Assalamua'laikum.. Hello Mr.Adnan. I'm new here. Today I read one interesting article about Sikorsky Aircraft. The Vought-Sikorsky VS-300 was a helicopter designed by Igor Sikorsky. Sikorsky was highly influential in the development of helicopters, founding the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, one of today's leading helicopter manufacturers, in 1925.

I mean come on, McDonalds and nutrition are just a not bedfellows, they don't go together, it's like talking about Mike Tyson and fluffy bunnies. There is just no way should that McDonalds and nutrition be mentioned in the same sentence. Are you agree with me sir?

(Good Morning Sir)
Recently, in Malaysia,it is estimated that 11.2% of the adult population has some from mental problem or disorder. There are many patients who lack specialized care. The patients have epilepsy, severely retarded, do not have any speech development or even self care skills such as being unable to dress or feed themselves. Some of them are really severe cases. So they are really required specialized care. They should not be put into cages and make the centre like a prison, such actions will only make their conditions worse. We must accept them and do not look them in different perspective.

Good afternoon sir and my fellow friends.I read an article from the newspaper, titled "Let's not turn our backs on English". It is about the revert in the teaching of Mathematics and Science from English to Bahasa Malaysia and then back to English but now reverted back to Bahasa Malaysia again in 2012.This back to forth reverting will cause the students to suffer. For example, for Form 4 students, after nine years of learning Maths and Science in English, they are now asked to study those two subjects in Bahasa Malaysia for last two years of their secondary education. After that, they are continue studying in English for their tertiary education. This will make the students unable to master English well. In this situation, English is more important compared with other languages. So let's not turn back the clock but soldier on for the longer term. Indirectly, the students can strengthen their command of international language.

Good afternoon sir and my beloved friends(For K36 only).
I feel very sad when I read about Uncle Chen's situation as he was abandoned by his kids and was brought to Ampang Hospital after suffering fall. He has never seen his home since then and now living at the old folks home. Uncle Chen is 74 years old now. Once he was very happy because he thought that his children will fetch him home but they refused to recognized him. Anyway I respect him because he said that he will never hate or angry with his children and he said that as a parent, we should never bear grudges against our children while wiping away his tears. Actually, at his ages, they should be spending their "golden years" with their precious family. As they used up their time and energy to feed and grow up their children. How can their children repay their sacrifices like that?! As children, we should always remember without our parents, we will not exist in this world and they are the only one that always accompany us when we face any problem. In conclusion, we should not mistreat our PARENTS!

Good afternoon to Mr. Adnan and all my fellow friends. Just now I have read article about 'Burj Dubai Skyscraper' at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burj_Dubai.I am so interested to know about the most prestigeous square mile of real estate on the planet. For your information, that building is starting to build since September 2004 until January 2009, and the complete one is on September 2009.Imagine that the curtain wall of Burj Dubai will be equivalent to 17 football fields or 25 American football fields. I feel very proud of that because one of the person who involve in this building construction is a Malay guy, came from Malacca. So, if I have an opportunity to go there, I will never let it go.

Good afternoon Mr Adnan and my friends. I saw an article which is quite interesting for me. I am going to share with you. The topic is “The 10 Best Foods You Aren’t Eat”. The foods are cabbage, beets, guava, swiss chard, cinnamon, purslane, pomegranate juice, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and dried plums. Maybe some of the food you may know, but some you even never heard it before. Cabbage has a lot of nutrients. It is quite easier for us to get the cabbages. I think cafe in our school can provide more and more cabbages. Beets are naturally sweeter than any other vegetable, for example, red spinach which can lower your blood levels of homocysteine. Guava can help to fight prostate cancer. Swiss chard is a leafy green vegetable packed with carotenoids that protect aging eyes. Cinnamon helps to control your blood sugar. Many people maybe don’t know what is purslane, include me. Actually it is classified as weed and may inhibit cancer growth. It is the healthiest food in the world. When I saw this, I really feel surprised. Pomegranate juice can decreased the blood pressure. Pumpkin seeds are loaded with magnesium which are associated with lower risk for early death. However I think most of us eat pumpkin but not the seeds. Goji berries can reduce the risk of diabetes and dried plums contain high amounts of antioxidants that can reduce the risk of cancers. Foods like cinnamon, pomegranate juice, purslane and goji berries that I never heard it before. But since we already know these foods are good for us, then we should try them.

Good afternoon to everyone. “I am not feeling well, I need some Panadol.” I think this phrase is quite familiar among many of us. Panadol is a name which is known worldwide and it becomes our “lover” when we are in pain. They are available in tablet, capsule, liquid suspension and many other forms. Panadol also known as pain killer. It is one of the common drugs used in the world and is manufactured in huge quantities. This drug is used to moderate pain and to reduce pain. However, Panadol is not good for us. It rarely causes side effects as long as it is taken as directed. It is toxic to our body and harms the liver if we overtook it. Panadol will reside in our body at least five years. Last month, I saw an article which is related to Panadols and I was shocked by its contents. An air stewardess consumes a lot of Panadol during her menstrual as she needs to stand all the time. She is now in early 30's and she needs to wash her kidney every month. Hence, we do not take more than recommended by doctor. If you take Panadol in a wrong way, the consequence is entirely unpredictable. I think many people know that Panadol is not good for us but still want to consume it. So, for your own good, think before you pop this familiar pills into your mouth.

Assalamualaikum and good evening to Mr.Adnan and all of my friends..
My name is Sharifah Shufiza Khaziri bt Tuan Hadi,KE09051,K36.I have read some article about diabetes mellitus. It attracted me a lot.
So,i want to share it with all of you.Ok,did anybody know what is diabetes mellitus?
In the article that i've read,it stated that diabetes mellitus are more simply to be known as diabetes. It also said that diabetes is a condition in which our system in the body cannot interact with insulin.Everyone should knew that insulin is a very
important agent in our body that enables our cells to absorb glucose. But in case the one who is suffering from this type of disease, the body cannot function to use its own insulin, doesn't make enough insulin to be used and more dangerous it takes both of these condition. It seems to be hard for anybody who suffered from this disease to accept it,right?
But in this globalisation era, more new treatment has been discovered. One of the treatments that i were attract most is about gastricbypass surgery. It was said to normalize blood glucose levels in 80-100 percents of severely obese patients with diabetes. So,no need to be worried about the disease as there's a cure for every disease! It's depend on ourselves to react as the way we think. So,think positively!!
Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone..
I actually strongly agree with chee’s comment regarding to the revert the teaching of mathematics and sciences from English to Malay. Though I’m Malay and speak in Malay language too, but strongly disagree with the amendment did by the ministry of education. I believe that almost the decision making by the ministry is based on the public opinions or views especially when this issue is actually involving the future generation who is sooner or later will shape the country development. English is very important nowadays as it is not only applied at schools or higher institutions during teaching and learning processes but English is very crucial when we are going for the professional job interview. Recently, most of the employees employed a fresh graduate who is not only excellent in academic but also have extra technical skills such as well in communication. As a future chemical engineer, we probably will do a lot of presentations particularly in English and meets with many clients either local of foreign investors. So, English language will be a pathway to connect us with them. Basically, we are not only having good business relationship with them but indirectly we can promote the uniqueness of our country which is rich with cultures and heritages. Last but not least, we also need to remember that though we are good in English but we can’t immediately forget our mother tongue which is Malay language. Thank you.

Good afternoon Mr. Adnan and K36.
Few days ago, i saw an article about why we should study history and importance of history. Let me share about the article. There are three reasons from article why we should study history. Firstly, history helps us understand people and societies by data from the past serve as our most vital evidence. Besides, history helps us understand change and how society came to be through comprehend the factors that cause changes. Lastly, history also useful in the world of work by helps to create good business people, professionals, and political leaders. The importance of history are contributes to moral understanding and provides identity. For me, i am very poor in studying of history when SPM, but it is true that history very important in our life. In my opinion, we should study hard for history not only for exam but to make ourselves mature. I end my comment with one philosopher's phrase which stated by Cicero(106-43BCE) that "To know nothing of what happened before you were born is to remain forever a child." Thank you.

I have discovered new issue tragedies in Malaysia and it was virus H1N1. It spreads all over the world very rapidly. Hence, everyone should be aware in taking this issue very seriously. Talking about this kind of virus, it is very hazardous and harming to surrounding. H1N1 is a subtype of influenzavirus A and the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. Strains of H1N1 are endemic in pigs (swine influenza) and in birds. Apparently, this virus had effected in such countries which are Spain and Russia many years ago. It proven that the virus has killed around 100 million of peoples during year of 1918 and 1919. As you can see the virus effect mostly during our breathing process, slowly and slowly break in our lung. It cause lung to stop the respiratory system. Thus, reducing our immunity in the body and reflect the whole system.

Good afternoon.
Statistics from America shows that an estimated 906,000 children are victims of abuse & neglect every year and 1,500 children die every year from it. Children ages 0-3 are the most likely to experience abuse and 79% of the children killed are younger than 4. About 1 in 50 U.S. infants are victims of nonfatal child abuse or neglect in a year, according to the first national study of the problem in that age group done by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention along with The Federal Administration for Children and Families. It is quite frightful for me. Child abuse is the physical or emotional mistreatment of children. In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) define child maltreatment as any act or series of acts or commission or omission by a parent or other caregiver that results in harm, potential for harm, or threat of harm to a child. There are four major categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/emotional abuse, and sexual abuse. Children with a history of neglect or physical abuse are at risk of developing psychiatric problems, or a disorganized attachment style. I am really sympathized with the children. Treatment, Prevention and Research are keys to help the children. Childhelp, one of the largest and oldest national, non-profit organizations dedicated to treatment and prevention of child abuse, provides a broad continuum of programs that directly serve abused children and their families. Childhelp also leads public awareness campaigns to educate the public and rally communities behind the child abuse. I, who is a nameless person just can support the Childhelp and playing a direct role in the treatment and prevention of child abuse. If has chances I will also donate to Childhelp and spend time volunteering help a dedicated and passionate staff carry out Childhelp's mission of meeting the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused and neglected children. The problem of child abuse will get more serious one day, so we must try to solve the problem with one heart. For more information, please refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_abuse and http://www.childhelp.org/resources/learning-center/statistics.

Good afternoon everyone. Today I am going to talk about “recycle bags”. During this few weeks, I found that no matter in UMP or Kuantan, a lot of people start using recycle bags. One of my roommate also using the recycle bag. Our Engineer and Society’s lecturer also used it. Actually before this, other countries like China and Hong Kong, they already using recycle bags few years ago. Our government always encourage us to use the recycle bags and now a lot of people start using it. This is a good condition. As we know, recycle bag can protect the environment and safe our planet. Unlike the plastic bags, it takes a few hundred years to decompose entirely in the landfill. Now, recycle bags are in different design, logo imprint, colour and size which attract a lot of people. Recycle bags are reusable and environmental friendly product at lower cost. I really recommend that using recycle bag is better than plastic bag. Personally, I think that our school can provide each student one recycle bags. It can tell more people that choosing recycle bags is a good choice. Our planet is in danger, so, as a consumer in this world, let us start using recycle bags and safe our planet together.

I hate smoking. I hate people carry out with smoking. It is because I do not smoke and cause many effect for me and all of us. When talking about smoking, smoking is an attitude and reaction. Smoking can cause lung and heart infection. Contain of cigarettes when smoking are; there are many types of hazardous ingredients such as tobacco and nicotine. It very harmful and strongly effect our respiratory system. If we overview any articles about smoking, we can see the results when smoking such as, the contents of cigarette deeply overflow blood circulation and block our heart to stop pumping the blood due to these problems. Even though, none smokers may be effected by those smokers because the fume or smoke flew over the airborne and reflect them. The symptoms for smokers are heart turning into black, hard to breath and others. In my point of view, none smokers carry out many disease.

Everyone hates when somebody snoring is it? Indeed. I can say that this is the behavior for any individuals. Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound either its loud or soft, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. For those who habitually snoring, among of the symptoms are throat weaknesses, joining of jaw, tissue at the top of airways touching each other causing vibrations and others?
New studies associate loud "snoring" with the development of carotid artery atherosclerosis and the risk of stroke. Researchers hypothesize that loud snoring creates turbulence in carotid artery blood flow closest to the airway. Generally speaking, increased turbulence irritates blood cells and has previously been implicated as a cause of atherosclerosis.

For information, please look into this given site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snoring

Hello sir,how are you?I hope sir is in pink of health.Due to the post a comment task, here I am with a civilized and futuristic topic. When I were studying form six,my favourite subject was biology and there is one topic which make me to wonder and admire what science can actually do.As we all know, science and the discoveries in science is beyond the limit. The topic that I mentioned is cloning.Based on my opinion, discovery of cloning process is the second great achievement to mankind after man placed his foot in moon.Concisely, cloning an organism involves replicating the DNA(genetic material) of that organism in a new organism that, as a result, has the same exact features and characteristics. After the successful cloning of Dolly The Sheep,Human Cloning which was thought as "miracle" once upon a time,is on the verge of becoming a reality. Can you believe it?Some may think that it sounds ridiculous, some would not have opinion towards it and some think it is great. It is all depend on how we take it,understanding it and interpret it.Cloning animals, especially endangered species, is one way of preserving the species from dying out entirely. But why would anyone want to clone human beings? There are enough of us already on the planet without resources enough for the well-being of all of us. So why bother to clone?Cloning humans also have several significant benefits. Cloning could be used to produce new organs for organ transplants. Since the cloned organ, produced from a body cell of the person needing the transplant, would have the same genetic code, there would be less risk of the body rejecting the new, transplanted organ. Cloning could also be used to treat Cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Diseases, and host of other illnesses.Cloning would allow infertile couples to have their own genetic offspring or otherwise normal couples to order designer babies. It could also be used to bring back to life your dead ancestors. So if you want to give birth to your great-great-grandmother, you can. Just as long you managed to preserve some samples of her body cells. One American couple reportedly is willing to pay $500,000 to clone their dead infant daughter. And then there are some who would like to clone themselves and thereby achieve eternal life.although Human Cloning has concrete advantages for mankind, but is it ethical to go ahead and clone humans?Firstly, reproductive cloning is not yet a 100% proved method. It took 272 attempts before Dolly was produced. This means 272 embryos either failed to develop properly or were discarded as defective. In other cases, if the embryos weren't miscarried, a large percentage of the animals born showed a high degree of abnormality and died quickly or had to be euthanized (euthanasia). Is this can be done in human?Obviously many moral problems would arise with treating defective human embryos or new-born,and handicapped babies. In addition, there is also no way of predicting what the intelligence level and capabilities of a human clone would be. What would be the psychological and social implications for it as an individual? What kind of a life or future would it have? Since we don't know, many people including me,strongly consider it unethical to go ahead and clone humans. As for me,although cloning is a miraculous discovery but it should be applied until certain extend. For an example, cloning can be carried out in agriculture field via culture tissue technique as it has a great demand worldwide. Finally, human cloning is against nature and religion.Human should be evolving naturally and we should not manipulating human because I feel it is wrong to play the role 'as god.'
That's all from me for the topic cloning.I hope sir and my friends will enjoy reading about it.Thank you.

Good afternoon everyone. Today, I want to share with all of you about how important the breakfast is. If anyone want to know more about this topic, just click on http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/healthy_breakfast.shtml. Breakfast is going to be the first meal after we wake up. Taking a breakfast can make our day begin with a peaceful grin. Some people do not realize that eating breakfast is the secret of staying healthy. The benefits of eating breakfast are works towards weight loss, increase our essential nutrients and overall energy levels, give our brain fuel to enhance concentration and also beat the binges.
Many people are neglected their breakfast with the reason of does not have enough time, rushing to go work or classes, and some people always says their stomach are not suitable to eat early.
In my opinion, all of the reasons are depend on the person itself. We arrange our time and our mind to do everything such as to take a breakfast. If we trained our mind and do that thing everyday, I believe it will not be the big issue to proceed for our daily life.

Good afternoon everyone. Hope you all are in a good condition and may God bless us always. Today I want to share with all of you about my opinion on a suggestion of compulsory to pass in English Language subject as one of the condition to pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). I cannot denied that nowadays, English become an important language to be learn to make sure that we can survive in this Science and Technology era. But, remember that, not every people can accept it very fast, because to change the language is not something easy. It may take a time. I have an experience on that when the Ministry of Education proposed to teach Science and Mathematics in English. It is not something easy to learn and understand for a person like me who live in a rural area and not exposed very much with that language. But I am not easy to give up and I will try my best to understand it. Alhamdulillah, from day to day I hope I can improve it. And bear in our mind, anything is possible if we never give up. That is all, thank you. Source from I magazine (July 09).

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone..
Are you a fashionable person? Do you think fashion is very significant in our lifestyle? As a student, I absolutely agree that fashion is very important as fashion will describe my personalities. Different people actually have different opinions or perspectives regarding to the emergence of the latest fashion. Fashion trends come and go but a good fashion sense stays with us forever. Different people have different tastes in fashion and while people may not always agree with each other, they live up to their fashion sense with confidence.
The importance of style and fashion in today’s society is much underrated. The way that we look and dress is the first impression that people have of us. This means that, to give people a good first impression, we need to be dressed in a way that fits our style and does not look sloppy or messy, but is one that does compliment us. Personal style is great way to express who we are and what we stand for. We also need to have a good appearance to show people that we do invest and spend to make ourselves look presentable. Besides that, fashion and style let people know our feelings and views towards certain situations, a common example will be that the way we dress for a job interview speaks a lot and tells the employer whether we might make a good, hardworking and responsible employee – the type that all employers wish to have. It is evident then, that style and fashion in today’s society certainly plays a very important role, so a lot of people are always very cautious and take the initiative to look good and presentable whenever and wherever they go because after all, we never know who is watching us.
Unfortunately however, this leads to an unhealthy phenomenon where people tend to disregard their previously allocated budget for shopping when it comes to buying the latest clothes or accessories. This is even more so among the younger generation because they do not appreciate or even consider the hard work involved to fill their purses with money. All their parents’ hard earned salary goes to buying the latest accessories, clothes, beauty products and so on and so forth, just for the sake of fitting in the crowd, looking “cool”, modern and of higher status or class.
It is so not worth it to add on to the financial burden of your family just for the sake of keeping up-to-date with the latest fashion. Ultimately, fashions change because many people like new and different styles, but if these “ new and different styles ” are just reproductions of the past then why do we spend all our hard earned cash ( or our parents hard earned cash) on owning them? The solution to this is really, to empty your mind and focus on the quality of pieces not the quantity, and most of all ones that suit us and are within an affordable price range. Thank you.

Our university is also affected. At this moment, everyone is required to take care.Immediately seek the doctor if they have H1N1 symptoms. The earliest precaution steps is to wear mask when going out. "It is better to take strong preventive measures instead cure the outbreak."

Hi everyone. Today,I have read an article about the importance of having pets. It says that, having pet is so useful to everyone. There are many advantages that we can get. Firstly, to those who are working, surely they will feel depress for most of the time. But,by having pets, the depressions can be avoided because the pet owner has to take care of other things than only of himself and his own problems. Secondly, pets encourage their owner to physical activity. For example, by playing with them, feeding them, going on a walk with them and a lot more. Thirdly, pets give safety. This situation is particularly to persons who are living alone. The barking of a dog can helps to keep unwelcome visitors away. And last but not least, pets blew our sadness away. They always amuse us, make us laugh and indirectly, they improve our moral. This article really reminds me of our family's pet named Boa. She always makes us laugh with her cute behaviour. Whenever I want to take her bath, she always ran away where I have to run all around the house to catch her. Well, that is all for now.
Thank you.

Hi everyone, wishing that everyone is in the pink of health. Here, I would like to give my comments to prevent H1N1 (fever, flu, cough). In my opinion, the most effective was to stop a virus from spreading is essentially, us. This is because if we do not take prevention methods or take care of our health, we are easily affected by those diseases. Here, we can play an active role in protecting ourselves and people around us from contracting this scary disease. The most important things is get vaccinated. Moreover, we must have good personal hygiene like covering our mouth when we cough and washing our hands often can help to prevent certain illnesses. Furthermore, avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth because germs are often spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs. Lastly, stay home when we are sick, check with a health provider when needed so that we will help prevent others from catching our illness. So, people who read my comment, please help me to pass this message to your friends to practice good personal hygiene.Thank you!

hi everyone! we meet again.I would like to share something to all of you here. Well My friends always said that I'm skinny.they thought I am anorexia but apparently I am not. I don't think I have eating disorder because I eat a lot. Here i discovered what is anorexia. generally, Anorexia nervosa is a type of eating disorder. People who have anorexia have an extreme fear of gaining weight. They usually limit the amount of food they eat and can become seriously thin. Anorexia can affects both body and mind. It may start as dieting, but once it can get out of control until they become a skinny person. In the end, they may have a distorted body image. Other people might say the person is too thin, but when he or she looks in the mirror, they see a fat person. Anorexia usually starts in the teen years and it happens to a girl whom really thinks she is fat. Anxiety and depression may lead to anorexia nervosa. Furthermore, if the person who tries to be perfect all the time and never feels good enough also can cause to anorexia nervosa. Moreover, when they dealing with stressful life events such as, divorce or losing a loved one, they may lose their appetite because they have no intention to eat at all until they get themselves a nice cool down. Besides, too much thinking leads to worry. So, when you are thinking too much on your body image you will definitely get worry about yourself and find an idea on how to lose weight. The only way to get fit is strictly limit your food intake. Sometimes, they are too afraid of gaining weight and the result is they will vomit the food back. To all of you or someone you know has anorexia, get help right away. Please do not hesitate to see a doctor and seek for their advice. Even though there is no medicine to treats anorexia, there is a treatment to cure them for instant, learn good eating habits, and learn to feel better about you. If you are depressed or anxious, your doctor may recommend an antidepressant medicine.
thank you.

Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone,I would like to talk a little bit about 'materialistic'. I'm not reading about this, but I want to give my opinion about materialistic.People always said that materialistic is not a good attitude to be practised in our daily life.In my opinion,we need to be materialistic in certain situation. For example,we need to be materialistic to improve our life and change people perception about us.Nowadays,in certain area in this world, there are people who will respect us and be our best friend if we have money. But,they will go away from us if we are the poor. This is not a good situation but we must accept this truth. We also need to be materialistic because in the world nowadays, almost all processes need money. It is true when we say,'money is not everything'.But we must remember something,'money is not everything, but everything need money'.Even when we enter public toilet also we need to pay. Nowadays,in this world, there is nothing for free. So,in conclusion,I would like to say that we need to be a little bit materialistic in certain situation.

Hi sir.Sir,i want to share you about some article that i read just now.It is about the practice of eye contact when we do presentation. It says that eye contact is essential because it shows the speaker making the effort to connect with the audience. It takes confidence to do that and it also shows that you are MASTER of your CONTENT.Futhermore, when you stand before the audience, glance around the room and make eye contact with any friendly face before you begin.Beside that, you should smile at them when your eyes meet. Later, during your presentation, you can look at them for support. If the audience is energised,so are you. That's all sir.Thank you.

Assalamualaikum sir. Student life are full of presentations. They can not avoid from becoming as presenter. For me, doing presentation is the hardest task in my life. I feel very scare and nervous while doing this but I have to do it. Every presentation that I have been done is so disappointed.Perhaps, after the latest presentation that have been done,I feel more better. It is because I get more tips while doing presentation. Eyes contact are vital while doing this task in order to get close with the audience. Every group always mention it. Moreover, hand gesture and facial expression are also needed because from this way the audience will fell more comfortable while listening and want to know more about the topic. Furthermore, confident is also needed while doing presentation. The audience will trust the topic that have been talk if the presenter talk confidently. I think it enough about this. Thanks sir.

Hi everyone. How’s life? May all of you have a good day .
Today, I would like to share about our assignment given by Mr. Shahrul Nizam, titled Ford Pinto. I have read the article from the internet(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Pinto) and overall I can describe that Ford Pinto had caused many people dead or facing a serious injury. Through early production of the model, it became a focus of a major scandal when its fuel tank is doubted to be easily damaged and sometimes resulted in deadly fires and explosions. I think the problem occurs is related to the company’s management itself. Ford Pinto cases were an example of the ‘’deep pocket’’ company disregarding the consumer’s safety and also an example of runaway media coverage blowing a story out of proportion. If I given the responsibility to overcome and upgraded the product and in this case is Ford Pinto, the actions that I will make are, make sure that the company’s management is not cheating about the cost that should be use by decreasing it and take the money as a ‘’deep pocket’’ also encourage company to take precautions against creating risk that result in large accidents cost. Not also that, mass media also should be banned from blowing the story out of proportion. To all my friends or I can say a future engineer, I hope that we can give the best contributions to our country and can make our country develop well like Japan, Korea and others also can make our parents proud of us.
Thanks and regards.

Good morning everyone. Now the World Health Organisation (WHO) having issued an alert on the outbreak of A(H1N1) influenza around the world, one of the preventive steps to avoid getting this infection is to pratise proper hygiene. I think that keeping clean is really important. Before and eating; after going toilet; before and after preparing food, we need to wash our hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water. Now, there are a lot of liquid hand soap which has an anti-bacterial agent that kills bacteria and helps to protect our hands. They are available at major retail outlets, hypermarkets and pharmacies. It is possible for us to have one. Prevention is better than cure. So, let us keep our clean to stay healthy. That's all. Thanks.

Assalamualaikum sir. I want to share with you more about Boston Molasses Disaster. This disaster happen in United State. This disaster also known as the Great Molasses Flood.
Actually this disaster is cause by the bursting of molasses tank.Molasses is one type of chemical syrup. The molasses can be fermented to produce rum and ethyl alcohol. According to my information, after the fermentation process is occur, the carbon dioxide will produced. If the fermentation process is occurred for a long period, the concentration of the carbon dioxide will be higher. Furthermore the internal pressure also too higher until the base of the tank can not support it.Thus the tank will collapse and cause flood in the United state area. I think it all about the engineer fault. They just ignored the impact that will happen to the society. The engineer like the murder. They killed many people. They should responsible to this disaster. First I saw this news, I really do not understand why nowadays so many people seeking cosmetic surgery. There are a lot of risk and dangers associated with plastic surgery like bleeding and scarring. Necrosis is a death of tissues which is also one of the risk in cosmetic surgeries. Nerve damage also may occur after the surgery. Although it brings a lot of dangers, but still many people include men have a go for cosmetic surgery. This article really attracted my attention. For your information,1Malaysia is an effort by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to unite the various races in Malaysia. In my oppinion, 1Malysia concept should have been practiced a long time ago. I strongly believed that this c0ncept is a very effective and proactive way to brings Malaysians from all walks of life together as one.A true Malaysian is a Malaysian, not a Chinese,

Hello everyone, I would like to share about my opinion on public caning. Caning, as a form of legally sanctioned corporal punishment for convicted criminals, was first introduced to Singapore and Malaysia (both then part of British Malaya) during the British colonial period. Caning is also used as a form of corporal punishment in primary and, especially, secondary schools, and also in one or two post-secondary colleges, to maintain strict discipline in school. “SPARE the rod and spoil the child” may be a common refrain for previous generations. For today’s youngsters, however, the stereotypical image of the cane-wielding school teacher may well be on its way to history. Sometimes the student may be caned on the stage in front of an assembly of the whole school population (known as public caning) or in front of his class (known as class caning), to serve as a warning to potential offenders and to shame the student. The immediate physical effects when the cane comes into contact are highly exaggerated in some popular accounts, such as that the "flesh and skin would fly". In my opinion, it is not always the best way to change an individual's behavior. Some of them will suffer some kind of psychology consequence as a result of caning, be it short- or long-term. Aside from physical and psychological injuries, destructive punishment also creates a cycle of violence, whereby children tend to be more aggressive and resort to bullying and vandalism as a means to solving their problems. So, may be can find others way to punish them instead of public canning. For example, the Ministry of Education in Singapore recommends that the student receive counselling before decide to cane him, to avoid any danger of psychological harm. Thank you.

hai everyone,
today I want to talk about obesity. As we all know, our body needs a certain minimum amount of vitamins and minerals to stay healthy and function properly. We need to c0nsume a well balance diet according to the food pyramid. Do you know, the obese may be at high risk with the flu? Obesity could be a factor leading to death from influenza A (H1N1). Moreover, obesity is also an important factor in diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. No one in this country has died of starvation but many have died and are dying related to over-indulgence in food. The availability of cheap and delicious foods all through the day is a temptation that many are unable to resist. we are spoilt for choice and we can eat anything at any time of the day. Malaysians are generally fats because first, many prefer to use the lift and escalators rather than the stairs.
Next,we also prefer to drive to the neighbourhood sundry shop rather than to walk.It is important to note that in order to win the battle against obesity, we have to change our lifestyle, our attitude as well as our eating habits.

Good afternoon everyone. Today, I would like to share about "5 surprising reasons to get more sleep". 1. It could make you thinner. The less sleep you get, the higher your body mass index tends to be. 2. It could boost your memory. Sleep plays a key role in making new memories stick in the brain. 3. It can fight colds, ulcers and even cancer. Good sleep boosts the immune system. 4. It can slow down ageing. Persistent sleep debt affects carbohydrate metabolism and hormone function in a way that may increase the severity of age-related chronic disorders. 5. It could keep you orderly. If you're a child, that is. The depression and low self-esteem often associated with just being a teenager actually correlate with sleep shortage. Nowadays, people are busy with their work and they don't have enough sleep. We should have enough sleep to maintain our healthy life so that concentrate in our study and get the best results that we can. So, SLEEP MORE!!! Thank you.

Good afternoon. Gaining weight is absolutely maddening, especially when you really don't understand why the needle on the scale keeps going up. Here are five factors that can cause the scale to creep up when you least expected it: 1. Gaining Weight Because of Lack of Sleep. When you don't get enough sleep, your body experiences physiological stress and, biochemically, you store fat more efficiently. 2. Gaining Weight Because of Stress. Many people reach for food to help ease the stress. 3. Gaining Weight Because of Medications. Your medicine cabinet might be the cause of your weight gain if you've gained 5 or more pounds in a month without a change in your lifestyle. 4. Gaining Weight Because of a Medical Condition. The most common medical condition that causes weight gain is hypothyroidism. 5. Gaining Weight Because of Menopause. When women go through menopause, they lose estrogen, causing their shapes to change. In my opinion, a combination of exercise and a healthy lifestyle can keep our body fit. So, let’s do more exercises when free time. Thank you.

Hi everyone. Just now I have read about an interesting article. The article is about a place called Vanice. Do you know where the place is? Venice is a city in northen Italy, the capital of the region Veneto. The city is included in the Padua-Venice Metropolitan Area. This place is one of the most famous romantic place in the world. I am sure that all of you wanted to go to such place. Vanice also have been known as the "La Dominate","Serenissima", "Queen of the Andratic, "City of Water", "City of Bridges", and "The City of Light". It is described as "undoubtedly the most beautiful city built by man" in The New York Times written by Luigi Barzini. The city stretches across 118 small islands in the marshy Venetian Lagoon along the Adriatic Sea in northeast Italy. The saltwater lagoon stretches along the shoreline between the mouths of the Po (south) and the Piave (north) Rivers. Venice is world-famous for its canals. It is built on an archipelago of 118 islands formed by 177 canals in a shallow lagoon. The islands on which the city is built are connected by about 400 bridges. The canals serve the function of roads, every form of transport is on water or on foot. The classical Venetian boat is the gondola, although it is now mostly used for tourists, or for weddings, funerals, or other ceremonies. Most Venetians now travel by motorised waterbuses (vaporetti) which ply regular routes along the major canals and between the city's islands. Azienda Consorzio Trasporti Veneziano (ACTV) is the name of the public transport system in Venice. It combines both land transportation, with buses, and canal travel, with water buses (vaporetti). The popular place that you can visit in Venice are Sestieri, museums, Piazzas and campi, Palaces and palazzi. These places is very popular in Venice. Make sure when you go there you visit such places. That all that I want to share with you. You can find the article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venice

In addition, spend precious time with family, and friends.
You will not only enjoy their company, but it will make you feel more centered, and a whole lot happier by far.Interacting with others is a must. Moreover, in oder to boost your self-esteem,Think positive instead of negative.
No matter how bad the situation may seem at that very moment, there is always a positive side to the dilemma.Thinking negative not only leads to depression, but will take it's toll on your overall health!
Hopefully this tips will help and guide you in increasing your self esteem.

Honestly, I really do not like study engineering. But the word 'biotechnology' may help me to survive in engineering field. Actually, I do not know the scope of biotechnology. So that , I decide to find more information about it. After reading some article about biotechnology , I found that, this field are more related to health and genetic.Basically, the people who involve in biotechnology field need to make some research in order to create something new. With the biology concept that applied, they can create it as well. In medicine, modern biotechnology finds promising applications in such areas as drug production, pharmacogenomics, gene therapy and genetic testing. The sound like very interesting to me.
I really love to research. Furthermore, modern technology are also important in agriculture industries. It is because, this such people is needed to find new genetic that can improve the quality of the yield. I think it is enough for this session. Thank you.

I have just finished reading an article about WHY MEN LIE. This article is written by a woman who basically wants to share her knowledge about men. I think this article is kind of informative for women who are naïve and solely believe in what men say. I do learn something from this article. I now know that we can know whether a man is lying or not, through his body language. Paid attention to what they do. “Action speaks louder than word”. First, they will treat us (women) as nice as they could. Later on they will reveal their truth colour and it depend on us whether we want to go on or not. That’s why I always remind myself never to trust anyone especially men. Well, it’s not that women do not lie. Women also lie but we do not do it as much as men. Men lie about everything. Men lie in various ways and most of the times their lies mundane and ineffective, the one that people see through immediately. Men lie to everyone, their wives/ girlfriends, bosses, colleagues and their own friends. Sometimes, I wonder don’t they ever get tired of lying. I guess they don’t. Well, here I want to share something with you all.

TOP 10 REASONS WHY MEN LIE:

1. Men lie to get sex.

2. They love to, and in many incidences, they don't believe there's anything "wrong" with it.

3. Men will lie to avoid conflict.

4. Men will also lie to get out of an unpleasant task, or when pressure is put on them to do something they don't want to do.

5. A man who is insecure is more liable to lie, or do worse.

6. Men lie online because they think no one can hold them.

7. Men will lie if they feel trapped, or that someone is trying to trap them.

8. Men will lie if you bust them, and they see war coming.

9. Men will lie because their wife or girlfriend is stupid, or they think she's stupid.

10. Men will lie maliciously, for money or some other gain.

I hope you all gain something beneficial from my post. Bye.

There’s another article about WHY WOMEN LOVE SHOPPING that I have read recently. This article discusses about reasons why women love to shopping. What do women gain from just spending their day in the mall? Well, I am one the women that spend whole day at shopping mall. Not all women like shopping, but most they do.
Shopping give women the chance to see the goods such as new clothes, accessories, bags and shoes without actually buying them. They enjoy at those new fashion statements and they find joy just by looking. This sometimes is called window shopping. I often go window shopping. It is fun for me to look and try those new clothes without buying. At least I could have the satisfaction that I have worn these clothes even just for a second. Some women also take sopping time as a time to bond with their girlfriends. Most the time I went shopping with my friends. We will hang out at any restaurant for hours. We will chat and exchange stories. This is how we get update on each other life.
Some women actually take this opportunity to rest and take a break from their work or family. By being alone or with friends at a beautiful place, they can actually appreciate the beauty even though they didn’t buy anything. When I hang out with my friends, I feel like time flew very fast. It’s like we just meet and now it is time to depart. I can just walking around the mall for a whole day with my friends. Women also love shopping because new things seem to compensate for their effort for work or family work. It is reward for them because of the hard work they had been through.
Besides, women also want to be updated on fashions and even gadgets at home. It’s not that I have a lot of money to shop. But I could feel the happiness just by looking at the new items. Shopping gives a feeling of satisfaction. Whenever I’m feeling stressed or moody, shopping is the best way for to get out from those feeling. I feel relieved just by going to the mall. Sometimes I even buy silly things just for fun.
Men always wondering what women get by spending all those time at the mall. Well, there are a lot we get just by staying at the mall. Only women understand it.

Today i read the Game theory. Game theoryis a branch of applied mathematics that is used in the social sciences, most notably in economics, as well as in biology, engineering, political science, international relations, computer science, and philosophy. Game theory attempts to mathematically capture behavior in strategic situations, in which an individual's success in making choices depends on the choices of others. While initially developed to analyze competitions in which one individual does better at another's expense (zero sum games), it has been expanded to treat a wide class of interactions, which are classified according to several criteria. Today, "game theory is a sort of umbrella or 'unified field' theory for the rational side of social science, where 'social' is interpreted broadly, to include human as well as non-human players (computers, animals, plants)" (Aumann 1987).

Traditional applications of game theory attempt to find equilibria in these games. In an equilibrium, each player of the game has adopted a strategy that they are unlikely to change. Many equilibrium concepts have been developed (most famously the Nash equilibrium) in an attempt to capture this idea. These equilibrium concepts are motivated differently depending on the field of application, although they often overlap or coincide. This methodology is not without criticism, and debates continue over the appropriateness of particular equilibrium concepts, the appropriateness of equilibria altogether, and the usefulness of mathematical models more generally.

Although some developments occurred before it, the field of game theory came into being with the 1944 book Theory of Games and Economic Behavior by John von Neumann and Oskar Morgenstern. This theory was developed extensively in the 1950s by many scholars. Game theory was later explicitly applied to biology in the 1970s, although similar developments go back at least as far as the 1930s. Game theory has been widely recognized as an important tool in many fields. Eight game theorists have won Nobel prizes in economics, and John Maynard Smith was awarded the Crafoord Prize for his application of game theory to biology.
I think it is very interstang.

Assalamua'laikum Miss Hanum. Today I want to share my interest with you. I really love orange colour whather some people said the colour is quite striking. I read an article about orange colour.Orange is a power color. It is one of the healing colors. It is said to increase the craving for food. It also stimulates enthusiasm and creativity. Orange means vitality with endurance. People who like orange are usually thoughtful and sincere. Lady luck's color is orange. I have been told that if a change of any kind is need in life, just burn an orange candle for 7 nights, While red is associated with fiery heat, orange is associated with the benign warmth of the sun. A dynamic color to be sure, orange offers a more thoughtful control than explosive red. Curiosity is a driving characteristic of orange, and with it comes exploration of new things.Put some orange in your life when you want to spice things up when you feel time is dragging,
to become more involved in something, to increase creativity
and lastly to relief from things becoming too serious. Thank you.

Hi teacher and my fellow friends.
One month ago, I read an article on "United States and Britain now recognized our engineers". This is a very good news for Malaysians who will further their study in engineer. I was glad when I read this article because I have chance to pursue my career to oversea.I am sure that one day every country will recognize our engineers. Actually, our engineers are at the standard with the foreign engineers because we learn the same things in our course and our university imported the machines from foreign country. The quality of engineers produced from our country are equivalent to the foreign country. This is because as a engineers, we need to go through exam, presentation, working, experience, language, technical skills and attend many other programmes. We must proud to be engineers in our own country to enhance the developement so this means that our Malaysian Engineer is same quality and quantity compare to other countries Engineers.

Assalamua'laikum and hye everyone. The study of English Literature. What's the point? Do we really need it? In my opinion, yes! I believe the study of English is crucial to everyone's success. This subject has many useful life values in it. Reading and writing may seem rudimentary to you, but it is quite the contrary. You speak everyday! What else could allow us to communicate with such ease. English class is all we need! You are reading this essay right now. That is clear proof that the study of English is important. Without it most of this essay would be gibberish to you. English class allows you to understand what all this means. English gives you the ability to read great pieces of literature, and bad ones, to develop your knowledge. It furthers your skills, allowing you to immerse yourself into a world of pirates, the history of Caesar, a fantasy with elves, dwarves and wizards, an epic tale of daring and adventure. You can become a part of anything you desire. All it takes is a little reading, and studying English will get you there.

Assalamua'laikum and hye everyone.Today I want to share with all of you about Chikungunya. Between May to July, Malaysian had been surprised by a ‘new’ communicable disease which carried a weird name, it called ‘Chikungunya’, the term is actually derived from the ‘Makonde’ word meaning “that which bends up” as referred to the stooped posture developed resulting of arthritic symptoms of the disease. It is belief that the chikngunya term is derived from Makonde root verb ‘kungunyala’ which bring the meaning of to dry up or become contorted. This Swahili word however had been repeated numerous printed sources it lead to the erroneous spellings forms and the term commonly including ‘Chicken guinea’, ‘Chicken gunaya’ and also ‘Chickengunya’. Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is the communicable disease which falls under an ‘Insect-borne’ virus, some said that it is an ‘Arthropod-borne’ viruses (arboviruses) as the causative agents of some of the most important emerging infectious diseases and are responsible for significant global public health problems. Of this virus, the genus ‘Alphavirus’ belongs to the family ‘Togaviridae’ and the species in this genus cause disease from mild febrile illness to severe ‘polyarthritis’ to ‘encephalitis’. One alphavirus of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) can caused outbreaks associated with severe morbidity.
Traditionally, CHIKV causes a febrile illness similar to the dengue virus fever or infection. The hallmark feature of CHIKV disease is debilitating and prolonged arthralgic syndrome that primarily affects the peripheral small joints. During 2005-2007 explosive epidemics on the Indian Ocean Island and India, anecdotal cases of CHIKV, associated with deaths, encephalitis and neonatal infections.

Assalamua'laikum and good evening everyone. Today. I read one article about virus. Up to the present, to define whether virus is organism or not are one of the most difficult problems. Even scientists can not give an explicit answer about what they are. For the several decades, many scientists try to deny virus is organism. However, their endeavor is still progressing. On the other hand, some religions have also put forward some various perceptions for this issue. Naturally, to define whether virus is organism or not become a controversial problem. As we know, cell is a basic element to form an organism. However, virus is an exceptional type. They are about 100 times smaller than bacteria, also smaller than cell. Until now, there are 50000 species viruses have been discovered. Most of the viruses consist of gene which made from DNA and RNA, and their genes are protected by a protein coat. It has no any biological activity such as respiration. Most important, virus can not reproduce by itself. Once attaching the other cell, it will inject the DNA into the cell and copy itself rapidly. As a result, it causes many diseases. Just take mad cow disease as an example. Prion is a virus which cause mad cow disease. Once the Prion is transmitted, the defective proteins invade the brain and copy themselves by occupy the other cells. By this process, Prion seems to be an organism since they are conscious to reproduce.

Assalamua'laikum and good morning everyone. Today I would like to share about Leonardo da Vinci who were known as the renaissance men. This Renaissance man was admired for his artistic abilities as well as his inventions. His personal childhood reflects in many of his works. Leonardo da Vinci was born on the 15th of April during the year of 1492. He was a love-child, the illegitimate son of Ser Piero, a notary, and Caterina, a young woman. In 1457, at the age of five, Leonardo moved into his father's home in Vinci, away from his mother (www.museoscienza.org). There, he grew up as a country boy and began working at an olive mill. He loved animals, especially horses, and began to constantly draw them. Leonardo learned the shapes and contours of the land he lived on. Leonardo's love of the countryside can be seen throughout his work – in the luminous, mysterious landscapes of his paintings…. He indeed was just such, as well as much more. Da Vinci's work was a benchmark in the development of human anatomy and many other fields of study.Da Vinci holds a place in history as one of the most ingenious men to every walk the earth. Da Vinci's expertise in the fields of art, science, and humanity make him unique to the subjects. Leonardo is known through out history as a master painter, sculptor, architect, musician, engineer, and scientist.

Assalamua'laikum and good morning everyone. Today I would like to share with you how to make a good presentation. When called upon to make a speech, consider the following suggestions to help make your speech more interesting, worthwhile, and fun for both you and your audience. Firstly, we must be prepared before we do our presentation. Find out about your target audience. Then, consider their interests, their ages, their needs, and anything else about them that will help you connect with them. Write down the purpose of
the speech or review the learning objectives, and decide on the ideas that should be covered. We also must do some research on the subject and taking brief notes. Furthermore, we also can talk with others who know the subject and make notes of their ideas. In addition, we must do some outline on our speech, including only the most important points. Put them into a logical sequence. Next, we must practise our presentation by doing some rehearsal on our speech
until you have it well in mind. Some presenters like to use a tape recorder so that they can hear
themselves. We also must write in your notes the time allotted to major points. This will help you
stay within the time limits.
Then, put your outline in final
form so that it will not be
cluttered with discarded
ideas. Try to be ready for extemporaneous speaking, with an occasional look at your outline. Do not memorize or read it word for word. When you are well prepared, you will feel more at ease during the speech. Also, it helps to take a few deep breaths before you begin.

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone.I am Sharifah Shufiza Khaziri Bt Tuan Hadi, from K36.Now, I would like to share with all of you about an interesting poem by the most famous poet,William Shakespeares.
The poem is sonnet 18.I learnt about this poem in my secondary school, during my form 4.From most of poem that i have studied, this would be the one that i really attracted by.These are the lines,to make all of you remember about sonnet 18 :
Shall i compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate.
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed,
And every fair from fairsometime declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course, untrimmed :
but thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st,
Nor shall death brag thou wand'rest in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st.
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
Actuaaly this poem posesses pn the comparison between Shakespeare's beloved and the nature.
He said that by times, the beauty of someone never be remained, but his beloved's beauty will never faded till her death. As such, poetry is immortal and makes beauty immortal.Shakespeare adressed to a nouble young man for whom he felt deep love and admiration.
So,i hope all of you enjoy this poem very much.Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and good morning everyone.Having a great collection of books at home does not really mean that you are a person who has a passion for literature and reading. For those people that cannot afford buying books, they can go to libraries and spend hours reading something that interests them a lot, or just borrow books at home. From my experience, literature is very important in our lives. This is because it can help us have a great imigination and it makes things easier when it comes to make composition on different themes. Futhermore, literature offers us the possibility to enter the world of imigination and to leave apart the real one for a couple of hours. It gives us the possibility to be another character in the story we read,to judge it from our perspective,to imagine the ending of it.Sometimes, we identify ourselves with the characters in the stories we read and they give us some clues to solve our problems and how to react in certain circumstances. To conclude with, I would like to say that literature is the perfect means to enrich our culture, to express correctly and have a rich vocabulary, to be able to interfere in conversations in different fields of interest and to really be considered an erudite person. That is all.

Good morning to everyone.
How are you? I hope everyone is fine. Well, due to the task given, I would like to share with you all about my passion. I show a great interest in traditional dance, namely, bharatanatyam . I have a great passion in it because of several reasons. Firstly, learning the dance I mentioned above helps me to understand and preserve my culture. While I am practicing the dance, I start to search the native and the root of the dance. From that, I understand more and even discover some essential information about my culture. Besides, by practicing the dance, I acquire the skill to enhance my concentration and hence, improve the quality of my lifestyle. Bharatanatyam is considered to be a fire-dance — the mystic manifestation of the metaphysical element of fire in the human body, and bharatanatyam dancer resemble the movements of a dancing flame. So, it involves accuracy which initiates the deep concentration of conscious mind. Moreover, by dancing, I can minimize my stress and hence make my mind and soul to relax and stay calm. Finally, I do feel that I have taken a wise choice as my interest as I gain number of benefits from it.
Thank You.

Assalamualaikum.
I am interested with the topic ‘materialistic’ posted by Fatima. I agree with her opinion that nowadays we have to be a little bit materialistic. It is because our lifestyle today needs us to becomes like that. The other people will respect us if we have a lot of money and power. But at the same times we should be polite and generous. We can not be proud and forgot who we are. When we have the money, we have to help the other people who in trouble. So, it will be fine if we are little bit materialistic because it is not only for our self but also for others. Nowadays the people who have the power and high standard will get everything that they are desire. But, we can not be a greedy person. Materialistic is not only show the people who is selfish. We have to change our mind about that. Thank you.

Hi guys
I actually attracted with Nadzirah Sha’ri’s ideas regarding to how to perform well during presentation. Presentation is a common activity especially for students. One of the objectives is to measure the confidence level and determine how creative the presenter to attract the audiences to watch his or her presentation. According to the articles, first and foremost we must know the target audience. Then, the presenter also need to consider their interests, their ages, their needs, and anything else about them that will help the presenter connect with the respective audience. The audiences actually play very important role to help the presenter gain confident during giving the presentation. From my previous experience, before I start with the presentation, first of all I would make sure my friends as an audience was ready and fully pay attention in term of mental and physical in order to vouch for my presentation become perfect. The others criteria include the sharp eye contact, hand gesture, do little bit research about topic we want to talk during the presentation and also the effectiveness of the slide show. Audience sometimes do not only attracted how well the presenter talking at the in front but they also would judge the presenter based on the effectiveness of the slide show. In fact as the presenter we actually cannot run from doing any mistakes during the presentation. As a conclusion, don’t scare to do a presentation. Though it is very challenging and quite tough but it’s actually very interesting. Thank you.

Good evening to all K36 members. Do you have a reusable water bottle? I read the article about the reusable water bottles and guess what the manufacturer of trendy aluminum water bottles had said that all of the aluminum water bottles have bisphenol-A( BPA) , a chemical that interferes with the female hormone estrogen. The controversial chemical has been linked to a long list of health concerns including early onset of puberty, neurotoxicity, and some cancers. BPA can leach from polycarbonate plastic bottles when it comes into contact with hot liquids and from regular wear and tear. Some of the consumers choosing metal over plastic because they believe that it is more safe. However, all metal bottles are not created equally. Aluminum bottles typically have epoxy liners, which may contain BPA and other unwanted chemicals. So what kind of water bottles is safe for us? Stainless steel reusable bottles is the safe one for us because it is BPA-free and most importantly, don’t have any liner. Change it now for our health.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon to all, especially to Miss Hanum. My talk today is about gorgeous Taj Mahal. The mausoleum located in Agra, India and built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is a building that combines elements from Persian, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. Taj Mahal is actually an integrated complex of structures. Building began around 1632, was completed around 1653, and employed thousands of artisans and craftsmen. The central focus of the complex is the tomb. This large, white marble structure stands on a square plinth and consists of a symmetrical building with an arch-shaped doorway, topped by a large dome and finial. The base structure is essentially a large, multi-chambered cube with chamfered corners, forming an octagon that is approximately 55 meters on each of the four long sides. The motif of stacked vaulted archway is replicated on the chamfered corner areas, making the design completely symmetrical on all sides of the building. The marble dome that surmounts the tomb is the most spectacular feature. Its height of around 35 meters is about the same as the length of the base. Because of its shape, the dome is often called an onion dome or amrud (guava dome). The exterior decorations of the Taj Mahal are among the finest to be found in Mughal architecture. As the surface area changes the decorations are refined proportionally. The decorative elements were created by applying paint, stucco, stone inlays, or carvings. The decorative elements can be grouped into either calligraphy, abstract forms or vegetative motifs. The interior chamber of the Taj Mahal steps far beyond traditional decorative elements. Here, the inlay work is not pietra dura but lapidary of precious and semiprecious gemstones. The inner chamber is an octagon with the design allowing for entry from each face, although only the south garden-facing door is used. The interior walls are about 25 metres high and topped by a "false" interior dome decorated with a sun motif. I hope that in the future I will have the chance to visit and see the finest example of Mughal architecture.

Today I want to tell to all of you about the recycle which should nurture it in us.
Everyone knows that good to recycle things which have been used in our daily life than to throw it away.An item should be recycled such as the family of paper: newspapers and any books, the bottles, plastic bags, tins, cans, magazines and so on.It is good for our environment and sometimes can earn us spare change.Besides that,it helps to reduce domestic waste rather than be buried in landfills and can be changed it into new objects with increasing for better features. So, how to recycle:firstly find out centers that exists around us to make sure we can sent the things to the right place. It's no use trying to recycle something if no processing center exists. Then determine the things that can be recycled and separate it into their categorizes. After that, leave our collection to the right and appropriate collection area or we can take it to the processing center by ourselves. As I had stated above that some government gives small cash rewards for each items being recycling. What I can said about this program, it can be done if all the people take important note about it

Assalammulaikum and hai,
Well everyone know what is presentation anxiety.I think all of us feel anxiety when we had presentation. So,I tried to find what I can understand with this situation. This feeling is a response to nervousness and sometime we will show it to other people such as shaking, stuttering, sweating, tongue being tied and more. Not only that our mind will think negatively and contribute to not effectively in our presentation. From what I had read this condition can occur due to the lack of confidence and negatively past experience. When others are watching, judging or criticizing can make feeling of anxiety. The key for success is to think positively, control of our stress by following effective techniques to combat it.The ways to control it by breathing exercise, pretend to not act as if we are lack of self confidence after the presentation be encouraging, not think what small mistakes which had been done and plan how to improve next time.

Music. Who doesn’t love loves music? Music comes in many genres. For example jazz, rock, RnB, classic and many more. But most of all, music gives us many benefits. Music is nourishment. It does not care whether it is ultra soothing or more energizing or the range between because the music feeds more of who we truly are. Music also gives us deep relaxation. It is ideal for body and massage, facials, luxuriating in healing waters, reiki, a full range of therapeutic treatments administered by a professional or during baths and self treatments at home. The more deeply we slip into relaxation, the more beneficial the experience. Furthermore, music can makes us feel relief from stress and anxiety. Real music surrounds us in a sphere of peace where nothing can disturb us. Indirectly, music improves our health. While listening to soothing music, the heartbeat slows, blood pressure decreases and respiration deepens. The body seizes the opportunity to turn on its healing mechanisms and truly profound relaxation, rejuvenation and healing occur. Next, when we listen to music when we are sleeping, it can calm the brain and help to release concerns so we can relax and fall asleep easily, waking in the morning refreshed and looking forward to the opportunities of a new day. In short word, music is a best therapy for us.

How to be an excellent student? Firstly, you must pay attention! When a teacher is giving a lesson, take notes and if you don't understand something, raise your hand and ask. The more questions you ask, the smarter you'll get. Talking to friends, sleeping or doing something else would not help you at all. So, stay focus on what your teacher is teaching. Secondly, review back the notes that you have jot down during class when you have free time. It is whether when you are at home or somewhere else. Next is take some time to write some problems up, or you could ask someone to write them for you. Just remember, it doesn't hurt to go over what you have learned. Then, do your homework. Homework is a practise for you to develop good habits and attitudes. Teachers give you homework for a reason. It is to review what you have learned that day. Take advantage of your free time. Doing your homework is not a big deal. Furthermore, you must always be prepared. Bring everything you need with you to class. Books, folders, pens, pencils, homework and many more. Then, get organized. Keep a folder for each subject, and yes, you put your math papers in your math folder, you put your Language Arts papers in your Language Arts folder, you put your science papers in your science folder, and so on. It would really be a good idea to color code or label your folders. Most important part is Study. It would be a good idea to start studying a few days before a test. Make a study schedule. If an extracurricular activity gets in the way of your studying, tell the person in charge of that certain event, that you will not be able to attend that event, or you will have to leave early. However, there will be certain situations where you will have to attend whatever it is. In this kind of situation, you will just have to study another day. This is where your study schedule comes in. Write out a schedule of the week of your test and find your free time. Always remember, use your time wisely. Study as if you are motivated for the outcome of your hardwork. Next, read a little more. If you are not already a reader, start at your level and work your way up. You may not know this, but by reading more challenging and difficult books, you are expanding your vocabulary. And lastly use of mind maps when taking notes. Mind map is one of effective tactics that can help you to understand hard topic. So, why wait? Make use of it!
