«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 223 of 223A MMORPG also known as massively multiplayer online role-playing-game is a genre of role-playing-game that instead of user play offline inside the worlds inside their computers, they are playing game online with other player around the world. They also provide social interaction and have develop online economy, it is estimated that in 2005 only the revenue for MMORPGs is worth half of billions dollar, and in 2008 the consumer spending on subscription MMORPGs grow to $1.4 billions and this is in western part of the world only.
As MMORPGs bring a lot of interaction among user in the internet we can also see that this subculture has grown and have society of their own. The online culture are never be the same since the first known examples of massively multi-player real time games based around real time networking were developed on the PLATO system starting around 1973. Important multiuser games developed on this system included Empire from 1973 and Spasim from 1974.
But there are also cases where user themselves force other player by force or in other word extortion, there are cases like in Holland where user extort another user into giving a virtual item. There are also cases where user have became so addicted to the game that they start to neglect their responsibilities, its not the developer fault for giving user a good game to play, but its actually user who should be more responsible with their time management and balance out their live.

Choices are made everyday, the free will that human have allow us to decide and take action upon the choices that we made. What interest me in writing this topic is the nature of human themselves that require changes and option to be made everyday. Like an article that I stumble upon saying that more and more Xbox 360 console owner that are going to change side to PlayStation 3.
The choices that they made are based on many reason, some forum user say that the choice for PlayStation 3 are more obvious since the graphic performance are better, couple with blu-ray player that enable game and data to store up to 25GB for a single layer disc and the online option that are free. For me this kind of things are inevitable, since for a gamer quality sometime over come the price. There are cases where gamer spent hundred of dollar on games especially online game, not only for subscription but also in-game item that would sometime charged by the developer.
The same case goes for student that are considering to buy a new mobile phone, they would sometime just change their mobile phone with out considering the impact financially. If you want to spend wisely, its better to survey the market first and make list of requirement that is essential, after that we can survey the market for the second time. Try to get opinion of the certain product that we are going to purchase, since user experience are also vital in providing us with information needed to made decision.

While many of us play game in their free time, today I want to introduce to you a new style of gaming that rapidly gaining attention. Indie games are once thought as a game production that are not going to go further, since its developed by people that doesn't own a game development company.
Since most of the developer are people who interested in building games instead of taking profit out of it, the development of indie games sometime take a lot of time and resource since they usually work alone or have a small development team. As the years goes by indie game are getting more attention, not only because of their uniqueness of the artwork and style use for the game but also the plot and storyline of the indie game themselves.
Since 1998 Independent Games Festival are being held each year to show credit and support toward indie games developer. There are also award given to indie developer during this festival and among the award given are Seumus McNally Grand Prize, Excellence In Visual Art, Excellence In Audio, Innovation Award, Technical Excellence, Best Web Browser Game and Audience Award.

Japan is famous for its sub-culture that have amaze the world with its uniqueness, one of the culture that really caught my eyes are itasha. Itasha isn't a standard english word but it is a japanese term for an otaku enthusiast decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games (especially bishōjo game or eroge). These characters are predominately "cute" female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers.
Cars that being modified not only range from you average joe car, but also high class sports car. In 2008 Super GT season, Studie GLAD Racing (a BMW tuning shop in Japan) team entered a Hatsune Miku-themed Z4 in the GT300 class, making Itasha's debut in international events under FIA. Three months later, MOLA introduced a Kagamine Rin and Len-themed Nissan 350Z in the same series' final race, which they finished sixth and claimed their driver and team's title in GT300 class.
Itasha also use as promotional strategy; official Macross Frontier-themed Suzuki Wagon R was unveiled in Macross Galaxy Tour Final. It was later redesigned for the Macross Super-Dimensional Space Launch Ceremony.

Love in scientific views
Biological models of sex tend to view love as a mammalian drive, much like hunger or thirst.[8] Helen Fisher, a leading expert in the topic of love, divides the experience of love into three partly overlapping stages: lust, attraction, and attachment. Lust exposes people to others; romantic attraction encourages people to focus their energy on mating; and attachment involves tolerating the spouse (or indeed the child) long enough to rear a child into infancy.
Lust is the initial passionate sexual desire that promotes mating, and involves the increased release of chemicals such as testosterone and estrogen. These effects rarely last more than a few weeks or months. Attraction is the more individualized and romantic desire for a specific candidate for mating, which develops out of lust as commitment to an individual mate forms. Recent studies in neuroscience have indicated that as people fall in love, the brain consistently releases a certain set of chemicals, including pheromones, dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin, which act in a manner similar to amphetamines, stimulating the brain's pleasure center and leading to side effects such as increased heart rate, loss of appetite and sleep, and an intense feeling of excitement. Research has indicated that this stage generally lasts from one and a half to three years.
Since the lust and attraction stages are both considered temporary, a third stage is needed to account for long-term relationships. Attachment is the bonding that promotes relationships lasting for many years and even decades. Attachment is generally based on commitments such as marriage and children, or on mutual friendship based on things like shared interests. It has been linked to higher levels of the chemicals oxytocin and vasopressin to a greater degree than short-term relationships have.
Enzo Emanuele and coworkers reported the protein molecule known as the nerve growth factor (NGF) has high levels when people first fall in love, but these return to previous levels after one year.

Characteristics of a Good Leader
Whether it is team leadership, corporate leadership or global leadership, the basic traits of a good leader remain common. Additional positive characteristics may be required, depending upon their field of work. Here are some of the characteristics of a good leader.

Good day to all.
In BCG,there are ten Chinese girls and a Chinese guy .Let talk about the only one Chinese guy first.Dont know have to say he is a lucky guy or unfortuned guy to stay in BCG.We all girls will not because he is the only Chinese guy in the class and treat him like a prince.Instead,we always bully him and force him to do something like treat us eating or drinking.I just have to say good luck to you for another few years.
Then is a girl that I know at the first day in UMP.In the first sight,I felt that she is a very attractive girl .After we become more closer, she is really a very nice girl. She always help me whenever I got any problems. She also a very kind hearted girl.Remember one day,we are on the way to library, she saw a bug struggling in the drain.Without hesitated, she quickly save the bug to the ground. If me,I think I would not do that, because I really afraid to insects.
In these few month,I also join a gang of friends and have a name called Cheezy Hospital. Why we called as Cheezy Hospital..?That is because we are a group of crazy girls that always do some crazy things. We always do “discussion” until late of night and sometime until the next morning. Then suddenly have an idea to go out for breakfast ,we just rent a car then go out .I felt very lucky to have this gang of friends. They always help me in my studies and many many things.I will forget the unhappy thing when together with them .So I really appreciate our friendship and treat them like my family.Hope that our friendship will go on forever.
Thank for reading.
An onsen is a term use for hot springs bathing house in the Japanese language, though the term is often used to describe the bathing facilities and inns around the hot springs. A volcanically active country, Japan has thousands of onsen scattered across it. Onsen were traditionally used as public bathing places or a place to socialize and today play a central role in directing Japanese domestic tourism.
Traditionally, onsen were located outdoors, although a large number of inns have now built indoor bathing facilities as well. Onsen by definition use naturally hot water from geothermal heated springs. Onsen should be differentiated from sentō, indoor public bath houses where the baths are filled with heated tap water. The legal definition of an onsen includes that its water must contain at least one of 19 designated chemical elements, including radon and metabolic acid and be 25°C or warmer before being reheated.
There are few etiquette to follow when we visit an onsen, these etiquette are ensuring cleanliness, soakers are not normally allowed to wear swimsuits in the bath. Onsen guests generally bring a small towel with them to use as a wash cloth. The towel can also provide a modicum of modesty when walking between the washing area and the baths.

Good days to all.
When I open my mail box,I have read some message that really touch me.Everyone have a limited time,we don’t know what will happen to us at the next day even next second. So we have to appreciate every second of our live and finish the thing that we want to do,because tomorrow can be too late.
If you're mad with someone and nobody's there to fix the situation... You fix it. Maybe today, that person still wants to be your friend.. And if u doesn't, tomorrow can be too late.
If you’re in love with somebody, but he/she doesn’t know…tell her/him.Maybe that person is also in love with you.And if you don’t say it ,tomorrow can be too late.
If you need a hug of a friend…ask for it.Maybe they need it more than you do.And if you no ask it today, tomorrow can be too late.
If you really have friend that you appreciate…tell them.Maybe they appreciate you as well. That if you don’t and they leave or go far away today, tomorrow can be too late.
If you love your parent and never have the chance to show them…do it.Maybe you have them there to show them how you feel. That if you don’t and they leave today, tomorrow can be too late.
Tomorrow can be too late.Thank for reading today.

How to Stop Cravings for Junk Food and Sugar (part 1)
World famous health & nutrition expert, Paul Chek calls this the "you can't eat just one syndrome". First he explains in his "You Are What You Eat" audio series that junk foods or non-foods are foods that:
1. Offer very little or no nutrition at all.
2. Force the body to the use its own nutritional stores to assimilate and digest the food.
It's amazing that you are eating to nourish yourself with food but with non-foods you are actually depleting yourself of more nutrients thus creating a need for more nutrition.
These same non-foods also cause you to overeat and possibly become addicted to these foods.
The reason is as the foods enter your mouth your brain can sense if there is actually any nutrition (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc.) present in these foods. If there isn't then the brain simply signals you to keep eating until it finds nutrition. The problem with doughnuts, cookies and that soda pop is that there will never be any nutrition in that food.
So what happens is you simply eat the whole box of cookies, or slurp down 20 oz of that soda. This then creates a big problem with your blood sugar because you've just taken in a great amount of worthless sugar which skyrockets your blood sugar level and forces your pancreas to secret an enormous amount of insulin to bring your blood sugar back down.
Your blood sugar then plummets to very low levels and you feel horrible and guess what? Hungry again! And what better way to bring your blood sugar level back up than with good old worthless sugar laden nutrient-devoid junk food!
Can you see what I'm getting at here:
These non-foods actually cause an addictive cycle similar to hard drugs and alcohol! In fact Paul Chek even talked about how scientists found that the addictive mechanisms of sugar and hard drugs are actually very similar.
You get high and feel great and then you crash and feel worse than ever and crave the same substances that got you high in the first place. This to me is amazing and very scary. Eventually what also happens as with hard drugs and alcohol is that you need more to get the same high.
Now look at what's happening to you... You're eating a food that gets you high, robs you of valuable nutrition, makes you sick, gets you fat and on top of that makes you crave more of it.
The same reason you crave non-foods is the same reason you don't crave spinach and broccoli. One could easily slug down 20 oz of soda, but try doing that with spinach juice and you are likely to throw up. The reason for this is because with the brain will sense the enormous amount of nutrition coming in with the veggie juice and say it's enough. We naturally eat until we are satiated and it doesn't happen with non-foods but happens easily with real foods.
With real foods you eat, feel good, don't get bloated, don't get high, don't crash, don't overeat, and just plain nourish yourself.
AMD has provide us with alternative for many user and company in buying microprocessor, their revolution in making microprocessor affordable available to a wide range of user has spark competition with Intel. Never the less end user can profit from this competition as more option are available thus allowing user to work and produce content or work that fulfill their need and dreams. Microprocessor technology has enable us to create more device that use embedded chip, PDA is part of mobile computing that is largely influence by microprocessor industry and technology.
Processor is one of the main parts in a personal computer that allows user to do many tasks, without microprocessor a personal computer will have a hard time delegating and doing computational task. Without microprocessor as the main part of processing developer can only dream of making multitasking work, the advent of dual core and quad core processor has enable engineer to make life much more convenient for us for example super computer, if we still do processing with a computer the size of a room we won’t have enough resource to compute complex mathematical operation. As a main part of the computer microprocessor also enable us to manage operating system and other part of the computer easily without having user to understand machine language.
Each microprocessor that’s being produce by AMD are designed differently from one and another, each have their own specialty to tackle problem according to their needs. Quad core microprocessor are built differently from the dual core processor, AMD also has produce their own six-core processor for server that promises higher performance but use the same power consumption like the counter-part before it. Architecture of microprocessor shows us that we can go further in developing more high performance microprocessor with a lower price cater for all kind of user.

How to Stop Cravings for Junk Food and Sugar (part2)
So how do you protect yourself?
First let me say that we start off at a very big disadvantage. The very clever and powerful food companies find many places to put their non-foods in products and the labels will even say that these foods are healthy, low fat, "good for weight loss" etc? They are also very good at marketing to children. Remember, children will become the adults that eat these foods so what better time to reach them than when they're young.
I myself grew up on powdered ice tea, soda, crackers, pasteurized milk (which is also a non-food), and many other sweets. I also ate some real food like rice, vegetables, avocados and meat, but I've always had way too much access to non-foods.
The first thing is to not keep any non-foods at home. This is especially important for your kids because I believe it is easier for them to become addicted. Trust me and we all know this, but once you step outside, you will be bombarded with temptations to feast on non-foods.
I've looked at many of my client's kitchens and not one of them has passed my inspection. Many don't even pass a second time (that's how powerful these non-foods are). I mean if scientists can compare sugar to hard drugs shouldn't that open our eyes.
Make use of a juicer and juice a few days week. Most people don't get enough vegetables in their diet and juicing is one of the easier ways to do so. My favorite juice drink is spinach, kale, cucumber, and green apples (I wished I craved it though).
Keep healthy snacks in the house like quality fruits, cheese and yogurt. It is more expensive but isn't your health worth it. I mean it really saddens me when someone can drive to up to McDonalds in a 50,000 dollar car. They could easily have a 20,000 dollar car and just eat better quality food.
Get tested to find out what types of foods you are suited to... We are all unique in that we require different amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats and getting tested can help us figure out which type we are suited to.
Eat real food... Take the time to make yourself quality meals at dinner time. Beef, chicken, turkey and eggs make great protein sources. Brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans, salads and vegetables are good sources of carbohydrates. Don't forget to include high quality fats and oils in your diet as well like butter, coconut oil, nuts, avocados, cod liver oil, and extra virgin olive oil.
If possible try to buy organic meat and vegetables. They are more expensive but offer more nutrition then commercial foods.
Empower yourself: You've just read this journal because it can possibly help you. Keep doing so! You have the power to be better. Don't ever forget that!

LOVE
Love is everyone
This is a game to play with your friends, and for them to play with their friends. Never enough to be crowded; never so few to be alone. You can make your mark, but as in life, it’s not a contest. It’s not about who you are; it’s about the things you do. There is a small planet waiting for you to explore. There is an empire waiting for you to overthrow.
Love is evolving
The world is worth changing, so get on with it. Take your mates and make your planet whatever you want it to be. Some of it is yours, and some is your friends. Some just happens by itself. Sometimes it disappears and makes you sad. But then again, you know that kind of thing can’t last. It’s a balancing act between love and loneliness.
Love is an endeavor
What could be better than you and your mates on an adventure for the benefit of everyone? Play whenever you want, make your mark, then come back later and see how it’s changed. There is always something new to discover, someplace you haven’t seen. Love is not a casual thing you need to take seriously – it’s the most serious thing, in a casual way. If Love isn’t easy, you’re doing it wrong.
Love is yours
You won’t be told a story, but you will get to live one. It’s not what is given to you, it’s what you do when you hold it. The more you give, the more you get. Love your planet, and everyone who’s on it. We know you can, so just go for it. It’s the right thing to do, and you know it.
Star Wars is an epic space opera franchise initially directed by George Lucas. The first film in the franchise was released on May 25, 1977, by 20th Century Fox, and became a worldwide pop culture phenomenon, spawning two immediate sequels, released at three-year intervals. Sixteen years after the release of the trilogy's final film, the first in a new prequel trilogy of films was released, again released at three-year intervals, with the final film released on May 19, 2005.
As of 2008, the overall box office revenue generated by the six Star Wars films has totaled approximately $4.3 billion, making it the third-highest-grossing film series. Star Wars film series has spawned other media including books, television series, video games, and comic books. These supplements to the film trilogies comprise the Star Wars Expanded Universe, and have resulted in significant development of the series' fictional universe. These media kept the franchise going in the interim between the film trilogies. In 2008, Star Wars: The Clone Wars was released to theaters as the first ever worldwide theatrical Star Wars film outside of the main trilogies. It was the franchise's first animated film, and was intended as an introduction to the Expanded Universe series of the same name, a 3D CGI animated series based on a 2003 animated 2D series, also of the same name.

The secret of perfect sleep
How do you like your bed mattress...soft, firm...in between?
Whatever your preference, we all need a mattress that helps give us that perfect, relaxing sleep.
And here are some factors to consider.
Comfort and health.
While our bed may be perfectly comfortable in the position in which we sleep, there is a chance that that position isn't good for our health.
And this can lead to future aches and pains as well as other complications. So be certain to consider all options available to help you find the perfect mattress and position.
Size does matter!
The popular saying "size doesn't matter" is something very wide of the mark in terms of your bed and mattress! It should be large enough to keep you comfortable through all the fidgeting of the night, so be sure to select the correct size of mattress.
Good circulation and a longer life.
Many of us suppose that the human body should be sleeping perfectly flat.
Wrong! In fact this is why mattresses accommodate the press of our curves. For those with serious conditions such as heart disease or diabetes, circulation should be at its maximum throughout the whole night.
Clean the pillows and mattress too!
It's very common for people to neglect the cleanliness of the mattress and pillows, washing only the bedding itself.
This can lead to infestations like dust-mites which will move into our mattress and pillows causing havoc as we try to sleep. Mattresses should be taken care of correctly and replaced every 8-10 years to prevent issues like this occurring!
Always remember that sleep is one of the most important things the human being needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We spend around a 1/3 of our life sleeping. So choose the right mattress to ensure it's quality time!
A local area network (LAN) is a computer network covering a small physical area, like a home, office, or small group of buildings, such as a school, or an airport.
It was started during the late 1960s as larger universities and research labs obtained more computers, there was increasing pressure to provide high-speed interconnections. In 1970 a report by Lawrence Radiation Laboratory detailing the growth of their "Octopus" network gives a good indication of the situation.
Cambridge Ring was developed at Cambridge University in 1974 but was never developed into a successful commercial product. Ethernet was developed at Xerox PARC in 1973–1975, and filed as U.S. Patent 4,063,220.
In 1976, after the system was deployed at PARC, Metcalfe and Boggs published their seminal paper, "Ethernet: Distributed Packet-Switching For Local Computer Networks." ARCNET was developed by Datapoint Corporation in 1976 and announced in 1977. It had the first commercial installation in December 1977 at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. That's how the history of local area network started, and now the increasing research and development has led us to enjoy the network that we use today.

A database is an integrated collection of logically related records or files consolidated into a common pool that provides data for one or more multiple uses. One way of classifying databases involves the type of content, for example: bibliographic, full-text, numeric, image. Other classification methods start from examining database models or database architectures. The data in a database is organized according to a database model. As of 2009 the relational model occurs most commonly. Other models such as the hierarchical model and the network model use a more explicit representation of relationships.
A number of database architectures exist. Many databases use a combination of strategies. Databases are software-based "containers" that is structure to collect and store information so it can be retrieved, added to, updated or removed in an automatic fashion. Database programs are designed for users so that they can add or delete any information needed. The structure of a database is the table, which consists of rows and columns of information.
Over many years general-purpose database systems have dominated the database industry. These offer a wide range of functions, applicable to many, if not most circumstances in modern data processing. These have been enhanced with extensible datatypes (pioneered in the PostgreSQL project) to allow development of a very wide range of applications.
There are also other types of databases which cannot be classified as relational databases. Most notable is the object database management system, which stores language objects natively without using a separate data definition language and without translating into a separate storage schema. Unlike relational systems, these object databases store the relationship between complex data types as part of their storage model in a way that does not require runtime calculation of related data using relational algebra execution algorithms.

7 wonder of the world (part 1)
1.Stonehenge
Stonehenge. You may have heard of it, you may not have. Stonehenge in considered by many to be an important landmark in space and time. We will many thousands of years back in time to explore this great monument.
Anyone who visits Stonehenge will probably be confused, and with good reason! They will have come through the car parking tunnel and then across a path, and they may not notice that they have just crossed the line of a bank, a ditch, and a ring of white concrete markers. They will probably be either staring up at the soaring stones above them or at the jumble of rocks at their feet.
"Who built it and why?" they will ask. People have wondered about Stonehenge for hundreds of years. We wonder who built it. Stonemasons wonder how the stones were cut to their rectangular shape. Engineers wonder how the stones were dragged to the site and placed upright. Jewelry and tools have been found near Stonehenge. Archeologists wonder at these. They wonder who made these things and who they made them for.
2. Rainbows
Rainbows are awesome. Have you ever looked at them right after it rains, or through the water outside? Well, I have and I think that they are interesting.
A rainbow is an arch of light showing the colors of the light spectrum. The colors are seen in order with red on the outside, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
Rainbows are caused by drops of water that are falling through the air. They are usually seen in the sky opposite to the sun at the end of a shower. They can also be seen in the spray of waterfalls.
When the sunlight enters a raindrop it is bent by and reflected from the drop. When this happens the light appears as a spectrum of colors. But, the colors can only be seen when the angle of reflection between the sun, the water drop, and the observer's line of version is between 40 degrees and 42 degrees.

3. Redwood Trees
Have you ever seen a redwood? They are tall! They are also called Sequoias which is a common name for a group of big, majestic evergreen trees of the cypress family. They can grow up to 100 feet tall or more! The sequoias are so big, that they are even bigger than the whale! If you saw a picture of a full grown Sequoia with a person standing next to it, that person would only be a large dot! Even if you saw the person well enough to identify him, the Sequoia would be like a big, huge background and you wouldn't know that it was a tree! It would take about ten people to all hold hands around a Sequoia because the circumfrence is so big!
The Giant Sequoia is found on the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada . A Sequoia is estimated to weigh as much as 2500 metric tons! If you wanted to know how old a tree was after it had been cut down, you could look at the stump, and count the number of rings it has. Once you figure that out, you'll know how old the tree is (was). Some trees have been 2300 years of age. However, some other trees have lived up to 4000 years!
The leaves on a Giant Sequoia are scale like and lie close to the branches. The bark is spongy in texture. The wood is light, and highly resistant to insects and fire.
At one time, the most popular Sequoia was the dawn redwood. Its height is just about 100 feet and its diameter is about 6 feet.
Do you see that picture next to this. That little red dot is actually a person standing next to the Giant Sequoia! Can you believe it?

I'm from kelantan..so i want to share with all something about kelantan. For most visitors, the charms of Kelantan are found in the vitality of its culture and its remote, unsullied beauty. The traditional sports of giant kite-flying, top-spinning, silat, wayang kulit, bird-singing competitions and the making of exquisite handicrafts such as songket, batik, silverware and mengkuang products still remain fixtures here, offering a glimpse of tradtional Malay culture in truly spectacular setting.
Kelantan's coastline is almost completely undeveloped, and offers a number of idyllic beaches. Vast stretches of tropical forest cover the state, and its southeastern corner forms part of the Taman Negara National Park.

Good day Miss Hanum and everyone. Today I would like to talk on the basic care of soft contact lens.
I was told by the optician to wash my hand so that I won't transfer dirt and germs to my eyes. I need to try avoiding moisturizing soaps, as they are not good for contact lenses. Next, I need to dry my hands with a lint-free towel.
Secondly, remove one lens and clean it with the recommended solution. Cleaning removes eye-produced build up, cosmetics and other debris that impairs lens comfort. The FDR recommends that we rub the lens in the palm of our hand with a few drops of solution, even if we are using a "no-rub" product.
Next, rinse the lens again to remove the loosened debris, making sure to take as long as the package directs: rinsing is an important step. Disinfection time varies from product to product, so we need to check the package for details.
Then, place the lens in the clean lens case or lens holder and fill with fresh solution; don't "top off" your old solution. Disinfecting kills microorganisms on the lens. At last, repeat steps two through four for the other lens.
These are the steps for those who wear contact lenses to take care of their lenses. And for those, whose eyes are healthy, please do take good care of your eyes so that you wouldn’t be regret later. Thank you.

The Word "Salary" Comes From "Salt!"
Salt, our oldest preservative, was extremely rare in the past. So rare, in fact, that it was often used as pay. Imagine...earning a couple of tablespoons of salt for a hard-days work. Today, salt is so common that restaurants give it away for free, and packaged food contains so much that it's far too easy to eat too much salt (salt is also known as "sodium").
