http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080825/ap_on_re_us/gun_toting_teachers

Please do click on the link and read the article. It's shocking!

I think i won't agree to let my children to be taught by a teacher who's keeping a gun! It's a horrible feeling to be in a same room with someone carrying a gun.

Maybe in the western country, it's really necessary for teachers or lecturers to carry a gun, for self-protection. But, in our country, i don't think it would be necessary for the educators to carry a gun. Moreover, we don't have the freedom to own or buy a gun as we like.

Other than that, I'm a anti-violence person. I don't think we can solve a problem by using violence. It would only bring harm to everyone, or even took someone's life, but the problem is still remain unsolved.

So, if one day, a really poor student just couldn't understand what the teacher were teaching, and the teacher were already fed up with the student and lost his/her patience, he/she'll just take the gun out, aim towards the student and pull the trigger...... Yeah, that's when disaster happened.

That's all from me. Hope to hear your opinion bout this article soon.

Access to the article on to this website :

http://www.thedailygreen.com/environmental-news/latest/global-warming-47082511

It's Real. It's a Problem. So What Should We Do About It? what am I talking about? Well I am trying to bring to your attention on "GLOBAL WARMING".

Global warming is not something new. But then, this simple term of "global warming" is taken rather lightly among the people nowdays. It's very sad though to come to think about it. Simple statement, when the emission of carbon monoxide along with other toxic gas increases, the thinner the ozone layer gets. And if this happens, our earth is going to increase in heat. This is not good!If heat increases, forest fire, acid rain causing corrosion to building, along with greenhouse effect and etc will occur and certainly our earth is at a state of danger. AND WE ARE LIVING IN IT? EVER THOUGHT OF IT THAT WAY? Ok lets say if your house is on fire, there is a chance to run out. But if our earth is on fire, where would you escape? Out of space? I don't think so.

In the article, it's mentioned that "decisions made by the next president will be critically important, since industrialized nations will have to make steeper cuts to meet the goal". This statement was brought out because, countries especially the U.S is sadi to be the worlds top carbon polluter. Ok, the majority is just looking at it in the point of a countries responsibility but least has anyone thought about our responsibility as an individual. It's our World that we are living in. Don't you feel the need to take good care of the place they are living in? Therefore, after reading this article, I feel there is a need for me to remind Let us be in "One Family, One World" to save Earth from Global Warming. Thank you!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Abagnale

I actually know this guy after watching the movie 'catch me if you can'.Well, after all the movie was all about him actually.Although the film itself had been twisted a bit for dramatic purposes.

You see, Frank William Abagnale Jr. was a very talented con-man. Yes,he is a criminal. He is a brilliant trickster, forger and impostor.More surprisingly, he started all that at the age of 16.
He was a specialist in check fraud, where he had actually managed to print his own almost-perfect copies of checks, depositing them and persuading banks to advance the cash to his accounts.During that time, he had at least impersonates as 8 different persons.

He had impersonates as pilot, teacher, doctor, attorney, and even when he got prisoned,he play the role as an undercover prison inspector.Which helped him to get out of there.Eventually, he got busted anyway. After serving his prison time, the FBI got him to associated with them on check fraud cases.

He now has his own firm that advises the bussiness world on fraud.

What actually I want to say is, with a rock-solid confident, well-prepared, hardwork,a bit of luck, you can succeed in anything you do.How can you tell?just look at this guy, Frank William Abagnale Jr.

Can we trace calls made by Nurin’s killer?

I AM writing this regarding the murder of Nurin Jazimin.

When viewing the CCTV footage of the suspect, I noticed that he was using his mobile phone during the first minute of the video.

Is it possible that the date and time of the video could be used to track the suspect’s hand-phone number by checking the log files of all mobile telco substations serving that area?

If a record of all mobile phone connections done in that area at that particular time can be obtained, then I believe it is possible to trace the suspect’s number and also all records of phone calls made by the suspect.

This may help the police in opening up leads and shed some light to this unsolved case.

Thank You.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donnie_Brasco

I remember watching this movie, way back to a decade ago. so, i decided to do a search on it as it was based on true story. The title is 'Donnie Brasco'. Its about an FBI agent, Joseph D. Pistone, who manage to sneak in to the Bonano crime family, one of the biggest organized-crime family in New York City. The operation was given the code "Sun-apple" with Pistone as Donnie Brasco.

Accepted to the family as jewel thief, he developed a good relationship with Sony Black, the "capo" or captain of the family for Brooklyn territory. He was taught in the way of mafia by Bonano soldier, Lefty Guns Ruggiero. By this way, Pistone managed to get information/evidence about the family's activities that will not normally talk to non-members of them. His operation ended six years later when Sony assigned him to kill Anthony Indelicato. 2 days later,FBI informed them that their long-time associate was infact an agent of FBI.

Sony was killed for having allowed an FBI agent to infiltrate the family. Lefty was arrested by FBI in order to prevent his death.

Pistone nowadays continues to be active as an author and consultant to worldwide law enforcement agencies, such as Scotland Yard, and he has been called to testify before the U.S. Senate as an expert on organized crime.

http://muslimwamuslimah.blogspot.com/2007/12/masjidil-aqsa-and-dome-of-rock.html

I like to share about this holiest mosque,Masjidil Al-Aqsa.

First built by Abdul Malik ibn Marwan (646-705), fifth caliph of the Arab Umayyad dynasty, and finished by his son in 705 AD. Muslims believe that prophet Muhammad was transported from the Sacred Mosque in Mecca to the al-Aqsa Mosque during the Night Journey. Islamic traditions said that prophet Muhammad led prayers there before ascending to heaven to meet the Almighty,Allah S.W.T. This is the truth!

The siqnificant in this sharing is I want let all of you to get know the truth story about masjidil Al-Aqsa because the jews had different claim over the issues. Some people or muslim assume that the Al-Sakhrah mosque is the Masjidil Al-Aqsa,this is not true. It was the propaganda to confuse the muslim and others. Honestly speaking, I hope that there's no more opposite story about this mosque or any mosque in this world.

Stress??

That's my topic for today. I have just read an article on stress and anxiety.
Stress is a normal part of life.
Many have the general idea that stress can be treated my just tugging youself into a blanket and sleep for the rest of the day and wake up feeling relieved. But sorry to say you have got the wrong idea. There is much more to the word "stress".
Stress or also known as anxiety brings a much heavier impact ones life.
From the article, I found out that,
anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms, including:

Twitching or trembling
Muscle tension, headaches
Sweating
Dry mouth, difficulty swallowing
Abdominal pain
Dizziness
Rapid or irregular heart rate
Rapid breathing
Diarrhea or frequent need to urinate
Fatigue
Irritability, including loss of your temper
Sleeping difficulties and nightmares
Decreased concentration

There are so much more to just a simpple word "stress", and "stress" is such a common word among everybody on the face of this earth. For now, we as university students are surely to face "stress" don't we? It's rather common. But then again we should not let it over power our mind. We should learn to control the situation and not let the situation to control us. Therfore from this I have learnt that Stres can be dangerous and can lead to possible fatality. Therefore, If you find that you cant manage yourself, get yourself a counselor, or consult a medical professional even a family member or a friend to help you. Consult someone you can trust and manage your stress in order to succeed. Finally I find this article beneficial.

Thank You.

2008 Summer Olympics opening ceremony

Do you still remember this date 08/08/08? Yes, I am sure that every one is remember this amazing day . This is not only very meaningful to the China but all over to the world .
What I admire is the spirit of the China organize the Olympic successfully especially the open ceremony . Due to the article we know that there are 15,000 performers are involved . Can’t you feel that is a big amount of number people to perform in a few hours?
The title of Beijing Olympics is “one world , one dream” means that they are not just for the China but whole world .I think that this title is very suitable for this because every things happen around us is not only relate to your friends but is the whole society or even the world .
Not only for the sport I think that in other field like the development of a country especially the third world country need the whole world’s help to improve they life .Give a hand to them because they are our family too .

Wah...What happened to those people who put the camera in men's toilet? Why did they want to do this?
And as a police, their job is to help people if they receive any complaints from civilians. But,the Menggatal police station personnel refused to take report from the tutors and students. However, Karamunsing police headquaters accepted their report and the investigation was under way.
I normally heard about the cameras were set up in woman's toilet, but I cann't believe that this happened in men's toilet now.

I read about what Asha posted, and I ran a search on 'stress' too. I end up founding this article, of course it is about stress, but in a positive perception.

The article point that stress helps people attain difficult goals and perform their best. It actually would enchances one's performances. But this is of course by only a certain amounts of it.Without stress, your life would be totally boring.

So, basically you should know your limits and adjust the amount of stress so that you receive neither too much nor too little. Well, of course this is not always practicable. If you can't control it, it will be best to learn to recognize the warning signs of your increasing stress before it gets out of hand and create more troubles.

I watched this movie about an ordinary white-collar guy who always though he got a panic-attack. He took some pills to control them. What he did not knew is, when he actually let the 'panic' to flow, he managed to turn himself into a bullet-dodgers,shot-benders assasins. Because the stress actually push his body abilities to a very high level. The movie was called 'WANTED'.

Does this kind of people really exist? I don't know. Why don't we all have a try and see what will happen? Sounds like a plan?

Unsrupulous News in Our Society…

Today I read news about one sale assistant alleges she is “identity theft”. This things reallly happen in Johor Bahru yesterday. A sales assistant was shocked to find herself a debtor of several government agencies. Lee was the aggrieved person in this case.

She said according to official letters sent to her, she owed about RM1, 000 to three local councils, the police and a telecommunication company. She claimed that the money owing to the government agencies was due to the unsettled summonses issued to a car allegedly registered under her name.

She didn’t buy any car and had no idea of it. She believed that someone had unscrupulously used information from her identity card, which she lost in a robbery three years ago, to purchase the vehicle.

Why our government and the authority can’t prevent this thing to be happen? As we know the MYCARD have all the security functions such as finger print. It means to be able to perform one transaction we can’t simply pretend to be other people. But it already happens because the authorities do not make full use of all the utilities in the mycard.
The satirize thing is what is the function of the “JABATAN PENDAFTARAN NEGARA MALAYSIA”? They should block the lost card and provide a new mycard for the aggrieved person. This is all the weakness of the government department.

Last but not least, I hope that our government department and all the authority can minimize this embarrassing thing to be repeated by taking any necessary prevention steps.

Thanks.

I first read it at the lounge of Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan(HTAA). So,check it up, its a good humour.

You see, it was all about the sense of responsibility in every each of us. We intend to hand in the tasks of the community to each other without any effort to solve it and give excuses like "I don't know how to do that" or "Someone will do that la,I got a lot of my problems myself!"

As a civilized peoples, we should sit together and find a way to work it out. Otherwise, the nation would be left in chaos and mess.

http://digg.com/health/Bacteria_can_be_a_good_thing

Do you know that in every each of us, there are actually bacterias living in our bodies?

A bacteria would be the last thing we all want to have in us, right? Because we have this mind-set that bacteria is a super-tiny microorganism eating our body from the inside, until its get rotten. Well, at least that is what I used to think.

Then, I read this article. There are actually a good bacterias! This type of bacteria are called PROBIOTICS. Their appreances help our body in many ways, such as;

-help with digestive system problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation or diarrhea.

-help restore the flora that is destroyed in colon by the use of medical treatments.

-help the body make vitamin K, which cannot be made solely by the body.

-helps with blood clotting.

Some examples of probiotics are;
bulgaricus, thermophilus and Bifidobacterium.

Nowadays the probiotics can be taken from food like yogurts and yeast. There are also now in pill or powder form.

So,what do you think? Never saw this one coming right?

http://www.ripsteve.com/about-steve-irwin.

Actually this is an article that I have read a few weeks ago in order to present on a legend. Therefore as a group we chose on Steve Irwin. So I decided to read through the article once again. Reading through about his life really inspires me on learning and loving animals even more. Getting to know so much about a single creature is not as easy as it seems. It needs deep research. And having to be able to conduct a show about animals so successfully just like Steve Irwin, He had to someone with through love and care for animals. He didn'y do it to raise money but to care and learn about the wonderful unique creation of God.

Steve Irwin was married to Terri Irwin and had two children: a daughter, Bindi Sue Irwin, and a son, Robert Clarence "Bob" Irwin.

Irwin was as enthusiastic about his family as he was about his work. He once described his daughter Bindi as "the reason he was put on the Earth". His wife Terri once said, "The only thing that could ever keep him away from the animals he loves are the people he loves even more."

Not only his love for animals but also for his family. He never fails to involve his whole family in his journey of adventure.

I truly admire his enthusiasm, passion, bravery, lovingness and leadership quality.

And I still stick to my choice that Steve Irwin is a Legend of great respect.

Dell launches low-cost ‘netbook’ laptop

Today, Dell became the latest company to enter the “notebook” market with the launch of a small, stripped-down laptop designed to appeal to customers looking for a low-cost, Internet-ready notebook.

Its new Inspiron Mini 9 was geared towards mobile consumers and first-time PC buyers looking for a highly portable machine capable of performing tasks like internet surfing, shopping, and online chat.

The move towards smaller, stripped down laptops presents a conundrum for computer makers that have already been struggling with a shift in customer preferences towards lower-cost PCs.

Windows XP-based version of the Inspiron Mini 9 would be available immediately for $399. A non-Windows model, using an “intuitive Dell-developed custom interface” will sell for $349 when it becomes available in a few weeks.

Everyone must keep the harmony in Malaysia

Ultimately, our beloved Prime Minister (PM), Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had commenting on “Chinese communities were immigrants who did not deserve the equal right in Malaysia”.

As a Malaysian, we have to understand that it is our collective responsibility to save the country from racial clashes and we must be careful in this matter. Everyone, including non-governmental organisations, government organisations, associations, the press corps and individuals had a role to play in keeping harmony in Malaysia.

What happen to the politician today? Some politicians try to provoke Malaysian to racial clashes. A very good example was happen in UMNO. Bukit Bendera UMNO division Chief Datuk Ahmad Ismail remark that the “Chinese communities were immigrants who did not deserve equal rights” and he refuse to apologise over his controversial after all.

Racial issues being raised in the midst of the furore of the chinese in Malaysian. Many of the politiciam from the chinese party suggest that they would like to quit from Barisan Nasional since UMNO always create a lot of critical issues in Malaysia.

This should not have happened in Malaysia. Things that were sensitive and connected with religion and the social contract were brought up. This has caused tension and some have felt that their rights and sensitivity have been ignored.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_note

Yesterday night I saw a movie name “ L change the World “ . It is not the latest movie but I really interesting want to see this movie . Before this I have been saw the first edition of the Death Note and also the second edition . Actually who I admire is Light Yagami (Kira) but he died in second edition . That time I really surprise why the editor want him to be a dead .Anyway this is just a story .
I not really like the characteristic of L because of his strange look and his attitude . But after I see the third edition movie “ L change The World “ I start love this character . Today I will introduce to you who is L .
L is the world's top-rated detective, tasked with tracking down and arresting Kira. As such, he is Light's arch-enemy. His disheveled appearance masks his great powers of deduction and insight. L has many quirks, such as sitting in an odd manner, snacking on sweets constantly, and holding objects in a peculiar manner. He often takes drastic strategies to confuse and force the hand of his opponents. On several occasions he has willingly disclosed several of his weaknesses to Kira at the risk of his own life in the hopes that he would lure him into a trap .
In the third edition , he is trying to help a girl and a boy from the inflection of bacteria . What I like is this movie is not only entertainment me but also tell me the reality of world . Some human always destroying the environment or even the human life just for their own benefit . L in this story is recue the human life by his intelligent . But I still do not know why he want to “kill himself” and who is the next character in 4th edition of Death Note ? I really think that this movie is very nice .If you have a chance u must see it .

EXPLORE PRACTICES IN TEACHING AND LEARNING

Every educator needs to know how to do research as there are many situations and phenomena in relation to pedagogy that need to be explored further. Research not only improves one’s knowledge but also opens up the mind and improves the ability to produce pedagogical innovation.

WOW! SUDDENLY, SARAWAK AND SABAH BECOME SO IMPORTANT???

I WONDER when was the last time the people of Sarawak and Sabah feel so good in being part of Malaysia as these past few months. Soon after the March 8 general election, the two East Malaysian states, often deemed by Sabahans and Sarawakians as the forgotten ‘old maids’ in Malaysia suddenly became so important to the centre.

To put it bluntly, Malaya needs Sarawak and Sabah more (now than ever before) than Sarawak and Sabah need the peninsular. The Barisan Nasional government and the opposition Pakatan Rakyat in Malaya — oh, how much they want to woo East Malaysians now.

The prime minister and his deputy had visited Sabah and Sarawak several times since the March polls, each time delivering goodies and leaving with promises of more deliveries. Oppositionist Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also made similar visits, each time promising better days ahead and each time, leaving his charismatic stamp behind for new Anwarista recruits to savior.

Of course, it is the numbers they want! What, do you think they consider Sarawak and Sabah so important if we have nothing to offer them? Between the two states, there are 54 seats in parliament — now that’s big deal, man!

Every time the East Malaysian pendulum swings, the guys at the centre will sit up and watch. And right now, the whole nation is looking at September 16. Will it or will it not happen on September 16?

For the information of the naive minority, September 16 is the day touted by Anwar that the BN government of Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will fall and the Pakatan Rakyat coalition which he leads will form the new federal government. If there is a new government by September 16, so be it. Or if the same one is still in power on Sept 16, so be it too!

It’s also important that we get on the right side of history. Malaysia was established on September 16, 1963 while Malaya obtained her independence from Britain on August 31, 1957. So let’s get that one correct! Meanwhile, Sarawakians and Sabahans can continue to bask in the attention given by the centre.

Cost of living cheaper in Singapore
Before I see this I think that Singapore’s cost of living is very high .But after I read it , it not really true to say that the cost really high . May be it sounds like more or less similar to the Malaysian’s living cost .

I really surprise that the example that he give . Yes, to be honest to say that I feel that the Malaysian’s living cost is increasing but the salary still not much increase .I am a student , even the food in the university is not as cheap as a student “price” . For a full time student I think that is a “heavy” afford to us if we can not get the sponsor form our family .

Even now I can not imagine that what will be happen for our future when every things become “luxurious” .That time how are we going to improve our life? I think that is a very serious issue that we will facing in future .We also well know the hot issue about the petrol price increased .I hope that the government can fulfill their promise that the price of petrol will be adjust every single period .

I believe that Malaysia is potential to become some country like Japan if everything settle is the best way .When civilian is “satisfy” what their get for sure they will continue to stay over here and giving the contribution.
After review this article it make me feel like wan to travel to Singapore but please think twice . It is still consider an extravagant because we are not working in Singapore and this article is due to someone who work in Singapore and Malaysia . So what I suggest is visit to Malaysia , we have many nice places to visit . One of the example is my hometown – Cameron Highlands .

We as the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) member have to give concern to the environment around us .For example this case , how to manage the clinical waste in proper manner .This topic seem seldom touch by anyone but it is very important to our life . The clinical waste will be another hazard for us if we are not well dispose .

May be you will ask that what will cause by the clinical waste? As the article write the clinical waste include human or animal tissue, blood or other bodily fluids and excretions. This things can cause the disease spread easily , the best example is cholera .While the other is the drugs , this may be will give the science effect to the resident who stay around the hospital when the chemicals are expose to the air .

http://www.nasm.si.edu/collections/imagery/apollo/AS13/a13sum.htm

Today I want to share something related to the place far away from earth. Astronomy happens to be my favourite field of study since the young. Apollo 13 was one of history's most regconised disaster. A movie titled Apollo 13 was taken as well. Going into space and doing research really draws my attention.

Therefore I decided to read an article souly on the facts of Apollo 13.

What is Apollo 13? Let me share the journey with you.

The Apollo 13 Mission was planned as a lunar landing mission but was forced to turn back due to loss of service module cryogenic oxygen and consequent loss of capability to generate electrical power, to provide oxygen and to produce water.

The hardship the crew faced was truely life challenging. The Apollo 13 crew were :

James A. Lovell, Jr. Commander John L. Swigert, Jr.* Command Module Pilot
Fred W. Haise, Jr. Lunar Module Pilot

From the way it was explained in the article regarding the problem of decreas in Oxygen level and water supply along with the electrical supply truly isn't one would imagine. Being on earth and not being able to have access to water supply is so hard to survive. Try putting yourself in their shoes. "Out all alone in a spacecraft with drastic decrease in oxygen along with the rest". In space it's a vaccum area. Oxygen is not available.

Then again, Houston which is the space centre in texas was the one who talk them through each step of the way to manually pilot the spacecraft back to earth. The pressure on them to bring the spacecraft back is merely to safe their lifes. But it is a great honour that they were brought back to earth safely. Knowing the struggle the crew and the people down at houston just to safe their life's is something to remember and to honour.

Their mission however was called
"THE SUCCESSFUL FAILURE"

There is a simple moral to this as well. Work together and do not give up will also result in something good.

Thank You.

SCHOOL KIDS AMONGST THOSE NABBED FOR ROBBERY

Today, I read news about robbery that happen in Johor Bahru yesterday. Twelve students are among 15 people detained on suspicion of being involved in a series of gang robberies around Ulu Tiram. Those suspects are aged between 15 and 21.

15 mobile phones, eight parang (machetes) and 12 ski masks was found in the empty house where they arrested. Three men picked up together with the students were jobless. All the students are released on police bail as they are still schooling while the other three suspects are being detained at least till tomorrow for further investigations.

They were being investigated under Section 395 of the Penal Code for gang robbery. What happen to our society today? What are the problems in this case? Anything went wrong? Education? Friend’s Influence? Or otherwise?

What for if someone prefer robbing than working hard? This is the shortcut way to achieve what they want in short time but it’s risky. Once they being arrested, their reputation will drop down. They can’t even accepted by the society anymore. Think of it.

Thanks,

Okay, I've always been a follower for Tun Mahathir blog. Every time he write something, its really get the little 'nugget' inside my head to start running and most of the time I agree with what he say.

Because his words are very strong, you know. He is the kind of leader that always looking forward for the sake of the nation and the citizens(us).Eventhough he is now a pensioner, still he find way to express his ideas and never afraid to comments about what he believes is wrong with goverment's today.
I really think we are now lacking of such charismatic leadership in the goverments.

Alright, back to the main point. This time he is talking about how malaysian actually have too much holidays. Mathematically, 1/4 of our year been spent on holidays. Who did not love holidays? But please consider the fact that we are a developing country. Even U.S had less holidays than us. Too much holidays mean, people don't go to work, which results in slow productivity. It would affect our work culture.

Remember that we are a trading nation which depends on exporting goods, raw material and services, the cost of our exports is important. If the process get slow, the cost will go higher.

You guys should check it up. Its really going to open your eyes. And I love his sinister comments too.

Maybe its never cross in our mind that the ancient people has created and adapted a technology far more sofisticated than what we have today.

The truth is there is evidence showing that a 1000-year civilization like the Mayan had surpass us in the development of technology.

This one show us that the Mayan had already created their own flying-system. The model of gold-made airplane had been builted to larger size with addition of an engine and propeller. The radio-controlled plane turn out to be a succes. It took of,flew, and landed perfectly like a modern day plane.

PLASTIC FOOD CONTAINERS STILL POTENTIALLY HARMFUL

Scientists announced this week new evidence that small quantities of bisphenol, or BPA, a widely used chemical used to make plastic food and drinking containers, can harm the brain function in primates, which extends the previous discovery of research behavior in rats.

Whether any amount of the chemical that leaches from containers into food signifies an environmental hazard is a controversial subject. The experiment indicates that BPA could negatively affect brain function in humans.

In a report this week, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the BPA completely eliminated the configuration of several nerve connections in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, two regions of the brain.

Based on these findings, the scientists think that the EPA may wish to consider lowering its 'safe daily limit' for human BPA consumption.

These scientific discoveries have "profound implications," the investigators uphold. These remain significant based on the critical role of the nerve connections in cognition and mood.

Red roses were her favorites, her name was also Rose.
And every year her husband sent them, tied with pretty bows.
The year he died, the roses were delivered to her door.
The card said, "Be my Valentine," like all the years before.

Each year he sent her roses, and the note would always say,
"I love you even more this year, than last year on this day."
"My love for you will always grow, with every passing year."
She knew this was the last time that the roses would appear.

She thought, he ordered roses in advance before this day.
Her loving husband did not know, that he would pass away.
He always liked to do things early, way before the time.
Then, if he got too busy, everything would work out fine.

She trimmed the stems, and placed them in a very special vase.
Then, sat the vase beside the portrait of his smiling face.
She would sit for hours, in her husband's favorite chair.
While staring at his picture, and the roses sitting there.

“WEDDING PLANNER”

Today I was shocked because I read the news about “WEDDING PLANNER”. It really happened in KUANTAN. A wedding planner and his friend were remanded for four days by a magistrate’s court in connection with cheating six couples out of RM65, 255.

I’m sure you must asking question about who is WEDDING PLANNER.

Yes, Wedding Planner is the person who offered wedding and reception packages at attractive prices and some of the couples only found out that they were duped just a few days before their wedding day.

So it’s advisable that any couple who had been cheated to lodge a report to the police as fast as possible.

Beware of it!!! WOMAN AND GENTLEMEN!!!

Woman stabbed to death by robbers
Every times when I go through some news I am sure to notice this kind articles . It is really sad to say that our peaceful country is not safe enough . For example this article have cause a woman dead by stabbed .It is really cruel for a family that a mother have leave them .I really pity on this kind of situation and I do not know how much of tears have to come out by the family .

I do not understand why the robber must kill some one in their action? Why they just take the money that they want and just leave them? Why they do not work for their own and get the money their own . If the victims are their family what will he feel?

I hope that everyone in our country can play well their rolls but please do not create the “non-sense “ to our country our living .

Cabinet orders SKMM to reinstate access to Malaysia Today

Ultimately, the Cabinet has ordered the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) to reinstate access to all blocked websites including Malaysia Today. As we all know, SKMM had instructed ISPs to block Malaysia Today in accordance with Section 263 of the Communications and Multimedia Act. Since then various parties have slammed the move saying the action went against national commitments spelt out under MSC Malaysia’s Bill of Guarantees.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said the site was blocked because it showed no respect for religion. Why the goverment only directed against the Malaysian Today's onwer-Raja Petra Kamaruddin? Did Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar ever thought that why the goverment didn't put any effort to fight for the right of Malaysian chinese? The goverment should put the UMNO Bukit Bendera division chief Datuk Ahmad Ismail in a punishment or jailed as it already create a very critical issues which can consider the offensive under ISA act in Malaysia. Why UMNO only suspended its membership rights and stripped him of his posts for three years for making remarks which were deemed offensive by the Chinese community. Think of it.

Some time we have to appreciate that we are living in Malaysia which is the country free of nature disaster . We know that this year China having the earthquake and cause many human being death . This is not only China face the problem but also for other country like America facing the tornado and cause a huge amount of lost .

This time in Beijing , China also surfer in mudslide .May be this is not a very big news as the Si Chuan earthquake but I think that this still a big lost in a country . Imagine if this “small” cases face in our Malaysia I am sure that this will be the big news in Malaysia .It is because our country is not as big as the China and we seldom facing this kind of nature disaster .

One of the victim said the flow of mud and rock destroyed a three-storey office building, a market and houses in the valley and this happen in few minutes .Wau …. I really can not imagine how powerful is the natural .Even this accident is not cause as serious as Si Chuan earthquake but the dead number still show there are the dead .May be this is not related to our but try to think if it happen to us .I am sure we feel difficult to handle this . So what I want to share here is we have to appreciate what we having now .

Two pupils hurt by firecrackers
It is really sad to heard about this king of news . The Hari Raya Puasa is coming soon , for sure more of this cases will come out from the news article . Actually what have happen? Did their parent take care about their children ? Why they do not stop their children doing this kind of things ?Do the children how that this will kill them ?
If every parent have go through this kind of question for sure they will aware about their behavior . Some time we can not fault the children because they may be do not know how dangerous of the firecrackers . So parent have the reasonability to stop them from this action . Not only that the society also play a very important role , example do not simply play the firecrackers in any where and they should play in “correct “ skill .
If this accident continuous happen for sure the government will illegal the firecrackers and we will have a very quite and peaceful Hari Raya Puasa or Chinese New Year . Do you still remember how cheer are we with the fire cracks during the celebration before the fire cracks have been band?

Boy: Teacher watched as students beat me up

I have a question want to ask those who read my this comment.Assume that you are a student, what would you feel if you were beaten up by 20 students but no one go to help you although they saw the incident, even teacher and guard? But the incident was real,it happened in Taman Wangsa Maju,Kuala Lumpur.I wonder did the teacher and guard forgot what is their responsibility? If they scare thay can not handle it alone, they may call for help. After the student was beaten up,the teacher even told him to go home and warned him to not make it an issue. Is that called a teacher?He/she should bring him to get medical recovery first, tell to the student's parents and report to school.Take action to find them out and let police to settle this, because we can not let them getting worse.Besides, about the girl. Why she telling lie to her boyfriend that the student did not apologise to her?I really do not konw what was that girl think about.Actions should be taken against the students, including that girl, the teacher and the guard, let them know they were wrong.

Affluent area marred by crime

Two days ,two major crimes in Bandar Sri Damansara? One was a shootout while the other was a robbery of RM25,000 from a bank customer. Seven houses were robbed in one day?

This scenario is quite familiar to us and should we just let it happen? May be some of us are not become the victim “yet” so they still can not feel the feeling of fear and they think might that it would not happen to them . While may be some of us knowing the problems but do not know what action should take .Those are the main factor why Malaysia still facing this kind of criminal .

Co-operation is very important among the resident but the government also take a main role . The article have said that the Bandar Sri Damansara Residents Association spent RM20,000 and bought a van for the police but it does not function well .Why? what is the happen actually ? I do not know that but for sure there are some “problem” .

The criminal cases seem like not decrease but increasing . I also hope that the Inspector General of Police would consider their plea to have a police station in their township . But what I want try to say is I hope the police station can “function” well . If not there will be the same problem there .
Through this article , I believe there are many similar cases are not reported and they also should be emphasis them . Having a beautiful and serene country is the responsibility of us .

Cheap Auto Insurance - Do You Really Want It?

Cheap auto insurance is big business these days. It’s hard to watch television without being promised cheap auto insurance premiums with excellent auto insurance service. But, do you really want cheap auto insurance? It would be worth your time to think over a few things.

1) The old saying – you get what you pay for is a good place to start. When looking for cheap auto insurance – don’t stop your research at the cheap premium. Those cheap premiums might not be so cheap in the long run if the auto insurance company won’t come through for you when you need them. It would be worth your time to look at some auto insurance reviews.

2) Auto insurance is big business and businesses are looking to make as much money as they can. To put it bluntly, the auto insurance companies are looking to take as much money from you as possible – while paying as little money to you as possible. This is a business fact of life.

3) Another factor to consider is the amount of money a company spends on advertising. Those television commercials promising cheap auto insurance are quite expensive. Remember, every dollar the auto insurance company spends comes out of its customer’s pocket. Just remember, a company that spends a lot of money advertising cheap auto insurance might end up costing more money later.

4) Finally, don’t underestimate the dollar value of great service. In my world, time and hassle equal money. If I find myself spending a lot of time and hassle with a business such as auto insurance – its true cost is rising. Just don’t find yourself getting so excited about the promise of cheap auto insurance that you overlook those other important details.

Effectively Using Overture/Yahoo To Get Website Visitors

Overture or now known as Yahoo because of Yahoo’s takeover, was the original inventor of the use of the P4P or Pay for Performance. Overture saw that the internet was fast becoming the easiest and most convenient way to shop, and advertising was going to hit at an all time high because of the many businesses in the arena.

To get a person to go to a site than others, it needs to be very visible. Providing ads that could direct potential consumers and costumers to their site would allow them to have an increase in traffic as well as sales. Yahoo provides a service that can put a site or company’s ad in their sites that can be shown when certain keywords are inputted.

Yahoo offers a chance for any company to increase their traffic by using their services. With more people being aware of your site, there would be more traffic and visitors to your site given the chance to view your pages as well as your products. With even a small percentage of successful sales, with a high traffic volume this could still be a substantial figure for your company.

Getting a consistent substantial flow of website visitors is every company’s goal. Many methods are devised and utilized to ensure that there would be more people to boost the sales and to be aware of the existence of such a product or service. Website visitors are potentially the life blood of your internet based business.

Yahoo/Overture utilizes the same principle as Google’s Adwords. In fact, they are very similar to each other that they use keyword and keyword phrase searches and to determine which ads to show per search. When a person types in a keyword or keyword phrase to search for anything, the search engines gives out the results in a page. Then at the right side of the page, you will see selected ads that have paid for their ads to be viewed with certain keywords and keyword phrases searched.

For example, Lets say you run a car parts retail/wholesale site. You choose keywords that can prompt or trigger your ads to be shown in the page when a keyword is searched. When a search engine user types in Honda Accord, your ad may come up if you have designated that as one of your keywords. You don’t need to fully optimize your site with Search Engine Optimization methods and techniques.

While some labor so hard to make their site one of the high ranking sites per keyword search, you get the chance to be on the top of the list or at least in the first page of a search result increasing your chance to be clicked on. With that, you drive traffic and website visitors to your site a lot faster.

You will have to pony up some cash when using this service though. There are different ways Yahoo/Overture will charge you. It may be in the number of Keywords or Keyword phrases your ad uses or in the many times your ad is clicked on. Others offer many other services like having your ad show up not only in the search engine pages but also with some third party sites.

Third party sites support ads that have the same theme or niche as them. With more areas your ad is shown, you increase the chances of people knowing about your site or product. With more website visitors you increase the sales of your site which makes your investment with your ads a wise one.

With so many competitions in the internet based businesses, it is necessary to take a huge leap forward from the pack by advertising. Yahoo/Overture will be a great place to start. Many have utilized their services and have reaped the rewards of this decision. It’s a marketing strategy that will increase your website visitors as well as increase your sales resulting to profit.

It takes money to make money, while there are some methods that are basically low cost or free, using a marketing service such as what Yahoo/Overture offers will provide results faster and on a larger scale. Many businesses have learned this the hard way, don’t be counted with them.

NS camp declared unsafe

What ? NS camp declared unsafe ? For sure this will make some parent worry when they see this title because their son or daughter may be having the NS . But do not worry because this happen in Kem PLKN Sri Mutiara Balik Pulau. According to the article , the NS officer say there are no any trainer there at that time .

It is very dangerous if there are any trainer there and sure this will be the big news . So the government should always give the concern to the camp side and make sure that is safe enough for the trainer . This also will comfort the parent from the nightmare ( worry their lovely children ) .

Maid bundled into car and gang-raped

Girls...BECAREFUL!!!In George Town, there was one Indonesian maid was gang-raped by five masked men. They used chloroform to overpower her before they gang-raped her. Before the crime happened, she was walikng along the road then bundled into a car and taken to a unknown place. She found out that she was naked and the five men were standing over her.So, my advise is must not walk alone along a quiet road, especially during night.Ask some friends to accompany you.At least they can help you on the spot and call for help at the first time.Maybe every girl already know and learned the techniques to avoid that happen. But since this kind of case is still happen, better be alert and becareful.

Emergency Beijing Olympic pollution scheme begins

During the preparation of Beijing Olympic there are some argument about the pollution cause by the building of “bird nest “ the large population create pollution . The clearest pollution we can see is about the air pollution .

When I see this title I was so curious that what kind of scheme will take by the government to stop and recover the pollution . After I go through this I know that the government take around 60 percent of the city's 3.3 million cars off the roads . This really make me shock because I wonder how the resident in Beijing how survive with the limited transport . 3.3 million is not a small number and for sure that time the buses and cab are “overload” .

The other actions the government take is halt most building work and almost all earth and cement works have been closed, along with a string of factories -- including many in other provinces . This shows that China really take concern to Beijing Olympic .

I can conclude that to success a big event need a lot of preparation . What you give and that will be yours one day . What I really respect is China not only successful in organize the Olympic but also well manage the environment and try the best to minimize the pollution of the country .

I believe that is what we should learn form China to improve our country .

CHINA MAKES FIRST ARRESTS IN TAINTED MILK PROBE

This silly news was happened in Beijing. Two brothers suspected of adding a dangerous chemical to milk they sold to a company that produced infant formula that killed two babies and sickened more than 1,200 others were arrested by police.

The two brothers, surnamed Geng, run a milk collection center in Hebeiprovince and are accused of adding melamine, a chemical used in plastics to the milk to make it appear higher in protein. They sold about three tons of contaminated milk a day.

Melamine may have been added to the milk to fool quality tests after water was added to fraudulently increase the milk's volume. Melamine is rich in nitrogen and standard tests for protein in food ingredients measure nitrogen levels.

Two infants have died from drinking the contaminated milk powder and 1,253 have been sickened. 913 of the infants were only slightly affected and their condition was not considered life threatening. However, 340 remained hospitalized and 53 cases were considered especially severe, he said.

The incident is an embarrassing failure for China's product safety system, which was overhauled in an attempt to restore consumer confidence after a string of recalls and warnings abroad over tainted toothpaste, faulty tires and other goods.

AUTHOR DAVID FOSTER WALLACE FOUND DEAD

David Foster Wallace, the writer best known for his critically acclaimed 1996 novel "Infinite Jest," was found dead at his home in Claremont, California. Wallace's wife had called police on Friday night, saying her 46-year-old husband had hanged himself.

Wallace, who taught creative writing at Pomona College, gained national prominence with "Infinite Jest," named by Time magazine as one of the 100 best English-language novels published since 1923.

The novel, which runs to 1,000-plus pages and takes place in a drug rehabilitation center and an elite tennis academy, won acclaim from Time for its "painfully funny dialogue and Wallace's endlessly rich ruminations and speculations on addiction, entertainment, art, life and, of course, tennis."

Wallace's other works include the short story collections "Girl With Curious Hair" and "Brief Interviews with Hideous Men," as well as a collection of essays, "A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again. David was a great figure in American letters.

What we had no right to expect was what a brilliant teacher he would turn out to be ... that's what was so unusual about David, and that's what marks the extent of his dead?

But now, Malaysians are increasingly harnessing the benefits of this calcium source.” Yes , me as Malaysian also feel that I seldom take the milk after my childhood . Milk is very important to remain the hardness of bone . This also can prevent the risk of developing osteoperosis when we age ,especially for woman .

May be in Malaysia we do not take the milk as much as the foreign country such as US , but I think that is still a must to remain our health .So I suggest that we have to encourage take the milk at least everyday per glass . Although this seem like not our tradition but we need to do for our health . Parent also play the main role to let their children take milk after the stage of childhood .

Please do not regret when the disease is near to you and it will be too late . Prevention is better than cure so please that the concern !!!

You sure the 9/11 attack are really just a Islamic terrorist's reaction to America?

I think the whole tragedy seem extremely fishy. I ain't saying that cause I'm anti-America, infact I like most thing about them. But frankly speaking, I don't buy their story on this one. Look, I don't saw terrorism as a solution, and I never agree with their doing, okay? Just to clear things up.

However, there are a lot of evidences and proofs after a critical investigations on the attacks that suggests the work of 'inside man'. I believe we're lied to about a number of things.

This time around are about involvement of Thermite that had been dug out of the rubble. As you know, Thermite is used in controlled demolitions and planted ahead of time and controlled at the time of demolition.

Another thing is about Osama Bin Laden. Whether you realized it or not, every single time there is something happened that relating America and the terrorist, next thing you know is Osama have a new video for us. Don't you ever wonder how up until now, they still failed to track him down? I mean they had been bragging about having one of most sofisticated tracking system in the world and how they even get to captured Saddam Hussain who been hiding a couple of hundred feet inside the earth. but where is Osama?

So, its up to you how you want to see it. BUT NEVER DENY THE TRUTH.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samurai

I am kind a interested with the Japanese culture. And this time I would like to share with you about the Samurai...

Samurai is the term used to described a military nobility of pre-industrial
Japan. It is believed that warriors and foot soldiers may have formed the early stages of samurai; that is the proto-samurai.

Oda Nobunaga was well-known lord of Nagoya area and an one of the example of samurai during the Sengoku Period. Oda Nobunaga made innovations in the field of war tactics, heavily used arquebuses, developed commerce and industry and treasured innovations.

It seemed that Oda Nobunaga has contributed lots of things to the Sengoku Period.

He died in 1582 when one of his general betrayed him and attack him with his army.

Well, i think thats all for today. Next time i will try to find something more interesting about the Japanese culture.

Answar's actions have affected political and economic stability???
Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said that opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has now become a threat to the economy and political stability because Anwar’s actions had not only affected political stability but also economic stability.

As a result of his actions, certain fund managers have made reports that Malaysia is not a good investment destination because of political uncertainties. Abdullah said the government would do what was needed to prevent Answar affecting the economic growth in Malaysia.

He added on that Answar had spread lies about the economic situation in the country including that no foreign direct investment was coming in and that the nation was no longer competitive. Buty the truth was that FDI was still flowing into the country and not only that, Malaysia was a preferred investment destination. Anwar wanted to bankrupt the nation by exploiting the fears of the people and belittling the country abroad.

Besides that, Najib also said Anwar’s political games had adversely affected the nation’s economy. He reminded the people not to become victims of Anwar’s political games because it can cause psychological effects.Nothing about a power transfer. As such, he has lied to the people with the aim of confusing them.

Thanks.

UMNO meeting, Anwar press conference (on-going updates)

The UMNO supreme council meets at 3pm, Thursday and the main topic is expected to be the transition of power.UMNO president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has said he would hand over the presidency to his deputy Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in June 2010 or “earlier if possible.” As we know, UMNO party elections are in December and divisions will nominate who they want as their leader between Oct 9 and Nov 9.

What was the point if we vote for the leader that can't lead our country. Hopefully, the member of the UMNO party can vote smartly for their leader. Do not simply vote for someone you admire but vote for someone who have the ability to lead our country. We want MODERNISATION of Malaysia.

In a band world, there are many interesting things to share. I still remember about a topic that I have discussed with my collick. He is in a punk band. When i ask about their lyrick and music, he told me that its all about anarchy.

I do became really interested in the anarchy thing. So the next day I search about it in the internet. And all the questions that keep playing in my mind were answered.

Anarchism is a political philosophy encompassing theories and attitudes which support the alimination of all compulsory government. This mean that the anarchist will fight against any government to have a lawless world.

This anarchist also usually support all the capitalism philosophy. Within my conversation with my friends, he told me that punkers follow this kind of philosophy just because it put freedom in all action in the first place. That is why punk music that sopport freedom and lawless world is called punk anarchy.

Mini popiah a huge hit

Hari Raya is near already and may be u can earn some money by this time . How to earn the money ? By selling popiah? No , is mini popiah . First of all I like to eat popiah very much and I also know how to do the “Chinese” popiah .But I wonder how is the mini popiah look like ? I really have no idea . But this article really attract me .Do u know why?

Now days not only the man is go out and work to gain the money .But the woman also can gain the money just in home .I think this is very encourage to the jobless woman who can just start a small business . Do not think sell this kind of popiah can not earn the money . First the model of the popiah is not very high , so you do not have any reasons to say that you do not have the enough money to start a business .

Even for a student also can earn the “money” by helping their mother .So do not waste your time is you are free to do anything .

This news had just been posted at Google News 50 minutes ago. After I read the news, I'm still shock until now.

Well, maybe for you guys it's just another fire incident happens in a school, killing some innocent lives. But, as for me, I really can't understand that why Mr. Saari, the shooter, would choose a school compound to open fire. The students were innocent. They just go to school like every normal day, and "BANG!!" gun shots everywhere and killing their best friends, and even their beloved principal.

I just couldn't understand what the shooter trying to proof. He's cool enough? Cool enough to own a guy and kill anyone as he likes? Or he thinks that he's God and he have the right to just end someone's life? This is just too cruel and irresponsible.

Other that that, I also couldn't tolerate that, he had just been released by the police a day before, and he choose to kill somebody before he ended his life. I think this is the meanest thing to do. If he really want to end his life, he should just end his without hurting someone else. But he should really think twice, before you shouldn't just end your life as you like. This is against the law and your own religion too.

Thus, I hope that in the future, cases like this should be reduce or shouldn't appear again on the news.

That's all from me. Thank you.

Page 81 of UHL2312 TECHNICAL ENGLISH

Hi, I hav been so vel best to come busy lately and was tryin my best to post a comment. Thank God I have the chance now. Yesterday in technical english class, we were ask to read on an article titled "My journey to ISS". I cant help the fact that I have a strong likin for astronomy or anything closely related to it.

The word "Space' always draws my attention.

"ISS" International Space Station which is located in space is a big deal to come to think about it. Man has created a station in Space!Wow! That is not a joke.

Knowing how our very own Malaysian first "Angkasawan" experienced his journey to space is truely so magnificent.

The best part to know is the unique tradition they practice by "peeing" over the right rear of the bus tyres, while the second tradition practised is kicking each and every crew over the butt twice before climbing the steps.

Wierd dont you think? But, yes it's true!

Okay picture this! for an example, if an American goes to space, it is something to marvel about and it feels like a man is going to space. But when Dr. Sheikh our very own Malaysian is up there in Space, it feels like a family. The journey he took felt almost if I am taking that chance with him.

It may be suprising but this is where I felt the spirit of being a Malaysian. Great feeling!

Just proud to be a Malaysian!

Student punished for spaghetti beliefs

Hello again! I just came accross this funny yet wierd article. So I decided I got to share this with you.

Have you heard the word
"Pastafarian"?

Well it happens to be a religion that believes in wearing "full pirate regalia" and follow the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and believe that the world was created by the touch of his noodly appendage. Furthermore, they acknowledge pirates as being "absolute divine beings"

Normally, pirates is never something good.

This is certainly something new I have read. It is true though!Imagine yourself in a pirate suit just like in the movie "The Pirates Of the carribean" :-) It is going to be hilarious!
Something to smmile about.

Thank You.

Make a Fire Escape Plan

For my opinion I think that Malaysian may be do not take serious on this planning . Why ? Because most of the people think that they would not go through this kind of accident . But do you think that human have the ability to predict ? For sure NOT . So I suggest that you better take attention to this article .

Some of us may be think that going out from your house do not even spend a minute . So what is so important for the escape plan ?When a fire occur it may be block your way to the safety place . I am sure that time you are under stress and nervous so for sure you will disorientate and trap inside the fire scene .

Here are some tips to safe you and your lovely family’s life :
• Practice escape plans every month.
• Plan two ways out of each room.
• Immediately leave your home when a fire occurs.
• Never open doors that are hot to the touch.
• Designate a meeting location away from your home.
• Once you're out, stay out

I hope you will start to plan the escape plan not even for your house but the office also. Take some time think about this and please take the action before something happen .

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Lucas_(drug_lord)

2 month ago, I watched this movie,'American Gangster'. Denzel Washington star as Frank Lucas, a very succesful drug lord in Harlem around the 70's. This one is based on real story too.

He was a very clever man as he actually smugs the drugs straight from the source at the southeast asian. He had an inside man;Ike; who is his cousin's husband to the job.

As his drugs (which is called the Blue Magic), offers twice qualities than his any other competiton with the price half lower than them, it quickly became a hit among the addicts. He claims that he made US$1 million per day selling drugs on 116th Street. Though he was a rich man, he decided to stay low by only wearing conservatively as to not attract attention to himself.
He only trusted his family to the work.

Then there is Richie Roberts(Russell Crowe), a very good cop. He managed to bring Lucas down and with the capture, led to more than 100 further drug-related convictions involving the police department too.

He do his time, and then after released, he had his own brand. The Frank Lucas brand together with his son, Frank Lucas Jr, who is a hip-hop artist.

Joanne Hill, 32, was jailed for minimum 15 years. She was an advertising executive. Do you know why she was sentenced to 15 years jail?

This is because she, a wife and a mother of one killed her own and her only daughter. She did this by drowning the little Naomi,4 in a bath tub.

Why in these days there still live someone which is cold blooded who dare to kill her own flesh and blood?

Do you know what is the reason why she murdered her daughter? According to the article she was ashamed of her daughter condition which suffered mild cerebral palsy.

She think that her daughter was a punishment from God. Her husband, Simon, 38 stated that what she did to their child was evil.

In a police tape played to Chester Crown Court, Hill described in a calm, steady voice how she added bubble bath and checked the temperature before holding the toddler beneath the water.

I dont know how to describe such behaviour. How are we going to stop this thing from spreading?
To have your own child is a gift from God. There are lots of other people who desperately trying to have their own child. But this woman drowned her own baby.

Does a minimun 15 years behind the bar is a good punishment to her?
Is it worth it?
Or should Hill be behing the bar for the rest of her life?
Think about it.

Bedroom Fire Safety

Do you know that bedroom is the conmen area of fire origin ? May be you think that kitchen is the more easiest start a fire happen but this article shows nearly 600 lives are lost to fires that start in bedrooms each year . So every night all of us are sleeping in a very dangerous place .Do you agree with me now?

Normally fire occur in bedroom cause by misuse or poor maintenance of electrical devices, such as overloading extension cords or using portable space heaters too close to combustibles. But many children also can start a fire by playing the matches or lighter .So for the father and mother they should give concern to their “naughty” children .

Electrical fire can cause by indoor activity especially smoking

. Here are some suggestion to you that should not be done in your room :
• Do not trap electric cords against walls where heat can build up.
• Take extra care when using portable heaters. Keep bedding, clothes, curtains and other combustible items at least three feet away from space heaters.
• Only use lab-approved electric blankets and warmers. Check to make sure the cords are not frayed.
Be alert to your environment which can easy cause a fire .Fire prevention jobs should be do before something happened and please do not regret when it happened .

Student blackmailed into having sex

A form three student in Tampin was threatened by her classmate to continue having sex with him. If she didn’t obey to the demand, the suspect will pass around the phone-camera recording of their previous sexual encounters.

She had been having sex with her classmate since he persuaded her the first time after they watched a pornographic video together at his home. She only discovered that their encounters had been recorded when a classmate showed her the video on his hand phone.

Beware!!! Every female especially those are still merely pure and young. It’s useless to point the finger to another whether someone is right and wrong. It’s had happened. Every parent should always look up their children. They should spend more time with their child. Campus Fire Safety

Have you think before if UMP is on fire what will you do ? Oversea collage / university show that alcohol is often a factor for a fire . But in Malaysia ,alcohol is illegal for all the collage .May be this will make you comfort in this university . But ,please do not take it lightly .Fire can be cause by many reason and electrical fire is the most common factor .

Here are some safety precaution for all the UMP students :
• Provide students with a program for fire safety and prevention.
• Teach students how to properly notify the fire department using the 911 system.
• Install smoke alarms in every dormitory room and every level of housing facilities.
• Maintain and regularly test smoke alarms and fire alarm systems. Replace smoke alarm batteries every semester.
• Regularly inspect rooms and buildings for fire hazards. Ask your local fire department for assistance.
• Inspect exit doors and windows and make sure they are working properly.
• Create and update detailed floor plans of buildings, and make them available to emergency personnel, resident advisors and students.
• Conduct fire drills and practice escape routes and evacuation plans. Urge students to take each alarm seriously.
• Do not overload electrical outlets and make sure extension cords are used properly.
• Learn to properly use and maintain heating and cooking appliances.

Sometimes we might think that fire drill is just like a game ,but when fire occur it is not a game anymore .So do not play fool with the “game”.

RAYA SHOPPING TURNS TRAGIC

It’s very sad and annoying news that was happened in Sandakan, Sabah. One of two teenagers on a Hari Raya shopping trip died after they were kicked out from a moving minibus by a man who had earlier robbed them.

One of them who sustained serious head injuries when forced off the bus by the 30-year-old robber, died later at the Duchess of Kent hospital. The victim with his friend had boarded the bus near their home to do some Hari Raya shopping in town. However, the bus broke down about 5km from town and the two teenagers boarded another bus to continue their journey.

At about some 2km from town, the suspect approached the boys and demanded money. They handed over RM1 but the man was not satisfied. He whipped out a screwdriver and grabbed Mohd Ali’s wallet containing RM70. The victims’s friend tried to put up a fight but the man kicked them off the moving bus as terrified passengers watched helplessly. The suspect got off the bus a short distance away.

How terrible this news for the victim’s family especially during the coming HARI RAYA ANNUAL SEASON. The very cruel and inhuman suspect should be sent to the prison for whole life or being punish for the death penalty so that the victims woudn’t die with a grievance and everlasting regret.

Thanks.

VETERAN SINGAPORE OPPOSITION POLITICIAN DIES

Singapore veteran opposition politician J.B. Jeyaretnam died early on Tuesday after a heart failure, removing one of the most colourful and dogged characters from the country's often staid politics. He died at a local hospital, aged 82.

In 1981, Joshua Benjamin Jeyaretnam, popularly known as JBJ, was the first opposition politician to break Singapore's ruling party's monopoly in parliament. Jeyaretnam, an acerbic critic of the ruling People's Action Party (PAP), was repeatedly sued by senior PAP members over his 37-year career for making comments the PAP said were libelous.

He was born in Sri Lanka and trained as a lawyer in London; Jeyaretnam championed more freedom for ordinary Singaporeans, and wanted the Southeast Asian country to have a Western-style democracy.

J.B. Jeyaretnam saying: "All I want to do is to give the people a chance to live their own lives ... and not have everything dictated to them."

Four more arrested over security van robbery.

Another robbery again. I wonder when will people get to know that in this world there's no easy money. If you wanna have money just go for a work. Robbing will just make people want to have more and more since they like to rob, it will be happening again and again. Untill when will this end? There is no ending point to it, whenever needs money they will rob again. Why cant people just get educated enough to get themselves a nice job that promise them salary. Of course in life things wont get easy but as what people says " When there is a will, there is a way". As long as you put a hard work on something, good thing will happend too. Be something which benefits to society. Be true to ourself.

Foreign maids:"I never want to come back here"

Agent told selvi that there were many jobs in Malaysia and she began working for a family in Pantai Dalam since november 2006.she not only had to take care of the chores, but also look after the family's two young children. But at the end, selvi didn't get the actual amount of her salary and being abused by her employer.

First of all, the employer have no rights to abuse their maid or worker although they paid salary for them. The employer should give a reasonable working and resting hour for their maids. maid is not a machine or robot, they cant do things without rest. maids also have their human rights. We should treat everyone fairly and appreciate each other.

Philippines removing toxins from sunken ferry.

Another tragic has happen again. Which might grabs up to 860 life. Tragic of ferry. It's pity and sad to hear about another accident or tragic. Whenever it happens, alot of innocent people might get hurt or even loses their life. But for this tragic, not only humans are affected but also marines life might be affected as the ferry also carrying tonnes of toxic. The toxic also sunk together with the ship which make condition even worse, as the bodies of people cant be lifted up untill all of the toxic is carried up. Family of the lost must be very sad and also angry because they already losses their family member but cant arrange funeral for them that soon. The main reason that causes this to happens might be the ferry that being used is an ageing ferry which cant withstand any strong forces from outside. Authories should make sure they are using a proper functional transportation to prevent unwanted accident to happen.

500 fisherman stranded without fuel in Hutan Melintang.

Nowadays, fuel is a very hot topics which everyone is talking aboout. The prices are high, not sufficient and alot more. I think that more fuel should be subsidies to the fisherman as they run out of fuel very fast and this will affect thier catch also people who buy thier catch. The only way for them to get their earning is by going out to fish. As what they mention, they are lossing Rm1000 per day due to unable to fish. This will cause alot of fisherman to be in abit of money crisis. In here, it is also known that fisherman from other place refill at Hutan Melintang which causes local people there to be insufficient of fuel. They should have a more oraganize system to identified local fisherman. This will enable them to conserve and also able to calculate the precise fuel that should be subsidise to the place. This will ensure they will have enough fuel to use.

Public transport becoming the preferred choice of city folk

Because of the increasing for the price of fuel, city folk are choosing to take publlic transport than own vehicle. In my opinion, this bring benefits to our country such as produce less air pollution in our city with lesser vehicle on the road.Besides that, this also reduce the situation of traffic jam in our city.Futhermore,it's also will increase the income of the public transport services and the percentage of working opportunities.

I hope city folk will continue to use public transport such as computer train because it will reduce air pollution and prevent global warming to gettting serious.

Dirtiest among seven nations

Shocking is what come to my mind when i read this article. Can you imagine that actually your house kitchen where food are serve is the most dirtiest place? even dirtier than toilet? Every single food that we put in our mouth might be containing microbes. Microbes like E.coli can causes severe illness to human. Home is supposed to be the cleanest place for us. Imagine that if in our own house is not clean what will it be at outside kitchen? Since we were young we were taught to keep things clean and hygenic. But do anyone practice it? Does anyone take it seriously? That shall remains a questions which only you can answer it. Hygenic should be practise in order to keep our house safe for our own health. It should be practice by everyone. Wash hand before and after finish using toilets, even for eating. To be healty it has to be started with basic hygenic.

The students from China prefer to stay together to celebrate Hari Raya than staying alone in dormitory. They had said that the atmosphere during Aidilfitri is different in China. In Malaysia, non-muslim will visit muslim during Hari Raya.
I felt proud to be Malaysian because we all can live in harmony although our nation consist of different races. Our nation can celebrate all festival together. Besides that, we also know other races' cultures or eat their foods.
This is very unique which can only found in Malaysia
For my experience, I had been to my Malay friend's house during Hari Raya, the food which prepared by her mother was very delicious.I found that i knew more about my friend after visited to her house. Lastly ,I believe that through celebrating all the festival together ,we will appreciate more each other regardless nationality and races .

FEMALE STUDENTS INVOLVED IN SEX VIDEO SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL

What happen to our society’s moral character? Its reflect the trend of degeneration of moral character of the juvenile nowadays. A good proof which take places in our nearest city – Kuantan, Malaysia.

Two female students who appeared in the lesbian sex romp video clip last week have been suspended from school. Kuantan state education director Abdul Aziz Abdul Latiff said the duo aged 16 and 17 from a school in Pekan had admitted committing the act.

Both of them become the actor of the sex romp video shoot. They admitted their wrongdoings and the next day they have been suspended from school for two days. Beginning Oct 6, both the students will have to attend counseling sessions conducted by counselors, religious teachers and guest speakers at the district education office.

I really hope that the two female students will realize their wrongdoing and do not recommit the same error again next time. Hopefully the other juvenile don’t do the same mistake as well. There is no return way once you went the wrong way. Be careful when you find a friend.

Fuel prices could go down further: Shahrir

Malaysia Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad announced that there is a chance of a further reduction in pump prices if the average world crude oil price for this month is below US$104 per barrel.

If the world crude oil price continues to drop and averages at below US$104 per barrel for October there is a chance the pump prices for November will reduce further. If it doesn’t then there will be no change in prices.

The last fuel price review was done on Sept 24 when the Government announced a 10sen reduction bringing the prices of petrol and diesel to RM2.45 and RM2.40 per litre respectively.

FEWER PEOPLE OUT OF JOBS THIS YEAR

According to the news, there were 334 layoffs between January and March this year. Malaysia Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop said this was a marked improvement from 2007, when 4,400 lost their jobs.

The low unemployment rate augured well for the government's efforts to sustain economic growth in the face of a "double swing" situation. Malaysia was projected to achieve between five and six per cent growth this year while it also faced inflation at 8 per cent, due to high crude oil and goods prices globally.

BATTERY LIFE AS PUSH FACTOR

Wouldn’t it be perfect if there is a notebook computer that weighs less than a kilogram and has a battery life that never ceases? Imagine carrying it around while traveling without needing to charge the notebook after every few hours.

Computer usage habits make a difference on battery life, so you might not experience the same battery life as promised by the manufacturer. Battery life remains one of the key concerns for notebook users, and manufacturers are trying hard to feed the need to keep batteries running for a long time after each charge.

The majority of notebooks in the market are pre-loaded with power management software. This feature works with Windows’ (XP and Vista) power management utility to conserve energy and extend battery life. Users just need to create a power plan and get the right balance of performance and battery life. There is also the option of throttling central processing unit speed to conserve energy.

Leading the way in providing batteries that offer fast charging and long life are Dell Computers, Lenovo X200, and Asus Tech. They provide the different style of battery that can last for longer time. So, It’s better to check it out today!

Hello everyone. Good to be back! Okay lets get started. Here it goes, I have read on various comment and the publics perspective about music.

Gosh! there is many ways to define music. Some say music is cultural influence, and some say music cheers up a person who feels down. Okay we have got the point, that different people think differently regarding music. There are even some who refusse to listen to music.

So here is my little comment on how I would personally describe music. Music is more of arrangement of sounds in patterns.

Music not only comes from human being singing or musical instruments. Instead, put yourself in this shoes. Imagine yourself walking through the quiet woods, and you find yourself away from civilization and you are surrounded by nothing but nature. This is where you will hear the sound of the wild animal, insects, leaves being blowned by the wind and the river as well. All this blend together will form a music as well and music certainly helps release stress and happens to be a form of theraphy.

Then again there is rough and soft music. It depends on every individual though.

To me music in not life, instead music is a part of life and is a good part of life.

This is another question and answer topic i read on the word "miracle".

Just try to ponder on this word for a minute. What is a "miracle"? Do people believe in miracle?

Then again it depends.
In my opinion I strongly stick to the definition of "miracle" as stated in the dictionary that is, a wonderful event that seems inpossibleand that is believed to be caused by God.

Miracle is such a wonderful thing. We do not have to proof it is a miracle. Sometimes if there is something that made you in such a fortunate situation can also be called as a "miracle"

In short a miracle can happen anytime and to anyone if you chose to call it a miracle.

ALZHEIMER

Alzheimer's is an incurable dementia often characterised by increasing confusion, memory loss, apathy and, often, deep depression in its early stages. The disease usually begins after 60, as a subtle impairment of mental functions, especially short term memory, and afflicting women more often than men. The risk goes up with age; it is unusual for younger people to get it. It can last for 3 to 20 years, the average duration being 8 years.

The actual cause or causes of the onset of Alzheimer's disease remains unknown. An excessive intake of aluminium was once thought to be a high risk factor but this has never been confirmed, and it is now accepted that brain damage due to aluminium toxicity is different from that associated with Alzheimer's. Large population studies in the USA have resulted in interesting speculation on environmental factors that might cause the development of Alzheimer's disease. It has been observed that the risk factors are similar to those for atherosclerosis and heart disease, which suggests that free radicals and inflammation might be responsible for damage to the brain.

Hello everyone. Its good to be back here. during last raya holidays I have watch indiana jones movie.

Guess what,it was really awesome. all the plotting about the movie is about advantures. The most exiting parts is when the main character has reach the placa where they need to place the crystal skull.

I still remember henry 2nd words when his son ask him about the golden city for why it was named that. He said that the gold is refer to the treasures and the treasure that the skull protect is not the gold but the knowledge. This mean that the real treasure ia refer to the knowledge that the alien have.

in a conclusion knowledge is really important in our life. So we must search for it untill the last breath.

As a couple, they should believe each other.Although one of them suspected the other one,he or she have to find a better way to solve the problems by peace, but not using violence. In this case, the husband blew his wife and himself up with a fish bomb, but luckily their 13 children are safe.In my opinion, the husband made a very serious mistake,he should not kill anyone include himself, because he still have 13 children to be took care. His action had shown his selfishness to leave his children and "bring away" their mother.Children need and wish to have a warm and harmony family to stay and grow, but all was destroyed by their own father.Last,I wish the children will be strong because their still have a long journey to go,and please help them if you can.

Relationship is not and easy thing if you ask me. To break a relationship is way easier even a friendship is so easy to be broken but to build a relationship is not easy to built.

At the same time relationship is a wonderful thing. It's wonderful to shape a relationship.

But, its truely important to plant honesty and patience to mantain a good relationship.

In short, both sides should trust, support and understand one another.

Hi everyone! Before I get to my topic of the day, just a simple question? Do you hav a friend? Well, I am sure everybody has a friend.

In this article that I read, the explanation that the author gave on defining a friend.

To me a friend is the best thing an individual can get. Its important to have a friend in this world. Though at times, friends cant be trusted, but in this world there is a soul of a good friend to every individual.

A friend is a good companion. Lastly, a friend can be called a true friend, if he or she is there for you through happy and roungh times as well. In short not only a friend who laughs woth you but also a friend who cries with you.

That is how I define a friend.

What is crude oil?
"Crude oil is a naturally occurring liquid composed mostly of hydrogen and carbon".

Okay!Okay! Lets make it more interesting to understand. It is stated that crude oil have been formed from very small plants and animals that lived in ancient seas a very long time ago. These plants and animals die and they will actually sink to the sea and mix with all the mud, sand and clay.

Sounds really wonderful don't you think? This is because we can see the power of God where everything we need comes from earths ground and soil. For example, where does gold come from? It comees from the ground. That is how rich our earth is. Amazing? Yes indeed it is!

Have you watched the movie "The Parent Trap" (1998 film)? Well it happens to be one of my favourite movie of all times.

One of the main reason that made me love this movie so much is because of the feeling of family love in this movie is rather strong. It is wonderful to see a family wanting to reunite and work things out. In my opinion it is a good thing to do so if the family has separated in any way if may concern.

Overall, it is a heart-warming movie. Gentle to the heart and soul.

Thank you

I do always updated my knowledge about our country politics. And now I have observe that something is not right within our politics flow.

Before this there was never happened a case where a party form a new government after the prime election via transfering between party . But now all of us know that there are a rumours that the things is going to happen.

As a malaysian citizens this kind of things is really concerned me. Of course that this thing is legal but how about our trust that have been given to certain people last election. This thing also will effect our country economy the most. That is why this thing need to be solve immedietly so that the country will remain peaceness back.

Holla, nice to post my new topic. This topic i can ensure that it will be a very interesting one.

Have you ever heard of the word 'gangster'? I bet all of you have. Gangster can be define as a criminal who is a member of a persistent violent crime organization. Meaning that it is also an underground organization.

Usually they are the one who in charge in all the black market activities. Most of them are fierce on their face. In some country this gangster are the real one who rules the country. but its not an easy life as a ganster. Every minutes there is a risk to be killed.

The morale is that we are not suppose to have a single dream about becoming a gangster. Have a good life.

Smoking Fire Safety

“Cigarette fires also kill people who do not smoke.” How you feel when you see this sentence ? For sure you will feel that this is unfair for the non smoker ,but this is the reality .

To those smoker ,they should make sure the stub is out by dowsing in water or sand before they throw it . While the non-smoker also should take the reasonability to make sure the family or friends (smoker) around them always be careful with the cigarette .
Fire safety experts recommend the following steps for smokers to reduce their risk of fire:
• If you smoke, smoke outside.
• Choose fire-safe cigarettes. They are less likely to cause fires.
• Close a matchbook before striking and hold it away from your body. Set your cigarette lighter on "low" flame.
• Use deep, sturdy ashtrays placed on something sturdy and hard to ignite, like an end table.
• Don't leave cigarettes, cigars or pipes unattended. Put out all smoking materials before you walk away.
• Before you throw out butts and ashes, make sure they are out by dowsing in water or sand.
• If smokers have visited, check under furniture and cushions for cigarette butts that may have fallen out of sight.
• Don’t smoke if you are sleepy, have been drinking, or taken medicine or other drugs.
• Never smoke in bed. Replace mattresses made prior to the 2007 Federal Mattress Flammability Standard.
• Don’t smoke in a home where oxygen is used.
• Develop and practice a fire escape plan. In case of a fire, crawl or stay low to the ground, beneath the smoke, and use the escape plan you have worked out. Get out and stay out.
• Install a smoke alarm on every level of your home. Test smoke alarm batteries every month and change them at least once a year. Consider installing a 10-year lithium battery-powered smoke alarm, which is sealed so it cannot be tampered with or opened.
But I think the best solution is the smoker do not smoke again .This will reduce the risk of fire and I am sure everyone is healthier . Is it the best way?

Security staff at hospital on strike

Security staff also are human, they work and they should be paid. But the salary payment are not adequate nowadays following by rising of gooods. They all have their own family, some of them are came far to here, they have to send money back for their family's usage. If this problem can not be solved in a short period of time, the hospital security would be at stake with no security officers.

Hello there. this weeks is really tiresome for me. I have just back from briged camp and there was so many things that i have learn there. So now i want to share it with all of you.

One of my activity is to visit and make an interview with a family members of aborigins. there are so many morale that I gain during this activity. One of it is the important of knowledge and study level during this day. No one of the family members finish their school and causing them to have dificulties in finding a job. So they condiition are really poor.

Besides that I also have learn the importance to mix with people around us. All of this are very important in real life. So I hope that those who read this posting can earn some benefits although a little. Thank you.

Hallo everyone!

Here is the another story about briged siswa camp.I thank to God for the chances by learning new thing in my life. even it is not too much, but the knowledges that i get is meaningful. I felt so pity to the aborigin's life when I've come to their place. They haven't a good sosial life compared to us. they are not connecting with the people outside. they haven't got a good education also and maybe this is caused by the money. we are not going to ask them about this question a lot because when we ask them about this matter, the answer is simple, their children won't to study.
besides, the knowledge also came from the lecturer and the expertise. I learnt how to cook rice for 180 people and even more than that. For your information, this is the first time in my life to get into to River of Pahang.haha..so,to feel that experience, we have to appreciate the nature, the people around us and also ourselves.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has planned to retire next year!

I think he did a great job, although some of the citizens compared him with Tun Dr. Mahathir. It cannot be denied that the Prime Minister had also done something quite successful too, at least our country is in peace and harmony during his time.

What I'm trying to say is different people solve problems with their own method, or do their jobs in their own way. So, we should give him an applause too.

Guys love machines. We were made for each other. Be it transportation or a production machines, you cannot set us apart.

This is about a car that can only be mine in a dream. In fact, I don't know if it will even apear for me.
252mph, 1001PS, 16 cylinders, four turbos, 8.0-litres... the Veyron's numbers are staggering. It can hit 60mph in 2.5 seconds thanks to four-wheel-drive traction, shoots to 125mph in 7.3 seconds and reaches 200mph in less than 20. The Veyron 16.4 is the second most powerful, most expensive, and fastest street-legal production car in the world , with a proven top speed of over 400 km/h (407 km/h or 253 mph top speed). Not to mention the stunningly-designed body too.

Shoot....it'll going to cost me a massive fortune if I want to get my hand on that wheel....yeah, cause we're talking about a price of 1.1 million Euro.

Imagine buying it and the next thing you know you can't even go to 200mph cause you're living in a narrow place like Malaysia!hahaha

That would be like putting a high quality race-horse in a shoe box.

Well, we all want what we can't have, right?

Fuel prices reduced

what a good news for every Malaysian. Nowadays, living cost in Malaysia is very high especially in Kuala Lumpur. Everyone are struggling for their life because prices for everything are increasing in the market, no matter foods, cloths, vehicles, transportation fees. But the most important thing that we wish to increase and it's not increasing which is salary. This cause many people don have sufficient money to use. When the prices of fuel increasing, many people try to sell the car to reduce their expenses.

I think everyone will be very happy when the moment they know about the reduced fuel price. I hope by reducing fuel price can really help some family to solve their financial problems. I wish everyone can live happily and don't have much financial problems to those who really works hard for their life.

Hong Kong couple arrested for leaving five daughters home alone.

are the parents insane?how can they just left the children at home for 5 days? The society now is in a mess, many crime happen. how can the adult left their children at home without people guiding them? How if a robber get in the house to steal thing or rape the children?Or how if the children go to shopping mall alone and get kidnap by kidnapper?Children are still very young, they don't have any experience to handle when incident happen so parents shouldn't leave them alone at home.

In my opinion, the government should enforce the law to ensure children been protected.Besides that, parents should responsible to take care of their children, they should find their friend or relative to take care of their children if parent are not at home.

Electrical Fire Safety

Fires are caused by electrical system failure and appliance defects , but more cause by misuse and poor maintenance of electrical appliance ,incorrect installed wiring ,and overload circuit and extension cords .

Most electrical fires result from problem with fixing wiring ,example incorrect fixing wiring or overuse the extension cords will easily cause the electrical fires. While in the residential house normally electrical appliance involve the accident happen .

There are some safety precaution (residential electrical fires) :
• Routinely check your electrical appliances and wiring.
• Frayed wires can cause fires. Replace all worn, old or damaged appliance cords immediately.
• Use electrical extension cords wisely and don't overload them.
• Keep electrical appliances away from wet floors and counters; pay special care to electrical appliances in the bathroom and kitchen.
• When buying electrical appliances look for products which meet the SIRIM standard for safety.
• Don't allow children to play with or around electrical appliances like space heaters, irons and hair dryers.
• Keep clothes, curtains and other potentially combustible items at least three feet from all heaters.
• If an appliance has a three-prong plug, use it only in a three-slot outlet. Never force it to fit into a two-slot outlet or extension cord.
• Never overload extension cords or wall sockets. Immediately shut off, then professionally replace, light switches that are hot to the touch and lights that flicker. Use safety closures to "child-proof" electrical outlets.
• Check your electrical tools regularly for signs of wear. If the cords are frayed or cracked, replace them. Replace any tool if it causes even small electrical shocks, overheats, shorts out or gives off smoke or sparks.

Fires can be avoid from the action that we take . Action speak louder than word .

Hello everybody..
Now I want to share about family life in islam with all of you especially my non-muslim friends. The family is not just a factory for the human species, although the preservation and communication of the race. It is the basis of the entire socio-cultural structure and a self-sustaining mechanism to ensure social, ideological and cultural stability over entire span of society on the one hand and in the time past, present and future on the other.
There are 4 basic principles for family life in islam which are divinely-inspired institution, social contract, marriage and last but not is faith and the family.
For boys.. I have something to remind all of you..its about the position of man in islam.
Man has been made head of the family so that order and discipline are maintained. Both are enjoined to discharge their respective functions with justice and equity. In the internal organisation of the family, a man is in the position of the head. In fact it is the eldest member of the extended family who occupies the position of the head. A man has major responsibilities lie outside the family. He is to support the family economically and materially, he has to look after the relations of the family with the rest of the society, economy and policy and he has to take care of the demands of internal discipline within the family. So, I hope all boys known their role in the future

hai...
knowledge????
we must be ware with the knowledge.
why???
Knowledge can be a dangerous thing
Knowledge can be confused with information
Knowledge can be misused.
Hammad ibn Salama, who was thought to be one of the Abdal, said, "Whoever utters hadith for the sake of other than Allah is deceived by it." A commentator pointed out that knowledge can deceive him because knowledge is like the ferocious lion and hadith is the core of knowledge. This lion can only be overcome through the help of Allah by having fear of Allah and sincere intention. Even if you overcome the lion, you must still be alert because if you ignore and neglect it, it will become unsubmissive. Then the lion will attack its owner and kill him. So knowledge is a dangerous creature requiring great caution and care.
i think the all of points above will happen when we use the knowledge in wrong way..

Do you live in a developed country and feel unconcerned about malaria?

Perhaps you should think again. With the explosion of easy international travel, imported cases of malaria are reported more frequently and the emergence of drug resistant strains means the disease is appearing again in areas where it was previously under control. .

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by the plasmodium parasite that's transmitted by mosquitoes. Although malaria is largely a preventable and treatable disease, one person dies of malaria every 30seconds. So just imagine when we dont care about that. Almost people will die bucause this hazard.

To get a healty body, just avoid this happen because prevent is better than cure.. thank you

I thought this would only happen in the movies. Well, this is the proof to show it, it do really happen in real life! A North Korea's seductress was found guilty in South Korea's court as she was charged with extracting state secrets from military officers in return for sexual favours and sentenced her to five years in jail.

North Korea's official media denounced Won and her stepfather -- facing trial in the South on related charges -- for leaving the North and branded them "human scum."

HUMAN LIFE ON MARS?

There is a lot to consider before undertaking a manned mission to Mars. Before the astronauts take their first steps on the red planet, there is the monumental task of simply getting them there. Previous experience with manned space operations, such as the Apollo programme will be valuable, however, there are big differences in travelling to the moon compared to Mars.

How to get to Mars?

Prior to the recent success of Spirit and Opportunity, Mars has proven to be a challenging destination for robotic space probes. Historically, two out of three attempts to land spacecraft on Mars have failed. So, if getting a relatively lightweight robotic craft to the surface is fraught with dangers.
How do you get a far heavier and more complex manned craft down safely? Spirit and Opportunity used large airbags to cushion the rover’s landing.
However, during an airbag landing, payloads are subjected to forces of between 10-20G. This is beyond the tolerance for the human body, so would not be a suitable method to land a manned spacecraft safely.

It seems that the scientists have their work cut out to provide solutions so that humans can travel to Mars. But once people have landed on the Martian surface how will they survive?

Starvation Abuse

I cannot believe what I have read about this news, starvation abuse. It is one of the ways of child abuse. It’s shocking news to me, because I could not believe how they could have the guts to do such thing to poor little kids. They still young and sometimes they know nothing. Why they should be thread like that? The weird part is there are some of them do i to there own child. How could them! Some of them thread that child like that because of that kid is stepdaughter or stepson. Even though the child is not your own child, but there are still little kids and we should thread them with full of love.

APPLE LAUNCH THE NEW MACBOOK LAPTOPS

Apple had unveil its new range of laptops on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 following the weeks of speculation. Speculation is rife that Apple will refresh its MacBook range at the event, improving the processor speeds and hard disk storage space in all its MacBook machines. It is also expected to drop the white and black casing used on its entry-level MacBook computers in favor of the aluminium chassis found on the MacBook Pro range of high-end laptops.

Some analysts, such as Piper Jaffray's Gene Munster, anticipate that Apple will introduce a "budget" laptop into its range, costing less than $800 (£400). Opinions are divided as to whether this will simply be a price drop on an existing product, or whether Apple is bringing out a new ‘notebook' - a cheap, ultra-portable machine - to compete with the likes of the Asus Eee PC.

DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT YOU CAN SAVE ELECTRICITY WITH YOUR COMPUTER?

An average person who uses a computer would usually just walk away from it when you’re done, or if you’re gone for an extended time (and they know about it in advance) they'll probably put it in sleep. I (myself) use to keep my computer on about 8 hours a day, just saying I'll comeback to it later. Well there are many ways to save electricity.

Many people and business use CRT monitors because they might have it from an old computer and say "Hey, why buy a new monitor works just fine, I'll save money." So if you have a CRT and switch to a LCD an average would save 13.28 dollars. If you had a choice of buying the CRT and a LCD you would only lose 11.72 dollars. A cheap price to help the Earth and have more room on your desk

I agree with this article and for your information ,my university also having a elections soon .

Dates of student elections is very important for a student because if it is not on the right time ,student will facing a lot of problem .Example can not study well during the elections week just for the advertising himself .

I strongly agree with Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin who said as long as the elections are conducted fairly, he don’t see what the problem is. I also hope that the date of student election date will not effect the student and everything will be in fluent .

Because of our country nowadays are not as stable as the old time so I love to post about of of the idea why does this thing is happening.

First of all I strongly agree with the opinion that racisme is getting more serious in our country. I'm not going to blame anyone or any race about this thing because it is not a person fault but it is all of our fault.

Racisme can be defined as a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race. As a malaysians which its citizens consist of many differents races and culture, this kind of ideology must be vanished from our minds. This kind of ideology may destroy our country.

If all of you still does not believe me you can find the truth about what is happening to Bosnia and Africa because of their racisme spirit. Think about it.

Do you know that bottled water also has contaminants too? The study finds that two brand of waters are
"no less than polluted than tap water".

I hope this case will not happen in Malaysia because almost everyday since I arrived UMP, I drank bottle water!! But, if compared to the YELLOWISH water from the tap water, I would drink bottled water, even if was contaminanted. Well, it does look safer from the tap water. I will not risk my life to drink the yellow water. YUAKS!

'Pay for water waste' plan on the cards

Such a interesting title which attract me to read for more details. I think this may be a good way to warn people not to waste water. We Malaysian can consider quite lucky because we have adequate water to use, dislike some country which don't have a basic water supply. We need to appreciate what we have now but not start to regret when we lost it.In my opinion, this method is usefull but the way to measure water waste from Energy, Water and Communications Minister is make me more curious or wish to know.

MAN 'KILLED PARENTS IN BIZARRE RITUAL'

Its sound unbelievable but it still happened in our country. A young Malaysian man has murder his parent in a bizarre ritual to rid them of a smoking habit and illnesses. He has been charged with the murder of his parents, who were allegedly beaten to death, reports said today.

The victim (father) had told his relatives that he was trying to quit smoking, and that his wife was suffering from asthma and a liver ailment. Several family members then allegedly took part in a ritual in which they smashed the couple's heads on a table and assaulted them with crash helmets and brooms.

It’s really cruel and absurd things happen in our country. It’s a sad story that I hope wouldn’t happen again.

No matter what had happened, the husband shouldn't take his wife's live away because no one has the right to take other people's life away. Even a mother who give us life also don't have the right to take away our life. Among few millions people, they have the faith to become husband and wife. They should aprreciate what they have.
