HI THERE...
when heart talks to the feelings..

It's been the longest winter without u
I didn't know where to turn to
See somehow I can't forget you
After all that we've been through

Going coming thought I heard a knock

Who's there no one
Thinking that I deserve it
Now I realize that I really didn't know
If you didn't notice you mean everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'm gon be ok

Thought I coudn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you

I'm gonna smile 'cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time

I couldn't turn on the TV
Without something there to remind me
Was it all that easy
To just put aside your feelings

If I'm dreaming don't wanna laugh
Hurt my feelings but that's the path
I believe in
And I know that time will heal it
If you didn't notice boy you meant everything
Quickly I'm learning to love again
All I know is I'm gon be ok

Since there's no more you and me
It's time I let you go
So I can be free
And live my life how it should be
No matter how hard it is I'll be fine

without you
Yes I will

How Physiotherapy Can Help Women's Health Issues..

Physiotherapists who work in the field of women's health can correct nearly 70% of incontinence problems. The major exercise used is called the Kegel. It is a very specialized exercise, and most often needs specialized instructions, and it takes biofeedback for many to get it right.

Many of the problems of women's health can be traced to the pelvic floor. The Kegel exercise specifically addresses this part of the anatomy. There are other therapies that are effective as well. Electrical stimulation is only one of the methods used. Soft tissue manipulation is another treatment that has had good results.

Pelvic pain affects the health and well-being of many women. It may be caused by a variety of sources. It can be due to vulvodynia or abdominal surgeries, for instance. Pelvic pain can also be the result of a fall, especially if the tailbone has been damaged. These conditions can cause long term curtailment of many physical activities lead to an overall deterioration in the women's psychological health. Physiotherapy offers a variety of treatments to help these problems.

Another very important area where physiotherapy plays an important role in women's health is during pregnancy. Women who are pregnant are aware of their bodies going through various changes that can be painful. Lower back pain is only one of them.

Physiotherapists can help with this. Gentle exercises can be taught to relieve tension in the back. One simple but very effective exercise is lying on the floor with the knees up and pressing the small of the back down to the floor. This gives a great feeling of relief. There are other exercises to strengthen the woman's back. However, it is important to be under a physiotherapist’s specific instructions and watchful eye to ensure the exercises are the right one for the different stages and discomforts of pregnancy. Women's health is of utmost importance at this time, and so is the baby's.

The Dos and Don’ts of Using a Mobile Phone

A mobile phone is very easy and convenient to use. We can communicate with others from wherever we are. There is no need to look for a public phone or walk to a fixed phone to make calls. It is always good to know how to use the mobile phone correctly.
Do not use the mobile phone in restricted places like a petrol kiosk. There will be signs saying that mobile phones must not be used in these restricted areas. It is always good to abide by it and switch off the mobile phone. If we do not follow the rule, we will be endangering not only ourselves but others as well.
We must not use the mobile phone during meetings, when watching a movie in the cinema or during funerals. It is considered rude and it also a distraction to others. We can switch off the mobile phone or switch to silent mode. We can activate the vibrating mode in the mobile phone. In this way, we will not disturb others and at the same time we will know if there are incoming calls or messages. The same rule applies for using the mobile phone in public transport like public busses or trains. If we speak loudly on the mobile phone, we will disturb others. Besides, everyone in the bus or train coach you are in will know what you are talking about. If it is necessary that you talk on the mobile phone while using public transport, you may do so but do it quietly.
Do not drive and talk on the mobile phone. You will not be alert and this may cause accidents. If you must talk on the mobile phone when driving, use the hands-free kit. In this way both your hands will be on the steering wheel.
If we remember the above dos and don’ts on using the mobile phone, we will not disturb others and also can remain safe.

My second topic about
Global Warming and Greenhouse Effects
Scientists have spent decades figuring out what is causing global warming. They've looked at the natural cycles and events that are known to influence climate. But the amount and pattern of warming that's been measured can't be explained by these factors alone. The only way to explain the pattern is to include the effect of greenhouse gases (GHGs) emitted by humans.
Global warming refers to the overall increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere. Global warming is a result of accumulation of greenhouse gases that slows down the heat loss from the earth to space and this has resulted in the warming up of our earth.
Greenhouse is designed to trap the light and heat energy from the sun for planting of vegetables and plants in some countries that have four seasons. The roof of greenhouse is made of glass to allow the sunlight to penetrate through the glass. This will ensure the warmness stays in the greenhouse and the plants will not affected by the weather.
The increase of temperature of our earth will lead to change in climate and other unfavorable consequences on earth. Greenhouse gases, which include carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbon (CFC), methane, nitrous oxide and water vapour, trap the heat from escaping to the atmosphere. This phenomenon is called greenhouse effect. Carbon dioxide is considered as the most significant greenhouse gas contributing to global warming because it can stay for a very long period of time in the atmosphere.
The effects of global warming are as follows:
1. Melting of ice caps at Arctis and Antartic regions. This will result in big floods happening in coastal regions around the world
2. Submersion of rainforests and wetlands located at low-lying areas of the world
3. Extreme changes in climate and weather
4. Increase of temperature of water bodies
5. Danger to biodiversity, for example; some species which can only survive in a narrow temperature range will become extinct when there are changes in the climate
6. Cause disruption to water cycle and this will lead to droughts
7. The marine creatures will also be affected, as there will be increase in the temperature of water bodies
The estimated contributions of water sources from different regions of the earth to the rise in sea level:
Water sources Relatives contribution to the rise of sea level
Thermal expansion of sea water 47%
Melting of Alpine glaciers 20%
Melting of Antarctic ice cap 20%
Melting of Greenland ice cap 13%

Hi guys..do u know what is biomechanical engineering is?Biomechanical engineering is a subdiscipline of biomedical engineering.that applies principles of engineering mechanics to biological systems. It stems from the scientific discipline of biomechanics and usually uses the tools and approaches of mechanical engineering.

Biomedical engineering (BME) is the application of engineering principles and techniques to the medical field. It combines the design and problem solving skills of engineering with medical and biological sciences to improve healthcare diagnosis and treatment. And yet, in Malaysia there is still no company or hospital which provide work for biomechanical engineer.

For the prevention of these conditions, drugs can help but the experts at the University of Minnesota and the other institutions have the alternative ways. Eat more fruits, vegetables and fish and in the same time less junk food. In 12 years of study, 15000 peoples has been analyze about their diets and they found that who ate most fruits, vegetables and fish are the people who get the lower risk of VTE.

I have read an article with the main topic is ‘Forever Young’. Can you imagine what mean by that topic? In that article it was describe about the future medicine which is with two part of human. One part is machine added with nanoshells and the other one is still human. How long we could live with that thing was installed on us? This is what the scientist imagines after 20 or 30 years later. Our brains neurons were replaced by computer chip which is ravaged by Alzheimer’s diseases. During next 20 to 30 years, the progressive of this new treatment can reduce the percentage of the most killer on today. For example cancer, stroke, diabetes, and heart disease. And in the same time the life span of people can be longer. The innovation of the treatments of Alzheimer’s can be done with the implantation of hippocampus and the usage of these way also available for the other memory related diseases. The usage of gold shelled silica nanospheres when it was injected into the bloodstream. And after that it just responds to the harmless, near-infrared light that only could destroy the cancerous tumors.
Theodore Berger, the professor of biomedical engineering and neuroscience at the University of Southern California is the researcher that works for the implantation that could repair brain of Alzheimer’s patients that their brains were ravaged by Alzheimer’s stroke or by the other disease. The function of the replacement of that computer chip can replace the damage part of the hippocampus, which is the region of the brain that turns quick impression into long-term memories. The damage of this part will result of the Alzheimer’s disease or other disease of memory loss. Jennifer West, the director of Institute of Bioscience and Bioengineering at Rice University was the researchers of cancer cure by the nanoshells. Can you imagine the size of human blood cells that use that for destroy the tumors before it become big enough to detect without side effects for the patient. It just injected into the bloodstream of the patient and if the tumor was growing, the particle of nanoshells would slip through gaps in blood vessels. It will gather to the tumor but it not penetrates to the healthy tissue.

Chocolate loving men are better than those who don’t like it. Over five days, a group of healthy young men that come from half liked chocolate and half don’t like ate the same food plus with a choice of bread or chocolate. Blood and urine tests showed the chocolate lover processed fatty foods better and had lower LDL cholesterol. It may have long-term health benefits but it only paired with a healthy diet and lifestyle.

-->> Feeling Bored?

Boredom is an emotional state experienced during periods lacking activity or when individuals are uninterested in the opportunities surrounding them. The first record of the word boredom is in the novel Bleak House by Charles Dickens, written in 1852, in which it appears six times, although the expression to be a bore had been used in the sense of "to be tiresome or dull" since 1768.

Boredom has been defined by C. D. Fisher in terms of its central psychological processes: “an unpleasant, transient affective state in which the individual feels a pervasive lack of interest in and difficulty concentrating on the current activity.
M. R. Leary and others describe boredom as “an affective experience associated with cognitive attentional processes.
n positive psychology, anxiety is described as a response to a moderate challenge for which the subject has more than enough skill.
These definitions make it clear that boredom arises not from a lack of things to do but from the inability to latch onto any specific activity.

Boredom is a condition characterized by perception of one's environment as dull, tedious, and lacking in stimulation. This can result from leisure and a lack of aesthetic interests. Labor, however, and even art may be alienated and passive, or immersed in tedium.
There is an inherent anxiety in boredom; people will expend considerable effort to prevent or remedy it, yet in many circumstances, it is accepted as suffering to be endured.
Common passive ways to escape boredom are to sleep or to think creative thoughts (daydream). Typical active solutions consist in an intentional activity of some sort, often something new, as familiarity and repetition lead to the tedious.
Boredom can be a symptom of clinical depression. Boredom can be a form of learned helplessness, a phenomenon closely related to depression. Some philosophies of parenting propose that if children are raised in an environment devoid of stimuli, and are not allowed or encouraged to interact with their environment, they will fail to develop the mental capacities to do so.

Law , Democracy , Government Policy , and Employee Behavior
The society is governed by numerous and various concepts as well as
values . These served the purpose of guiding and even limiting the
behavior and practices of people . Most countries are also governed with
concepts like law , democracy and government policy . These values also
have a huge effect in the citizens of a particular country in terms of
their criminal justice system and even their direct involvement with the
private sector like in an employee 's behavioral practices .
In order to understand the ideas of law , democracy , government policy
and employee behavior , the definition of these concepts is very
essential . This is needed in order to analyze the connection among these
concepts .
The rule of law is a political ideal that triumphs under the
characteristics of an efficient system of government like publicity and
transparency in public administration , universal and prospective
enforcement of norms in society , the predictable social environment ,
which aided by norms in its formation , the operational equity in the
administration , the independence and accountability of the judicial
system , etc . Basically , this concept perceived the world in a way where
people in authority exercise their power within a limited framework .
Their exercise of power is constrained by public rules that prohibits
them from making decisions based on their own preferences , ideology , and
judgment of right from wrong .
Democracy is defined by Thomas Jefferson as the government ``deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed

Erythrocytes as a drug delivery

Scientist has invented new therapeutic agent to target cells or organs, the main objective for the success of the therapy is the ability to deliver the molecules of interest to the target cells or organ. The application of blood mainly red blood cell or erythrocytes, as a drug deliver for the slow release drug or site targeted delivery system for a variety of bioactive agent has been shown its remarkable effects.
Generally, ‘carrier erythrocytes’ can be prepared by withdrawal of some blood samples from the organism of interest, separation of erythrocytes from plasma and leukocytes, entrapment of the drug in the erythrocytes, and, finally, resealing and reannealing of the resulting cellular carriers. Upon re-injection to the same organism, these drug-loaded micospheres can serve as the intravenous slow-release carriers and/or targeted drug delivery systems especially to target the drug to the reticuloendothelial system (RES)
Cellular carriers, including erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets, islets, hepatocytes, and fibroblasts have all been suggested as potential carriers for drugs and other bioactive agents. They can be used to provide slow release of entrapped drugs in the circulatory system, to deliver drugs to a specific site in the body, as cellular transplants to provide missing enzymes and hormones (in enzyme or hormone replacement therapy), or as endogenous cells to synthesize and secret molecules capable of affecting the metabolism and function of other cells.
Since these carriers are actual endogenous cells, they produce little or no antigenic response, and upon aging or being damaged can be removed from to synthesize and secret molecules capable of affecting the metabolism and function of other cells. Since these carriers are actual endogenous cells, it is totally biocompatible, non-immunogenic, with a long life-span in circulation and can also be targeted to macrophages as to remove it from circulation by a complete natural process. In fact, human red blood cells have a number of properties that make them useful as drug carriers. Moreover, erythrocytes are biodegradable, can circulate for long periods of time (months) and have a large capacity, other than that a high percentage of encapsulation can be obtained. Any types of drugs, including peptides, nucleic acids etc can potentially be encapsulated into red blood cells. Another important feature of these carriers is that they can be stored at 4 °C for several hours to several days before re-entry to the host body, depending on the storage medium and the entrapment method used.

There are 5 great tips to assist your budget planning and produce excellence results.

Create a list for your budget planner for the month and list down expensive events such as holidays, weddings and so on. You can plan ahead and make sure enough money to kept aside and cut down unnecessary items.

Take action to follow your progress for the month and keep the receipts. It easy for you to check your daily expenses. You also can use price comparison sites to monitor whether this is for shopping, insurance, mobile or etc.

Always think carefully and remember to avoid temptation in sale that does not mean to spend it. Be sure spend your money wisely. You must have a sense of awareness of the results you are getting so that you move the right direction to achieve it.

Keep in mind that meeting deadlines is very important. For example when paying back credit card bills try to avoid paying off just the minimum amount each month as this will lead to more interest accruing on your account. Instead pay off the maximum amount you feel you're able to budget for each month.

Lastly, be sure you keep up to date on the latest finance news such as information on money saving or etc. To be successful, you need to have smart money action plan to achieve financial excellence for yourself. For instance if you save for you big occasion like holidays, you do not need to borrow or to borrow as much.

according to various media and general perception of general public, if you're slim it means you're sexy, you're beautiful, you'll be loved.

it's a curse if you're overweight, fat, obese! that should be the end of your world. you will be called fatty, you're ugly, you're not lovable, the term sexy will never fit you, not even the slimmest part on your body like your toe.

fat also equals to lazy most of the time. fat means unhealthy. fat means you're not famous because you won't be known for anything good except for being useful when it comes to finishing the leftover food. fat means no sleeveless tops for you unless you don't mind to be laughed at when your flabby arms wobble when you wave at your friend. fat means no girls or guys will truly love you.

well, if most of the guys and girls are all so slim, don't you think they will all kinda look alike? they are the majority which makes us, the fatties minority. and that makes us special. that makes us the spotlight. and we don't have to do anything at all to be right in the middle of attention. just be ourselves in our round shape. and that makes slim so passe.

fatties! fat is the new phat. who says being fat can't be beautiful? being fat can be as stylish as the slim and slender gals out there. all you need a lil boost of confidence and you would be able to carry any fashion style you want.

so fatty guys and girls, it's not the end of the world. find your inner beauty and feel good about it. to hell with the shallow people who are still carrying the passe perception.

i'm with the fatties all the way! :D (see how many times i've repeated the word 'fat'?)

well, if most of the guys and girls are all so slim, don't you think they will all kinda look alike? they are the majority which makes us, the fatties minority. and that makes us special. that makes us the spotlight. and we don't have to do anything at all to be right in the middle of attention. just be ourselves in our round shape. and that makes slim so passe.

fatties! fat is the new phat. who says being fat can't be beautiful? being fat can be as stylish as the slim and slender gals out there. all you need a lil boost of confidence and you would be able to carry any fashion style you want.

so fatty guys and girls, it's not the end of the world. find your inner beauty and feel good about it. to hell with the shallow people who are still carrying the passe perception.

i'm with the fatties all the way! :D (see how many times i've repeated the word 'fat'?)

Designing limbs that are comfortable and functional is actually a harhship. How artificial limb is attached to a person's body?ArtifiCial limbs is fitted to the stump through a socket which fits snugly over it like a thimble on a thumb. The socket is custom-made of fibre-glass or plastic. It's held on either by suction or some mechanical attachment with belts or straps. That is the first stage when we expose the femur, the bone in the stump, to prepare it for the installation of a titanium implant which is like a bolt that's inserted into the cavity of the bone.In the second stage surgery, e reveal the end of the femur, expose the head of the implant and connect to that another titanium component, called an abutment, which then comes through the tissue, out of the end of the patient's stump. The limb is then attached to that component via an allen key.
Anyway, not everyone is suitable to fitted with the new leg.Not everybody can control the new leg well...If you can't control it,it will only become another burden. The new leg is costly.

Does the advantages of these cameras outweigh their negative impact?Benefict of surveillance cameras is that can catch criminals in the act, thus reducing crime. This will make the streets safer for ordinary people. In addition, cameras are cost-effective.Authorities do not need to spend huge sum of money on police.

However, security cameras are far from being a perfect solution. One of the onjection concerns privacy.People feel that they are being watched all the time. Many peoples do not trust governments.Corrupt authorities could use information in the wrong way.On the other hand, cameras and computers can make mistakes.

In conclusion, although there are definite advantages to using surveilance devices such as cameras,we need to balance the need for security with respect for the individual's privacy and freedom.

It is very difficult to answer the claim that a person needs a university education to be successful in life. Why do i say so?Actualy success in life means different things to different people.Certain people just want to be a wealthly person or just someone being surrounded by people who love you and care about you.A university education can help you achieve some types of success, but it makes little or no difference to whether or not you are successful in other areas of life. Undoubtedly,a university education is essential if you want to have a career in a profession such as law, engineering, teaching, or medicine. However, you do not need a university degree to become a wealthy and powerful movie star, sports star or businessperson. In fact,a university education does not generally enable you to achieve spiritual happiness, or to have successful relationships with family and friends.Anyhow,i believe that we still can balance between studies and enjoying life.It is all depend on how you manage and plan your time.

-->> ThePowerOfMusic & ItsEffectsOnPeople

Hearing is a psychological process involving the ears, brain, body, and nervous system. Music, like all sound energy, can drive changes in the human mind and body as one listens to it. Music can be defined as the organization of sound. Music often implies sounds with distinct pitches that are arranged into melodies and organized into patterns of rhythm and meter. Few people realize that besides being pleasing to the senses, music can also affect one's physical, mental, and emotional state of being. On the physical, sound has the ability to rearrange molecular structure. Emotionally and mentally, music is very effective. In particular, music affects the limbic system, the aspect of the brain which governs emotional response. Researchers have uncovered an astonishing number of benefits derived from listening to music.

The influence of music on society can be clearly seen from modern history. Music helped Thomas Jefferson write the Declaration of Independence. When he could not figure out the right wording for a certain part, he would play his violin to help him. The music helped him get the words from his brain onto the paper.

Albert Einstein is recognized as one of the smartest men who has ever lived. A little known fact about Einstein is that when he was young he did extremely poor in school. His grade school teachers told his parents to take him out of school because he was "too stupid to learn" and it would be a waste of resources for the school to invest time and energy in his education. The school suggested that his parents get Albert an easy, manual labor job as soon as they could. His mother did not think that Albert was "stupid". Instead of following the school's advice, Albert's parents bought him a violin. Albert became good at the violin. Music was the key that helped Albert Einstein become one of the smartest men who has ever lived. Einstein himself says that the reason he was so smart is because he played the violin. He loved the music of Mozart and Bach the most. A friend of Einstein, G.J. Withrow, said that the way Einstein figured out his problems and equations was by improvising on the violin.

Evidently, music has the power to energize, soothe, change emotional condition of an individual.

SONNET

My friend and me,
Looking through her red box of memories,
Faded i'm sure,
But love seems to stick in her veins you know,
Yes, there's love if you want it
Don't sound like no sonnet,my lord
Yes, there's love if you want it
Don't sound like no sonnet,my lord
My lord
Why can't you see
That nature has its way of warning me
Eyes open wide
Looking at the heavens with a tear in my eye
Yes, there's love if you want it
Don't sound like no sonnet,my lord
My lord
Sinking faster than a boat without a hull
My lord
Dreaming about the day when I can see you there
My side
By my side
Here we go again and my head is gone,
my lord
I stop to say hello
'Cause I think you should know,by now
By now

HOW DO YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE TO UR LOVED ONES IF YOURE DEAD?YOU DONT,COZ YOU CANT..

I have been think, what if he knew he's dead now looking up from the sky above watching his friends and families sobbing over his death during his funeral, how would he be feeling? does he have any regrets or any unfinished things that he hasn't done yet? are there any important messages that he hasn't left for anyone? how about his dreams and goals in life that he hasn't achieve yet? or maybe some great new ideas that he hasn't shared with anyone.

i bet there are many of it that hasn't been done, cos his collapse happened too unexpectedly. maybe he himself didn't see it coming.

i felt sad for him and for everyone including myself that has him as our inspiration. i felt sad also because of the fact that us humans, we cant really predict whats gonna happen to us next. what if this happens to us? me and you?

i would be leaving in regrets, leaving unprepared and disappointed because i couldn't complete my goals in life, my tasks and achieving my dreams. and i couldn't let my loved ones know how much i truly loved them. and i haven't showed them enough love. (my lovely family)

if only all of us live our lives as though tomorrow is our last day on earth. if only all of us meant the words we say and do the things we sincerely do. if only ALLAH lets us know the day that we should leave this world. then there will be no regrets, no sadness.

if only i could start appreciating every thing in life now.

When to the sessions of sweet silent thought
I summon up remembrance of things past,
I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought,
And with old woes new wail my dear time's waste;
Then can I drown an eye, unused to flow,
For precious friends hid in death's dateless night,
And weep afresh love's long-since-cancelled woe,
And moan th' expense of many a vanished sight;
Then can I grieve at grievances foregone,
And heavily from woe to woe tell o'er
The sad account of fore-bemoanèd moan,
Which I new pay as if not paid before.

But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,
All losses are restored and sorrows end.

The Nature of Duality in Strange
Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

It has long been debated that
there are two sides to the human mind.
There is the duality
of good and evil, right and
wrong, joy and despair.there always
is the desire to do something
which is against the society,
against the laws, although this varies
from person to person. Robert
Stevenson brings the possibility of
another self in one person to
life in his creation of Dr. Jekyll and
Mr. Hyde. His novel is a rich
tale of the duality of mankind. We all
have a split personality in a
sense, we have two sides to us, right
and wrong. There is a Mr. Hyde in
all of us,anger, frustration,
murderous thoughts all prevail in
us although we have evolved so much.
morals, education, helping and
unselfishness are the Jekyll side of
us. Stevenson believed that people
knew they had a bad side, but they
all refuse to accept the truth,
as the ‘dark side’ is so unpleasant.
finally we know that,we can determine our
destination, good or bad.to fail or success.
thats all.thank you.

Did you know that our brain will start to slow down at 30? Yes it is. Our brain will slow down at 30 years old. This is couldn’t be help but the people at any age can train their brain to be faster. Dr. Michael Merzenich, neuroscientist from University of California says “your brain is a learning machine”. We can train our brain when we are given with the right tools. The tools that require just a dedicate exercise and a few exercise for mind. That neuroscientist also has developed some computer based training regiment to speed up on how our brain can process the information. Besides that, Nintendo also developed the same thing like Dr. Michael but it was inspired by the work of an eminent Japanese brain researcher develop the game. It can be access easily via our mobile phone for that daily mental exercise. To keep our brain young, we can do many activities that challenge and excited such as doing Sudoku, crossword puzzles, jigsaws, and learning new language.

There is other ways to keep our brain can still sharp. One of the ways is with not smoke. Smoker generally can perform more worst that the person who not smoke that is in study of memory. Smoking directly impairs memory or can linking to the memory loss because by smoking can causes the disease or can contribute to poorer brain function. Smoking can increase the risk of stroke and hypertension that is two other causes of memory loss. The researcher shows that the person who stop smoking have less mental problem compare to the people that still continue to smoke.

Hello everyone ,today I would like to share with you something about some information of car.
Once upon a time ,I think the most expensive sport car in the market are Ferrari or Lamborghini but few years before only I know that still got one brand of super sport car which is Buggati.
My friend told me that this is the most expensive car he know .It is around 4 times the price of Lamborghini and the price for one Lambo is around 2 Million!
Why this sport car is so expensive?
This is because of Buggati Veyron is the fastest sport car.Other than that ,it's desgin also is a very good selling point for this vehicle.I don't know how to describe about the design ,for those who are interest about this ,you can login to it's website.(www.bugatti.com)
For your information,in case you got ability to buy this car ,you must go to that company for training and get a licence to drive this super sport car.

Thank you

hi there..welcome back..I bet most guys had played most of the 'Need For Speed' games..To turn a car into a super car, ones had to upgrade the parts...one of the most important part is the turbocharger..well today I would like to tell all of you about turbocharger..

A turbocharger or turbo, is a gas compressor used for forced-induction of an internal combustion engine. A form of supercharger, the purpose of a turbocharger is to increase the density of air entering the engine to create more power. However, a turbocharger has the compressor powered by a turbine, driven by the engine's own exhaust gases, rather than direct mechanical drive as with many other superchargers.

A turbocharger is a small radial fan pump driven by the energy of the exhaust gases of an engine. A turbocharger consists of a turbine and a compressor on a shared shaft. The turbine converts exhaust to rotational force, which is in turn used to drive the compressor. The compressor draws in ambient air and pumps it in to the intake manifold at increased pressure, resulting in a greater mass of air entering the cylinders on each intake stroke.

The objective of a turbocharger is the same as a supercharger which is to improve the engine's volumetric efficiency by solving one of its cardinal limitations. A naturally aspirated automobile engine uses only the downward stroke of a piston to create an area of low pressure in order to draw air into the cylinder through the intake valves. Because the pressure in the atmosphere is no more than 1 atm, there ultimately will be a limit to the pressure difference across the intake valves and thus the amount of airflow entering the combustion chamber. Because the turbocharger increases the pressure at the point where air is entering the cylinder, a greater mass of air (oxygen) will be forced in as the inlet manifold pressure increases. The additional air flow makes it possible to maintain the combustion chamber pressure and fuel/air load even at high engine revolution speeds, increasing the power and torque output of the engine.

Because the pressure in the cylinder must not go too high to avoid detonation and physical damage, the intake pressure must be controlled by controlling the rotational speed of the turbocharger. The control function is performed by a wastegate, which routes some of the exhaust flow away from the exhaust turbine. This controls shaft speed and regulates air pressure in the intake manifold.

Turbocharger was invented by a Swiss engineer, Alfred Büchi.

hi..You guys might have seen numbers like RON97 and RON92 at your neighborhood petrol station. Fuel with a RON97 rating is more expensive, RM1.92 per liter at time of writing with the lower RON92 rating going for RM1.88. Have you ever wondered what they mean?

RON stands for Research Octane Number, a rating used to measure a fuels knocking resistance in spark-ignition internal combustion engines. Before we attempt to understand this, we have to know what knocking is. Knocking is what happens when parts or all of the air-fuel mixture prematurely ignites before the flame from the spark plug can reach it. This can be caused by ignition timing that is too early or engine overheating, where the heat from the cylinder itself causes the mixture to combust before the spark plug can burn the mixture. This causes a decrease in performance and might also harm the engine.

It is a misunderstanding to think that RON97 fuels produce more power than RON92 fuels, even more so with the fact that in reality a higher RON number means the fuel burns less easily. RON refers to the ability of the fuel to resist knocking and nothing else.

By pumping the RON97 into a car which engine only requires the RON92, all you’re going to get is an emptier wallet – that hardly counts for performance gains via weight reduction.

Engines are designed to have a minimum RON rating for its fuel. Do check your service manual for the minimum RON rating that it requires. For engines that require a minimum of RON92, you might as well pump RON92 fuel and save a bit of money since RON92 is cheaper by 4 cents per liter. Another common minimum RON rating is RON95,and we just have RON95 fuel in our market fuel for the engine. These engines normally have higher compression ratios, like the one found in the Satria GTI so it needs higher knock resistance to withstand higher compression.

If you find that your engine can use RON92 petrol and decide to save a bit of money, do check out if a petrol stations RON92 petrol is leaded or unleaded. All RON97 petrol is unleaded, but some RON92 petrol might be leaded although this is very very rare.

Hello is me again,I am Loh.Water is the most important part for our life and environment but how much we know about it?
Water is one of a very usual chemical substance that is compose of hydrogen and oxygen and is essential for all living things.
Water have different state in different temperature.Below 0 degree Celsius, it will be in solid form and above 0 degree Celsius it will be in liquid state and if water is heated to 100 degree Celsius ,it will become water vapour.
We can't live without water, the human body is anywhere from 55% to78% water depending on body size. Our body need 7 liters of water per day to avoid dehydration nut now a days is it our drinking water is safe for drinking? The water pollution are getting serious now .Staring from the head-waters,our drinking water had already polluted by the mud and maybe the waste of animals live around the head-waters.In addition , before the water reach our house ,it have to pass by a few kilometers of rusted pipe. This make the water maybe contain many kind of heavy metals which will affect our health.
The only way we can do is to buy a very powerful water filter to make the water more safe to drink.
Thank you.

hi..Most of you have heard about samurai.. A Japanese army..Do you know who these people really are?

Samurai is the term for the military nobility of pre-industrial Japan. According to translator William Scott Wilson: "In Chinese, the character 侍 was originally a verb meaning to wait upon or accompany a person in the upper ranks of society, and this is also true of the original term in Japanese, saburau. In both countries the terms were nominalized to mean, 'those who serve in close attendance to the nobility', the pronunciation in Japanese changing to saburai".An early reference to the word Samurai appears in the Kokin Wakashū (905-914), the first imperial anthology of poems, completed in the first part of the tenth century.

By the end of the 12th century, samurai became almost entirely synonymous with bushi, and the word was closely associated with the middle and upper echelons of the warrior class. The samurai followed a set of written rules called the Bushidō. Samurai teachings can still be found today in modern day society with the martial art Kendō, meaning the way of the sword.

--->> Video Game Console

A video game console is an interactive entertainment computer or electronic device that produces a video display signal which can be used with a display device (a television, monitor, etc.) to display a video game. The term "video game console" is used to distinguish a machine designed for consumers to buy and use solely for playing video games from a personal computer, which has many other functions, or arcade machines, which are designed for businesses that buy them and then charge others to play.

The "video" in "video game console is a thing that can play games" traditionally refers to a raster display device. However, with the popular use of the term "video game" the term now implies all display types and formats. The term "console" is used in the user manuals of several early video game systems. Its use, however, is not synonymous with "video game system" or the same as its modern usage. It refers to a specific part of the video game system. The Atari 2600, NES, and other consoles from those decades were called "video game systems" at the time.

The first company to use the term "console" to officially refer to its video game system was Fairchild with the Video Entertainment System (VES) in 1976.Since then, definition has widened to include entire systems, as well as to describe alternate platforms such as handheld game consoles, TV games, and multimedia devices. In common usage a "console" is a specialized electronic device that connects to a standard television set or composite video monitor. A "handheld" gaming device is a self-contained electronic device that is portable and can be held in a user's hands.

The origin of video games lies in early cathode ray tube-based missile defense systems in the late 1940s. These programs were later adapted into other simple games during the 1950s. By the late 1950s and through the 1960s, more computer games were developed (mostly on mainframe computers), gradually increasing in sophistication and complexity.

Following this period, video games diverged into different platforms: arcade, mainframe, console, personal computer and later handheld games.

Example of today's most famous video games console would be Playstation 3 (PS3) and Nintendo Wii.

Today I want to share with all of you on how to handle conflict with peers..This topic attract me most because we as teenagers especially in campus will meet and have friends in all sort of background and surely not all can suit with us..So let's check it out..

First,we have to "Clarify what the other person wants". We may start with asking questions: “What is it about my request that’s causing you problems?” “I want to know more;or give me some details.”

This technique helps you to shows empathy for your friends point of view. If you don’t understand the others, the two of you may unsatisfy each other.

Secondly,we can seek for common ground. Try to find some point, no matter how trivial, that both of you can agree on. This may be something as simple as agreeing that you want to work together. It's easy..;)

Thirdly, use a “we” orientation. “You” and “I” are too common; “we” is collaborative.
Which sounds better.?In the same view, calling the other person by name puts your discussion on a more personal level. (“Ellen, shouldn’t we be able to work this out together?”)

Fourth, ignore annoying habits and mannerisms. Some people’s personalities, voice tone, or facial expressions are inherently aggravating. They can’t help it. Best advice: Overlook it. What’s important is what they’re saying, not how they act, sound, or look in the process.

Next, offer to compromise. If you’re working with a reasonable person, your willingness to bend a bit may move you closer to agreement. Be careful, though.

Several info that useful maybe..;)

hi..previously I already told you guys about samurai. An army should be lead by a leader. The leader of the samurai is a Shogun.

Shogun which refer as a Commander of the Forces is a military rank and historical title for Hereditary Commanders in Chief of the Armed Forces of Japan. The modern rank is equivalent to a General. As a title, it is the short form of seii taishōgun, the governing individual at various times in the history of Japan, ending when Tokugawa Yoshinobu relinquished the office to the Meiji Emperor in 1867.

A shogun's office or administration is known in English as a shogunate. In Japanese it was known as bakufu which literally means tent office, and originally meant house of the general. And later also suggested a private government. Bakufu could also mean tent government and was the way the government was run under a shogun. The tent symbolized the field commander but also denoted that such an office was meant to be temporary. The shogun's officials were as a collective the bakufu, and were those who carried out the actual duties of administration while the Imperial court retained only nominal authority.

Assalamualaikum.... today I'm wanna share with you all about big bang theory. The Big Bang theory is an effort to explain what happened at the very beginning of our universe. Discoveries in astronomy and physics have shown beyond a reasonable doubt that our universe did in fact have a beginning. Prior to that moment there was nothing; during and after that moment there was something: our universe. The big bang theory is an effort to explain what happened during and after that moment.

According to the standard theory, our universe sprang into existence as "singularity" around 13.7 billion years ago. What is a "singularity" and where does it come from? Well, to be honest, I don't know for sure. Singularities are zones which defy our current understanding of physics. They are thought to exist at the core of "black holes." Black holes are areas of intense gravitational pressure. The pressure is thought to be so intense that finite matter is actually squished into infinite density (a mathematical concept which truly boggles the mind). These zones of infinite density are called "singularities." Our universe is thought to have begun as an infinitesimally small, infinitely hot, infinitely dense, something - a singularity. Where did it come from? we don't know. Why did it appear? we don't know.

After its initial appearance, it apparently inflated (the "Big Bang"), expanded and cooled, going from very, very small and very, very hot, to the size and temperature of our current universe. It continues to expand and cool to this day and we are inside of it: incredible creatures living on a unique planet, circling a beautiful star clustered together with several hundred billion other stars in a galaxy soaring through the cosmos, all of which is inside of an expanding universe that began as an infinitesimal singularity which appeared out of nowhere for reasons unknown. This is the Big Bang theory.

girls always think about beauty..
but somehow, we always forget about
our nail care. Nail Care is important when it comes to personal grooming. Suppose a woman has applied makeup carefully and attired herself with most fashionable clothes, but has been careless about her nails. How do you think she would look like then? Won't it be a bit shabby?
here are some tips on nail care which help you a lot.
1)Take care of your nails between salon visits.
2)File your nails regularly and always keep them short.
3) If your nails are exposed to chemicals, moisture, water, etc, it could result in split peeling nails or allergic reaction. Wear rubber gloves to protect your nails or coat them with some cotton.
4)Never use something like scissors for both for infected and non infected nails.
that are some tips which I think could help you...

Assalamualaikum.. just for our information,Gravitation is a natural phenomenon by which objects with mass attract one another. In everyday life, gravitation is most commonly thought of as the agency which lends weight to objects with mass. Gravitation compels dispersed matter to coalesce, thus accounting for the existence of the Earth, the Sun, and most of the macroscopic objects in the universe. It is responsible for keeping the Earth and the other planets in their orbits around the Sun; for keeping the Moon in its orbit around the Earth; for the formation of tides; for convection, by which fluid flow occurs under the influence of a temperature gradient and gravity; for heating the interiors of forming stars and planets to very high temperatures; and for various other phenomena observed on Earth. Modern physics describes gravitation using the general theory of relativity, in which gravitation is a consequence of the curvature of space time which governs the motion of inertial objects. The simpler Newton's law of universal gravitation provides an accurate approximation for most calculations.

The terms gravitation and gravity are mostly interchangeable in everyday use, but a distinction is made in scientific circles. "Gravitation" is a general term describing the phenomenon by which bodies with mass are attracted to one another, while "gravity" refers specifically to the net force exerted by the Earth on objects in its vicinity as well as by other factors, such as the Earth's rotation.

The Nile is the world's longest river at 4,135 miles. It has two sources, one at Lake Victoria, in Uganda (the White Nile) and one at Lake Tana, in Ethiopia (the Blue Nile).

The entire Nile River Delta is estimated to drain an area of 1,293,000 square miles. This area is so vast that is has a number of different climate areas. North, in Egypt and Sudan, rainfall is sparse. More to the south, in and around Ethiopia, rainfall is heavy, contributing to the floodwaters that rush downstream and eventually create the wonderfully fertile soil that supports so much of life in Egypt and Sudan. Dams, the most notable being the Aswan High Dam, have been built along the route to prevent massive flooding of populated areas.

The Nile River Delta is home to many species of animals, including crocodiles, turtles, baboons, wildebeest, and more than 300 species of birds, including fishing eagles, ibis, and the Nile Valley Sunbird.

The ancient Egyptians called the river Ar or Aur, meaning "black," because of the black sediment left behind after the frequent river floods. The ancient Greeks called the river Kem, which translates into "black" as well. But it is as Nile that we know this river today. Nile comes from the Greek Neilos, which means "river valley."

The people who lived along the Nile in ancient times used the river for agriculture and transportation. That hasn't changed, although the methods of agriculture and transportation have. Steam ships are still used in Egypt and Sudan, to transport goods.

hi...Today I would like to give an information about famous Japanese Era, which is Tokugawa era, or Tokugawa period.

The Edo period or Tokugawa period, is a division of Japanese history running from 1603 to 1868 and is the premodern era. The period marks the governance of the Edo or Tokugawa shogunate, which was officially established in 1603 by the first Edo shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu. The period ended with the Meiji Restoration, the restoration of imperial rule by the 15th and last shogun Tokugawa Yoshinobu. The Edo period is also known as the beginning of the early modern period of Japan.

An evolution had taken place in the centuries from the time of the Kamakura shogunate, which existed in equilibrium with the imperial court to the Tokugawa. When the bushi became the unchallenged rulers in what historian Edwin O. Reischauer called a "centralized feudal" form of government. Instrumental in the rise of the new was Tokugawa Ieyasu, the main beneficiary of the achievements of Oda Nobunaga and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Already powerful, Ieyasu profited by his transfer to the rich Kantō area. He maintained 2.5 million koku of land, had a new headquarters at Edo, a strategically situated castle town (the future Tokyo), and had an additional two million koku of land and thirty-eight vassals under his control. After Hideyoshi's death, Ieyasu moved quickly to seize control from the Toyotomi family.

During the Sengoku period in 16th century Japan, the Toyotomi clan began to thrive. Originating in Owari Province, the Toyotomi served as retainers to the Oda clan throughout the Sengoku period. The most influential figure within the Toyotomi was Toyotomi Hideyoshi, one of the three "unifiers of Japan." Hideyoshi had joined Oda Nobunaga (another of the unifiers and the ruler of the Oda clan at the time) at a young age, but due to his peasant background he was not highly regarded. Nevertheless, Hideyoshi's influence increased to the extent that he was able to seize a significant degree of power from the Nobunaga clan following Oda Nobunaga's death in 1582. Hideyoshi nursed a profound ambition to rule as shogun over all Japan, but his lack of noble birth made this an impossible ideal. During Tokugawa Ieyasu's Siege of Osaka in the year 1614, the Toyotomi Clan fell apart thus the Tokugawa clan became the ruling clan of Japan.

Have you ever meet with someone that you don't know and you have something to deal with them. The point is, I want to share some info on how to make a small talk.I mean, how to start the conversation..
Check it guys!!

1.Keep up with current events. Make small talk about the news, sports, your community, or politics (politics is unnecessary..unless no point at all;)

2.Comment on a piece of clothing or accessory. Ask where it came from, the shop, how much it cost (just kidding..heheh). Making small talk is about being observant about people you don't know well.

2.Pay attention to what they're saying. When you're making small talk, for instance, If they mention that they're exhausted, follow up on it. When you're making small talk, remember that great conversations and good connections can be just around the corner.

3.Ha!!Talk about tv. Share your favourite tv shows - whether it's Oprah's revelation of The Secret or the your favorite sitcom. Making small talk about pop culture is easy and fun.
Making small talk is easier when your memory is good.

4.Ask open-ended questions that require an explanation. For example, "How are you?" Remember that anything is a potential topic of conversation. You can even talk about how uncomfortable you are making small talk – and ask them how they do it.

5.Relax. Enjoy yourself. People are interesting! If you combine these tips for making small talk with sincere interest, you'll embark on an interesting conversational ride.

6.Let it go. If the conversation feels bored and you can't connect with everyone, and some conversations simply refuse to take life! Making small talk involves knowing when it's time to move on.

Actually, we have to be cool and calm dealing with someone that we not know.Maybe,we have a chemistry and end up with cool friendship..Don't shy to start and if you start it first, you will be seing as a very confident person.. That's all.

I would like to share with you all about medical information.Which is about "hernia"..

A hernia occurs when the contents of a body cavity bulge out of the area where they are normally contained. These contents, usually portions of intestine or abdominal fatty tissue, are enclosed in the thin membrane that naturally lines the inside of the cavity. Although the term hernia can be used for bulges in other areas, it most often is used to describe hernias of the lower torso (abdominal-wall hernias).

Hernias by themselves may be asymptomatic (produce no symptoms), but nearly all have a potential risk of having their blood supply cut off (becoming strangulated). If the blood supply is cut off at the hernia opening in the abdominal wall, it becomes a medical and surgical emergency.

In this beutiful evening of Friday, i would like to share with all of you about some information tittled "How To Build a Sand Castle"
Things that u will need:
* Bucket
* Shovel
* Wet Sand
* Shells
* Seawater
* Sand Crabs
Steps:
1. Find an area to build your sand castle. It is recommended to build the castle where the sand is wet, but not too far away from where the waves wash up on shore. Level out a pad of wet sand with your hand. The pad should be slightly bigger than your sand castle will be.

2. Scoop some wet sand into a bucket. Fill it up almost to the top, and make sure it is packed in tight. Turn it upside down on your smooth patch of wet sand. With one hand, tap the bottom of the bucket, and with the other, hold the bucket still. Lift the bucket up. The wet sand inside should have taken shape of the bucket. The wetter the sand the better.

3. Repeat step 2 as many times as you desire. Try to arrange the castles in a sort of shape.

4. Collect some shells. Stick them on your castle for decoration.

5. With your shovel, dig a moat around the castles. Pad the sand in the moat very tightly. Get your bucket and collect some seawater. Pour the seawater in the moat.

6. Collect some Sand crabs. You can find sand crabs by digging a hole in the sand at the very edge of the wash from the waves. Allow water to enter the hole, and swish it around. You should see sand crabs darting through the water before they quickly bury themselves in the sand. These crabs will be the people in your castle. They dig though, so you will have to pad the sand around your castle very tightly so they don't escape.

used your own creativity to create a baeutiful sand castle.Do not forget to build it when u go picnic at the beach.=)

Today is a very friday day.hoo hoo
and so i would like to post a comment on how to live longer and healthier.Improved health care and living conditions have helped many more people to live longer.Eat a balanced diet.Eat more fruits and vegetables, less starches, trade white or processed foods and breads for whole grain and whole wheat, and choose fresh over packaged.Other than that, keep your weight under control. Keeping your weight under control can help you live longer, and healthier, by helping you avoid the conditions that play havoc with your body. And lastly, exercise. Regular exercise, at least 30 minutes a day as has been suggested, helps improve your mood by releasing the "feel good" chemicals, endorphins. Exercise your mind also with games and puzzles to keep your brain active.

Hello...

It is amazing how time passed by us so quickly. We didn't notice one month of fasting during Ramadhan is now been replaced by Syawal. Do we acknowledge the important of time? How it affect our lives and how it can alter every of our decision-makings.

Time means nothing if you don't know it's importance. What does time means to you? According to Wikipedia, time is a component of a measuring system used to sequence events.

To me this means that time captures the events occurring in our lives. Rarely can these events occurring for the second time for you to make amends of you past mistakes. You can create a new moment for yourselves but you can never turn back time to change the past.

What I am trying to say is that we can only experience that precious one second once. Yes, you may make mistakes of your own but who doesn't? We are humans and we are bound to make mistakes. Let bygone be bygone. No use of crying over spilt milk. Let us all cherish our youth and years ahead of us. Do remember our final is just around the corner. Study smart and live life to the fullest...

Assalamualiakum...I would like to share about superalloy..

A superalloy, or high-performance alloy, is an alloy that exhibits excellent mechanical strength and creep resistance at high temperatures, good surface stability, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. Superalloys typically have a matrix with an austenitic face-centered cubic crystal structure. A superalloy's base alloying element is usually nickel, cobalt, or nickel-iron. Superalloy development has relied heavily on both chemical and process innovations and has been driven primarily by the aerospace and power industries. Typical applications are in the aerospace, industrial gas turbine and marine turbine industry, e.g. for turbine blades for hot sections of jet engines.

Examples of superalloys are Hastelloy, Inconel, Waspaloy, Rene alloys (e.g. Rene 41, Rene 80, Rene 95, Rene 104), Haynes alloys, Incoloy, MP98T, TMS alloys, and CMSX single crystal alloys.

hi..I would like to continue my blogging about one of the Japan unifier during the Sengoku period, Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

Toyotomi Hideyoshi(February 2, 1536 – September 18, 1598) was a Sengoku period daimyo who unified Japan.Daimyo is a generic term referring to the powerful territorial lords in premodern Japan who ruled most of the country from their vast, hereditary land holdings. In the term, "dai" literally means "large", and "myō" stands for myōden, meaning private land.

He succeeded his former liege lord, Oda Nobunaga, and brought an end to the Sengoku period. The period of his rule is often called the Momoyama period, after the name of Hideyoshi's castle. He is noted for a number of cultural legacies, including the restriction that only members of the samurai class could bear arms. Hideyoshi is regarded as Japan's second "great unifier.

By tradition, he was born in what is now Nakamura-ku, Nagoya , the home of the Oda clan. He was born of no traceable samurai lineage, being the son of a peasant-warrior named Yaemon. He had no surname, and his childhood given name was Hiyoshi-maru ("Bounty of the Sun") although variations exist.

Toyotomi Hideyoshi had been given the nickname Kozaru, meaning "little monkey", from his lord Oda Nobunaga because his facial features and skinny body resembled that of a monkey.

Many legends describe Hideyoshi being sent to study at a temple as a young man, but that he rejected temple life and went in search of adventure. Under the name Kinoshita Tōkichirō, he first joined the Imagawa clan as a servant to a local ruler named Matsushita Kahei. He traveled all the way to the lands of Imagawa Yoshimoto, daimyo of Suruga Province, and served there for a time, only to abscond with a sum of money entrusted to him by Matsushita Yukitsuna.

Hideyoshi was very successful as a negotiator. In 1564 he managed to convince, mostly with liberal bribes, a number of Mino warlords to desert the Saitō clan. Hideyoshi approached many Saitō clan samurai and convinced them to submit to Nobunaga, including the Saitō clan's strategist Takenaka Hanbei.

how to gain weight:

While most people struggle to lose weight, there are those out there who are trying to gain weight. Whether it is to make a team, or you just decided that being too skinny has a lot of drawbacks, some people decide they have to put on a few pounds. Here's how to put on some weight in a healthy way.Firstlly, determine how many calories your body requires per day to maintain your existing weight by calculating your resting metabolic rate (RMR). Find a calculator online or use the following equation. And then calculate how many calories you need to consume per day to gain weight. Add at least 500 calories per day to your daily requirement. If you need 2300 calories a day to maintain your current weight, strive to consume 2800 calories daily. And most importantly change your eating habits. Aim for three large meals and 2-3 hefty snacks per day.[3] Drink shakes, milk, or juice instead of water, coffee, tea, or diet soda.Eat more protein. Protein is essential for body function to build and repair muscle tissue. If you don't consume enough protein from raw foods or protein supplements then gaining weight and building muscle will be unachievable.

Friends..maybe this topic is too common, but someday,we will need it in our future undertaking..We will undergo working life, and to apply the work,we must have our resume,a good resume to make trust why the company have to hire us...

HOW TO WRITE A GOOD RESUME

Believe it or not, like a good cover letter, a good resume can make or break a person being short-listed for an interview. It's important to ensure that your resume covers everything in order for the employer to get a complete picture of you and what you can offer the company. With a quality resume, insyaAllah you'l be hire in the company..

Step 1.
Keep resumes to a maximum of 2 pages long. Employers receive a lot of resumes for one position and won’t have the time to go through a 3- or 4-page resume. If I'm one of the employer,I might get boring..

Step 2
List an objective at the beginning of your resume and target it to the company that you are applying to. Objectives give the employer an idea of what you are looking for.Right?h;)

Step 3
Move things around. Have more than one resume layout. For example, if you are short on work experience that would relate to the position you are applying for but have volunteer experience that matches, put that first. It’s best to have relevant information first in order to keep the employer's attention.

Step 4
Don’t put "Reference available upon request" at the end of your resume. All employers know that and it doesn’t need to be stated.

Step 5
Consider whether you need to add your interests. In most cases it is unnecessary information that takes up valuable space.

Step 6
Use bullet points when describing job duties. This is easier to read than big paragraphs.

Step 7
Always use specifics if you can. For example, if you were applying for a mechanical engineer you might mention what you're profesional on.

Step 9
Have an "Additional Information" section at the end of your resume and add any special achievements or honors, especially if they relate to the position for which you are applying.

Useful info..;)

No matter how you live your life it’s guaranteed that you will encounter stresses. here are some tip or some ways to relax and to keep away from stresses. I realise it can be difficult to find spare time which is why I’ve tried to pick out five great ways to relax that are both effective and time efficient. but these ways could help to remain stres-free throughout the day.
1) meditation
First you need a space where you will be undisturbed for fifteen minutes or so.
The aim of meditation is to clear your mind of all mental chatter. The best way to do this if you are a beginner is to focus entirely on your breathing. Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth. Pay attention to how the air feels as it flows through your nose to your lungs and then out again.
2) aromatherapy
Aromatherapy may be the easiest way to relax there is. You can go the whole hog and splash out on enough incense and candles to fill your house but just as good is to have a few bowls of lavender scented potpourri scattered around wherever you spend most of your time. Scientific studies have noted lavender’s calming effects as well as its ability to help with insomnia and depression.
3) exercise
do a simple exercise at least 3 times per week and 20 minutes per session.A simple walk around the block will get your heart rate going and release endorphins that will make you feel happier and more relaxed.
4) music
Research has shown that the style of music you listen to has a direct effect on your mood. That’s why it’s a good idea to listen to classical music especially if you’re on your way to, or back, from work. As an added bonus classical music has also been proven to boost your IQ. So not only can it make your workday a lot less stressful but it might just help you earn a promotion too!
5) music
hypnosis helps to clear your head of mental chatter. At the same time though you can also use hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind to achieve powerful internal changes. Whether you use this to gain a more optimistic outlook or improve your confidence is up to you.

Hi there..
How to make cappuccino are becoming not so relevant nowadays with cappuccino makers becoming more sophisticated. In fact, with single coffee makers, one can make coffee with the press of a button!
So, why would anyone still want to know, how to make coffee without these technologically advanced cappuccino machines?

Well, regardless of how convenient or easy the machines has allowed us to get the exact taste of cappuccino, there is a limitation in the "how to make foam" for this drink area.

Personally, I think when it comes to making cappuccino froth, only our "hand" can do a good job.

And here, we would learn how to make cappuccino without the use of any cappuccino machine. But before that, what is this drink all about? It is actually:

1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 froth.

And I would want to point out here that the froth is actually the main difference between latte vs cappuccino. So, if you want to learn how to make latte, it is actually cappuccino without the froth...

Of course, it is the froth that has given cappuccino so many fans. And to make good cappuccino, it is to first learn how to do the froth, and here we are going do it without the use of any machine!
thank you..

how to lose weight:

While there are many things you can do to shed pounds, losing weight too quickly, like any sudden change to your body, can be dangerous. While fad diets, diet pills, and fasting may indeed induce rapid weight loss, these methods can cause you to lose muscle and may also injure your heart and other organs fairly quickly. The best solution? Don't go for an overnight miracle. Instead, follow these steps to lose fat rapidly, healthily, and sustainably.so here are some ways on how to lose weight.Firstly, you must determine your daily calorie intake.Losing weight is simply a matter of expending more calories than you take in, through exercise and your daily activities. And then, watch your portion sizes. Opening a bag of rice cakes and eating all of them in one sitting isn't going to help you lose weight. When eating chips, nuts, or dried fruit put a portion in a small bowl and then put the bag away.Plan your meals. Look for healthy, delicious meals online or in your cookbooks, and create a menu for the week. Make sure that your meal plan reduces your total calorie intake: you're not going to lose weight if you consume the same amount of calories by eating different foods. Make a list of what you'll need for these meals,To win the battle, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day.Other than that, drink plenty of water. Adequate water is essential for health, and a great many people simply don't get enough. What's more, if you're chronically dehydrated, your body will retain water in unflattering places, so if you make sure to get plenty of fluids you can start visibly trimming down in as little as a day. Remember, the more you exercise, the more water you'll need. And lastly,be consistent and disciplined, and have self motivation. To lose weight effectively, you need to stick to your weight loss plan religiously so as to see results. When you have the thought of giving up, visualize how good you will look when you manage to slim down successfully

HOW TO MAKE AN EGG FACIAL MASK!!!!
Want to have healthy glowing skin without paying for expensive face products? Just go to your fridge and pull out an egg. This is particularly good for oily skin.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
* Two Glasses/Small Bowls
* 1 Egg
* Water
* Washcloth
* Headband (optional)
STEPS:
# Get two small bowls.

# Crack one egg into one bowl.

# Separate the yolk and put it into the other bowl. Optional: Add a few drops of lemon juice if you have oily skin. It will help eliminate oil. Don't try it if you have dry skin, however, as it will irritate the skin.

# Spread the egg white around your face in circular upward motions while avoiding the eyes.

# Wait 15-30 minutes. You want it to 'harden' on your face.

# Break the egg white off of your face.

# Spread yolk around face in the same manner as the egg white.

# Wait 15-30 minutes.
# Wash the egg yolk off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Hi...

What is a soulmate? How can you be sure that someone is your soulmate?
Well... It is said that a soulmate is your twin soul or that someone you considered to be your other half and need to always by your side for to be able to live. Wow!

I think that a soulmate is someone who can dedicate their lives to the person he or she is in love with. He or she must also be able to accept that person no matter what the other person's weaknesses.

To be able to do these and to stay together for the rest of our lives is what soulmate really means. Fights are natural in lives but to live together without one person giving up on each other even through all the fights and years passed by is what made a couple to be a twin soul.

I am sure all of us want that kind of marriage in our lives. Your soulmate might come tomorrow, next year or that person might even be your bestfriend that you had live together with for your whole life. We never know...

I went to a camp at Genting Highlands last week.I had learn many things and now this is the time to share the a little bit of what I had learn in the 3 days camping.
I had learn about the most important thing is be humble.Although this moral value we had already learned during primary school but have we really applied it in our life?Maybe someone among us did it,but do you think they will be the same when they are high ranking or respectable ?
I met many friends during the camp, some of them are politician, business man and also office worker.Although some of them can earn more then one million a month but they still very humble. They don't like to show off and tell others how success they are.All of the information about them are come from their friends who are very close to them.
Is it humble is one of the way can help them to success? This is an unknown.
Anyway we have to hold this good moral value in our life.

Hey guys, do you know the story behind our Moon Cake Festival? Now let me tell you something about this.
Long time ago the earth once had ten suns circling over it, each took its turn to illuminate to the earth. But one day all ten suns appeared together, scorching the earth with their heat. The earth was saved by a strong and tyrannical archer Hou Yi. He succeeded in shooting down nine of the suns. One day, Hou Yi stole the elixir of life from a goddess. However his beautiful wife Chang Er drank the elixir of life in order to save the people from her husband's tyrannical rule. After drinking it, she found herself floating and flew to the moon. Hou Yi loved his divinely beautiful wife so much, he didn't shoot down the moon.
Then our ancestors start to believe that there got an angle on the moon so we are start to celebrate this festival.

What is the most important thing for your life?Your money?Your job?Your healthy or any thing else?
For me I think the most important thing in our life is our family.
Firstly,if our mother never bring us to this world, how can we are over here to study in UMP? In addition your parents not only bring you to here ,they are also educate you and earn money to let you study in school.During you are young ,for sure you will ask for your parent's help when you are facing any critical problems.
When we are matured,we will getting marry. Our wife or husband will be the the main character in our life because they are the person who can solve the problems together with you. They are also the people who can give you support and suggestion when you have to make a big deal.
When you are old and your movement starting to slow down, you have to depend on your son and daughter for daily life.
No wonder in what age you are, your family will always be your back-bone to support on your way to success.

For me I believe that this will be happen in any time .We are just a human being ,there is nothing we can do other then protect our environment from pollution and stop grabing our earth's treasure such as mineral and woods.
Start to love our nature now ,maybe it's still not too late.Eventhough anythings you did look like nothing help to our nature but your God know that you are trying to do something to protect the earth which is created by Him.The people around you such as your friend and family maybe will follow your foot steps also. When all the force can gether-together,I believe that our environment will become better then now.
Try to do something to help our earth and also the future for ourself.

Coffee. It is the health drink for you? If the answer is yes or else, why do you say so? There are recent studies that suggest moderate coffee consumption may be good for you. The research in The Journal of the American Medical Association found those drinking three cups days were five times less likely to develop Parkinson’s. A Harvard School of Public Health study men who drank more than six cups per days can reduce their risk for Type 2 diabetes by 50 percent and women by nearly 30 percent. The Japan’s Cancer Institute says 3 to 4cups per days may halve the risk of liver cancer. But the British Dietetic Association warns against drinking more because excessive coffee consumption can make us unable to sleep. And pregnant women should limit themselves by two cups per days.

Pratically,a mechanical engineer must technically qualified, creative, innovative and also able to interact with different types of peoples.Sosial skills are arguably the most important set of abilities a person can have.Communication is vitally important as we needed to be involved in discussion and presentation. We need to present our ideas. We need to collect information from varies area and aspects. An engineer also involved in fulfilling peoples requirement on certain products especially those related to our daily life...Engineers need those information to improved the quality of one products.

Firstly,we have to be stay calm all the time.Anxiety will cause your brain to function in way unsuited to speaking and listening. In addition,if your body and face give the unconscious message that you are nervous,it will be more difficult to build rapport with others.

Next, listening skills is also vital. We need to let others know you are listening. Its a way of showing respect to others too.You are advisable to have eye contact and attentiveness while the other person is talking. You can also making "I am listening" noises such as 'Uh-huh', 'really?', 'oh yes?' etc. There is a need we empathy with and interest in other's situations.

Lastly, you have to introduce yourself to others.Do not talk about yourself too much and too early actually can be a major turn-off for the other party in conversation.Good initial small-talk is often characterised by discussion of subjects not personal to either party or by an exchanging of personal views in a balanced way. However,as conversations and relationships progress, disclosing personal facts leads to a feeling of getting to know each other.

Learning some social skills is advisable and practicable.

hi there..

Today I would like to give an information about one of the premier school in our country. It is an all-boys and all-Malay school located in the royal town of Kuala Kangsar, Perak. The Malay College Kuala Kangsar (Malay College, MCKK, MC or Kolet, Koleq and sometimes dubbed "the Eton of the East") is a premier residential school in Malaysia.

The school is established on 2nd January, 1905, it was originally known as the Malay Residential School of Kuala Kangsar.

The school was the brainchild of Mr R J Wilkinson, then Inspector of Schools for the Federated Malay States. In a letter to the Resident-General dated 24th February 1904 he wrote about "establishing at a suitable locality in the F.M.S., a special residential school for the education of Malays of good family and for the training of Malay boys for admission to certain branches of Government service".

Its formation was enthusiastically supported by the then Rulers of the Federated Malay States namely Sultan Idris Murshidul ‘Adzam Shah I of Perak, Sultan Alaiddin Sulaiman Shah of Selangor, Yam Tuan Tuanku Muhammad Shah of Negeri Sembilan and Sultan Ahmad Mu’adzam Shah of Pahang.

Mr W Hargreaves, then Headmaster of Penang Free School was appointed as the first headmaster to lead the establishment of the school. The Malay College has been led by Malay headmasters since 1965.

As it was founded to educate the Malay elite, comprising of royal children and the sons of Malay nobility, few of its early students were from amongst commoner families. This changed dramatically after 1947, as a result of rising Malay nationalism. Currently, selected Malay boys aged from 12 to 17 from all around Malaysia are being educated there.

The Straits Echo on 15th April 1905 reported that a few boys were placed in cosy dormitories in Mr Hargreaves’ rented house, while the others were stabled in small houses formerly occupied by the Malayan Railway clerks. The second half of the school, conducted by Mr Vanrenen was held in a fowl house. Altogether, there were 40 boys in the first intake of the school.

The sanction for the building of a permanent school became official on 23rd December 1905, and by 1st May 1909, the Big School was first brought into use. On Saturday, 11th December 1909, the Big School was officially opened by the Sultan of Perak, and the auspicious date also marked the change in the name of the school from the Malay Residential School of Kuala Kangsar to the Malay College of Kuala Kangsar.

The change also seems to have seen greater emphasis on the original aim of MCKK, for in a report for 1910 we read: "From this school the Government have great hopes that the sons of Malays of the Raja and higher class will be educated and trained on the lines of an English Public School and be fitted to take a share in the Government of their Country".

The college celebrated its centennial celebration on 26th March 2005, attended by dignitaries, old boys, and townspeople. The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia attended the event, along with the royal rulers of the states of Perak, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan as well as the governor of Malacca.

MCKK has been the school for many prominent Malaysians such as kings, sultans, prime ministers, ministers as well as senior officials in the Government and leading figures in the private sector. MCKK boys undoubtedly fill many of the pages of "Who's Who" in Malaysia.

--->>Aurora

Auroras, sometimes called the northern and southern (polar) lights or aurorae (singular: aurora), are natural light displays in the sky, usually observed at night, particularly in the polar regions. They typically occur in the ionosphere. They are also referred to as polar auroras. In northern latitudes, the effect is known as the aurora borealis, named after the Roman goddess of dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for north wind, Boreas, by Pierre Gassendi in 1621.The aurora borealis is also called the northern polar lights, as it is only visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere, the chance of visibility increasing with proximity to the North Magnetic Pole, which is currently in the arctic islands of northern Canada. Auroras seen near the magnetic pole may be high overhead, but from further away, they illuminate the northern horizon as a greenish glow or sometimes a faint red, as if the sun were rising from an unusual direction. The aurora borealis most often occurs near the equinoxes; from September to October and from March to April. The northern lights have had a number of names throughout history. The Cree people call this phenomenon the "Dance of the Spirits." In the middle age the auroras has been called by sign of God (see Wilfried Schröder, Das Phänomen des Polarlichts, Darmstadt 1984). Auroras can be spotted throughout the world. It is most visible closer to the poles due to the longer periods of darkness and the magnetic field.

Its southern counterpart, the aurora australis or the southern polar lights, has similar properties, but is only visible from high southern latitudes in Antarctica, South America, or Australasia. Australis is the Latin word for "of the South.

--->> BlackHole

n general relativity, a black hole is a region of space in which the gravitational field is so powerful that nothing, not even light, can escape. The black hole has a one-way surface, called an event horizon, into which objects can fall, but out of which nothing can come. It is called "black" because it absorbs all the light that hits it, reflecting nothing, just like a perfect black-body in thermodynamics.Quantum analysis of black holes shows them to possess a temperature and Hawking radiation.

Despite its invisible interior, a black hole can reveal its presence through interaction with other matter. A black hole can be inferred by tracking the movement of a group of stars that orbit a region in space which looks empty. Alternatively, one can see gas falling into a relatively small black hole, from a companion star. This gas spirals inward, heating up to very high temperatures and emitting large amounts of radiation that can be detected from earthbound and earth-orbiting telescopes. Such observations have resulted in the scientific consensus that, barring a breakdown in our understanding of nature, black holes exist in our universe.

A black hole is often defined as an object whose escape velocity exceeds the speed of light. This picture is qualitatively wrong, but provides a way of understanding the order of magnitude for the black hole radius.

--->> Andromeda (not a TV series) XD

The Andromeda Galaxy (pronounced /ænˈdrɒmədə/, also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224; often referred to as the Great Andromeda Nebula in older texts) is a spiral galaxy approximately 2,500,000 light-years (1.58×1011 AU) away.in the constellation Andromeda. It is the nearest spiral galaxy to our own, the Milky Way. As it is visible as a faint smudge on a moonless night, it is one of the farthest objects visible to the naked eye, and can be seen even from urban areas with binoculars. It is named after the princess Andromeda (Greek: Ανδρομέδη – Andromédē) in Greek mythology. Andromeda is the largest galaxy of the Local Group, which consists of the Andromeda Galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy, the Triangulum Galaxy, and about 30 other smaller galaxies. Although the largest, Andromeda may not be the most massive, as recent findings suggest that the Milky Way contains more dark matter and may be the most massive in the grouping.he 2006 observations by the Spitzer Space Telescope revealed that M31 contains one trillion (1012) stars, greatly exceeding the number of stars in our own galaxy. While the 2006 estimates put the mass of the Milky Way to be ~80% of the mass of Andromeda, which is estimated to be 7.1 × 1011 solar masses,a 2009 study concluded that Andromeda and the Milky Way are about equal in mass.

At an apparent magnitude of 4.4, the Andromeda Galaxy is notable for being one of the brightest Messier objects, making it easily visible to the naked eye even when viewed from areas with moderate light pollution. Although it appears more than six times as wide as the full moon when photographed through a larger telescope, only the brighter central region is visible with the naked eye.

Hi there. Nowadays, most car are equipped with the Anti-lock Braking System(ABS).Four-wheel ABS
The four-wheel ABS or Anti-lock Braking System is designed to help the driver maintain steering control during hard braking, especially in slippery conditions.

How it works.
Imagine, you are driving a car without ABS on a slippery road after rain.Suddenly, you notice something on the road right in front of you. You hit the brakes, and try to turn aside, but the steering doesn't work; the car just skids out of control. Why.. This is because all the wheels are locked up while you are holding down the brake pedal. As a result, you lose the ability to steer the vehicle.
The four-wheel ABS can help in situations like this. It prevents the wheels from locking up, helping you maintain steering control during braking. In a similar situation, driving a car equipped with four-wheel ABS, it would be easier for you to steer your vehicle while braking.

-How the actual ABS system works

Major components of the typical ABS system include four speed sensors one at each wheel, an electronic control unit and a hydraulic control unit. The ABS computer constantly monitors the signal from each wheel speed sensor. When it senses that any of the wheels are approaching lock up during braking, the ABS computer sends the signal to the hydraulic control unit, which modulates the braking pressure for a corresponding wheel(s) preventing it from locking up.

When the ABS is activated,it is normal when you feels like rapid brake pedal pulsation with a buzzing noise.

--->> Big Bang Theory

Well, to be honest, we don't know for sure.

--->> Valkyrie (not a movie) XD

In Norse mythology, a valkyrie (Old Norse valkyrja "chooser of the slain"is one of a host of female figures who decide who will die in battle. The valkyries bring their chosen to the afterlife hall of the slain, Valhalla, ruled over by the god Odin, where the deceased warriors become einherjar. There, when the einherjar are not preparing for the events of Ragnarök, the valkyries bear them mead. Valkyries also appear as lovers of heroes and other mortals, where they are sometimes described as the daughters of royalty, sometimes accompanied by ravens, and sometimes connected to swans.

Valkyries are attested in the Poetic Edda, a book of poems compiled in the 13th century from earlier traditional sources; the Prose Edda and Heimskringla, written in the 13th century by Snorri Sturluson, and Njáls saga, a Saga of Icelanders also written in the 13th century. They appear throughout the poetry of skalds, in a 14th century charm, and in various runic inscriptions.

The Old English cognate terms wælcyrge and wælcyrie appear in several Old English manuscripts, and scholars have explored whether the terms are derived through Norse influence, or an indigenous tradition from Anglo-Saxon paganism. Scholarly theories have been proposed about the relation between the valkyries, the norns, the dísir, Germanic seeresses, and shieldmaidens. Archaeological excavations throughout Scandinavia have uncovered amulets theorized as depicting valkyries. In modern culture, valkyries have been the subject of works of art, musical works, video games, and poetry.

Planets do not have the giant bar magnets in their core and what thing that produce the magnetic field on the planet? One theory called magnetic dynamo theory says that the magnetic field can be produced by the swirling motion of the liquid conducting material at the outer surface of the planets. The materials that can conduct material have some electrical charge that is freely move. This type of liquid is like metallic hydrogen in liquid phase. Saturn and Jupiter are the example of the planets that have a large amount of compressed hydrogen in state of liquid. A moving charge will produce a magnetic field. This liquid metallic hydrogen on planets interior can be swirl if the planet is rotating quickly enough. When faster a planet rotates the more liquid metallic hydrogen that stirred up and the strong magnetic field generated.

today I want to talk about love.Do you truth love??..do you think the true love was exist??

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

the true love not only we can see from their characteristics.we should not see only their physical appearance, popularity,or wealth. These are not the qualities that God looks at and neither should we.

That all from me..we should think what love we have and what kind of love we want...that all from me..
Thank you..

there is a lot of types of cat there..but for the cost of the persian cat that my family adopt is about RM2000...the cost is depend on what type of animal that you want to adopt...

--->> Pixie
anyone ever heard of this word before?hurrmm..*wondering**

Pixies (also Pixy, Pixi, Piskies and Pigsies as they are sometimes known in Cornwall) are mythical creatures of folklore, considered to be particularly concentrated in the areas around Devon and Cornwall, suggesting some Celtic origin for the belief and name.

They are usually depicted with pointed ears, and often wearing a green outfit and pointed hat. Sometimes their eyes are described as being pointed upwards at the temple ends. These, however, are Victorian Era conventions and not part of the older mythology.

The origin of the name pixie is uncertain. Some have claimed that it comes from the Swedish dialectal pyske meaning wee little fairy.Others, however, have disputed this, claiming that due to the Cornish origin of the piskie that the term is probably Celtic in origin, though no known Celtic ancestor of the word is known.

By 1869 some were suggesting that the name Pixie was a racial remnant of Pictic tribes. This suggestion is still met in contemporary writing, but there is no proven connection and the etymological connection is doubtful.

Pixies are variously described in folklore and fiction. In the legends associated with Dartmoor, Pixies (or Piskeys) are said to disguise themselves as a bundle of rags to lure children into their play. The pixies of Dartmoor are fond of music and dancing. These Pixies are said to be helpful to normal humans, sometimes helping needy widows and others with housework.

Hi there. With the knowledge of our biomechanical engineering we might be able to combine parts of android onto human. Rather than having an static-artificial arm for example, we can replace make an arm that move. Allow me to give you a brief on androids.

An android is a robot or synthetic organism designed to look and act like a human. The word derives from the genitive of the Greek anēr, meaning "man". Though the word derives from a gender-specific root, its usage in English is usually gender neutral. The term was first mentioned by St. Albertus Magnus in 1270 and was popularized by the French writer Villiers in his 1886 novel L'Ève future, although the term "android" appears in US patents as early as 1863 in reference to miniature human-like toy automatons.

The Intelligent Mechatronics Lab, directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi at the Tokyo University of Science, has developed an android head called Saya, which was exhibited at Robodex 2002 in Yokohama, Japan. There are several other initiatives around the world involving humanoid research and development at this time, which will hopefully introduce a broader spectrum of realized technology in the near future. Now Saya is working at the Science University of Tokyo as a guide.

Today I want to share with you guys on how to choose eyeglass that suits your face.
Actually, for many of us, the most important aspect of choosing eyeglass frames is how they look on our face. So, you have to be very particular on this. To do so, you simply need to determine your face shape and coloring, and understand which eyeglass frame styles and colors would look best on you.

We should consider three main points when choosing an eyeglass frame for your face shape, according to The Vision Council:

* Eyewear should repeat your personal best feature (such as a blue frame to match blue eyes).
* The frame shape should contrast with your face shape.
* The frame size should be in scale with your face size.

Types of faces...

1.Round
A round face has curved lines with the width and length in the same proportions and no angles. To make a round face appear thinner and longer, try angular narrow eyeglass frames to lengthen the face, a clear bridge that widens the eyes, and frames that are wider than they are deep, such as a rectangular shape.
Oval faces need eyeglass frames that are at least as wide as the broadest part of the face.

2.Oval
An oval face is considered to be the ideal shape because of its balanced proportions. To keep the oval's natural balance, look for eyeglass frames that are as wide as (or wider than) the broadest part of the face, or walnut-shaped frames that are not too deep or too narrow.

3.Oblong
An oblong face is longer than it is wide and has a long straight cheek line and sometimes a longish nose. To make the face appear shorter and more balanced, try frames that have more depth than width, decorative or contrasting temples that add width to the face, or a low bridge to shorten the nose
Faces in the shape of a base down triangle look great with glasses that have color accents, details on the top half of the frame, or cat eye shapes.

4.Base-Down Triangle
A base-down triangular face has a narrow forehead and widens at the cheek and chin areas. To add width and emphasize the narrow upper third of the face, try frames that are heavily accented with color and detailing on the top half or cat-eye shapes.

With this small guide, I hope you can match your face with your suitable eyeglass. If you make a wrong match, maybe your face will looks older than the real you..heee...okay,check it up..daa!!! Want more information? try this http;//www.allaboutvision.com

how to be happy?
isn't that the thing that all of us strive to find and keep? Nobody is happy all of the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others.these are some tips on how to be happy.firstly stay close to friends and family.Or move to where other members are-so you can see them more. We live in a mobile society, where people follow jobs around the country and sometimes around the world.secondly,Smile. Science suggests that when you smile, whether you feel happy or not, your mood will be elevated. Moreover, studies show that happiness is contagious. With this in mind, consider the implications for happiness that the very act of smiling at another in passing has on not only our psyche, but that of the larger good. More importantly, when we smile at another, it shouldn't be with the expectation of having a smile in return. And thirdly, don't take things to heart. Just because one person tells you something doesn't mean it's true, even if it is try to be optimistic about it, remember - just because one person is against you doesn't mean the whole world is.

salam..friends,today i would like to share with you about astronomy.astronomy or astron(from the Greek words) is the study of celestial objects such as stars, planets, comets, and galaxies.the knowledge of astronomy also include the study of the phenomena that originate outside the earth atmosphere such as the cosmic background radiation.
all of these are related to physics, chemistry meteorology, and motion of celestial objects, as well as the formation and development of the universe.

Astronomy is one of the oldest sciences. Astronomers of early civilizations performed methodical observations of the night sky, and astronomical artifacts have been found from much earlier periods. However, the invention of the telescope was required before astronomy was able to develop into a modern science. Historically, astronomy has included disciplines as diverse as astrometry, celestial navigation, observational astronomy, the making of calendars, and even astrology, but professional astronomy is nowadays often considered to be synonymous with astrophysics.

The effects of air pollution
Air pollution can affect our health in many ways with both short-term and long-term effects. Different groups of individuals are affected by air pollution in different ways. Some individuals are much more sensitive to pollutants than are others. Young childrenoften suffer more from the effects of air pollution. People with health problems such as asthma, heart and lung disease may also suffer more when the air is polluted. The extent to which an individual is harmed by air pollution usually depends on the total exposure to the damag of chemicals, the duration of exposure and the concentration of the chemicals must be taken into account.
Examples of short-term effects include irritation to the eyes, nose and throatOther symptoms can include headaches, nausea, and allergic reactions
Long-term health effects can include chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer, heart disease, and even damage to the brain, nerves, liver, or kidneys. Continual exposure to air pollution affects the lungs of growing children and may aggravate or complicate medical conditions in the elderly

Hi there.Do you guys know the type of fighter aircraft that our Air Force are using. Currently the Malaysian Air Force had are using the F/A-18 Hornet.

The F/A-18 "Hornet" is a single- and two-seat, twin engine, multi-mission fighter/attack aircraft that can operate from either aircraft carriers or land bases. The F/A-18 fills a variety of roles such as air superiority, fighter escort, suppression of enemy air defenses, reconnaissance, forward air control, close and deep air support, and day and night strike missions. The F/A-18 Hornet replaced the MiG29N,Hawk,and also Sukhoi.

The F/A-18 has a digital control-by-wire flight control system which provides excellent handling qualities, and allows pilots to learn to fly the airplane with relative ease. At the same time, this system provides exceptional maneuverability and allows the pilot to concentrate on operating the weapons system. A solid thrust-to-weight ratio and superior turn characteristics combined with energy sustainability, enable the F/A-18 to hold its own against any adversary. The power to maintain evasive action is what many pilots consider the Hornet's finest trait. In addition, the F/A-18 was also the Navy's first tactical jet aircraft to incorporate a digital, MUX bus architecture for the entire system's avionics suite. The benefit of this design feature is that the F/A-18 has been relatively easy to upgrade on a regular, affordable basis.

The F/A-18 has proven to be an ideal component of the carrier based tactical aviation equation over its 15 years of operational experience. The only F/A-18 characteristic found to be marginally adequate by battle group commanders, outside experts, and even the men who fly the Hornet, is its range when flown on certain strike mission profiles. However, the inadequacy is managed well with organic and joint tanking assets.

Spaghetti Squash and Chard Gratin
(Makes about 6 servings, recipe created by Kalyn with inspiration from Spaghetti Squash Gratin at Daily Unadventures in Cooking.

1 large spaghetti squash (mine was 2.5 lbs)
1 T + 1 T olive oil
2 tsp. Rosemary Garlic Rub, or any all purpose seasoning that's good on vegetables
1 large onion, diced small
1/2 tsp. Spike seasoning (optional but good)
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 T minced garlic (or less)
12-16 oz. chopped chard leaves (about 5-6 cups chopped chard, you could also use other greens like spinach, collards, or kale. The cooking times might be longer for some greens.)
2 T finely chopped fresh chives or sliced green onion
1/2 cup low fat sour cream (don't use fat free)
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese curds (put the cottage cheese in a fine strainer and rinse with cold water to get the cheese curds)
1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese plus about 1/4 cup more for topping the gratin
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Wash the outside of the spaghetti squash if needed, then cut off the stem and blossom end, stand squash upright, and using a large chef's knife, carefully cut in half lengthwise. Use a sharp spoon to scrape out seeds and the slimy material that surrounds them, and discard. Rub cut sides of squash with about 1/2 T olive oil for each half, then sprinkle each with 1 tsp. Rosemary Garlic Rub or other seasoning of your choice. Spray the roasting pan with non-stick spray, Put squash on baking sheet and pour 1/4 cup water around bottom of squash. Roast squash about 45-50 minutes, or until it separates easy into strands when pulled with a fork. Let squash cool for a few minutes, then shred into spaghetti-like strands.

While squash cooks, wash chard leaves if needed and spin dry or dry with paper towel. In two batches, stack up chard leaves on top of each other and slice into thin ribbons, then turn the cutting the board the other way and slice again into small pieces. Chop onion.

Heat 1 T olive oil in heavy frying pan, add chopped onions, season with Spike seasoning, dried thyme, and black pepper, and saute until onion is softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook about 1 minute more, then add chopped chard all at once. Cook chard about 1-2 minutes, turning a few times. until it's wilted to about half the size it was. (The chard shouldn't be completely cooked, since it will cook more in the gratin.) Turn off heat.

Put 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese in a fine strainer and rinse with cold water until only the cheese curds remain, then let drain. Spray a glass or crockery gratin dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.

Using a large fork, gently mix the chopped chives or green onion and shredded spaghetti squash into the onion/chard mixture. Combine the sour cream, drained cottage cheese curds, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg and mix into the chard/spaghetti squash mixture. Then put the combined ingredients into the gratin dish, and press down so it's evenly distributed in the dish. Sprinkle top with about 1/4 cup more Parmesan cheese.

Bake about 30-35 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling and cheese is browned on top. Serve hot.

Ellen Page stars as the title character, an independent-minded teenager confronting an unplanned pregnancy and the subsequent events that put pressures of adult life onto her.
Why i liked this movie is because the story is basically about a liberated young girl who makes a choice to continue being liberated. She had a very great family and also great friends who always always be with her all of the way .the great thing about this film is that juno,sixteen-year-old Minnesota high-schooler Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page) discovers she is pregnant with a child fathered by her friend and longtime admirer.however, her family and friends never give up on her and help her in every way until the baby was delivered and was given to a very kind married couple.

Goji Gourmet Cookies Healthy and Delicious....

I’ve had a lot of “health cookies” in my day, always trying to find something that will satisfy my sweet craving without adding too many sugars and processed carbohydrates. Yeah, I know- a fruitless endeavor, but I still try.

Then Goji Gourmet came and introduced me to their Goji Gourmet cookies. I’ll never go back. I recently wrote review of the [me] & goji cereal, which is a fantastic way to get healthy, delicious cereal mixed just how you like it. This of these cookies as the same, except for dessert, and the only decision you have to make is when to stop eating the delicious little guys.

These are real cookies, not the “we will market these as cookies but actually they will taste more like stale bread” type health cookies. You don’t have to settle for a good tasting health cookie, these are delicious cookies that just happen to be healthy, packed with superfoods (walnuts, ginger, almonds, oats, cocoa, etc.) antioxidants, and organic goji berries.

They come in 4 fantastic flavors, but even more fantastic are their ingredient lists. Generally with the cookies the first five ingredients are a combination of refined flour and sugars. Check these out:

Goji Orange MintChip- Organic white whole wheat flour, organic goji berries, natural buckwheat honey, organic butter, raw turbinado sugar

Goji Almond Oat- Organic white whole wheat flour, organic goji berries, organic oats, natural buckwheat honey, natural almonds

Goji Ginger Walnut- Organic white whole wheat flour, organic goji berries, organic crystallized ginger, natural buckwheat honey, natural walnuts

Goji Cherry Cocoa- Organic white whole wheat flour, organic goji berries, natural buckwheat honey, organic cacao powder, dried cherries

There are 8 cookies per bag, with 100 calories per 4 cookies. They are low calorie, low carb, and delicious. They are also low sugar, as Goji Gourmet prefers to use buckwheat honey instead of refined sugar. Perhaps most surprising is these little guys are preservative-free, so they are just like fresh baked, with the taste and texture to match.

What’s a Goji berry you ask? Gojis are form the Himalayan Mountains that have an impressive nutritional profile. The sweet berries have 10x the amount of antioxidants of blueberries, more beta carotene than carrots, and more iron than spinach. That’s one powerful berry.

It might seem silly "How to choose a perfume that suits you", but like shoes, make up, hairstyles and clothes some things compliment us, and others don't. How often have you smelled a friends perfume and commented how gorgeous it is, but when you apply the same perfume to your own skin the scent is somewhat different and you dislike it. That's because we've all got different skin, and our skin allows a fragrance to come to life. Sometimes when blended with your own chemistry a perfume smells sensational, and at other times hideous... however it means that whichever perfume you choose it will be unique!

Depending upon your personality and preference, perfume tones range from deep, dark, and mysterious (vanillas, sandalwood, and patchoulli), to light, outgoing, airy, and romantic (citrus, rose, gardenia and jasmine). What part of your personality do you want to express and accentuate? What would you like to bring out that isn’t apparent to others most of the time?

It may be that brunettes choose deeper, darker fragrances and most blondes and redheads choose the lighter and fresher tones. But, you may be a person who just loves the deepness of sandalwood with musk and happen to be a blonde! Fragrances are fun to experiment with this way.

assamualaikum...What is nanotechnology? Before, the onlt thing that i know about this. is the technology used to make something smaller. Now I have realised that nanotecnology is far greater than that.Nanotechnology, shortened to "nanotech", is the study of the control of matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Generally nanotechnology deals with structures of the size 100 nanometers or smaller, and involves developing materials or devices within that size. Nanotechnology is very diverse, ranging from extensions of conventional device physics, to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, to developing new materials with dimensions on the nanoscale, even to speculation on whether we can directly control matter on the atomic scale.Nanotechnology has the potential to create many new materials and devices with wide-ranging applications, such as in medicine, electronics, and energy production. Modern synthetic chemistry has reached the point where it is possible to prepare small molecules to almost any structure. These methods are used today to produce a wide variety of useful chemicals such as pharmaceuticals or commercial polymers. This ability raises the question of extending this kind of control to the next-larger level, seeking methods to assemble these single molecules into supramolecular assemblies consisting of many molecules arranged in a well defined manner.

Areas of physics such as nanoelectronics, nanomechanics and nanophotonics have been evolved during the last decades to provide a basic scientific foundation of nanotechnology. So as biomechanical student,we mmust thing on how to create a strong bond between nanotech and biomechanical field.

How to Deal When Jealousy Rears Its Ugly Head

Are you the jealous type? Does your mind real over the thought of what your partner is doing when you’re not around? If so, you are well aware that living in a jealous brain is no fun at all. But if you are the jealous type, there are things you can do to help you cope and make you a better partner.

1. Face a trust issue. Has your partner given you a reason to doubt his or her loyalty? If not, then continue to trust and not react to imagined problems. I have had to deal with my own reluctance to trust people my entire life. A few bucks on therapy let me know something I should have figured out on my own. My trust issues had a lot to do with the fact that one of my parents would leave unannounced for weeks or even months on end when I was a kid. Once I was able to identify my feelings of distrust as residual issues from back in the day, I knew there was no point in living the present from my view of the past.

2. Recognize your own insecurity. Jealousy is insecurity in disguise. Rather than taking a good look at yourself to determine why you are feeling insecure, it is much easier to fool yourself that someone else’s actions are really the problem. Find out why you are feeling insecure. Make a personal inventory and list the things about yourself that you find to be wonderful and also make a list of self-improvement items. Begin to work on achieving your own personal goals and start feeling better about yourself. As you feel more secure on your own, jealousy will take a backseat.

3. Need attention? Paul McCartney is credited with saying “The love you get is equal to the love you give.” When you wish your partner would be more affectionate, start being more affectionate to your partner. If you wish your partner would surprise you with a romantic dinner, surprise your partner with a romantic adventure. If you need attention, start to give more attention to your partner. Be the partner you wish you had.

Inability to trust, feelings of insecurity, and the need for attention can crumble any relationship. If you are unable to trust your partner or if they aren’t giving you the attention you deserve or need, it may be time to consider therapy, or the cheaper, less-heady option, a breakup. If a person is going to be unfaithful or leave you, spending one moment being jealous or insecure will not change their mind. Love is a risk. If you’re not a person who can take chances, it may be time to head back to the single life.

You and your partner each deserve to love and be loved without negative emotions. Feeling insecure and jealous at times is natural in any relationship, but when these feelings creep up, recognize them for what they are, and communicate openly with your partner. Love your partner the way you want to be loved and hopefully the feelings of jealousy will fade.

do you guys know what is actually songkok is?? I know that you guys usually seen the songkok will be wearing by muslim when they want to go for pray,or something else..but do you guys know details about the songkok??...

based on my reading,a songkok is a traditional Malay cap in the shape of a truncated cone, most of them in black color and made of cotton or velvet..

It is widely worn in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, the southern Philippines and southern Thailand, mostly among Muslims...

It is commonly worn with the traditional outfit for Malay men..it is also worn by male Malays in formal situations such as wedding feasts, funerals or festive occasions such as the Muslim Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha and came to be associated with Islam in Malaysia...

However in Indonesia,it is worn as part of the local dress and is also worn by non-Muslims..in Malaysia and Indonesia, the songkok has become the national headdress with secular nationalist connotations made popular by Sukarno...

In Malaysia, traditional Malaysian men's attire consists of a songkok, shirt, matching pants and waist wrap that is called a baju melayu...

Hello...

I am sure most of you have use YouTube as a source of entertainment. I know I've had. It is a great source of entertainment as it contains thousands or even millions of videos that YouTubers can enjoy watching.

How did YouTube started? Well, it was created by three peoples, Steve Chen, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim on February 2005.

Basically. YouTube contains variety of videos such as movie clips, movie trailers, music videos and even short original videos from amateurs.

Unregistered users can only watch limited videos while registered users can upload any videos that they wish to and also watch any videos including the one that are considered to be potentially having offensive contents such as videos containing defamation or pornography since registered users have the age of over 18.

This may considered to be the drawback of using YouTube that users that are above 18 will be able to find certain videos that are not suitable for Malaysian culture. There are also people under the age of 18 that are able to make a fake account and eventually manage to watch some videos that will be considered offensive in Malaysian.

Some countries like People' Republic of China, Morocco, Thailand and Turkey had blocked YouTube for the sake of their people and also countries.

Extra information about perfume.Actually, perfume have three layers:

Top note: This is what you smell immediately after applying the perfume. It is your first impression, but is also very volatile. It
fades quickly.

Middle note: For several minutes to an hour after applying perfume, you can smell the middle note. The smell of the perfume mellows.

Base note: After thirty minutes, you smell the base note. It blends with the middle note to provide the main theme of the perfume. The base note is the richer smell.

I never know about this before until i've read about this article.Im currently just used the perfume without knowing that it have note that need to be take care of so that the smell can be penetrate through our sense correctly.....=)

continue about exoplanets.Exoplanets or also known as extrasolar planets is a planet just like our solar system that orbitting the star other than our sun.
Exoplanets are listed in the Extrasolar Planets Encyclopedia. The vast majority have been detected through radial velocity observations and other indirect methods rather than actual imaging.

Most announced exoplanets are massive gas giant planets thought to resemble Jupiter, but this is a selection effect (bias) due to limitations in detection technology. Projections based on recent detections of much smaller worlds suggest that lightweight, rocky planets will eventually be found to outnumber extrasolar gas giants.

V6 engine is a v engine with six cylinders that mounted on the crankcase in two banks of three cylinders. It was set up with special acute angle to each other between two banks and the entire piston driving in the common crankshaft.tis has much type of V angles. That is 60 degree, 90 degree, 120 degree and others degree. This type of engine is one the popular compact engine configuration. That is shorter than straight 4 and it is same like V8 engine.

V6 engine is more compact, more rigid and less prone to tensional vibration in the crankshaft. It also can become a high performance engine that is due to its high power and the torques output and in the same times it also still maintaining great fuel economy. The modern V6 engines commonly the range in displacement from 2.5 to 4.3 L. Nissan Z, Camaro and Genesis Coupe have at least 300 horsepower (hp) at its crank.

Hey guys.If you all noticed nowadays many people like to wear sunglasses.it is a very famous trend nowadays. But in my opinion,to wear it we must first choose the right sunglasses in order to look trendy ,cooler, hotter or what so ever haa haa :).choosing the wrong shapes or color of a sunglasses will make us somehow more uglier, trust.haa haa :)but for all that Sunglasses or sun glasses are a form of protective eyewear that usually enclose or protect the eye pupil in order to prevent strong light and uv rays and increasingly blue light from penetrating. They can sometimes also function as a visual aid, as variously termed spectacles or glasses exist which feature lenses that are colored, polarized or darkened. In the early 20th century they were also known as sun cheaters (cheaters being an American slang term for glasses). Many people find direct sunlight too bright to be comfortable. During outdoor activities, the human eye can receive more light than usual. Healthcare professionals recommend eye protection whenever outside to protect the eyes from ultraviolet radiation and blue light, which can cause several serious eye problems. Sunglasses have long been associated with celebrities and film actors primarily from a desire to hide or mask their identity. Sunglasses can improve visual comfort and visual clarity by protecting the eye from glare.
Various types of disposable sunglasses are dispensed to patients after receiving mydriatic eye drops during eye examinations.
Sunglasses also offer protection against excessive exposure to light, including its visible and invisible components. The lenses of polarized sunglasses reduce glare reflected at some angles off shiny non-metallic surfaces such as water. While non-tinted glasses are very rarely worn without the practical purpose of correcting eyesight or protecting one's eyes, sunglasses have become popular for several further functions, sometimes worn even indoors or at night.
Sunglasses can be worn to hide one's eyes. They can make eye contact impossible, which can be intimidating to those not wearing sunglasses; the avoided eye contact can also show detachment of the wearer, which is considered desirable ("cool") in some circles. Eye contact can be avoided even more effectively when using mirrored sunglasses. In addition, sunglasses can also allow hiding emotions; this can range from hiding blinking to weeping and its resulting red eyes. In all cases, hiding one's eyes has thereby implications for nonverbal communication.

A tsunami is a series of water waves that is caused by the displacement of a large volume of a body of water, such as an ocean.Tsunamis are a frequent occurrence in Japan, approximately 195 events have been recorded.Due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved, tsunamis can devastate coastal regions. Casualties can be high because the waves move faster than humans can run.
As all know at December 26,2004, Tsunamis came with the big affect to human..There are many people missing their family, facilities, home and other.
The tsunami killed at least 58000 people in 12 nations. To push for this problem one alert system was design. This system is for to alert and warning to people that tsunami was come back..So please alert for this system.

Fragrance Dos:

* Do allow the fragrance to come out of itself, remember, a fragrance has three layers. Be patient!
* Do change your perfume with the change of the season. In winter you may need a stronger scent as the cold may reduce the scent's power.
* Do shop for perfume in the afternoon when your sense of smell is at its peak.
* Do wear more fragrance if you have dry skin; you will need to apply fragrances more often than those who have oily skin.
* Do apply your perfume after you have showered and dried completely.
* Do apply perfume to your pulse points for maximum effect.

Fragrance Don'ts:

* Don't wear another fragrance the day you are perfume shopping, it will react and not smell the same.
* Don't overdo it. Overpowering smells can make the people around you very uncomfortable and may even cause headaches.
* Don't spray perfume near pearls or costume jewelry. Because perfume is infused with alcohol it can strip these jewels and remove their coating.
* Don't combine perfume with deodorant or deodorant soap. The combination smell may be unpleasant.
* Don't buy perfume without testing it on your own skin first. Spray a little on your skin and wear it for a few hours to see how it reacts and also to determine how long it lasts.
* Don't rub the fragrance once applied. Rubbing damages the molecules and change the notes

CELLS-THE UNITS OF LIFE

Cells, the smallest structures capable of maintaining life and reproducing, compose all living things, from single-celled plants to multibillion-celled animals. The human body contains more than 10 trillion cells. Aresult of multiple cycles of division after conception from one newly fertilized cells. This process of cellular renewal continues thoughout life, where old and weak cells are replaced by new strong one.

There are many types of components in the one unit cell, that we call ac organelles. each organelles carry out their own duty in order to ensure all the process in each cell is completely done. The organelles in cell are:-

1.Cell membrane
Every cell is enclosed by cell membrane. It maintains the integrity of a cell and controls passage of material into and out of a cell.

2.cell wall
The cell wall is a component that not all cells of living things contain.Located outside of the the plasma membrane, bacteria have cell
walls contain peptidoglycan. Plants cells have a variety of chemicals incorporated in their cell walls. Cellulose is the most common chemical in the primary cell wall of a plant cell.

3.Nucleus
The nucleus can lie in the most varied position within cells. The nucleus determines the basic structure and function of a give cell.

4.Cytoplasm
Involved in protein synthesis. the cytoplasm is the material between the cell membrane and nucleus. All organelles are embedded in cytoplasm.

5.Vacuole
Vesicular structures of varying size can often be seen in the nucleoli and cytoplasm of living cells. They are single membrane organelles that are essentially part of the outside that located within the cells. Many organism use vacuole as a storage areas.

6.Ribosome
Are site of protein synthesis. They are not membrane-bound organelles.Biochemically, the ribosome consists of ribosomal RNA and some 50 structural proteins.

7.Mitochondria
Contain their own DNA and are thought to represent bacteria like organism. The function as the site of energy release and for ATP formation.

8.Golgi Apparatus
Golgi Body are flattened stacks of membrane-bound sacs. They function as a packaging plants, modifying vesicles from the rough E

SMOKING AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE

Cigarette and tobacco smoke, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, physical inactivity, obesity and diabetes are the six major independent risk factors for coronary heart disease that you can modify or control. Cigarette smoking is so widespread and significant as a risk factor that the Surgeon General has called it "the leading preventable cause of disease and deaths in the United States."

Cigarette smoking increases the risk of coronary heart disease by itself. When it acts with other factors, it greatly increases risk. Smoking increases blood pressure, decreases exercise tolerance and increases the tendency for blood to clot. Smoking also increases the risk of recurrent coronary heart disease after bypass surgery.

Cigarette smoking is the most important risk factor for young men and women. It produces a greater relative risk in persons under age 50 than in those over 50.

Women who smoke and use oral contraceptives greatly increase their risk of coronary heart disease and stroke compared with nonsmoking women who use oral contraceptives.

Smoking decreases HDL (good) cholesterol. Cigarette smoking combined with a family history of heart disease also seems to greatly increase the risk.

What about cigarette smoking and stroke and peripheral arterial disease? Studies show that cigarette smoking is an important risk factor for stroke. Inhaling cigarette smoke produces several effects that damage the cerebrovascular system. Women who take oral contraceptives and smoke increase their risk of stroke many times. Smoking also creates a higher risk for peripheral arterial disease and aortic aneurysm.

Assalamualaikum/Hi M06,

Just I Love You & Goodbye
(poem)

Not once did I expect this to happen.
Never in my wildest dream that I’ve fallen,
To a boy who wasn’t my prince charming
Nor to someone who is my friend.

It must been your sweetness that melt my heart
Or your gentle smile could be the start.
Whatever the reason for me to feel this way
One thing I know, this strange feeling grows stronger everyday

All this time I’ve been praying
For you to see and look at me as a lady
Every now and then I woke up dreaming
That I can be your girl, not just a friend

Then reality broke me into pieces
It wounded me bad as it came to my senses.
And I’m left alone with all this heartaches

A few might have a clue
But nobody knows the pain I’ve been thru
They can’t guess the sleepless nights
Nor count the tears I’ve cried.

My friends see me smiling and laughing
Yet deep inside there’s no place for denying.
I know a have to surrender and let go
At least to cease and ease the misery

Still I’d be happy,
Coz happiness means seeing you being one.
And let me say this for once, I Love you…!
But I love you more, so Goodbye

Just I Love You & Goodbye

Star..
today,i would like to give an input about STAR,still related to astronomical field.

A star as we in our knowledge is a masssive, luminous ball of plasma that is held together by a force called gravity.and as we known, the nearest star to earth is sun.

Historically, the most prominent stars on the celestial sphere were grouped together into constellations, and the brightest stars gained proper names. Extensive catalogues of stars have been assembled by astronomers, which provide standardized star designations.

Age of Star

Most stars are between 1 billion and 10 billion years old. Some stars may even be close to 13.7 billion years old—the observed age of the universe. The oldest star yet discovered, HE 1523-0901, is an estimated 13.2 billion years old.

The more massive the star, the shorter its lifespan, primarily because massive stars have greater pressure on their cores, causing them to burn hydrogen more rapidly. The most massive stars last an average of about one million years, while stars of minimum mass (red dwarfs) burn their fuel very slowly and last tens to hundreds of billions of years.

GAlaxy...
Guys,a galaxy is massive, gravitational bound system that consist of atars and atellar remnants, an interstellar medium of gas and dust.

The name is from the Greek root galaxias, meaning "milky," a reference to the Milky Way galaxy. Typical galaxies range from dwarfs with as few as ten million stars up to giants with one trillion stars, all orbiting the galaxy's center of mass. Galaxies can also contain many multiple star systems, star clusters, and various interstellar clouds. The Sun is one of the stars in the Milky Way galaxy; the Solar System includes the Earth and all the other objects that orbit the Sun.

so, we know that our earth and our solar system are in Milky Way Galaxy, but outside there, there are many type of galaxies such as elliptical galaxy, which has an ellipse-shaped,
Spiral galaxies are disk-shaped assemblages with dusty, curving arms. Galaxies with irregular or unusual shapes are known as peculiar galaxies, and typically result from disruption by the gravitational pull of neighboring galaxies. Such interactions between nearby galaxies, which may ultimately result in galaxies merging, may induce episodes of significantly increased star formation, producing what is called a starburst galaxy. Small galaxies that lack a coherent structure could also be referred to as irregular galaxies.

There are probably more than 100 billion galaxies in the observable universe...

MILKY WAY GALAXY

The Milky Way, or simply the Galaxy, is the galaxy in which the Solar System is located. It is a barred spiral galaxy that is part of the Local Group of galaxies. It is one of billions of galaxies in the observable universe.

Its name is a translation of the Latin Via Lactea, in turn translated from the Greek Γαλαξίας (Galaxias), referring to the pale band of light formed by the galactic plane as seen from Earth (see etymology of galaxy). Some sources hold that, strictly speaking, the term Milky Way should refer exclusively to the band of light that the galaxy forms in the night sky, while the galaxy should receive the full name Milky Way Galaxy, or alternatively the Galaxy. However, it is unclear how widespread this convention is, and the term Milky Way is routinely used in either context.

Type : SBbc (barred spiral galaxy)
Diameter : 100,000 light years
Thickness : 1,000 light years
Number of stars : 100-400 billion (1–4×1011)
Oldest known star : 13.2(estimated) billion years
Mass 5.8 × 1011 M☉
Sun's distance to galactic center : 26,000 ± 1,400 light-years
Sun's galactic rotation period : 220 million years (negative rotation)
Spiral pattern rotation period: 50 million years
Bar pattern rotation period : 15 to 18 million years
Speed relative to CMB rest frame : 552 km/s

DENTAL IMPLANT

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root replacement and is used in prosthetic dentistry to support restorations that resemble a tooth or group of teeth. There are several types of dental implants. The major classifications are divided into osseointegrated implant and the fibrointegrated implant. Earlier implants, such as the subperiosteal implant and the blade implant were usually fibrointegrated. The most widely accepted and successful implant today is the osseointegrated implant, based on the discovery by Swedish Professor Per-Ingvar Branemark that titanium can be successfully fused into bone when osteoblasts grow on and into the rough surface of the implanted titanium . This forms a structural and functional connection between the living bone and the implant. A variation on the implant procedure is the implant-supported bridge, or implant-supported denture.

Assalamualaikum/Hi M06,

How the blood clots?

There are two major facets of the clotting mechanism – the platelets, and the thrombin system.
The platelets are tiny cellular elements, made in the bone marrow, that travel in the bloodstream waiting for a bleeding problem to develop. When bleeding occurs, chemical reactions change the surface of the platelet to make it “sticky.” Sticky platelets are said to have become “activated.” These activated platelets begin adhering to the wall of the blood vessel at the site of bleeding, and within a few minutes they form what is called a “white clot.”

The thrombin system consists of several blood proteins that, when bleeding occurs, become activated. The activated clotting proteins engage in a cascade of chemical reactions that finally produce a substance called fibrin. Fibrin can be thought of as a long, sticky string. Fibrin strands stick to the exposed vessel wall, clumping together and forming a web-like complex of strands. Red blood cells become caught up in the web, and a “red clot” forms.

A mature blood clot consists of both platelets and fibrin strands. The strands of fibrin bind the platelets together, and “tighten” the clot to make it stable.

In arteries, the primary clotting mechanism depends on platelets. In veins, the primary clotting mechanism depends on the thrombin system. But in reality, both platelets and thrombin are involved, to one degree or another, in all blood clotting.

COMETS

A comets is a small solar system body that orbits the sun.
When close enough to the Sun, a comet exhibits a visible coma (fuzzy "atmosphere"), and sometimes a tail, both because of the effects of solar radiation upon the comet's nucleus. Comet nuclei are themselves loose collections of ice, dust and small rocky particles, ranging from a few kilometers to tens of kilometers across.

Physical characteristics

Comet nuclei are known to range from about 100 meters to more than 40 kilometers across. They are composed of rock, dust, water ice, and frozen gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and ammonia.[9] Because of their low mass, comet nuclei do not become spherical under their own gravity, and thus have irregular shapes.

They are often popularly described as "dirty snowballs", though recent observations have revealed dry dusty or rocky surfaces, suggesting that the ices are hidden beneath the crust.Comets also contain a variety of organic compounds; in addition to the gases already mentioned, these may include methanol, hydrogen cyanide, formaldehyde, ethanol and ethane, and perhaps more complex molecules such as long-chain hydrocarbons and amino acids. In 2009, it was confirmed that the amino acid glycine had been found in the comet dust recovered by NASA's Stardust mission.

PLANETS..in solar system
Do you remember ...?

Here are eight planets in the Solar System. In increasing distance from the Sun, the planets are:

1. Mercury
2. Venus
3. Earth
4. Mars
5. Jupiter
6. Saturn
7. Uranus

how to cleans our body from toxins

1.Limiting Harmful Foods - Avoid processed and canned foods, dairy products (especially cheese), and junk foods which are full of toxins, low in nutritional value, and lack dietary fiber.

2.Eating Healthy Foods - Consume plenty of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. Regularly eat home-cooked meals (without MSG or artificial sweeteners). Raw and slightly steamed vegetables are best for vitamins and nutrients. Dried beans and other dried items are better for cooking than canned foods.

3. Drinking Purified Water - Use a reputable water filtration system to ensure the cleanest possible water is available for your household. Water coming from public water supplies will at the least contain contaminants from old piping and usually has bacteria.

4.Increasing Fluid Intake - Purified water and freshly squeezed juices help flush toxins from your body. If possible, consume only broths, pureed vegetables, water, and juices to treat your body to a liquid diet and reduce burden to your digestive system one day a week.

5.Drinking Herbal Teas - Teas made from Fenugreek, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Spearmint help promote urination and bowel movement and remove mucus along with trapped viruses and bacteria from the body.

6. Treating Constipation - Take natural laxatives like Psyllium to ensure regular bowel movements which help prevent toxins from building up in the digestive tract.

7.Reducing Exposure to Toxins - Avoid using artificial air fresheners, switch to natural brands of toiletries (cosmetics, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste), and use natural cleaning products.

today i want to share you a little bit about our health.
have you ever hear the thoracic aortic dissection? ok...
first,what is thoracic aortic dissection?

An aortic dissection actually is about the disorder of the aorta that brings a patient to the emergency room. That’s often because there is severe pain associated with this disorder.
The aorta is the main blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body and extends from the chest to the lower abdomen.

sometimes, with aging, high blood pressure, or other changes, a section of the aorta may weaken and tear. Tearing of the inner layers of the vessel walls allows blood to flow into the middle layer of the aorta, separating the inner and outer layers. This tearing is called a dissection. When the dissection occurs in the part of the aorta that runs through the chest, it’s called a thoracic aortic dissection.

who are commonly at the risk?

There is no one cause of thoracic aortic dissection. However, it’s believed that patients with atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) or high blood pressure are at increased risk of tearing of the aortic wall.

Other risk factors include:

* Family history
* Smoking
* Heart disease
* Blunt trauma to the chest
* Genetic disorders, such as Marfan syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
Aortic dissection is rare. It can affect anyone, but is most common in men ages 40 to 70.
So,for then men...keep in on your healthy lifestyle.haha

continue on the topic:thoracic aortic dissection
Guys,i have informed you the risk but what about the symptoms?

Symptoms of acute thoracic aortic dissection are often sudden and include severe pain, often described by patients as a very sharp or tearing pain in the chest or in the back between the shoulder blades. The pain may radiate to the shoulder, neck, arm, jaw, abdomen or hips, and the location may change as the aortic dissection progresses. In addition to this sharp pain, patients often suffer from:

* Dizziness
* Profuse sweating
* Rapid pulse
* Difficulty walking
* Confusion

Sometimes the dissection obstructs branches of the aorta such as the arteries to the legs, resulting in severe leg pain. If an artery to a kidney is blocked, that can result in severe high blood pressure.

Thoracic aortic dissection is under-diagnosed and under-treated because the symptoms often are mistaken for other conditions, such as a heart attack. Many people do not know they suffer from a thoracic aortic dissection. It is a potentially life-threatening condition and requires prompt and accurate diagnosis immediately after symptoms appear. If left untreated, 75 percent of sufferers die in the first two weeks and 90 percent die in the first three months.

What should we do if we suffer from these symptoms?

Acute aortic dissection is life-threatening, so it’s important to get medical attention immediately.

IMMUNE SYSTEM

As we know, we have our own ability to protect our body from any pathogenic microorganism, but there are also microorganism that our system cannot destroy them and needed troubleshooter like injection or get medicine.this happen when our body has no longer power to kill the powerful pathogens.

What is the immune system actually?

An immune system is a system of biological structures and processes within an organism that protects against disease by identifying and killing pathogens and tumour cells. It detects a wide variety of agents, from viruses to parasitic worms, and needs to distinguish them from the organism's own healthy cells and tissues in order to function properly. Detection is complicated as pathogens can evolve rapidly, producing adaptations that avoid the immune system and allow the pathogens to successfully infect their hosts.

Humans have even more sophisticated defense mechanisms. The immune systems of vertebrates consist of many types of proteins, cells, organs, and tissues, which interact in an elaborate and dynamic network. As part of this more complex immune response, the human immune system adapts over time to recognize specific pathogens more efficiently. This adaptation process is referred to as "adaptive immunity" or "acquired immunity" and creates immunological memory. Immunological memory created from a primary response to a specific pathogen, provides an enhanced response to secondary encounters with that same, specific pathogen. This process of acquired immunity is the basis of vaccination.

Disorder Immune System

Disorders in the immune system can result in disease. Immunodeficiency occurs when the immune system is less active than normal, resulting in recurring and life-threatening infections. Immunodeficiency can either be the result of a genetic disease, such as severe combined immunodeficiency, or be produced by pharmaceuticals or an infection, such as the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) that is caused by the retrovirus HIV.

Do you know how to slow down the fuel flow? This one of the ways that you can save our environment forms the air pollution. The incomplete combustion inside your car’s engine will produce a lot of carbon monoxide that very dangerous. It’s also giving the effect towards human being. In the ways try to save our environment, we also can save our money and it does also can keep our car in good condition.
First of all, you must plan your route. In the route, you must avoid the heavy-traffic areas or at the hill ways to save your fuel. Most people like to speed until full speed of the limits of the cars. That is one of the ways that fuel will use a lot. The most fuel-efficient is you just driving the car at 60-80 km/h. but it’s depending on the car. There is the car that the fuel-efficient when it drive not more than 110 km/h. when the weather is fine, just switch off the air-conditioner and open the windows. It also can reduce the fuel usage. The fuel consumption can be reducing up until 10 percent.

World's Smallest Monkeys..

These are the world's smallest monkeys. The marmosets (22 species are found in Brazil and few in adjacent tropical countries) live in both dry and wet forests. Most of them have a body 25 cm (10 in) long, with a 35 cm (14 in) long tail, while the weight is around 250 grams (0.55 pounds). The long tail, used for balance when jumping from one branch to another, is ornamented with 20 white rings. The pygmy marmoset (Callithrix pymaea) of western Amazonia is the world's smallest monkey: just 140 grams (0.3 pounds) for males and 120 grams for females.

The common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) has a very fine silky fur, hence its scientific name ("splendid fur"). Its ears are covered by large white tufts. They also have white hairs over the eyes, on the forehead. Despite their cute look, the French called them "marmosets", which means "grotesque faces".
In fact, the main threat for these monkeys is the pet trade, but also the loss of the habitat, due to deforestation, road construction and industries

Etymology of tsunami

The term tsunami comes from the Japanese, meaning "harbor" (tsu) and "wave" (nami). (For the plural, one can either follow ordinary English practice and add an s, or use an invariable plural as in the Japanese.)

Tsunami are sometimes referred to as tidal waves. In recent years, this term has fallen out of favor, especially in the scientific community, because tsunami actually have nothing to do with tides. The once-popular term derives from their most common appearance, which is that of an extraordinarily high tidal bore. Tsunami and tides both produce waves of water that move inland, but in the case of tsunami the inland movement of water is much greater and lasts for a longer period, giving the impression of an incredibly high tide. Although the meanings of "tidal" include "resembling" or "having the form or character of" the tides, and the term tsunami is no more accurate because tsunami are not limited to harbours, use of the term tidal wave is discouraged by geologists and oceanographers.

There are only a few other languages that have a native word for this disastrous wave. In the Tamil language, the word is aazhi peralai. In the Acehnese language, it is ië beuna or alôn buluëk (Depending on the dialect. Note that in the fellow Austronesian language of Tagalog, a major language in the Philippines, alon means "wave".) On Simeulue island, off the western coast of Sumatra in Indonesia, in the Defayan language the word is semong, while in the Sigulai language it is emong.

LEONARDO DA VINCI???
WHO IS HIM?????

Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (it-Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci.ogg pronunciation (help·info), April 15, 1452 – May 2, 1519) was an Italian polymath, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, musician and writer. Leonardo has often been described as the archetype of the Renaissance man, a man whose unquenchable curiosity was equaled only by his powers of invention. He is widely considered to be one of the greatest painters of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived.According to art historian Helen Gardner, the scope and depth of his interests were without precedent and "his mind and personality seem to us superhuman, the man himself mysterious and remote".

Mobile phone or in the simple name hand phone has been develop very fast in this time. There is a lot of type of hand phone has been produced by whole country. We might be usually familiar with branded hand phone like Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, LG, Motorola and more others. All of this type of hand phone has the same function like other hand phone. But each company that produce these hand phone will produce it with special function for them has their own characteristic on their mass production of their hand phone.
The history of hand phone started in the early stage of time that is on 1910. Lars Magnus Ericsson was installed a telephone inside his car but it is not a radio telephone. He uses that telephone when he cross the country and he just connect it with a long electric wire to the national telephone network. And he can accessible inside the telephone line. In 1946, the soviet engineer G. Shapiro and I. Zaharchenko successful tested their version of radio mobile phone by inside the car. That radio mobile phone can connect until 20 km far from that place. The first generation of mobile phone arrives on 3 April 1973 with the production of MotorolaDyna TAC by Motorola employee Dr. Martin Cooper. He tests that phone by calling Dr. Joel S. Engel that is head of research of AT & T’s Bell Labs while walking the street of New York City. This mobile phone is first production or 1G.
In 1990, second generation or 2G was introduce with mobile phone system like GSM,IS-136(“TDMA”), iDEN and IS-95(“CDMA”). First GSM network was open at Finland on 1991. 2G phone systems were characterized by digital circuit switched transmission and the introduction of advanced and fast phone-to-network signaling. Third generation or 3G was introduce not longer after 2G. First trial pre-commercial with 3G was launched by NTT DoCoMo in Japan in 2001. In 2002 the first 3G networks on the rival CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology were launched by SK Telecom and KTF in South Korea, and Monet in the USA. Monet has since gone bankrupt. By the end of 2002, the second WCDMA network was launched in Japan by Vodafone KK (now Softbank). In March the first European launches of 3G were in Italy and the UK by the Three/Hutchison group, on WCDMA. 2003 saw a further 8 commercial launches of 3G, six more on WCDMA and two more on the EV-DO standard. By end of 2007, there were 295 million subscribers on 3G network worldwide.

Halley's Comet

Halley's Comet or Comet Halley (officially designated 1P/Halley) is the most famous of the periodic comets and can currently be seen every 75–76 years. Many comets with long orbital periods may appear brighter and more spectacular, but Halley is the only short-period comet that is clearly visible to the naked eye, and thus, the only naked-eye comet certain to return within a human lifetime.During its returns to the inner solar system, it has been observed by astronomers since at least 240 BC, but it was not recognized as a periodic comet until the eighteenth century when its orbit was computed by English astronomer Edmond Halley, after whom the comet is now named. Halley's Comet last appeared in the inner Solar System in 1986, and will next appear in mid-2061.

Why Women Should Not Have an Abortion?
Many women in the entire world have abortions. Women believe there are many reasons to abort such as fear of having or raising a child, rape, or not having enough money. But whatever the situation, there is never an acceptable reason to get an abortion. Some important reasons why women should not abort have to do with human values, religious values, and values of conscience.
The first reason why women should not have an abortion is related to basic human values. Women need to think about their unborn babies who are not responsible for this situation. These unborn babies should have the privilege to live and grow into a normal person. Women need to be more humanitarian and less egoistic with these babies. On the other hand, the baby doesn’t know how or why he is here. It is not necessary to kill a life; there are many other solutions to resolve this problem short of abortion.
The second reason why women should not abort has to do with religious values. In almost all religions, a woman is not permitted to have an abortion. If they do, their religions will punish them. In some religions, for example, a woman cannot take communion after having an abortion, and before taking communion again, she must do many things as a form of penitence. In whatever religion, abortion is punished and for this reason, women should not abort.
Finally, the third and most important reason why women should not
abort is the related to her conscience. When a woman has an abortion, she will always think about the baby she might have had. She will always believe about the future that could have happened with her baby which will always remind her that she killed it. Because she has had an abortion, she will never have a good life, and her conscience will remind her of what she had done. Because a woman who has an abortion can’t forget about what she has done, these thoughts will always be with her, and the results can be calamitous.
There are many reasons why women should not have an abortion. The truth is that women need to think about the consequences that can occur before having sexual relations. I think that the effects of an abortion can be very sad for everyone involved, both for the woman who has the abortion and for the family who lives with her.

Computer .
now adays computer is very important for every once life.
every one use computer in study, working, teaching and many more.So Computers are all around us and can be considered a wonder of the world. Thanks to the computers, we drive computerized cars, receive letters sent by computers, astronauts can go to the space and return safely. Thus, the computer has significantly changed our world through advances in science and medicine, business and education. In fact the computer is a wonderful electronic brain that we have come to rely on.

First off, computers have contributed to the advances in science and medicine. In the sixties the U. S landed men on the moon because of computers. For example remember the first men that walk in the moon surface Neil Armstrong. We couldn't have gotten there without computers in the equipment and guiding systems. Also doctors use computers to treat patients. For example CAT scans and MRI's find diseases such as brain tumors. So computers are making it easier for doctors to tell us what's wrong with our health.

From advances in science and technology we now use computers in business. Computers are used in business to type letters and send messages

Internet

Some people say that Internet provides people with a lot of valuable information. Others think access to so much information creates problems. Which view do you agree with?

Nowadays the access to the Internet is the most important source of information. I do agree with those who say that Internet provides people with a lot of valuable information. First of all, the Internet is a big library, where you can find whatever information you like. Secondly the Internet helps you to communicate, which means to trade with the newest information with your friends and society. Thirdly the Internet gives you opportunity to purchase whatever you want without even going to the shop.

Imagine you can find a book without even going out to the library. You don’t have to spend time and money to go outside and find a book you want. You just go to Internet library and find any book you want in 2 minutes instead of spending 2 hours in search of the book you want in the library. Also, internet helps you with your work on abstracts. In days of my mother’s youth she spent the whole day in the library to find the information she needs for her abstract. But presently I spend maximum 2 hours to get the needed information.

We all have distant relatives, whom we haven’t seen for a long time. Internet gives us a chance to communicate with them by using newest technologies. You can use voice-talk and live web-camera to hear them and to see them. I think this is very valuable advantage of the Internet. If you cannot actually afford a ticket to visit your distant relatives every week, you can see them and to share the information every single day by accessing the Internet.

Nowadays, you don’t have to go to the shop to buy stuff like cameras, mobile phones, computers, refrigerators, etc. You can use the online shops to find the information about the price and item you want to buy. Then you can use your own credit card to buy the item you want. Then in a few days after the purchasing the item will be delivered to your home. I know many people that purchase everything by using online shops.

From my point of view, the Internet is a most valuable source of information. As for me, I’m using the Internet for my own goods, which help me to success in my studying

Working Mothers have Positive Effects on the Family.
Nowadays, more and more women work outside the home, which affects many people positively or negatively. Germaine Greer, the Australian feminist, said, “Most women still need a room of their own and the only way to find it may be outside their own homes.” If it is true, can it be done without having a negative effect on the family?
One point in favour of mothers working is that their children often learn to be independent from an early age, which can only be help them in the future. Also, in many families, the man’s salary alone is not enough to cover all household expenses. Thus, the need for extra income arises, and the woman has to work. Moreover, working outside the home gives a woman a sense of her own personal identity and self-confidence. A woman who stays at home will always be known as “John’s wife” and not as a person in her own right.
On the other hand, child care is expensive. Therefore, a large proportion of the money a working mother earns will be sent on childcare. What is more, if both parents are out working all day, they only see their children for a few hours in the evening. This can have a negative effect, as children may start to see their parents as strangers. Finally, working mother usually has to look after both the children and home in her spare time, so she is actually doing two jobs instead of one, which can be very tiring. She may also miss out on important events in her children’s lives, such as their first words.
To sum up, there are many arguments both for and against mothers working. Every family is different and what is good for one family may not necessarily be good for another. Taking everything into account, it should be left to the individual mother to decide whether working or not is something that she wants to do.

Private Language
The United States of America is one of the biggest countries in the world. It’s famous because of its freedom and rights of liberty. It is well known because its population comes from all over the world. The immigrants can learn the United States’ language, English, to keep this country united, but it is unfair to change their culture for an American way of life.
I believe that recent immigrants should learn English in order to live in this country. They should learn the “public language” to make a better this country. If they don’t learn English, they won’t be able to communicate and do what they want. For example, my mother’s friend came here from Ecuador three years ago. She does not speak English. One day her daughter, Anita, couldn’t breath. She didn’t know what was going on, but she told her mother to call an ambulance. When her mother called the hospital, she couldn’t talk. The operator couldn’t understand what Anita’s mother was saying Thank God; her sister arrived and called the ambulance. The doctor told her sister that if she hadn’t arrived at the hospital on time, Anita could have died. A pill had gotten stuck in her throat.
Immigrants should learn English to speak with the public, but they should also keep their language at home. The children of immigrants should learn how to speak their parents’ language. It is very important to communicate with our relatives and family, in general. If we learn English only and forget our “private language,” we won’t be able to communicate with our parents. Immigrants may replace their language with English, but it’s unfair to give up their culture. They grow up with a way of living and it is difficult to their language. They grow up with a way of living and it is difficult to change it because they are in another country. They have the right to keep their culture and values. We immigrants have the right to know where we come from and what our family’s culture is. In this way, we can transmit it to our future generation. After all, one amendment* of the constitution of this country gives us the right. It is freedom of religion, culture and speech.
In conclusion, immigrants should learn English in order to communicate with the public and to keep the country united, but they shouldn’t exchange their culture for an American way of life. They have the right to keep it

The Importance of Sport
Sport is an important part of today’s society and plays a great role in many people’s lives. It is also sometimes described as our national excitement, a mere leisure activity that somehow has become symbolic of our national character. Moreover, now more than ever, sport events dominate headlines and athletes have become national heroes. Whether we prefer to watch a football or basketball match or a race, most of us admit to have at least some sporting interest. But sport is more than an activity for watching or being interested. It's also a vehicle to form a social position, support education and economy.
The question is, does sport merit* this kind of interest and attention?
From a social standpoint*, sport plays a positive role in uniting people from different social backgrounds in support of their favorite team. This can aid* people’s understanding and tolerance of each other. However, just a sport unites people so it can divide them, as is often demonstrated by crowd violence at football matches.
As far as education is concerned, sport is an important part of every child’s schooling, as it plays a big role in both their physical and mental development. It teaches children how to work as part of a team and cooperate with others, while at the same time improving physical condition. The only drawback to this is that children who are less able to perform well in sport are likely to feel inadequate in comparison to their more gifted classmates, which may affect their self-confidence.
From the economic point of view, sport can be very profitable, as it attracts a lot of sponsorship and advertising. On the one hand this creates revenue* for the sporting industry which allows for improvement and expansion*. On the other hand large sums of money are often paid to event organizers to promote products such as cigarettes, which are harmful to one’s health.
In my opinion, sport should be used as much as possible to encourage people to lead a more healthy and peaceful life instead of being used to promote unhealthy products

Do you know about MIRAGE???

A mirage is a naturally occurring optical phenomenon in which light rays are bent to produce a displaced image of distant objects or the sky. The word comes to English via the French mirage, from the Latin mirare, meaning "to look at, to wonder at". This is the same root as for "mirror" and "to admire".

Like a mirror, a mirage shows images of things which are elsewhere. The principal physical cause of a mirage, however, is refraction rather than reflection.

In contrast to a hallucination, a mirage is a real optical phenomenon which can be captured on camera, since light rays actually are refracted to form the false image at the observer's location. What the image appears to represent, however, is determined by the interpretive faculties of the human mind. For example, inferior images on land are very easily mistaken for the reflections from a small body of water.

Mirages can be categorized as "inferior" (meaning lower), "superior" (meaning higher) and "Fata Morgana", a kind of superior mirage which consist of a series of unusually elaborate, vertically-stacked images which form one rapidly-changing mirage.

Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the intelligence of machines and the branch of computer science which aims to create it. Textbooks define the field as "the study and design of intelligent agents," where an intelligent agent is a system that perceives its environment and takes actions which maximize its chances of success.John McCarthy, who coined the term in 1956,defines it as "the science and engineering of making intelligent machines."

The field was founded on the claim that a central property of humans, intelligence—the sapience of Homo sapiens—can be so precisely described that it can be simulated by a machine. This raises philosophical issues about the nature of the mind and limits of scientific hubris, issues which have been addressed by myth, fiction and philosophy since antiquity.Artificial intelligence has been the subject of breathtaking optimism, has suffered stunning setbacks and, today, has become an essential part of the technology industry, providing the heavy lifting for many of the most difficult problems in computer science.

AI research is highly technical and specialized, deeply divided into subfields that often fail to communicate with each other. Subfields have grown up around particular institutions, the work of individual researchers, the solution of specific problems, longstanding differences of opinion about how AI should be done and the application of widely differing tools. The central problems of AI include such traits as reasoning, knowledge, planning, learning, communication, perception and the ability to move and manipulate objects.General intelligence (or "strong AI") is still a long-term goal of (some) research.

The important of breakfast
A lot of people, especially young people, go though the day without having breakfast. Many people believe that it is not necessary, or they say that they don’t have time for that, and begin their day with no meal. I believe that everyone should eat breakfast before going to their activities. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of breakfast, especially for students.
The first reason why you should eat breakfast before going to school is for your health. When you skip breakfast and go to school, you are looking for a disease because it’s not healthy to have an empty stomach all day long. It’s very important to have a meal and not let your stomach work empty. All you are going to get is gastritis and a lot of problems with your health if you don’t eat breakfast.
Another reason for eating breakfast is because you need food for to do well in your classes. You body and your brain are not going to function as good as they could because you have no energy and no strength. When you try to learn something and have nothing in your stomach, you are going to have a lot of trouble succeeding. A lot of people think that they should not eat because they are going to feel tired, but that’s not true. Breakfast is not a very big meal, and on the contrary, you’re going to feel tired if you don’t have breakfast because you have spent the entire previous night without food.
The last reason to have breakfast every day is because you can avoid diseases if you eat some breakfast in the morning. If you don’t eat, you are going to get sick, and these diseases will have a stronger effect on you because you’re going to get sick easier than people who have breakfast every day.
You have to realize that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you cannot skip it without consequences for your health, your school and your defense mechanism. It is better to wake up earlier and have a good breakfast that run to school without eating anything. It is time for you to do something for your health, and eating breakfast is the better way to start your day

hi guys..today a want to share with you about kelantan...

Kelantan is a state of Malaysia. The capital and royal seat is Kota Bharu. The Arabic honorific of the state is Darul Naim, ("The Blissful Abode").

Kelantan is positioned in the north-east of Peninsular Malaysia. It is bordered by Narathiwat Province of Thailand to the north, Terengganu to the south-east, Perak to the west, and Pahang to the south. To the north-east of Kelantan is the South China Sea.

The history of kelantan

The name Kelantan is said to be a corruption of gelam hutan, the Malay word for the cajuput, or swamp tea tree (Melaleuca leucadendron). Other theories claim the name comes from the Malay word kilatan, 'shiny/glittery' or kolam tanah, 'clay pool'. Kelantan was called Klantan by the Siamese when it was under their influence.

The ruler of kelantan state

The Sultan of Kelantan is the Constitutional Ruler of his State. The role, duties and powers of the Sultan are as laid out in the State's constitution and other state laws. The Constitution proclaims that the executive power of the state is vested in the sultan, that he is the Head of the Religion of Islam in the state and that he is the source of all honours and dignities in the state. The current ruler of the State is Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Al-Sultan Ismail Petra bin Almarhum Al-Sultan Yahya Petra.

when we talk about kelantan, the famous one that have in kelantan of course about cuisine

The Kelantanese cuisine, heavily influenced by Thai cuisine, is quite popular among Malaysians. In fact, many visitors come to Kelantan just to taste the special delicacies that cannot be found elsewhere. The use of sugar is a must in every Kelantanese kitchen, and thus most Kelantanese dishes are sweet.

Kelantanese food makes more use of coconut milk than anywhere else in the country. Curries are richer, creamier, and more influenced by the tastes of nearby Thailand.

This is a mix of white rice and brown glutinous rice (special glutinous rice) which is cooked with coconut milk (santan), blended onions and garlic and some spices (such as fenugreek) (Malay: halba). Fish or chicken curry comes as an add-on to complete the dishes together with mildly brown sugared sambal (chili paste), so it's recommended to take only a small portion as it is extremely filling. The Nasi Dagang is one of the tastiest dishes in Kelantan and goes well with fish curry, pickle, hard-boiled eggs.

salam... hi guys..

continue about the food we have in kelantan.the famous food are nasi kerabu, nasi tumpang, nasi berlauk, laksa kelantan and other else

* Nasi Kerabu

Nasi Kerabu literally means "rice salad". Kelantan has a variety of Nasi Kerabu. Nasi kerabu biasa (normal) or nasi kerabu putih (white) which comes with its own sambal tumis (a special coconut milk based gravy with local herbs and spices, with a hint of chillies) or Nasi kerabu Hitam (black) though the actual color is blue (after the rice is soaked and cooked with a local flower although some people use artificial equivalents) and nasi kerabu kuning (yellow) which use tumeric in the preparation of the rice. Nasi Kerabu Hitan and Kuning does not require a sambal tumis, instead, it has a watery chilly sauce which makes it slightly hotter. The “kerabu” (salad) could be any vegetables or edible leaves though the more or less standard version will have daun kesum, taugeh (bean sprout), thinly cut; long green beans, bunga kantan, cucumber (connoisseurs will insist “seeded”), and daun kadok. Apart from that it is also served with fried breaded fish, keropok keping, salted egg, "solok lada" (fish fillet and coconut-stuffed chillis), and pickled garlic (local gherkins)

* Nasi Tumpang

Rice packed in a cone-shaped banana leaf. A pack of Nasi Tumpang consists of an omelette, meat floss, chicken and/or shrimp curry and sweet gravy. It is traditionally meant for travellers.

* Nasi Berlauk

Most Kelantanese have Nasi Berlauk as their breakfast. Nasi Berlauk is rice served with fish or chicken and vegetables cooked with tumeric and galangal infused yellow gravy.

* Nasi Ulam

Ulam is the local term for raw vegetables - the meal consists of white rice served with a variety of raw vegetables, and is considered one of the healthiest dishes found in Malay cuisine.

* Laksa Kelantan

The Laksa dish, white noodles served with gravy (curry or otherwise) and vegetables, is made differently in every state in Malaysia. The laksa Kelantan employs the creamy white gravy which is richer and has full-bodied flavour. The main ingredient is fish flesh, although connoisseurs would certainly prefer the ones made of eels. Laksam is another version with thicker noodle (similar to kuey teow). Laksa or laksam is served with ulam similar in nasi kerabu, with a pinch of salt and belachan for added taste

guys, do you know budu?
what is budu actually?

Budu
Budu is a salted (fermented) anchovy sauce eaten with rice, grilled fish and vegetables/salads (ulam). A bit of lime juice, hot chilis and onions are added on for taste. Also, tempoyak (fermented durian) or fresh durian is added for good measure.

Once so combined, the purple-brownish condiment has a blend of salty and sour taste. Nowadays, other types of fish are also used to create Budu. Famous budu maker villages are Kg. Tawang, Bachok and Kg. Penambang near Kota Bharu. Similar sauces are found in the Philippines and Indochina (Vietnam, Cambodia).

guys, have you ever heard about tempoyak?ok,lets find out

Tempoyak
Tempoyak is a fermented durian dip, used with normal white rice. Most unforgettable is eating the 'tempoyak+budu+ulam'.

Those with high blood pressure should beware of the high salt content of this condiment, however.

hmm..what about cholek?

Cholek
Contrary to popular belief, Cholek is not just a dipping sauce, but can also refer to a snack eaten with the sauce. Cholek comes in various forms, including meaty cholek, cholek ayam (chicken), cholek perut (cow intestines), cholek pelepong (paru-liver), and also a variety of cholek buah (fruits)m such as cholek pauh (mango).

The sauce or "the cholek" comes in various forms. • Cholek manis (with brown sugar). • A sweet, sour and very mildly hot version. This cholek is different from other chili sauces because cholek is very thin and rather sweet. This dipping sauce is used for any kind of chicken, but also goes well with shrimp, fish cake, spring roll, sausage, etc.

here i like to tell you more about kelantan.

ok,now we talk about the cultural of kelantan

Kelantan is known as the cradle of Malay culture based on the diverse cultural activities practised by Kelantanese.Among the popular cultural practices are Dikir Barat, Wayang Kulit Kelantan, Wayang Kulit Melayu, Mak Yong, Menora, Main Puteri, Wau Bulan (kite-flying), Gasing (top-spinning), Silat, bird-singing competition and handicrafts.

Among the handicraft products that are songket, batik, silverware and mengkuang

do you know mak yong?

Mak yong or makyung is a traditional form of dance-drama from northern Malaysia, particularly the state of Kelantan. It was banned by the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party in 1991 because of its animist and Hindu-Buddhist roots which pre-date Islam in the Asian region by far. In 2005 UNESCO declared mak yong a "Masterpiece Of The Oral And Intangible Heritage Of Humanity". The late Cik Ning was a leading mak yong performer in the 1980s.

Mak yong is considered the most authentic and representative of Malay performing arts because it is mostly untouched by external sources. Although most traditional Malay dances were influenced by India, Java and other parts of Southeast Asia, mak yong's singing and musical repertoire are unique. Of the major stories performed in mak yong, most are derived from Kelantan-Pattani mythology. Some of those obtained from outside the Malayan-Thai region have now died out elsewhere such as Anak Raja Gondang, a story originally from the Jataka tales but now almost unknown in India.

littel bit about he history of mak yong

Mak yong was founded in the Pattani kingdom which is now a province of Thailand. Because it was passed down orally among villagers, mak yong's exact age is uncertain. However, the fact that it is mostly free of outside influence would make it 800 years old at the very least and almost certainly much older. Legend generally credits the dance to a rice spirit called Mak Hiang but others believe it was created by a being called Semar. Historians are unsure whether mak yong evolved as a folk tradition or a palace theatre. Either way it was patronised by all layers of society to pay respect to the spirits, give thanks for the harvest or to cure a person's biorhythm.

According to the Hikayat Patani mak yong was brought to Kelantan more than 200 years ago. From there it spread to Kedah. Mak yong was mostly performed for royalty until then but by 1920 it was more often seen among common folk. Whereas the palace theatre mirrored the elegance of royalty, peasant performers enacted the life of workers in the rice fields. Nevertheless mak yong's delicate movements, polite mannerisms and refined speech endured. In 1923, the king's youngest son Long Abdul Ghaffar wanted mak yong to retain its courtly look. He built a cultural precinct called Kampung Temenggung on palace grounds to lend his support to the arts. During this time it became conventional to have a lead female. His death in 1935 was followed by World War II. Mak yong was once again a folk tradition but it now regained much of the sophistication it had as a court theatre, especially in the costumes, make-up and music.

Nowadays mak yong is seldom performed at cultural shows because priority is given to modern Malay dances like joget. It is sometimes still staged at weddings, to celebrate a state's independence or to pray for the king's long life. But these modern shortened performances are stripped of the old animist rituals and their music is simplified because the songs are played so infrequently. There are only a few troupes left who perform traditional mak yong in the villages of Kelantan and Terengganu.

salam... hi there,

now,i want to share with you, still in the same topics, cultural of kelantan, but it is about wau bulan
this is the famous ane in kelantan

Wau bulan is an intricately designed Malaysian moon-kite (normally with floral motifs) that is traditionally flown by men in the Malaysian state of Kelantan. It's one of Malaysia's national symbols, along some others being the kris and hibiscus. The reverse side of the fifty-cent coin of Malaysia features an intricately-decorated wau bulan with a hummer on top[1]. The logo of Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is also based on this kite.

A wau-maker in his workshop. Design details in his wau are made by cutting various layers of colored paper. The cutting is done spontaneously.

Close-up of a design on a wau.
A wau-maker's workshop. Foreground: Wau frames. Background: A completed wau. Further background: The wau-maker.
Example of other types of wau (based on the shape of a wau).

There are many type of wau in Malaysia. Each with its own specialty. Wau kucing (cat kite) and wau merak (peacock kite) are some of them.

Characteristics

Wau Bulan got its name from the crescent moon-like shape of its lower part. Given the right color, wau bulan does resemble a rising crescent moon when flown.

The size of wau bulan is bigger than any other Malaysian traditional kite. The normal width are 2.5 meters and 3.5 meters of height. This helps the decorations painted on the kite's body to be visible when it is high in the air. To make it more distinctive, wau bulan is normally decorated with large, strong-colored patterns.

I just realise that i've never post any of comment about literature topics. So today i decide to simply talk about literature and its important. When you read a piece of literature, you get to read about a life experience through the eyes of someone other than yourself. You get a new perspective when you see a film about another culture or life situation. When you read literature, you get to walk in the shoes of a character whose life is different than your own.

A good book can help you think outside the box, empathize with people who have experienced things you have not experienced and teach you about things you’d never encounter on your own. The best pieces of literature are so well-written that they afford you, the reader, the opportunity to feel the feelings of the characters described, allowing you to test-drive ideas through a fictional world.
Many pieces of literature are set in historical contexts, allowing the reader to learn about history in a personalized, concentrated way. The stories told in works of literature illustrate how it would feel to live through famous battles, famines, times of prosperity and times of depression.

so, dont think that literature is a bored materials.Treat it as a mind feeding so that we can share the feeling of the writer and at the same time try to think deeply most of the phrases and words inside it.

hello everyone!..
today i am going to share with you all about CPR..Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency medical procedure for a victim of cardiac arrest or, in some circumstances, respiratory arrest.CPR is performed in hospitals, or in the community by laypersons or by emergency response professionals..

CPR involves physical interventions to create artificial circulation through rhythmic pressing on the patient's chest to manually pump blood through the heart, called chest compressions, and usually also involves the rescuer exhaling into the patient (or using a device to simulate this) to inflate the lungs and pass oxygen in to the blood, called artificial respiration. Some protocols now downplay the importance of the artificial respirations, and focus on the chest compressions only.

CPR is unlikely to restart the heart; its main purpose is to maintain a flow of oxygenated blood to the brain and the heart, thereby delaying tissue death and extending the brief window of opportunity for a successful resuscitation without permanent brain damage. Advanced life support and defibrillation, the administration of an electric shock to the heart, is usually needed for the heart to restart, and this only works for patients in certain heart rhythms, namely ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, rather than the 'flat line' asystolic patient although CPR can help bring a patient in to a shockable rhythm.

CPR is generally continued, usually in the presence of advanced life support (such as from a medical team or paramedics), until the patient regains a heart beat (called "return of spontaneous circulation" or "ROSC") or is declared dead.

Batik is cloth which traditionally uses a manual wax-resist dyeing technique. The term has been extended to include fabrics which incorporate traditional batik patterns even if they are not produced using the wax-resist dyeing techniques. Silk batik is especially popular.

Javanese traditional batik, especially from Yogyakarta and Surakarta, has special meanings rooted to the Javanese conceptualization of the universe. Traditional colours include indigo, dark brown, and white which represent the three major Hindu Gods (Brahmā, Visnu, and Śiva). This is related to the fact that natural dyes are only available in indigo and brown. Certain patterns can only be worn by nobility; traditionally, wider stripes or wavy lines of greater width indicated higher rank. Consequently, during Javanese ceremonies, one could determine the royal lineage of a person by the cloth he or she was wearing.

Other regions of Indonesia have their own unique patterns which normally take themes from everyday lives, incorporating patterns such as flowers, nature, animals, folklore or people. The colours of pesisir batik, from the coastal cities of northern Java, is especially vibrant, and it absorbs influence from the Javanese, Arab, Chinese and Dutch culture. In the colonial times pesisir batik was a favorite of the Peranakan Chinese, Dutch and Eurasians.

Batik or fabrics with the traditional batik patterns are also found in several countries such as Malaysia, Japan, China, India, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, and Singapore. Malaysian batik often displays plants and flowers in basic patterns.

Salam ..

The procedure to make batik..

Melted wax is applied to cloth before being dipped in dye. It is common for people to use a mixture of beeswax and paraffin wax. The beeswax will hold to the fabric and the paraffin wax will allow cracking, which is a characteristic of batik. Wherever the wax has seeped through the fabric, the dye will not penetrate. Sometimes several colours are used, with a series of dyeing, drying and waxing steps.

Thin wax lines are made with a canting, a wooden handled tool with a tiny metal cup with a tiny spout, out of which the wax seeps.

After the last dyeing, the fabric is hung up to dry. Then it is dipped in a solvent to dissolve the wax, or ironed between paper towels or newspapers to absorb the wax and reveal the deep rich colors and the fine crinkle lines that give batik its character. This traditional method of batik making is called batik tulis.

For batik prada, gold leaf was used in the Yogjakarta and Surakarta area. The Central Javanese used gold dust to decorate their prada cloth. It was applied to the fabric using a handmade glue consisting of egg white or linseed oil and yellow earth. The gold would remain on the cloth even after it had been washed. The gold could follow the design of the cloth or could take on its own design. Older batiks could be given a new look by applying gold to them.
