" programme. This programme is a programme using a software named "Tell Me More". This programme is very useful to the students as it enriched the knowledge of a student about English as it provide lots of exercise that helps in the students' understanding in English. Apart from that, this programme also help the students to speak Emglish more fluently. This is crucial as English is the global language nowadays. By having the skills to speak English fluently, students have a better luck in finding jobs or for me, a mechanical students can help in achieving the faculty's vision that is to produce a global engineer. Moreover, it is an honor to work in a country of engineering such as Dubai. The knowledge that we get there can be used to upgrade our own country. Therefore, we can help our country also.

I think that is for now.
Thank you.

Jelly fish can be seen widely in oceans , and it oftenly has poisonous stings on its feet?(don't remember exactly what it is).

In terms of biological science, we called it Obelia sp. and it has a very unique life cycle.I managed to come up with one article for jellyfish.

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Two Americans and a Japanese researcher won the 2008 Nobel Prize in Chemistry on Wednesday for the discovery of a glowing jellyfish protein that makes cells, tissues and even organs light up -- a tool used by thousands of researchers around the world.

Is that something that makes objects glow in the dark?

during my posting,it seem look happiness because of my post is continuing...so,i'd like to tell about tip in jogging and running..It seems like whenever we get into a really good running groove, we come down with a cold that forces me to slow down my training. Although it is possible to run through some mild cold symptoms, I'd definitely prefer to avoid nasty colds in the first place. Here are some tips for staying healthy during cold and flu season:
Eat balanced meals every day.. Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, which contain antioxidants, and limit your saturated fats.
Wash your hands frequently. Hand-washing is the most important thing you can do to prevent the spread of disease and stay healthy.
Get to bed on time. Sleep deprivation can make you more susceptible to colds and other illnesses. Getting proper sleep -- at least 7 to 8 hours per night -- will boost your immune system.
Taper for big races. If you're running a big race, such as a marathon, it's important to cut back your mileage in the final two to three weeks before your race. This tapering period will allow your immune system to recover from all the hard training you've been doing and make you less susceptible to a pre-race cold.
It seem like ill give extra knowledge to you..

A balanced diet is one that combines the appropriate amount of foods from all groups to meet nutritional and caloric standards. Amounts vary according to age, sex and overall health, but some basic rules apply to all.Food pyramid is a good way to get started in setting up a balanced diet, but it's important to adapt servings and amounts to your individual needs. Diets that eliminate any food group are not healthy in the long run. Instead of giving up carbohydrates, fats or sugars, the key is to lower your consumption of items that provide little nutrition but have lots of calories. Examples are white carbs such as bread and rice, which should be replaced with fiber-rich alternatives such as whole-wheat bread and brown rice. Fats are necessary but can lead to high cholesterol and weight gain if consumed in excess. Instead, switch to vegetable fats, such as the ones in avocados, nuts and soybean oil. Plain sugars have no nutritional value and should be consumed in moderation, but you shouldn't completely eliminate them from your diet, as deprivation usually leads to excesses once you simply can't resist them anymore.
To ensure a balanced diet, eat a mix of proteins and carbohydrates for your main meals and add at least a serving of vegetables to each. Fruits, nuts and low-fat dairy products can be used as snacks to add variety and provide a mix of nutrients. How many calories and servings you should eat depends on your weight, but as a general guideline, multiply your weight by 10 to obtain an approximate number of daily calories you need. This means that a 150-pound woman should eat an average of 1,500 calories a day.

Assalamualikum, today I want to share about F-22 Raptor. F-22 Raptor is a fifth-generation fighter aircraft that uses stealth technology. It was designed primarily as an air superiority fighter, but has additional capabilities that include ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence roles. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is the prime contractor and is responsible for the majority of the airframe, weapon systems and final assembly of the F-22. Program partner Boeing Integrated Defense Systems provides the wings, aft fuselage, avionics integration, and all of the pilot and maintenance training systems.
Despite a protracted and costly development period, the United States Air Force considers the F-22a critical component for the future of US tactical airpower, and claims that the aircraft is unmatched by any known or projected fighter, while Lockheed Martin claims that the Raptor's combination of stealth, speed, agility, precision and situational awareness, combined with air-to-air and air-to-ground combat capabilities, makes it the best overall fighter in the world today. What can i describe about F-22 is it will be the most outstanding fighter plane ever built.

THE EFFECT OF SMOKING

Cigarettes contain approximately 60 chemicals which are carcinogens. Carcinogens are chemicals which are poisonous and damaging to the health. Smoking greatly increases the risk of developing many types of cancers including cancers of the lung, larynx, kidney, bladder and mouth. Most types of cancer can be treated, but often cancer is fatal. Smoking causes serious damage to the entire cardiovascular system. Smoke damages the lining of the arteries and causes them to shrink. This causes a restriction of blood flow to all extremities of the body and forces the heart to work harder to produce enough blood for bodily functions. This can cause a smoker to feel extremely fatigued the longer she smokes. Smoking also increases the likelihood of developing heart disease.

Hi there everyone.
Now, I shall post a blog regarding a very (unique?) matter happened in this world.

Guess what? It's about monkeys.Monkeys?WTH?Yup, it's monkey.M.O.N.K.E.Y.

Japanese researchers have genetically engineered monkeys whose hair roots, skin and blood glow green under a special light, and who have passed on their traits to their offspring, the first time this has been achieved in a primate.

They spliced a jellyfish gene into common marmosets, and said on Wednesday they hope to use their colony of glowing animals to study human Parkinson's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS.Does monkey also suffers Parkinson disease.
Scientists sure are weird. In this case, there are two weirdoes.

Erika Sasaki and Hideyuki Okano of the Keio University School of Medicine in Japan used a virus to carry the gene for green fluorescent protein into monkey embryos, which were implanted into a female monkey, and four out of five were born with the gene throughout their bodies.

WTH?Use a virus?Isn't it a bit dangerous?Well, it's up to them.

LAOS embarrassed nine-man Malaysia 6-0 in an AFC Under-16 Championship qualifying match in Canberra yesterday to heap further humiliation on Malaysian football.

Playing their first match in Group H, Malaysia were a beaten side by half-time when Laos capitalised on Nur Areff Kamaruddin's 11th minute straight red card to run up a 4-0 lead at McKellar Park.

Lembo Saysana, who scored twice in the first half, added a third in 73rd minute to complete his hat-trick after Malaysia were reduced to nine men following the dismissal of Akmal Ishak a minute earlier for two bookable offences.

Tomorrow, Malaysia meet hosts Australia, who thrashed Laos 7-0 in the opening match on Tuesday, with only the Group H winners from the double round-robin three-team league advancing to the finals in 2010.

it will be an easy game for australia.maybe they will win the game with 10 goals over us.what happen to our football.this is so embarrassing.in my opinion we shouldnt sent our football team to any tournament.they are all thinking about money not the game.

zulhilmi want to talk about chewing gum. chewing of gum is said to be the world's most common habit, with about 100,000 tons of it being consumed every year. Most of us are familiar with the negative aspects of chewing gum, when we find it on chairs, stuck under desks or contaminating pavements and therefore our shoes. However, there are also many benefits to chewing gum. It is said that the chewing of gum can act as a displacement activity to reduce the craving for nicotine.

However, this can be insufficient for some individuals when they are trying to give up smoking, and so it is possible to buy gum that contains nicotine. The action of chewing releases nicotine. This is then absorbed through the mouth, in exactly the same manner as nicotine from a 'smoke' and travels directly to the brain to produce its effects. Chewing a nicotine gum produces a steady level of nicotine in the body, which reduces the craving to smoke; and alleviates the withdrawal symptoms of irritability, restlessness and hunger.

Nicotine gums are available in varying strengths according to an individual's smoking habits. For example, a 2mg-strength gum is available for those who smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day

This book held my attention and I was greatly entertained, but having been a Southerner all my life, I know that no one group is more or less noble than the others. There are extremes of bad and good in all races and/or cultural groups. I also found some descriptions I questioned. One, "poke salad" is spelled poke sallet and it grows wild early in the spring. There is actually a Poke Sallet Festival" held in May in Jackson County, Tennessee. I have never heard of anyone planting it in a garden. There were a few other things I questioned, but these small things certainly did not keep me from throughly enjoying the story.

There are many branches of engineering such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, civil and chemical. No matter what branch you are interested in, becoming an engineer takes a lot of hard work and dedication. If you are interested in entering the field, you must have a college degree in engineering. Most university programs are selective and quite competitive. Earning good grades in high school is imperative, as is getting a high score.
Look for and apply to schools with strong engineering programs in the area that interest you.Get good grades in all of your classes once you are enrolled in a program. The first and second years are usually the hardest. Many students are required to take an above average number of credit hours and classes are tough. Focus on your studies as much as possible. Your hard work will be rewarded in the future. That's all from me.

Now, I'm gonna post about odd things. After you read this,it's up to you to believe it or not.

I don't know what this seems to you but for me, it's like a white lie to the kids although lie will always remain as a lie.

GAZA (Reuters) - Two white donkeys dyed with black stripes delighted
Palestinian kids at a small Gaza zoo on Thursday who had never seen a zebra in the flesh.

With their long ears, drooping heads and sleepy eyes, the impostors probably would not have fooled the zoo's only lioness. But the effect achieved by the zoo owners' dye job looks not so bad -- to the unpractised eye, and from a distance.

On closer inspection it resembles the classic striped convict suit of cartoon strips.(hahahahaha >_<)

Nidal Barghouthi, whose father owns the Marah Land zoo, said the two female donkeys were striped using masking tape and women's hair dye, applied with a paint-brush.(It's sad, though)

"The first time we used paint but it didn't look good," he said. "The children don't know so they call them zebras and they are happy to see something new."

Well?See.i don't know now what that 'animal' it is.Is it a zebra now?Or just a donkey painted with stripes? You decide.

Oddly Enough,

The title of my comment today is Defence Of The Ancients or famously known as Dota. It is a custom scenario for the real-time strategy game Warcraft 3:Reign of Chaos and Warcraft 3:The Frozen Throne by Blizzard Entertainment. The objective of this game is to destroy the ancient building that protected by both side that are The World Tree(Sentinels) and The Frozen Throne(Scourge). The gameplay are the player must choose a character or hero from three types of taverns that are Sentinels,Scourges and Neutrals. The players then must farm for money by killing other heroes or the creeps. The players can buy items in order to strengthened their heroes.

What made this game so famous all around the world is there are always new things everytime the maps are renewed or remade. Thus, players will learn new things and also try new items and heroes. Thus, players will not be bored. Apart from that, there are also competition either held by the Blizzard or other peoples. Thus, teams all around the world can show their strength in that competition. The prize are huge amounts of money and fames among the Dota fans.

I think that is all for now.'

Assalamualikum, today I want to share about an end face mechanical seal, also referred to as a mechanical face seal but usually simply as a mechanical seal, is a type of seal utilised in rotating equipment, such as pumps and compressors. When a pump operates, the liquid could leak out of the pump between the rotating shaft and the stationary pump casing. Since the shaft rotates, preventing this leakage can be difficult. Earlier pump models used mechanical packing to seal the shaft. Since World War II, mechanical seals have replaced packing in many applications.

An end face mechanical seal uses both rigid and flexible elements that maintain contact at a sealing interface and slide on each other, allowing a rotating element to pass through a sealed case. The elements are both hydraulically and mechanically loaded with a spring or other device to maintain contact. For similar designs using flexible elements, see Radial shaft seal and o-rings. what can i summarize about mechanical seal is the function is to protect the shaft pump or rotating machinie from any leakage fluid or water when the machine is operated.

Assalammualaikum and very good day to all my friends.
"Drink 8 glasses of water each day" is what we hear all the time but what weight loss benefits do we get from drinking water? All functions within the body require the presence of water. A well hydrated body enables these functions to occur quickly and efficiently. All chemical processes involve energy metabolism and drinking plenty of water will make us feel more energetic and boost our metabolic rate.

Water makes your metabolism burn calories 3% faster. Drinking water is important if you're trying to lose weight, some studies have shown that thirst and hunger sensations are triggered together. If there is a slight dehydration the thirst mechanism may be mistaken for hunger and one may eat when the body is actually craving fluid. As most food contains some water, if one doesn't drink much they may be subconsciously driven to eat more to gain the necessary water supply however, you also gain the undesired effects of increased calorie consumption. Drinking more water can help to prevent overeating and benefit weight loss.

So, I think you all clear about the importance of water for daily life...

So, are you a romantic person? If you are not, have your couple ask you to be more romantic and more sensitive?
So, if you have some problem in order to be that 'romantic person', here i provide you with some tips on 'HOW TO BE ROMANTIC'...

So, what is romance?
Romance is a nebulous thing with the curious property of being describable but not definable. Some people will try to do just that and come up with some tidy little definition, like, "Romance is showing you care." Sure, it sounds good at first, but although draping your coat over a puddle and asking if she remembered to brush her teeth that morning may be actions triggered by this same motivation, they rate distinctly differently on the romance scale.

Although it's not so much a definition, as it is no more precise than the word "romance" itself, one way to describe romance succinctly is "what women want out of a relationship." In other words, men aren't romantic, and if you're a man, that's why you need this guide. If you're a woman, of course, you were born with an innate knowledge of this stuff and need not read further.

So, here are things that you can use to your advantage in order to be that romantic person!

1.Cute Things
Teddy bears are romantic. Puppies are romantic.Rabbits are romantic. Cherubic baby archers are romantic. Those photographs where two little kids exhibit an unnatural affection for each other and only the roses are in color are romantic.

2.Low Light
Candles are romantic. Sunrises and sunsets are romantic. Any kind of low light, you see, is romantic, hence why dinner dates after dark are more romantic than lunch dates at noon. Combine low light sources, and it stands to reason that the air of romance will be so thick, your beloved will be blind to anything else but the radiance of her shimmering knight in armor. Open the curtains on a sunset and light some candles, and you might even be able to get away with watching a football game during dinner.

3.Flowers
Roses are romantic, whether it in red, white, pink, purple and etc. Lily is no bet to, and asme goeg to sunflowers. Red roses mean, "I love you." Yellow roses mean, "Let's just be friends," which is synonymous with, "You are irritating, and I hate you." So you do not want to be wrong. Get her red roses, red ribbons, red balloons, red teddy bears, red puppies, and red tickets to the World Series, and she'll fall hopelessly under your spell.

4. Background Music

Background music is romantic, and note the word "background," because not just any music is romantic. For music to be romantic, it must be too soft to hear. Also, it may not be lively or funny or good. Elevator music is the most romantic genre of music out there. You have from Celine Dion to Brian Midnight to choose from.

5.Chocolates

Chocolates are not only romantic, they're complimentary. When you give a box of chocolates to your beloved, it says, "You could pig out on this tub of lard and bloat out to three tons, but you'd still be the apple of my eye." It doesn't matter if it's true -- it's the message that counts. But the real reason to give your loved one chocolates is because any loved one worth her salt will turn right around and offer you some. It's a win-win no matter how you look at it. Buy her a red one shaped like a heart, and you're in like Flynn. That what is women weakneses.

So, guy...here it goes, its up to you in your part, to reborn to be 'a romantic person'...

Salam,I just like to share about A Day in the life of a Pilot.

The job of an airplane pilot carries considerable charm, prestige, responsibility, and risk. An airline pilot can find himself in a different time zone, climate, and culture every day. As one notes: “It’s like a new and different expedition every time...a new and exciting world to discover and journey through.” Pilots literally have the lives of their passengers in their hands. The physical and mental demands are rigorous. The ability to remain calm under pressure and having perfect vision, hearing, and coordination are crucial requirements. Roughly 60 percent of all pilots are employed by commercial airlines, the most visible and widely known job available to pilots. Such professional visibility and prestige come with significantly more responsibility and a better pay.

Assalamualaikum and good days to all blogger. Today I Want to talk about High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle or basically we call Humvee. This vehicle is an military's vehicle where is was modified from smaller jeeps. Primarily used by Military USA. But in Malaysia, there are Malaysia Military used this mobile jeep. What I want to share the bloggers are the usage in combat. Basic HMMWV has no armor or protection against nuclear, biological, and chemical threats. However it is bulletproof and some are deflect mine blasts. and HMMWV was designed primarily for personnel and light cargo transport behind front lines.eavier models of Infantry Mobility Vehicles (IMV) can also be used for patrol vehicles. So, it essential to have this Humvee as part of their military's vehicle. The fact that i like it because of the design engineer is fascinating me. That all from me. Thank you

Good day to everyone.
Now, in this five minutes, I will post about my favourite...GAMES.

Is games can become a part of learning syllabus? Many had doubted before , but now it has been proven.( yay !^_^)

University Vice Chancellor thinks games should be part of state education plus Chaotic: Shadow Warriors screens

Imagine turning up to school and having a double lesson of Sonic the Hedgehog! It may sound crazy but the reality may not be so different if more academics start following the same line of thought as Patricia Broadfoot, the Vice Chancellor of Gloucestershire University.

I really think that this type of learning style should be applied to schools as kids definitely will never miss out the teachings if it is in the games.Well, me too! >_< I definitely give two thumbs up for this.

Something has cross in my mind that what am I going to comment today. The topic "do's and dont's..."Actually this commemnt is about cigarette, smokes and smokers.

First,if your ex-smoker "slips":

~DO remind the quitter how long he or she went without a cigarette before the slip.
~DO help the quitter remember all the reasons he or she wanted to quit and forget about the slip as soon as possible.
~DONT assume he or she will start back smoking like before.
~DONT scold, nag or make the quitter fell guilty, show them that you are really care about them.

Secondly,if your quitter relapses(when smokers go back to smoking like before).Research shows that most people try to quit smoking 5 to 7 times before they succeed,so you need to:

~DO praise him or her for trying to quit.
~DO encourage him or her to learn from the attempt, things a person learns from a failed attempt to quit for good next time, actually it takes timeand skills to learn to be a non-smoker.

Then,if you are a smoker:

~DO smoke outside and always away from the quitter.
~DO keep your cigarettes, lighters and matches out of sight, they might triggers for your loved one to smoke.
~DO join your loved one in his or her effort to quit.
~DONT ever offer the quitter a smoke even as a joke.

Quit smoking is better for your health and might be easier to do with someone else that is trying to quit.

Read the full article for more pics and trivia. Here’s one that I particularly like: I already mentioned that the Gundam statue will be taken down at the end of August. But RJ mentions that both the Eiffel Tower and the London Eye, which are also colossal but are infinitely lamer than Tokyo’s champ, were originally put up for temporary display only. And yet they’re still on display. But only because it would be a bitch to take them down. I kid, I kid. I hope that the Gundam statue enjoys the same fate.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
After I watch movie from the last samurai, I would like to share about the katana. Sounds like from Japan right? The katana is a type of Japanese sword and is often called a "samurai sword." In a precise sense, the term katana in Japanese is applied to any kind of single-edged Japanese sword, although, incorrectly or habitually, some Japanese and Western sword lovers define katana as the standard size moderately curved Japanese sword with a blade length of greater than 60 cm (23.6 inches). In Portuguese the designation refers to a slightly shorter and wider blade, commonly used to clear paths through dense jungle, or to otherwise cut down wild vegetation. But in history tell about the Portuguese spelled katana perhaps delineated from the Japanese word when Portuguese traders first arrived in Japan.
The katana is characterized by its distinctive appearance a curved, slender, single edged blade, circular or squared guard, and long grip to accommodate two hands. The katana has historically been associated with the samurai of feudal Japan, and has become renowned for its sharpness and cutting ability, to the point that its purported cutting capabilities have reached mythical status. The curved sword of the samurai was worn with the blade facing down. The ability to draw and cut in one motion also became increasingly useful in the daily life of the samurai. Japanese sword or Katana is made from a specialized Japanese steel called "Tamahagane" which consist of combinations of hard, high carbon steel and tough, low carbon steel In my conclusion what I was surprise about the katana is about the special material to made it and there are advantages and setbacks to both types of steel.

Today, I would like to share about a beaing. Have you ever wondered how things like inline skate wheels and electric motors spin so smoothly and quietly? The answer can be found in a neat little machine called a bearing. In this article, we'll learn how bearings work, look at some different kinds of bearings and explain their common uses, and explore some other interesting uses of bearings. The Basics and The concept behind a bearing is very simple. Things roll better than they slide. The wheels on your car are like big bearings. If you had something like skis instead of wheels, your car would be a lot more difficult to push down the road.
That is because when things slide, the friction between them causes a force that tends to slow them down. But if the two surfaces can roll over each other, the friction is greatly reduced. Bearings reduce friction by providing smooth metal balls or rollers, and a smooth inner and outer metal surface for the balls to roll against. These balls or rollers "bear" the load, allowing the device to spin smoothly. So the conclusion I can described about bearing is the bearing makes many of the machines we use every day possible. Without bearings, we would be constantly replacing parts that wore out from friction.

Do you often feel like you have more things to do than you have time to do them? Here are tips to help you improve your time management skills both at work and at home.
•Keep Prioritized "to do" Lists: List tasks you must complete in order of priority example, most important to least important. Cross off items as you complete them.
•Schedule Breaks: Schedule breaks at regular times. You'll be less likely to goof off when you should be working.
•Learn to Delegate: Don't try to do it all yourself. Assign jobs to others.
•Get Organized: It's much easier to accomplish tasks if your work area is organized.
•Learn to Say "No" to Your Boss: What can you do when your boss gives you more work than you can complete on time? It's better to turn down an assignment than fail to complete it.
•Stop Procrastinating: Procrastination can ruin your career if it results in completing projects late or not at all.
•Get Enough Sleep: Although it's tempting to work long hours, in the end you're actually less efficient when you're tired.

So I hope you all know how to management time well..

Good Day everyone! As we know, as time passes, enviromental issues has become a main problem nowadays. Thi is because of development and human character that has causes this problems. Therefore, I have find out some of ways to help to save our enviroment and world.

Here are the few tips:
1) The most important way is to REDUCE.The critical first step of waste prevention has been overshadowed by a focus on recycling. Please help to promote a greater awareness of the importance of the "Reduce" part of the Reduce-Reuse-Recycle mantra.

2) Secondly, we must simplify. Simplify your life as much as possible. Only keep belongings that you use/enjoy on a regular basis. By making the effort to reduce what you own, you will naturally purchase less/create less waste in the future.

3) Third, reduce purchases. This is the main purpose of enviromental problem as many waste is produced without noticing. In general, think before you buy any product - do you really need it? How did the production of this product impact the environment and what further impacts will there be with the disposal of the product (and associated packaging materials)? When you are thinking about buying something, try the 30-Day Rule -- wait 30 days after the first time you decide you want a product to really make your decision. This will eliminate impulse buying.

4) Fourth, avoid trash. Avoid creating trash wherever possible: when ordering food, avoid receiving any unnecessary plastic utensils, straws, etc. (ask in advance), buy ice cream in a cone instead of a cup, don't accept "free" promotional products, buy products with the least amount of packaging, etc. Every little bit of trash avoided does make a difference!

5) Fifth, use more reusable items. Switch from disposable to reusable products: food and beverage containers, cups, plates, writing pens, razors, diapers, towels, shopping bags, etc.

Inconclusion, try as hard to save Mother Nature for the benefit for our nature and the generation to come.

Hye..i Mohd Firdaus bin Ibrahim.today,i want to share with all bloggers about someone and i think you all know this person and may be you all also attracted to him.He is David Robert Joseph Beckham and more popular when called David Beckham..
David Robert Joseph Beckham, (born 2 May 1975) is an English footballer who currently plays in midfield for American Major League Soccer club Los Angeles Galaxy and the England national team.Beckham was the first British footballer to play 100 Champions League matches.Beckham was captain of England from 15 November 2000 until the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals, during which he played 58 times.
Beckham's career began when he signed a professional contract with Manchester United, making his first-team debut in 1992 aged 17.During his time there, United won the Premier League title six times, the FA Cup twice, and the UEFA Champions League in 1999.He left Manchester United to sign for Real Madrid in 2003, where he remained for four seasons, clinching the La Liga championship in his final season with the club.In January 2007, it was announced that Beckham would leave Real Madrid and sign a five-year contract with Major League Soccer club Los Angeles Galaxy.Beckham is married to former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham (née Adams). The couple have three sons and currently reside in Beverly Hills, California.
Beckham made his first appearance for the England national football team on 1 September 1996, in a World Cup qualifying match against Moldova. The abuse that Beckham was receiving from English supporters peaked during England's 3–2 defeat by Portugal in UEFA Euro 2000, a match where Beckham set up two goals, when a group of England supporters taunted him throughout the match.Beckham responded by raising his middle finger and, while the gesture attracted some criticism, many of the newspapers that had previously encouraged his vilification asked their readers to stop abusing him.
Beckham has captained England 59 times during his tenure as England captain, one of the most in England's history. With his free kick goal against Ecuador in the second round of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, Beckham gained membership into two of football's exclusive clubs: he became the only English player — and the 21st player regardless of nationality — to score in three world cups; Real Madrid teammate Raúl also achieved this feat a few days earlier. It also made him only the fifth player in World Cup history to score twice from a direct free kick; the other four were Pelé, Roberto Rivelino, Teófilo Cubillas, and Bernard Genghini (Beckham had previously scored this way against Colombia in the first round of the 1998 FIFA World Cup). All three goals were against South American teams (Colombia, Argentina, and Ecuador) and from set pieces (the two aforementioned free kicks and a penalty against Argentina)..

Assalamualaikum and hello everyones.Today i mant to talk about sleep..i know you all very like to sllep..let me introduce little bit about this things.
Sleep is a naturally recurring state of relatively suspended sensory and motor activity, characterized by total or partial unconsciousness and the inactivity of nearly all voluntary muscles.n humans, other mammals, and a substantial majority of other animals that have been studied (such as some species of fish, birds, ants, and fruit flies), regular sleep is essential for survival.
Sleep debt is the effect of not getting enough rest and sleep; a large debt causes mental, emotional, and physical fatigue. It is unclear why a lack of sleep causes irritability; however, theories are emerging that suggest if the body produces insufficient cortisol during deep sleep, it can have negative effects on the alertness and emotions of a person during the day.Sleep debt results in diminished abilities to perform high-level cognitive functions. Neurophysiological and functional imaging studies have demonstrated that frontal regions of the brain are particularly responsive to homeostatic sleep pressure.Scientists do not agree on how much sleep debt it is possible to accumulate; whether it is accumulated against an individual's average sleep or some other benchmark; nor on whether the prevalence of sleep debt among adults has changed appreciably in the industrialized world in recent decades. It is likely that children are sleeping less than previously in Western societies.

Dreaming

Dreaming is the perception of sensory images and sounds during sleep, in a sequence which the dreamer usually perceives more as an apparent participant than an observer. Dreaming is stimulated by the pons and mostly occurs during the REM phase of sleep.

People have proposed many hypotheses about the functions of dreaming. Sigmund Freud postulated that dreams are the symbolic expression of frustrated desires that had been relegated to the unconscious mind, and he used dream interpretation in the form of psychoanalysis to uncover these desires. See Freud: The Interpretation of Dreams.

Freud's work concerns the psychological role of dreams, which clearly does not exclude any physiological role they may have. It is not ruled out therefore by the increased modern interest in the organization and consolidation of recent memory and experience. Recent research claims that sleep has this overall role of consolidation and organization of synaptic connections formed during learning and experience.

John Allan Hobson and Robert McCarley's activation synthesis theory proposes that dreams are caused by the random firing of neurons in the cerebral cortex during the REM period. According to this theory, the forebrain then creates a story in an attempt to reconcile and make sense of the nonsensical sensory information presented to it; hence, the odd nature of many dreams.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM. Do you have telephone??Of course is it???..you all use this things for what???i know what yours answer..let me talk about this technology...
The telephone is a telecommunications device that transmits and receives sound, most commonly the human voice. It is one of the most common household appliances in the developed world, and has long been considered indispensable to business, industry and government. The word "telephone" has been adapted to many languages and is widely recognized around the world.

The device operates principally by converting sound waves into electrical signals, and electrical signals into sound waves. Such signals when conveyed through telephone networks — and often converted to electronic and/or optical signals — enable nearly every telephone user to communicate with nearly every other worldwide. Graphic symbols used to designate telephone service or phone-related information in print, signage, and other media include..

Assalamualaikum and good days to all blogger. Today I Want to talk about futsal..
Futsal is a variant of association football that is mainly played indoors.Futsal is played between two teams of five players, one of whom is the goalkeeper, and up to seven substitutes per team. Unlike some other forms of indoor football, the game is played on a hard court surface delimited by lines; walls or boards are not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regulation football. The rules create an emphasis on improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces.
There are five players on each team, one of whom is the goalkeeper. The maximum number of substitutes allowed is seven, with unlimited substitutions during the match. Substitutes can come on even when the ball is in play.

Assalamualikum and hello everyone..
Here, I want to share some topic that i find interesting. The title of the topic is the important of the communication skill.

Communication skills simply do not refer to the way in which we communicate with another person. It encompasses many other things - the way in which we respond to the person we are speaking, body gestures including the facial ones, pitch and tone of our voice and a lot of other things. And the importance of communication skills is not just limited to the management world, since effective communication skills are now required in each and every aspect of our life.

We can measure the importance of communication skills in the business sector when we take a look at job advertisements. There is little chance that you will come across an advertisement which does not mention that candidates should have good communication skills. Perhaps this is the only criteria which creates a positive impact when a person goes for a job interview. This is because technical qualifications are likely to be more or less the same for the candidates.

Without effective communication skills, a person may find it impossible to climb up the corporate ladder. Promotions come to those who can communicate effectively at all levels, from senior management level to the lowest employee.

I think that's all..

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone..
today, i want to discuss about why are technology are so important in our daily life.??

After the discovery of electricity, technology was employed to bring electricity to households in every corner of the world. The world could light up in the dark, thanks to the effective generation and distribution of electricity. The application of technology led to the use of renewable energy resources for the production of electricity. Hydropower, solar energy, wind energy and other natural sources of energy started being used.

Technology brought a huge change to civil engineering and architecture. Underwater civil structures and tall buildings scraping the sky could be built, thanks to technology. The different types of constructions like mobile homes, earthquake-resistant buildings and modular homes could be created due to advancing technology.

The Internet hosts an enormous information base. Technology has made it possible for this information to reach far and wide. Online education has set in, making it possible to render knowledge to students inhabiting remote locations on Earth. It is due to the World Wide Web that the information could reach one and all over the computer networks.

In mechanical field, many type of joint u can see at one component such as with Bolt and Nat, rivet, welding, screw and many type of joint. Welding are divided too many type such as Arc welding, Gas welding, TIG and MIG welding.
Now I want share with u all about TIG welding, Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a no consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The weld area is protected from atmospheric contamination by a shielding gas (usually an inert gas such as argon), and a filler metal is normally used, though some welds, known as autogenously welds, do not require it. A constant-current welding power supply produces energy which is conducted across the arc through a column of highly ionized gas and metal vapors known as a plasma.
GTAW is most commonly used to weld thin sections of stainless steel and light metals such as aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys. The process grants the operator greater control over the weld than competing procedures such as shielded metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding, allowing for stronger, higher quality welds. However, GTAW is comparatively more complex and difficult to master, and furthermore, it is significantly slower than most other welding techniques. A related process, plasma arc welding, uses a slightly different welding torch to create a more focused welding arc and as a result is often automated.
The operation of gas tungsten arc welding is often considered the most difficult of all the welding processes commonly used in industry. Because the welder must maintain a short arc length, great care and skill are required to prevent contact between the electrode and the work piece. Similar to torch welding, GTAW normally requires two hands, since most applications require that the welder manually feed a filler metal into the weld area with one hand while manipulating the welding torch in the other. However, some welds combining thin materials (known as autogenously or fusion welds) can be accomplished without filler metal; most notably edge, corner, and butt joints.
To strike the welding arc, a high frequency generator provides a path for the welding current through the shielding gas, allowing the arc to be struck when the separation between the electrode and the work piece is approximately 1.5–3 mm (0.06–0.12 in). Bringing the two into contact in a "touch start" ("scratch start") also serves to strike an arc. This technique can cause contamination of the weld and electrode. Once the arc is struck, the welder moves the torch in a small circle to create a welding pool, the size of which depends on the size of the electrode and the amount of current. While maintaining a constant separation between the electrode and the workpiece, the operator then moves the torch back slightly and tilts it backward about 10–15 degrees from vertical. Filler metal is added manually to the front end of the weld pool as it is needed.
Welders often develop a technique of rapidly alternating between moving the torch forward (to advance the weld pool) and adding filler metal. The filler rod is withdrawn from the weld pool each time the electrode advances, but it is never removed from the gas shield to prevent oxidation of its surface and contamination of the weld. Filler rods composed of metals with low melting temperature, such as aluminum, require that the operator maintain some distance from the arc while staying inside the gas shield. If held too close to the arc, the filler rod can melt before it makes contact with the weld puddle. As the weld nears completion, the arc current is often gradually reduced to allow the weld crater to solidify and prevent the formation of crater cracks at the end of the weld.
I think faculty of mechanical engineering UMP have this TIG weld units, so u all can use this weld in the mechanical lab 2.

Good evening, today I will be giving advice on how to fight fats through intake of food. Of course, firstly we must diet. Secondly we must beware of whats going into our mouth. Therefore I would recommend some food that are good to fight against fat.

For nut-lovers, here's your chance. Almonds! These yummy nuts are high in alpha-linolenic acid, which can accelerate your metabolism of fats. In fact, dieters who ate 3 ounces of almonds daily slashed their weight and body-mass index by 18 percent, while those who skipped the nuts reduced both numbers less.Almonds can be everywhere, just add them and you are on your way! Go nuts!

Love berries? Strawberries, raspberries and other vitamin C–spiked fruit can supercharge your workout, helping you burn up to 30 percent more fat. So reduce your intake of chocholate and replace them with strawberries for sundae-lovers(laughing..).

Heard of Mustard? Its an amazing spices that's loved by Americans. Even in KFC, mustard is added into the cheezey-wedges.Mustard It's heaven on a soft pretzel, but mustard may also be a weight loss wonder. Turmeric(kunyit), the spice that gives mustard its color, may slow the growth of fat tissues, a study in the journal Endocrinology finds. Use it on sandwiches instead of mayo, or sprinkle turmeric on cauliflower pre-roasting to give it a kick. Try it on tuna salad—I promise it adds zest and flavors.

Oranges has been everyones favourite especially during Chinese New year, and oranges can help to reduce fats. So during Chinese New Year get a box rather than a dozen! This citrus fruit, which contains fat-blasting compounds known as flavones, deserves to be your main squeeze. Women who ate the most flavones had a much lower increase in body fat over a 14-year period. Eat oranges sliced or swig fresh OJ (including pulp!) to get the best benefit from the fruit.

For Soybean fan, no worries, soybeans has also the ability to fight against fat while making you beautiful by giving a better and fairer skin. Besides that,Soybeans are rich in choline, a compound that blocks the absorption of fat and breaks down fatty deposits. Oh, and they're addictively delish! But if breast cancer runs in your family, experts suggest you should talk to your doc before adding soy to your diet.

By this tips, add a few new flavors to your menu and you are on the way in fighting fat! Gambahteh!

Hello there, today I would like to share about important of fruits.Fruits are an important part of our diet because they are rich in vitamins, nutrients and a good source of fiber. Vitamin C helps in strengthening your bones and immune system. A strong immune system can keep you from being sick, or if you do become sick, help you to fight it off quicker. Fiber is good at detoxifying and removing unneeded bulk from your body. Junk food and other unhealthy foods can slow down or cause problems with our digestive system, in turn your body retains toxins it should be getting rid of.

However, the reason why fruits are associated with health is because it's a healthier alternative to what we're usually eating. These days most of the food we consume is incredibly sugar rich, from candy to cake, to soda and ice cream. We like sugar, there's no question about it, unfortunately it's in the form of process sugars like High Fructose Corn Syrup which can lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and heart attack. So fruits are a much healthier (and natural) source of the sugar we love and crave. But even too much fruit can be bad, so moderation is key!

It’s not easy to know how to deal with difficult people at work. And unfortunately, there’s not just one kind of difficult person you have to contend with everyday. There’s the bossy co-worker, the annoying busybody, the egoistical superior… The list goes on and on.

However, these people don’t have to ruin your day. There are ways on how you can handle the situation when bumping into them. If you want to learn how to deal with difficult people at work, read on!

1) Don’t take it personally.

Difficult people are difficult because of their own upbringing and experiences, and not because of you. That’s the first thing you have to remember when dealing with difficult people at work.

How they act has nothing to do with you. And truth be told, they probably act that way around other people as well. So instead of letting their attitude get the better of you, separate yourself from it.

Don’t take their remarks, or whatever annoying thing, they did to heart. That’s just the way some people are; and sometimes, it’s best to just leave them alone.

2) Focus on your own performance.

Another way on how to deal with difficult people at work is by focusing on your own performance instead. This will not only keep you from paying them too much attention (hence, minimizing the chances of saying or doing something you’ll regret later on), it will also help you stand out as a good employee.

Frankly, giving difficult people at work too much attention will eat away at your own prowess. If you want to come out on top, focus all your energies into putting your best foot forward.

3) Smile.

Some people expect you to give them a certain kind of reaction. However, doing the complete opposite will absolutely stun them. And perhaps, even stun them enough to leave you alone.

The next time a co-worker tells you how unsophisticated your cellphone is compared to his, why don’t you keep your face pleasant and congratulate him sincerely for owning such a fine gadget. Or the next time that someone tries to put you down, shock him with a smile and go about your own duties.

Learning how to deal with difficult people at work is a must for anyone who wants to stay sane in any industry. Let’s face it. Every company has difficult people on its payroll. The only difference lies in how you deal with them. Don’t let such petty things take over your work life. Expend your energies on more worthwhile things like boosting your own performance instead.

Hi all,i want to share with you how to deal with roomate who's being difficult.
For many people, one of the realities that has to be dealt with when going to college is moving out of the house and into a college dorm or apartment. Sure, some may find it quite exciting that they get to be away from their parents and experience college living on their own, but what happens when they get stuck with a roommate who is difficult to deal with?
Roommates come in all different walks of life; some are quiet, tidy, and kind, while others can be loud, shabby, and obnoxious. If you are having a hard time dealing with your college roommate, for whatever reason, then read on to find out how to make peace, get along, and live in a happy and harmonious relationship.

Find out what your roommate does that pushes your buttons

The first step to dealing with a difficult roommate is to find out why you think your roommate is being difficult. Remember, different people come from different backgrounds, so what is annoying or unbearable to you may be perfectly fine for others (like your roommate). Do you get annoyed by the dirty linens tossed about the room? Are you upset that your roommate always plays loud music or has friends over? Is your roommate just plain obnoxious? The sooner you figure out what is bothering you, the sooner you will be able to confront the problem and find a way to solve it.

Keep an open mind about the situation and be willing to compromise

Now that you have a good idea of what exactly is bothering you, it's time to put a little more thought into the matter. Try to be reasonable in your assessment of your roommate, because you may just be a bit too finicky or your expectations for your roommate may be a tad too high. In other words, you may be thinking too much about your own needs and desires, without keeping an open mind toward your roommate's needs. Think of areas in which you are willing to compromise with your roommate. Perhaps you wouldn't mind guests during nights that you're out working or during weekends. Make a list of some of the compromises you are willing to make and try to be fair about your judgment.

Approach your roommate and negotiate

There will come a time when you will probably have to confront your roommate about the issues that are bothering you. When you do, be kind, considerate, and gentle. It wouldn't help any if you threw a tantrum, going off about every little thing that your roommate does. Remember, you may be roommates for a long time, so it's important to be diplomatic about the situation. Try not to make your roommate feel as though you are attacking him or her. Explain your position, what you are having trouble with, and express that you are willing to make compromises if need be.

Hello guys.

Today I would like to write about the term GAY.Do you know what is GAY all about?
Primarily GAY is refer to feelings of being 'carefree' or 'happy',it had also come to acquire some connotations of "immorality".Later the term GAY began to be used in reference to HOMOSEXUALITY.In modern English, gay has come to be used as an adjective and occasionally as a noun that refers to the people, practices, and culture associated with HOMOSEXUALITY.Then the term GAY was recommended by major style guides to describe people attracted to members of the same sex. This is only the history where the term GAY come from and this is not the point of my comment.

Actually I really upset because this kind of culture has influence people from all over the world even the muslim also.

Why they attracted to be a GAY?
Is they want to fight the CREATOR for what HE created?
Don't they ever think about the punishment from THE ONE?

So what is our responsibilities toward this problems? We need to help them to return from the right way!!!

So think about that properly!!Don't simply against the QADA & QADAR ALLAH!!!

Hye friends...

Everybody talking about LOVE even now is not the Velentine's Day.
I am in love mood now,so I would like to talk about this topic also.
Hehee...

So what is LOVE?
Love is a strange thing. It can be the most amazing feeling in the world or it can really hurt but in the end love is something most if not all of us will face. While there are many different ways to define love and there are many different ways to love someone (even yourself).

Her I provide you some general guide to loving.

~SAY IT
When you say the words "I Love You",they should carry with them the desire to show someone that you love them not what you simply want to feel. When you say it make sure you really mean it and are willing to do anything for that special person.

~EMPATHIZE
Put yourself in someone else's shoes.Rather than impose your own expectations or attempt to control them, try to understand how they feel, where they come from and who they are. Realize how they could also love you back just as well.

~LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY
If you cannot love another person without attaching stipulations, then it is not love at all,but deep-seated opportunism (one who makes the most of an advantage, often unmindful of others). If your interest is not in the other person as such, but rather in how that person can enhance your experience of life, then it is not unconditional. If you have no intention of improving that person’s life or allowing that person to be themselves and accepting them as they are and not who you want them to be then you are not striving to love them unconditionally.

~EXPECT NOTHING IN RETURN
That doesn't mean you should allow someone to mistreat or undervalue you.It means that giving love does not guarantee receiving love.Try loving just for the sake of love.Realize that someone may have a different way of showing his or her love for you; do not expect to be loved back in exactly the same way.

~REALIZE IT CAN BE LOST
If you realize that you can lose the one you love then you have a greater appreciation of what you have.Think how lucky you are to have someone to love.Don't make an idol of the person you love. This will place them under undue pressure and will likely result in you losing them.

~NEVER STOP LOVING
Even if you have been hurt before you should not stop giving love.

LOVE LOVE LOVE...
LOVE to the CREATOR is the most meaningful and the greatest LOVE is...

Thank you.

Tomorrow, Malaysia meet hosts Australia, who thrashed Laos 7-0 in the opening match on Tuesday, with only the Group H winners from the double round-robin three-team league advancing to the finals in 2010.

it will be an easy game for australia.maybe they will win the game with 10 goals over us.what happen to our football.this is so embarrassing.in my opinion we shouldnt sent our football team to any tournament.they are all thinking about money not the game

Hi there, today I would be talking on making Malaysia as your next travelling destination. Why do I say this? This is not just only to promote Malaysia but Malaysia itself also has alot to offer to the world. Being one of the few country sticking out of the continents, and surrounded by oceans, Malaysia, is really unique by its own.

Today, I will be focusing on a few hot spots in Malaysia. Penang(Pearl of the Orient), Genting Highlands, and Heart of Malaysia,Kuala Lumpur.Penang can be considered as the island with most development, like Singapore, and Penang kept all to it. From people to beaches, Penang has become one of the main attractions in Malaysia. Besides that, Penang is very famous with its wide variety of food and beverages. For example, "ais-kacang",laksa, Nasi Kandar and so on. From Penang, this food has migrated to many places giving it more special as it goes down south of Malaysia. Beautiful beaches, must not be missed as Batu Feringgi is a really amazing place as any other beaches in the world. After sun-tanning and having fun, delicious yet exquisite seafood reastaurants is just around the corner. Better, try out the local food that's lining up beside the sea-sides.

Kuala Lumpur has many histories to it. It was the place Independence of Malaysia took place and many more. The major tourist destinations in Kuala Lumpur include the Dataran Merdeka (the Independence Square), the House of Parliament, the Istana Budaya, the Istana Negara (National Palace), the Kuala Lumpur Tower, the Muzium Negara (National Museum), the Putra World Trade Centre, the Tugu Negara (National Monument) and mosques such as the Masjid Jamek, the Masjid Negara (National Mosque) and the Federal Territory Mosque.Other tourist attractions include the Aquaria KLCC, the Batu Caves, the Makam Pahlawan (National Mausoleum), the National Science Centre, Petaling Street, the Royal Selangor Pewter Visitor Centre, the Zoo Negara (National Zoo), and events such as Malay cultural centres, the Chinese cultural festivals at the Thean Hou Temple and the Thaipusam procession at the Sri Mahamariamman Temple. The Golden Triangle, the commercial hub of the city, contains the Petronas Twin Towers and has a distinctive nightlife. Trendy nightclubs, bars and lounges, such as the Beach Club, Espanda, the Hakka Republic Wine Bar & Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, the Luna Bar, Nuovo, Rum Jungle, the Thai Club, Zouk, and many others are located within and around Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang. Every street in Kuala Lumpur really has its own special values, from hotels and club to shopping hotspots.

As for Genting highlands, it can be considered as one of the best places in Malaysia. This is because Genting highlands have a slightly low temperature compared to other place in Malaysia; it gives Malaysian the feeling of being in the winter seasons. Besides that, Genting Highlands is a mountain peak within the Titiwangsa Mountains on the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor of Malaysia and is home to a famous mountain resort by the same name which can be reached by car from Kuala Lumpur in one hour. It is also accessible by the worlds fastest and South East Asia's longest cable car called Genting Skyway (3.38km). In addition, Genting Highlands has 2 main themeparks thats very fun and amazing that must be experienced by everyone.

I guess thats all on Malaysia. I hope Malaysia will be your next stop. As for me, my next stop will be Genting Highlands during my semester break.

Have you ever heard about hipnosys?
Hypnosis is a mental state or set of attitudes (non-state theory) usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a series of preliminary instructions and suggestions.Hypnotic suggestions may be delivered by a hypnotist in the presence of the subject, or may be self-administered ("self-suggestion" or "autosuggestion"). The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy".
That's all from me for now.

For today,I want share with you about one killer disease which is familiar in Malaysia. This disease is called DIABETES.Do you really know about diabetes?

Diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin. Insulin is a hormone that is needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into energy needed for daily life. The cause of diabetes continues to be a mystery, although both genetics and environmental factors such as obesity and lack of exercise appear to play roles.

THE SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES!!!!!
Some people don't have symptoms, especially when diabetes is diagnosed early. This is because the blood sugar level may rise so slowly that a person may not know that anything is wrong. Other people may have symptoms, such as:

* Being very thirsty.
* Urinating a lot.
* Losing weight without trying.
* Having blurry vision.
* Feeling hungrier

Today I shall post about a thing called "WORM".

What is a "WORM"?
Is it the yucky thing which crawls on the Earth?
Just by the mere look at it makes me feel quite....... errr.... undescribeable.(I think.)

Actually , what I shall post below is not the crawling ones , but a spam for computer. My laptop has been attacked by virus numerous times that I had to send it for some reformatting thrice.I mean , THREE times.Stupid worm.

Many worms that have been created are only designed to spread, and don't attempt to alter the systems they pass through.

it might delete files on a host system (e.g., the ExploreZip worm), encrypt files in a cryptoviral extortion attack, or send documents via e-mail.

A very common payload for worms is to install a backdoor in the infected computer to allow the creation of a "zombie" computer under control of the worm author - Sobig and Mydoom are examples which created zombies.(How scary!)

The only way to protect your pc is to get the latest antivirus software such as Kapersky antivirus ,Avira , Panda etc.

Anti-virus and anti-spyware software are helpful, but must be kept up-to-date with new pattern files at least every few days.
The use of a firewall is also recommended.

Good morning everyone, today I will be talking on Deepavali since tommorow is Deepavali. What is Deepavali? Deepavali or Diwali is a significant festival in Hinduism. Diwali is the abbreviation of the Sanskrit word "Deepavali".Diwali is also known as the festival of light. They light diyas—cotton string wicks inserted in small clay pots filled with oil—to signify victory of good over the evil within an individual.

In the Hindu calendar, the five day festival of Diwali is centered on the new moon day that ends the month of Ashwin and begins the month of Kartika, beginning on the 13th day of the dark half of Ashwin (Ashwin 28th) and ending on the 2nd day of the bright half of Kartika (Kartika 2nd).

Deepa meaning light and Avali, meaning a row. It means a row of lights and indeed illumination forms its main attraction. It symbolises that age-old culture of India which teaches us to vanquish ignorance that subdues humanity and to drive away darkness that engulfs the light of knowledge. Diwali, the festival of lights, even today in this modern world, projects the rich and glorious past and teaches us to uphold the true values of life.

As a Malaysian, the version that I has heard before in the past is that in Hinduism, Diwali or Deepavali,is the homecoming of Rama after a 14-year exile in the forest and his victory over Ravana. In the legend, the people of Ayodhya (the capital of his kingdom) welcomed Rama by lighting rows (avali) of lamps (dĭpa), thus its name: dīpāwali. Over time, this word transformed into Deepavali in Hindi and Dipawali in Nepali, but still retained its original form in South and East Indian Languages.

For my Hindu friends, I would like to wish them Happy Deepavali.I guess that all for today as this is my last for comment in UHL2312.(laughing..)

Assalamua'laikum and good morning miss..

Today I would like to talk about the Malaysian Day. I repeat Malaysian Day..not Independence Day. Both are different. As you know, we achieve our independence on 31 August but Malaysia was successfully created on 16 September 1963. It has been a month since the Malaysian Day passed but what can we take from the historic day? For me, the lesson that we can take can be represent by this phrase, "together we stand". The unity between the Peninsular Malaysia people, Singaporean people, Sabah and Sarawak people has brought Malaysia to a reality.

Let me take you back to year 1963. A lot has to be done in order to create Malaysia. Cobbold Commision had been created in order to determine whether the people of North Borneo and Sarawak supported the proposal to create the Federation of Malaysia that consist of Malaya,Singapore,North Borneo and Sarawak. The commision also responsible for the subsequent drafting of the Constitution of the Federation of Malaysia. The members are Lord Cobbold, Wong Pow Nee, Mohammed Ghazali Shafie, Anthony Abell and David Watherson.

There are problems after the formation of Malaysia. Indonesia and Phillippene was very against to this creation and announce war. Ganyang Malaysia, was the name of the operation but it failed due to the fallen of the communist government in charge. In the end, Malaysia was successfully created and known throughout the world

Hai there guys....
Here I want share about a novel with title 'Bridget Jones's Diary'.
It really interesting novel for us to learn and explore. Its somehow very unique, fresh and out of the box kind of story.
Bridget Jones's Diary is a 1996 novel by Helen Fielding. Written in the form of a personal diary, the novel chronicles a year in the life of Bridget Jones, a thirty-something single working woman living in London. She writes about her career, self-image, vices, family, friends, and romantic relationships.
A main concept in Bridget Jones's Diary is that of "fuckwittage": the emotional turmoil intentionally wreaked by men who fall anywhere along the spectrum of womanizers to commitment-phobics. Bridget is not the only character who experiences "fuckwittage" in her relationship with Daniel - it plagues Jude's on-again, off-again relationship with a man referred to as "Vile Richard," and Tom's relationship with a man nicknamed "Pretentious Jerome."

Many parallels can be found between this book and Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, most noticeably in the male protagonists' last names as well as character traits (compare Fitzwilliam Darcy to Mark Darcy). The relationship of Daniel Cleaver to Mark Darcy very loosely parallels the relationship of George Wickham to Fitzwilliam Darcy. Also noticeable are the similarities between Bridget's and Elizabeth Bennet's mothers and fathers.
It's a story that a men can learn from. It's shows that a woman heart is compilacated to understand. This novel shows an ordinary woman dealing with an extraordinary phase in some part of her life.
This novel have been adapted in a film with the same title 'Bridget Jones's Diary'that was released in 2001. The film stars Renée Zellweger as the eponymous heroine, Hugh Grant as Daniel Cleaver, and Colin Firth as Mark Darcy. It was directed by Sharon Maguire and the screenplay was written by Helen Fielding, Andrew Davies, and Richard Curtis.

asaalualaikum.good morning to all.here i want to share with u all about an article that i just read 5 minutes ago.the article sound about Japan wants to learn how Malaysians from different ethnic backgrounds and cultures are able to live together harmoniously.

Japanese Ambassador to Malaysia Masahiko Horie said Japan should have a “Look West Policy”, in reference to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s “Look East Policy”.

He said a “Look West Policy” did not mean Japan would look to the Western nations but to Malaysia for its uniqueness and strengths in promoting racial harmony.

Horie said he met Dr Mahathir two weeks ago at an official function in Kuala Lumpur and raised the idea to him, adding that the former premier was supportive of the notion.

“Unlike Japan which is too homogeneous, where its people share the same culture, tradition and language, Malaysia is unique in many ways,” he told journalists after delivering a lecture on “Climate Change and Cool Earth” in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai campus.

Horie said he was impressed with the open house concept practised by Malays, Chinese, Indians and ethnic groups in Sabah and Sarawak during festive occasions.

“I really enjoy going to open houses one after another here.”

Whenever he is back in Japan, Horie said he would go to different prefectures and universities to give talks on Malaysia, especially on its multi-racial society.

Meanwhile, university deputy vice-chancellor (Research and Innovation) Professor Dr Marzuki Khalid said the university had forwarded a proposal to set up a Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology at its international campus in Kuala Lumpur.

A Cabinet paper was being prepared on the matter, which would be established with a RM300mil grant, he said.this is soo proud to be malaysian.hope we can keep this situation forever....

May I take this opportunity to wish all Malaysians who celebrate Deepavali a very happy Deepavali and may this year bring peace to all Malaysians as we begin to see the light for a need to be united.

As individuals, we behave towards fellow Malaysians with proper decorum but once we submit ourselves to the mind-bending of politicians we become monsters, out to get each other!

Ordinary Malaysians should go about life ignoring our mindless politicians and just live in harmony with each other regardless of race, colour or creed! This is a good time to promote goodwill among the races like all the other racial and cultural as well as religious festivals we share in Malaysia, use it to promote harmony!
happy deepavali to prakash.

Im quit sure that martial art is important..unlike having weapon, martial art will make us more aware if we have been disturb by others.if wwe have basic in martial art ,outomatically we will practise it if we get harm.kick boxing is one of the martial art.
what is kick boxing?
Although the true roots of kickboxing date back to Asia 2,000 years ago, modern competitive kickboxing actually started in the 1970s, when American karate experts arranged competitions that allowed full-contact kicks and punches that had been banned in karate.
Because of health and safety concerns, padding and protective clothing and safety rules were introduced into the sport over the years, which led to the various forms of competitive kickboxing practiced in the United States today. The forms differ in the techniques used and the amount of physical contact that is allowed between the competitors.
Currently, one popular form of kickboxing is known as aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio) kickboxing, which combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.
Cardio kickboxing classes usually start with 10-15 minutes of warm-ups, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a 30-minute kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. Some instructors may use equipment like punching bags or jump ropes.
After this, at least 5 minutes should be devoted to cooling down, followed by about 10 minutes of stretching and muscle conditioning. Stretching is really important because beginners can strain ("pull") their muscles, and slow, proper stretching helps relax muscles and prevent injury.
i suggest to all of you to try to learn martial art..being great doesn't make sure you never being blackmail.

Good day to everyone...
Now, I shall post something on "STARS".

As a child, I always love to look at the sky and see twinkling stars on it.
I still do now , though I am a big girl now.(on the age of nineteen , who doesn't?)
I even wanted to become an astronaut as it will allow me to explore the solar system or even the whole Milky Way.(It's sad ,though):_;..

A star is a massive, luminous ball of plasma that is held together by gravity. The nearest star to Earth is the Sun, which is the source of most of the energy on Earth. Other stars are visible in the night sky, when they are not outshone by the Sun.

Historically, the most prominent stars on the celestial sphere were grouped constellation which are popular to us.(Crux, Sagittarius,Ursa Major etc.)

As well as certain constellations and the Sun itself, stars as a whole have their own myths.
They were thought to be the souls of the dead or gods.
An example is the star Algol, which was thought to represent the eye of the Gorgon Medusa.

To the Ancient Greeks, some "stars," known as planets (Greek πλανήτης (planētēs), meaning "wanderer"), represented various important deities, from which the names of the planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn were taken.

Uranus and Neptune were also Greek and Roman gods, but neither planet was known in Antiquity because of their low brightness. Their names were assigned by later astronomers.

Will there be one day where the outer space will be opened for journeys across the universe?
Or vacation trips on other planets?
We never know...

Hello there....today I want to share about "How to Be Advevturous".Put a new twist on the same old thing. Come into your house through your window instead of your front door. Take the long road home. Study the kama sutra. Cook an exotic meal. Wear something totally out of character. Go to a movie in your high school prom dress. Learn a new languageConquer your fears. You know what they are, and once you overcome them, that'll open the door to a whole new set of adventures. Whether it's heights, public speaking, karaoke, your mother-in-law...face itTry new things. Always be on the lookout for new things to do. Read the local papers, and ask people (now that you're chatting up a storm with strangers) what they're doing in their spare time. Go to a local farm and ask if you can milk a cow.Live in the moment, when things go wrong (which they will, or else you're not pushing far enough outside your comfort zone) don't get moody and distraught; outline your options, pick one, and charge forward with your life. And have fun!

Making a budget...?

A good budget is a useful tool. It's your own personal manifesto for staying in control of your cash and on the right side of the bank manager.

Each month 64% of people end up running out of cash five days before they get paid. You think you've got enough to see you through, and then it all seems to vanish in the space of a couple of weeks, leaving you with nothing to show for it. Where does it all go?
Keep track of your spending
According to the Halifax, only 21% of young people plan a budget. Watching what you spend can be a simple way of making sure you don't sleepwalk into debt. Try keeping a note of everything you spend for a month. Chances are you'll be splashing the cash on all kinds of stuff you hadn't expected. Everybody's different, but you may find that you are spending more than you can afford on eating out, CDs, drinks, phone calls, clubbing or clothes. What's your weak spot?

The added extras

A good tip, gleaned from a student banking advisor, is to add 10% to your total expected outgoings. There are always unexpected extras such as birthdays, rent rises, or car repairs to pay for. This should figure most of them into your plan, and smooth over the shock of any nasty financial surprises.
The next step

If the final amount you need to spend in an average month is much more than you have coming in, then sooner or later you will need a debt action plan. It'll involve making some serious cutbacks, while looking at ways to increase your income. On the other hand, if you're lucky enough to have money left over, you can look at all kinds of saving and investment options. Provided you actually stick to your budget, of course.Try out Money Basics' budget calculator to find out what you really need to spend money on and what you could do without, however much you want that new DVD.

Whether you're at school, university malaysia pahang or work it's never too soon to start budgeting.

Hello bloggers, today I want to talk about the book title, "Agnes Grey". There are reosans why i choose this book. It's educate me to become better person. The story of Agnes Greythe daughter of a minister, whose family comes to financial ruin. Desperate to earn the money to care for herself, she takes one of the few jobs allowed to respectable women in the early Victorian era – the role of governess to the children of the wealthy. In working with two different families (the Bloomfields and the Murrays), she comes to learn about the troubles that face a young woman who must try to rein in unruly, spoiled children for a living, and about the ability of wealth and status to destroy social values. After her father's death, Agnes opens a small school with her mother and finds happiness with a man who loves her for herself. They have three children at the end of the novel, Edward, Agnes, and Mary. This book tell us how ignorance the high class society to educate themselve to have good qualities. Although today, we still have those flaw personality that we do not appriciate the knowledge as key of our lifes not the money. Nowdays , we can see that money are power than moral values. Or what we said "Money can talk". From this phase, We can understand, the money in here resemble the power. The good moral are not that important than money. I really quite sad the people nowdays.I hope, someday, people change from bad to better personality..that all from me.

Actually..
it quit rush now to post a lot of comment now.but, this doesn't matter.I would like to tell about good manners.Think things out before speaking, especially if you are poor at finding the right words. Don't start sentences with awkward 'ums' and 'ers' in between. Practice speaking to a mirror, it works! It increases confidence in speaking, and it sounds much clearer; you may find you'll be using fewer 'ums' and 'ers' next time!

Don't speak loudly. You will quickly lose respect if you do, as this is seen as overbearing and rude. It can also make others angry and upset before you even establish a relationship with them. They will think of you as a 'big mouth'! Practice turning your volume down.

Speak with respect to and of others by avoiding negative or insulting remarks. Avoid expressions or theoretical examples implying disrespect, degradation or that invite people to imagine offensive scenarios, like "What's up your butt?" or "How would you feel if someone..." followed by a description of violent or degrading acts. You may not intend this as offensive, but it is. General rule: if you don't want someone to speak about you that way, then don't speak this way to others.

Try showing you are interested in others by asking questions about them. Don't steal their spotlight by just talking about yourself. Don't come off as selfish. Continually talking of yourself is boring and others will avoid you.

Pay attention to how you carry yourself. Have some class, which is the same as manners. Don't slouch; have a neat appearance; shake hands firmly; be and smell clean; hold your head high and don't hide behind sunglasses inside or wear other "trying to be cool" looks at the wrong time; it gives the impression of arrogance and immaturity.

Don't put others down, belittle them or spread gossip. Never criticize someone in an attempt to demean or to elevate yourself. If you wouldn't like it done to you, then don't do it! Be complimentary and positive, for example, avoid critizing an article someone has written. Their grammar and spelling may not be as good as yours but they tried. Having an opinion is fine, but being insulting reflects bad manners. Never tell secrets, especially those about your close friends. If someone is gossiping or belittling another, show you understand in a neutral way (a small nod to show you comprehend or an "mmhmm" should do).
This is some of the good manner that we must practically do..
tq.

Assalamua'laikum and good morning miss..

I would like to comment about an anime that I recently watched. The title is Rurouni Kenshin or in English the title means Kenshin the Wanderer. This anime is about an ex-assassin of the Japan Government that time that is the Meiji Government named Himura Kenshin. The Meiji Government has successfully overthrone the Shogunate Goverment in a long bloody battle. Kenshin is the one that created a legend due to his skills and successful assassination. He was known by the name Hitokiri Battousai or Battousai the Man Slayer. He dissapeared after the end of the war and appeared in Kyoto 10 years after the war is over. There, he lived with a beautiful kendo master named Kamiya Kaoru. There, he made few other close friends that are a samurai's descendents named Yahiko Myojin and a fighter-for-hired Zanza or Sanosuke Segara. Together they faced many obstacles that were all from people who wanted to test the strength of the government's strongest fighter, the Battousai. It was a very exciting and full of lesson as it teach me that we can be strong by fighting for other people, not just for ourselves. This can be implemented in my studies now at ump that is I must successfully graduate not fo myself only, but for my family that has spent lots of their money for my education. I think that is all for now.

Thank you.

salam and good morning ... today i would like to tell all of you about my favourite actor,Johnny Depp.Actor, director, musician. Born John Christopher Depp, Jr. in Owensboro, Kentucky, on June 9, 1963, to parents John and Betty Sue Depp. Johnny's father worked as a civil engineer, and his mother came from full-blooded Cherokee stock, and worked as a waitress and homemaker. The youngest of four children, Depp was withdrawn and a self-admitted oddball. "I made odd noises as a child," he later revealed in an interview. "Just did weird things, like turn off light switches twice. I think my parents thought I had Tourette's syndrome."
Johnny and his family moved frequently to accommodate his father's job, finally landing in Miramar, Florida, when Johnny was seven years old. The family lived in a motel for nearly a year, until his father found a job. Depp hated his new home and, by the age of 12 began smoking, experimenting with drugs, and engaging in self-harm due to the stress of family problems. "Puberty was very vague," he has said. "I literally locked myself in a room and played guitar."

DRUG!!!!!!!!

You might be wondering when your love one choose drug in his or her life. You must pay attention about this to save your family.
What makes one person abuse drugs to the point of losing their home, their family and their job, while another does not? There is no one simple reason. Drug abuse and addiction is due to many factors. A powerful force in addiction is get relief from untreated mental or physical pain. Without the self-resilience and support to handle stress, loneliness or depression, drugs can be a tempting way to deal with the situation. Some other risk factors are family history of addiction, history of mental illness, untreated physical pain, and peer pressure.

Do you ever feel depressed before?
Why???....

So today I would like to talk about DEPRESSION.

People with DEPRESSION can feel hopelessly sad.Sometimes it is even possible to be DEPRESSED without having the usual 'miserable' feelings.
DEPRESSION can be caused by fators like bereavement events in childhood, stress and relationship difficulties or internal problems linked to hormone imbalance, changes in brain chemistry or blood sugar levels.
Another symptoms of DEPRESSION include fatigue, sleeping problems, irritability and weight loss.

How to treat this DEPRESSION?
~Counselling can help you get to grips with the root of your DEPRESSION.
~Relaxation techniques can help beat the stress and anxiety often linked to depression.Exercise, meditation or massage are recommended.
~A change of lifestyle can help such as reduce your workload and improve your exercise and nutrition habits.
~Drugs and alcohol are extremely prohibited!!!

How to cook。。。?

It's not rocket science. But without a few key tools and cupboard staples, you're going to struggle.

Money aside, being able to fix up your own meals is a good skill to have anyway. It's a great excuse to get some friends over for a night in, and it might even help you out in the romance stakes. Think about it: 'I'd love to cook you dinner tomorrow night' sounds better than 'yeah, we can grab a kebab before the film starts' if you've got seduction in mind. In the time it takes to heat up most ready meals, you can rustle up a pasta or a chili done just the way you like it, and at a fraction of the cost. You just need a simple cookbook for ideas (there are loads of student cookbooks out there) and a few bits of kit to get you started.

On top of this, all you have to do is buy milk, bread, potatoes, other vegetables, fruit, and meat and fish, or vegetarian alternatives. Fruit and vegetables is cheapest if you get it from the greengrocer or off the market, and it pays to make friends with your local butcher or fishmonger.

Lazy days..

Okay, sometimes you don't have time to cook properly, especially if you're rushing out to meet friends or have clubs and societies meetings. You can still throw together a snack like beans on toast or an omelet without too much stress before it's time to head out the door.

If you can't get home, there are still a few takeaway options that are reasonably cheap and healthy. Go for baked potatoes, noodles in soup, chicken shish kebabs, or pizza (but not with extra cheese or pepperoni) if you want to keep your diet balanced.

Salam and good morning.. now i like to share to all of you about my favourite, hot and beautiful actress,Megan Fox.Actress. Born Megan Denise Fox on May 16, 1986, in Memphis, Tennessee. At the age of five, Megan Fox began taking singing and dancing lessons, which continued when she and her family moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, when she was 10. At the age of 13, she also added modeling classes to her repertoire.

In 1999, Fox won multiple awards at the American Modeling and Talent Convention. This success convinced her to drop out of high school and move to Los Angeles, California just a few years later, at the age of 16. That year, Fox landed her first big break when she was cast as a bratty heiress in the 2001 Olsen twins comedy film, Holiday in the Sun. The film, which had a large cult fanbase, went straight to DVD.

Over the next few years, Fox continued to appear in guest-spot television roles. Her next role was in 2002, when she appeared in the Swedish-produced soap opera, Ocean Ave. That same year, Fox also appeared in a guest-starring role on the WB network show, What I Like About You, starring Amanda Bynes.

The year 2004 was a big one for Megan Fox. She made an appearance in the CBS hit comedy Two and a Half Men, starring Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer, and was a series regular on the short-lived WB sitcom, The Help. She also began appearing on the ABC sitcom Hope & Faith, in which she played the daughter of Faith Ford's character in the second and third seasons. Her performance earned her a Young Artists Award nomination in 2005. Fox also returned to film work that year when she won the role as Carla Santi, a rival of Lindsay Lohan's character, in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

But Fox landed her biggest break in 2007 when she was cast across from Shia LeBouef in the Steven Spielberg-produced blockbuster, Transformers. Fox played romantic lead Mikaela Banes in the film. She was nominated for the 2008 MTV Movie Award for Breakthrough Performance. The next year, Fox joined the cast of the comedy How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. The movie did well in England because of the presence of lead comedian Simon Pegg, but did not achieve much commercial success in the United States.

In 2009, Megan reprised her role as Mikaela Banes in the sequel to the hit Transformers in Transformers: Rise of the Fallen. The sequel was again a box office success, and kept Fox in the media spotlight. She has already signed on to do the third installment of the franchise, which is tentatively titled Transformers 3.

She also has several other projects in the works. She has filmed the role of Leila, a gun-toting mistress, in the Wild West film, Jonah Hex. She also signed on as the star of the 2011 film The Crossing, the Marvel Comics action-film Fathom, and Jennifer's Body.

Fox has appeared in several "Sexiest" lists in recent years, including "Sexiest Woman Alive" by FHM and No. 2 on Maxim's "Hot 100" for 2009. She has also been ranked in the Top 20 on multiple "Rising Star" lists, including No. 1 on Moviefone's list of "The 25 Hottest Actors Under 25" and No. 17 on Interview magazine's "Future Stars of Tomorrow."

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation. ~Oscar Wilde, De Profundis, 1905"
HOW TO BE YOURSELF?
I am wondering, why people are so fragile, and somehow ashamed to be themselves...
Being yourself is celebrating you, as an individual - learning to express yourself and be happy with who you are. For some people, it's learning to love yourself, for others, it's not hiding who you are or changing things about you to fit in. So read on to know how to express the inner you.

1.There's a big difference between being yourself and being rude. You might have your opinions, dreams, and preferences, but so does everyone else. You shouldn't disrespect people who disagree with you; they have the privilege of being themselves just as you do. Conversely, don't agree with something you honestly don't think is right; just don't try to force your opinions on other people.

2.Being yourself is all about reflecting who you are inside in what you do, and what you like is what you like, no matter how trendy it is or not trendy it is.

3.Even if you are interested in something that doesn't interest most people, don't be afraid or hide it; stand up and show your true inner self. People will know how confident you are.

4.Stop being so stupid caring about how people perceive you.The fact is, it really doesn't matter. It's impossible to be yourself when you're caught up in wondering "Do they think I'm funny? Does she think I'm fat? Do they think I'm stupid?" To be yourself, you've got to let go of these concerns and just let your behavior flow, with only your consideration of others as a filter — not their consideration of you. Besides, if you change yourself for one person or group, another person or group may not like you, and you could go around in a vicious cycle trying to please people; it's totally pointless in the end, and it leaves you exhausted. However, if someone you trust and respect critiques aspects of who you are, feel free to judge (honestly) whether or not it is accurate instead of accepting or dismissing the critique unconditionally.

So guys, its not about them, its about how you fell and what you are...celebrate yourself, and stop pretending on what you are not...
Don't worry about anything but being yourself and living life to the fullest!

Salam there, sharing is caring.Today I like to share on "how to let go of anger without realeasing it.Try to think more positively about the situation. So your boyfriend broke up with you and couldn't be bothered to do it face to face? Well, think of it this way-at least he didn't do it in front of his friends and humiliate you even more. Thinking like this should make you feel a little brighter, and hopefully let just a tiny bit of that anger dissolve.
2. Stay furthest away from the person or thing getting on your nerves. If you are pissed off at your boss at work or your co-workers, excusing yourself to the bathroom might save you face and your job. Once you are in the bathroom you could try to wash your face and arms with cold water to literally "cool you off".
3. If someone is really picking a fight and won't stop nagging or getting on your nerves, then the best way to deal with it is to block your listening. Don't listen to what they're saying no matter how hurtful it is. Try to have a happy memory with you all the time to use it in situations like this. Or may be even you could think of details of a nice dress you wore, or a nice meal you had. Little by little, your mind would drift focus from what's getting on your nerves.
4. Imagine what you want to happen to whoever's making you mad. Wish your mother in law would stop nagging at you? It can help to imagine saying how you feel to her, and letting some of your anger out in your mind. For example, imagine telling that person what you think of them. This can also make you feel brighter.
5. Do something that will relax you. Read a book about a situation which is similar to yours, or listen to a song that sings the way you feel about that bad text message break up. Once you feel a little bit understood, do something you enjoy, like watching your favourite movie or talking to your mates on msn. Try not to think about your anger. Eventually, it should completely disappear.

Chōkōzetsu - a man with a large tongue sticking out of his mouth, like a Chōchinobake.
Hihi - a baboon monster.
Wani - a water monster comparable to an alligator or crocodile. A related word has been applied to the Indo-Pacific or Saltwater crocodile.

I did post those funny looking ghosts..Hello, sticking-out -tongue ghost?Baboon?

Actually , I will write something about kappa.(not math term "kapa".)
Kappa is a famous water monster with a water-filled head and a love of cucumbers. It's head is so bald that it shines underwater!(Hahaha..)>_<
It's colour is green?What a weird world.Well,kappa has a little boy's
height meaning that it's short just like Malay's Toyol.
(The difference is it did not steal money from anyone)

Assalammualaikum.
Hello to Miss Hanum and all my beloved friends.
Do you like pink?
Do you know what is the real meaning of pink?
well..nature of pink is While red stirs up passion and action, studies have shown that large amounts of pink can create physical weakness in people. Perhaps there is a tie-in between this physical reaction and the color's association with the so-called weaker sex.
Thus,in some cultures, such as the US, pink is the color of little girls. It represents sugar and spice and everything nice. Pink for men goes in and out of style. Most people still think of pink as a feminine, delicate color.
Both red and pink denote love but while red is hot passion, pink is romantic and charming. Use pink to convey playfulness (hot pink flamingoes) and tenderness (pastel pinks). Multiple shades of pink and light purple or other pastels used together maintain the soft, delicate, and playful nature of pink. Add strength with darker shades of pinks and purple and burgundy.
In my opinion, pink is just one of the colours that makes our life meaningfull and cheerfull.
Evrybody have the right to use or wear any colour they want.
Thank you

Salam and a very good morning..Today i would like to share with all of you about a very interesting thing.Ovoo.
An ovoo (Mongolian: овоо, heap) is a type of shamanistic cairn found in Mongolia, usually made from rocks or from wood. Ovoos are often found at the top of mountains and in high places, like mountain passes. They serve mainly as religious sites, used in worship of the mountains and the sky as well as in Buddhist ceremonies, but often are also landmarks. At especially prominent sites, ovoos can come in clusters, for example of 13 ovoos.
When travelling, it is custom to stop and circle an ovoo three times in clockwise direction, in order to have a safer journey. Usually, rocks are picked up from the ground and added to the pile. Also, one may leave offerings in the form of sweets, money, milk, or vodka. If one is in a hurry while traveling and does not have time to stop at an ovoo, honking of the horn while passing by the ovoo will suffice.
Ovoos are also used in mountain- and sky-worshipping ceremonies that typically take place at the end of summer. Worshippers place a tree branch or stick in the ovoo and tie a blue khadag, a ceremonial silk scarf symbolic of the open sky and the sky spirit Tengger, or Tengri, to the branch. They then light a fire and make food offerings, followed by a ceremonial dance and prayers (worshippers sitting at the northwest side of the ovoo), and a feast with the food left over from the offering.
During Mongolia's Communist period, ovoo worship was officially prohibited along with other forms of religion, but people still worshipped clandestinely.

There is one thing that most adults love first thing in the morning, a cup of good coffee. Nothing tastes better than a hot coffee, that is made well. There are a few things that go into great tasting coffee.
First off, is the coffee grind, this is very important for a number of reasons. For starters you should realize that the finer the coffee grind, the more flavor that can be extracted from the same volume. It's important to buy the grind as fine as possible, or if you own your own coffee grinder that you grind it properly.
It is also important for you to follow the instructions outlined with your coffee maker or espresso machine. You should measure the water and coffee according to the number of cups you need to make, this will ensure you are adding the right amount of water in conjunction with the coffee grind. Another tip to consider, that many people don't realize is that if you reheat your coffee it will have a bitter taste. Coffee always tastes best when it is freshly made, reheating it the next day will give you less than favorable results.
I was mentioning the right amount of water to use, but it's also to important to use the right type of water. To get the best possible taste, you should use cold water that has been filtered through a water filter. Some people recommend actually using ice when brewing coffee, this is also supposed to enhance the flavor, never tried it myself though.
After the coffee is brewed, you add sugar but how much and what type? I recommend using light brown rather than refined white sugar, personally I think it gives the coffee a more enhanced flavor. Some people enjoy a little bit of milk in their coffee, make sure to warm up the milk, cold milk detracts from the hot coffee experience.
Lastly, the type of coffee bean you choose is very important. The coffee beans that you choose should be well roasted, not burned. For the best results I prefer to use 100% arabica beans, but this is just personal preference more than anything.
so,being a men doesn't mean you are lazy..
think about it!!

Assalamua'laikum and good morning miss..

Today, I would like to comment about one of Japanese proud creation, the Kamen Rider or Masked Rider. Masked Rider was first air on television on 3 April 1971. The title at that time is Kamen Rider. Following that time lots of Masked Rider series were produced. Masked Rider series can be divided into two eras. The first era is called Showa and the second era was called Heisei. The different between these two eras is the types of the masked rider itself. The Masked Rider is a hit all around the world. Showa era ends with Masked Rider Super 1 and Heisei era ends with Masked Rider Decade. Each final episode of the era will include all the riders in that era. They will fight against the strongest boss together or give their powers to the main characters.

Hai guys....
Well I was selected to join a camping trip organised by my university. So, it really important for me to be well prepared in order to make sure my camping will turn out be a very enjoyable and interesting one.
So, here are the things required in order to have a safe and enjoyable camping.
Having the right camping supplies can make the difference between a fun and relaxing camping trip and a total disaster. Make sure you take your time when packing for your trip to prevent any mishaps. Camping can be really fun but not if you are wet for the entire weekend or don’t have enough food.

1.Don't hike or walk alone. No matter how short the trip is you are going on, whether it's to the bathrooms, a camp trash area or just down to the water, always have a buddy with you. If you slip, or worse, someone can at the very least get help for you.

2.Wear thick shoes or boots. Yea, your canvas walking shoes or cool velcro sandals are all the rage, but they have no business in the outdoors. Thick suede tennis shoes are the very least you should sport at camp, but hiking boots are highly recommended. Should you encounter a thorn plant or slip on something, you will be glad you had the leather on. Boots also provide stability on what can be very uneven terrain while camping, and can protect against twigs, rocks, water, mud, and even smaller animals that creep down low.

3.Try not to drink the water. Although it may seem the lakes and streams around you contain what appears to be clear, crystal mountain water. It isn't. The water is likely infested with bacteria that humans have no clue how to digest, and therefore make us sick. If you pack bottled water or maybe a big jug of it before you leave for camp, you won't have to worry about tossing your cookies for the rest of the weekend.

4.Do not litter! This rule is paramount, and at NO time should you be chucking trash all over! Cigarette butts, Twinkie wrappers, toilet paper, bottles, cans, and anything else you wish to discard should be put in a bag and brought back out with you. If there is a community dumpster at the campground you are staying, put forth the effort and get your trash to it. Doing so not only keeps the area beautiful, but helps keep it open. Period.

So, with this guideline, we can have a safe yet enjoyable camping without having to face a camping disaster.

Assalamualaikum and good day for all of you. I’ve just thought up of some simple ways for anyone who is interested in improving their English. I myself am trying to improve in this language each day. There’s always so much to learn and it can be really fun! You just need to have the passion and enthusiasm to better yourself.

. Watch English movies with subtitles. This would be my favourite way of learning English. Not only do I get to have a fun time watching the movie, I’d be learning new words at the same time and knowing how to pronounce them! Usually, you can get movies with English subtitles on DVDs.

. Listen to English songs. Read the lyrics as you listen to the songs. Listen to your favourite songs and sing along to them.

. Write in your diary/journal in English. This is where you can write anything in it. But if you do write something you wouldn’t want others to read, make sure you hide it somewhere safe! Or try not to write anything offensive at all in case someone does find it. You can also write about neutral stuff like the places you went that day, what you ate, who you met, what you did, etc. They are really effective and more fun.

Asslamualaikum, i'm again. Do you know what the purpose co_curicular for? Co-curricular activities are part and parcel of a student’s life. They help to mould students’ character and personality so that students learn to be confident. They help to hone the leadership qualities in the students themselves. Students learn to work together and co-operate with others. They also learn to appreciate good values like esprit de corps. Students learn to contribute positively and to put their best foot forward besides to take success and failure in their stride. We as the students learn to honour values of sportsmanship and fair play. Through co-curricular activities, students/we also learn loyalty, commitment and responsibility. When they grow up, they will work well as a team with others and committed in serious work.Thank for reading my post.

Assalmmualaikum, today I want to share to all of you, some difference live in university compare at our home.

You’ve got to be more independent in university. No mummy to cook you home-cooked meals every day. But if you live near home, then lucky you. If not, you’re stuck with the cafeteria food although some stalls are not that bad. If you don’t want to eat at the cafeteria every single day, you can opt to go to the coffee shops outside the university, if there are any. They may not be home-cooked but it’s something different at least.

Some students probably have to do their own laundry for the first time when they go to uni. It was quite fun to go to the bathroom and there are people there scrubbing and cleaning their clothes. Yeah, you’ll get backache but you need clean clothes, right? If you’re too lazy to wash your clothes by hand, you can use the washing machines! Yes, there are washing machines but you have to put in coins for it to work. It’s RM2 for one wash. But, I have a friend who doesn’t wash his clothes at the hostel but brings them back home to wash at the end of the week. Ah, the smell!

This simple article totally teaching us about the risk of taking botox in our daily life. I as a muslim totally agree that botox cause nothing goods and its is also something that islam didn’t allow its followers to do. The biggest problem with this particular risk is that rather than looking younger as was your goal and the purpose for you getting the botox, you will actually end up looking older during the time your eyelids are drooping. Some people also will have allergic reactions to botox that sometimes can lead to death. The other effect of botox is headaches, respiratory problems, infection, facial pain, muscle weakness, and redness. So, before you plan to taking botox, better think about the risk that u may experience and it is not worth it.

Topic : Nationalism vs Brotherhood
After read this article, the first impression come into my mind is how lucky we are live in a harmony country. We have all the needs such as food, home and family. However, we should remind that in the mean time, there are those others in a very different situation who have to trivialize and are dying of thirst and hunger. Although this situation is not happen to us but we should think, what is our relationship with each other. We all supposed to be one of brotherhood coz we all belongs to the same race of human beings. However, what happen today, each nation is so protective of its resources and the strong overtakes the weak. Many countries are being divided into wars and more suffering goes on that we call it nationalism. My question are, should it happen? What we ca do? There are many needs, not only in financial but also social and spiritual. Although we do not have power to control the world, but at least we can help the needy by giving support such as social and spiritual. The future of our world will be in how we provide for the needs of all peoples, above all, we are a brotherhood of human beings

TOPIC : DEFT AT ADAPTING
A person who is a left-hander is considered as unique to me. Why? because there are so many right-handers and so little left-handers. I believe that left-handers should be treated the same way as everyone because they can also do what the right-handers do. A person who is a left-hander have many difficulties with items or equipments. For example, a left-hander is using a rifle and the way he uses it is opposite of the way the right-handers hold the rifle, he shoots a bullet, what happens? The hot, empty bullet case will hit their face because it exits on the right side of the rifle. If he is a right-hander, the hot, empty bullet case will exit away from him. This is an example of an item that left-handers usually have problem with. So that is why specially designed items are made for them and these items make them feel special and accepted in a world where right-handers are dominant. So if your friend is a left-hander, do not look down on him, because he or she is just like you and the only difference is the use the dominant arm.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone..
Today, I want to share some topic with me. The topic that I mean is about the horoscope.

In astrology, a horoscope is a chart or diagram representing the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets, the astrological aspects, and sensitive angles at the time of an event, such as the moment of a person's birth. The word horoscope is derived from Greek words meaning "a look at the hours" (horoskopos, pl. horoskopoi, or "marker(s) of the hour.") Other commonly used names for the horoscope in English include astrological chart, astro-chart, celestial map, sky-map, star-chart, cosmogram, vitasphere, radical chart, radix, chart wheel, or simply chart.

It is used as a method of divination regarding events relating to the point in time it represents and forms the basis of the horoscopic traditions of astrology. However, no studies have shown any scientific support for the accuracy of horoscopes.

In common usage, horoscope often refers to an astrologer's interpretation, usually through a system of Sun sign astrology or based on calendar significance of an event, as in Chinese astrology. In particular, many newspapers and magazines carry predictive columns based on celestial influences in relation to the zodiacal placement of the Sun on the day of a person's birth, identifying the individual's Sun sign or "star sign" based on a conventional zodiac (which is not the celestial one). Such a concept is distinct from horoscopes as typically employed, where only the traditional zodiacal placement of the Sun is considered in interpretation[1]. While this modern usage is perhaps the most popular in the colloquial lexicon, this article will focus primarily on the traditional concept.

I think that all.

Hello bloggers. Do you know Sherlock Holmes? Do you know that he is famous for deductive reasoning? did you know that he is only fictional character yet he's have fan from all around the world? He is the creation of British author and physician Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Sherlock Holmes, A brilliant London-based "consulting detective", Holmes is famous for his intellectual prowess and is renowned for his skillful use of astute observation, deductive reasoning (though in reality, he uses abductive reasoning) and forensic skills to solve difficult cases. The first story, A Study in Scarlet. Then he character grew tremendously in popularity with the beginning of the first series of short stories in The Strand Magazine in 1891. Here the impressive Holmes employed several connected principles:
* If leather on the side of a shoe is scored by several parallel cuts, it was caused by someone who scraped around the edges of the sole in order to remove crusted mud.
* If a London doctor's shoes are scraped to remove crusted mud, the person who so scraped them is the doctor's servant girl.
* If someone cuts a shoe while scraping it to remove encrusted mud, that person is clumsy and careless.
* If someone's shoes had encrusted mud on them, that person has been very wet lately and has been out in vile weather.

By applying such principles in an obvious way Holmes is able to infer that:

"The sides of Watson's shoes are scored by several parallel cuts"; to "Watson's servant girl is clumsy and careless"; and "Watson has been very wet lately and has been out in vile weather.".Deductive reasoning allows Holmes to impressively reveal a stranger's occupation, such as a Retired Sergeant of Marines in A Study in Scarlet; a former ship's carpenter turned pawnbroker in "The Red-Headed League"; and a billiard-marker and a retired artillery NCO in "The Adventure of the Greek Interpreter". Similarly, by studying inanimate objects, Holmes is able to make astonishingly detailed deductions about their owners, including Watson's pocket-watch in "The Sign of the Four," as well as a hat,[20] a pipe, and a walking stick in other stories.

Once he has a massed a large body of evidence and deduced a number of possible explanations, Holmes proceeds to find the one explanation that fits all the facts of the case to produce a solution. As Holmes explains to Watson, "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." So, if you like him, read the Sign of The Four. You will more interested on him. That all from me...I Admire Sherlock Holmes and his creator, Sir Athur Conan Doyle.

topic:7 Tips Guaranteed to Build Trust in a Relationship
When I found this article, I look at its title, I felt very interested to read it. This article gives us 7 steps to build trust between you and your partner in your relationship. I agree that, in relationship, you must consistently give attention to your partner, so that he or she will trust you. You also must always be honest to your partner so that they will not be suspicious on you. When talking about secrets, it is true that not all secrets you need to tell to others, but being in a relationship, you should believe in your partner and tell them your secrets. If you are having a problem, you should always tell it to your partner so that they can help you. This will absolutely build trust. But, being in a relationship, you should not always obey and follow up your partner needs. You should also think about yourself. Say no if you don’t want and say yes if u wants it. There is no one that will force you to do something that u didn’t want to. That’s all my opinion about this article. Lastly, I love this article because it can help us to sustain a good relationship with our partner so that the relationship will last forever, God willing.

topic:MANAGE MONEY

In this article we will get 5 tips to help us to stretch our money and even save them by spending wisely. First of all, make a shopping list and stick to it. The major factor that people always overspend because they don’t have a clear goals to guide them when entering stores. Secondly, avoid impulse purchases. Think over any impulse purchase for at least two days to make sure you can afford it. Newly released items have big price tags, but prices usually drop as time passes because trends and demand fade. Thirdly, sop at more than one store. When you’re in store, you will tempted to buy an item right there, but visit a few different stores to see if you can get better deal. Fourthly, buy quality products if you intend to use it for a long term. If you buy a lower quality item, you may need to replace it often, which can cost more than the higher quality item in the long run. Lastly, use coupon wisely. The only catch is that you could be spending money you don’t need just because you have a coupon. Check your shopping list whether you need that thing or not.

Topic : Friends and Friendship- Who is friends, What is friendship.
In my opinion, I define a friend as a person whom one knows, likes and trusts. Talking about friendship, it is a mutually cooperative and supportive behavior between two or more people. This article is talking about friends and friendship. I really love making new friends. Yeah, I have a lot of friends. Even though I have many friends, I think that, all of my friends are friends that are loyal and can be trusted. I can As stated in this article, this type of friends, will share their time to help us in problems. They will hardly say no to us if we had any difficulties in life. Friendship is also a blessing, everlasting and courage. I agree with this article that friends will cheer us when we’re sad. A good friend will stay when there is a problem and will goes after the problem solves. Friends are very important in our life. So, if we have friend, will should appreciate them and love them as we love ourselves. We should help them if they had any problems, so that our relationship with them will be everlasting.

Hello again, from me Hanna. Anyway ,I want to tell you about Elizabeth 1. I'm very admired and respect her for ruling her kingdom with bringing prosperity to her citizen. In her time, it was known as golden age. Before that, let me tell you about her.Elizabeth I (7 September 1533 – 24 March 1603) was Queen of England and Queen of Ireland from 17 November 1558 until her death. Sometimes called the Virgin Queen, Gloriana, or Good Queen Bess, Elizabeth was the fifth and last monarch of the Tudor dynasty. The daughter of Henry VIII, she was born a princess, but her mother, Anne Boleyn, was executed two and a half years after her birth, and Elizabeth was declared illegitimate. Her brother, Edward VI, bequeathed the crown to Lady Jane Grey, cutting his sisters out of the succession. His will was set aside, and in 1558 Elizabeth succeeded the Catholic Mary I, during whose reign she had been imprisoned for nearly a year on suspicion of supporting Protestant rebels. Her father King Henry was eager to find a heir son. When her mother bore her, and miscarriage 2 times for eager to find heir male, she was imprison and executed.Elizabeth, who was 2 years 8 months old at the time, was declared illegitimate and deprived of the title of princess. Eleven days after Anne Boleyn's death, Henry married Jane Seymour, eager to find heir. However, though he find a son but Jane seymour died after giving son. After Henry died , he did not know that it was not his son bringing glory to his kingdom instead his daughter, Elizabeth 1 rule the kingdom.Elizabeth set out to rule by good counsel, and she depended heavily on a group of trusted advisers led by William Cecil, Baron Burghley. One of her first moves as queen was to support the establishment of an English Protestant church, of which she became the Supreme Governor. This Elizabethan Religious Settlement held firm throughout her reign and later evolved into today's Church of England. It was expected that Elizabeth would marry, but despite several petitions from parliament and numerous courtships, she never did. The reasons for this outcome have been much debated. As she grew older, Elizabeth became famous for her virginity, and a cult grew up around her which was celebrated in the portraits, pageants, and literature of the day.In government, Elizabeth was more moderate than her father and siblings. One of her mottoes was "video et taceo" ("I see, and say nothing"). This strategy, viewed with impatience by her counsellors, often saved her from political and marital misalliances. Though Elizabeth was cautious in foreign affairs and only half-heartedly supported a number of ineffective, poorly resourced military campaigns in the Netherlands, France and Ireland, the defeat of the Spanish armada in 1588 associated her name forever with what is popularly viewed as one of the greatest victories in English history. Within 20 years of her death, she was being celebrated as the ruler of a golden age, an image that retains its hold on the English people. Elizabeth's reign is known as the Elizabethan era, famous above all for the flourishing of English drama, led by playwrights such as William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe, and for the seafaring prowess of English adventurers such as Francis Drake. If you rather to watch than read, Watch the movie called Elizabeth: The Golden Age. In the movie, you could how she managed to survive her kingdom. That all from me

As a Muslim we are know that pork is unlawful in Islam because is truly show in Al-Quran, But it is the big question to non Muslim. Why Islam forbid pork. From the pig habit we can see by our own eye that this kind of are animal are dirty and have bad habit. I agree with this article that say “a man become what he eat” because the fact that I got from this article are logical. Because in Sweden more than 60% girl become mother before marriage and most of people in this country eat pork as their daily menu. From research by Dr. E. Kazim. M.D pig is omnivorous and eat everything and it do not care whether is clean or dirty, Now all the country very hard to fight with H1N1 which the dangerous diseases to human and can bring us to death. Where these diseases come? It comes from the pig, and why human stay eats it? I am very grateful to Allah S.W.T because Islam is forbid pork because it brings a lot of bad thing to us. And I hope the entire non Muslim friend can realize that pork is dangerous to our healthy.

Let talk about Bon Odari. Do you know how what is Bon Odari? Well is Festival that held in Malaysia. Well the festival was host by Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur, Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur and The Embassy of Japan. It held once in a year. There are so many activities that held there. When I go there, there a lots of culture japan that we can see. From food, clothes, dance, language and even origami. Ir was lovely. There also people wear kimono (chinese, malay and Indian wears it". Wow...feel like in Japan. The festival is hosted for Malaysia's people to understand more about Japanese's people. From here, I learned more about Japan's history and so on. Most people did not respect other but you can see that the japanese people are very polite in his/her language and their action is also polite. Wow, I wish Malaysian people can be more polite and respect elders. Anyway that all from me

Twilight. What is definition of twilight? Or you think movie "Twilight"? Well, actually,Twilight is the time between dawn and sunrise, and the time between sunset and dusk. Sunlight scattered in the upper atmosphere illuminates the lower atmosphere, and the surface of the Earth is neither completely lit nor completely dark. The sun itself is not actually visible because it is below the horizon. Due to the unusual and romantic quality of the ambient light at this time, twilight has long been popular with photographers and painters, who refer to it as "sweet light" or the "blue hour", after the French expression l'heure bleue. Twilight is technically defined as the period before sunrise and after sunset during which there is natural light provided by the upper atmosphere, which receives direct sunlight and reflects part of it toward the Earth's surface. So, now you what meaning twilight. Not about Bella and Edward.Although twilight might refer Bella as dawn while Edward as sunrise..or vise versa. Anyway, that all from me

Assalmmualaikum, because the final exam is just around the coner. I like to share about what I have read in internet yesterday. When the final exam is more and more close. Where we have to study?. In the article said, get the heck away from other people. Socializing can kill you here. If you live in residence, your room is a good choice choice of location. If you live at home and don't share a room, then that's a good choice too. If you happen to share accomodations with someone else, try to find another place to study. I honestly don't know of any good places besides the libraries. There's a study-carrel room on the fourth floor of MC that might be open late, but I don't know for certain. In any case, do whatever you can to seclude yourself and to prepare a good study environment. To minimise distractions, I used to cover my windows with thick blankets so that outside sounds were muffled, and so I wasn't tempted by nice days. I study to music, but often switch to classical tunes for the exam period so I don't have stupid lyrics running through my head during the exam, distracting me. Do whatever you can to minimise distractions. Give your roommate your computer keyboard, your current book, tempting-but-annoying-during-exams music, whatever.

All of these sacrifices are only for two weeks or even less. (140 hours can be covered in about 11 days. Pray to your God. Your fatigued body will return to normal after a while, but a failure is relatively permanent and expensive!.

thank you,
