Assalamualaikum
This is the first time I write comment on this blog.
The topic I want elaborate on is the importance of pray in a muslim life.
As a muslim we should never take easy with pray(salat) as it is the second pillar of Islam and it is compulsory for a mulim to perform prayer 5 times a day.
So as muslims we must take care of our prayer especially the Fadjr and Isha' prayer as has been written in the hadith:
"The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites(moonafiq) are the salaat al-'isha' and salaat al-fajr but if they only knew what they contain, they would come even if they had to crawl". So we muslims should feel scared if we have those hypocrites characteristics as for hypocrites their place in the afterlife is in the most bottom of hell.

Hello,I want to share some information about a supernova.A supernova is a steller explosion that are extremely luminous and cause a burst of radiation that often briefly outshines the entires of galaxy, before fading from view over several weeks or month.During this short interval,a supernova can radiate as much as energy as the sun could emits.Nova(plural novae) means "new" in Latin, reffering to what appears to be a very bright new star shining."Super"refer to distinguishes supernovae from ordinary novae which also involve a star increasing in brightness, though to a lesser extent and through different mechanism.

those super smart and have a great achievement scientis will died fast.. i don know whether is the god wanna punish them of bacause they discover new things that go against the religion rules.
in addition, some of them died because attacked by diseases.

Assalamualaikum,

Regarding to King's comment earlier I would like to share my point of view. Humans are mortal beings, so regardless of who they are either scientist nor an average working person they'll die when their time comes. It is one part of human cycle... although it's a pity to lose such great scientist. This is where our part of duty comes right? Filling up the empty seats of those great scientist. Hope you'll be satisfied with my comment.

Have u ever set foot to Taiping before? If u haven't then u should!
Taiping is also being called as Town Of Heritage. There are a number of things that are the first to be build in Taiping such as the railway that connects Taiping to Port Weld, Taiping's prison and the museum. But that's not all, Taiping is also wellknown to outsiders because of its captivating scenery(the lake garden and Maxwell's Hill). Well u can only have those expeience if u are there, surely this is totally recommended to those who are already sick with urbanized jampacked and unhealthy air.

Before computers, before video games, before cable TV, before TV, before radio, we had something most people treasured, we had books. With us having ALL the things mentioned above, we STILL have books, writing, literature dates back to before the birth of Christ and will endure until the end of time. THAT is it's importance, not to mention you learn while reading, even if you are enjoying the book. Give Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 a try, see if you can imagine a world where any type of reading is against the law.

It is a prevalent opinion that literature is like all arts is mere play of imagination, pleasing enough like a new novel without any serious or practical importance. Nothing could be farther from the truth, literature preserves the ideals of a people and these ideal are love, faith, duty, friendship, freedom and reverence which are the part of human life most worthy of preservation. Lastly in summary we can say literature is the expression of life in words of truth and beauty, it is the written record of man's spirit of his thoughts, emotions, aspirations, and it is the history and only the history of the human soul having characteristics of its artistic quality, its suggestiveness and its permanent qualities which will never fade.

Who cares? the UMP bus just like chipsmore biscuit. we can hope for nothing. what can we do? buying a bicycle? majority of the students said it just a waste. if we have another younger sibling,it will be fine. if we have none? who will ride our ex-bicycle.what else can we do with R200++? surely a lot.
i also dont understand, why the 1st years student placed at KK2?
why not KK1?
anyhow, this is just a comment. not a prejudice to UMP.

I'm one of the fans of the show. i disagree with some says that wwe is fake. It is true that it just an acting. But, they are really beating each others with safe way. sometimes, the wrestler got injury and needs for operation surgery. clearly, they are the stuntmen and i'm damn proud of them.
More over, among of them can acting very well. The wrestler such The rock,John cena, Steve austin and Hulk hogan just put their name as famous as Brat pit, Jennifer aniston and Julia robert. As conclusion, WWE show is not as what as you think.

Hi,how are you?recently,i was study about the importance of exercise to human being.Exercise is important to keep both our body and mind "in shape".

Exercise will absolutely help us to burn our calories if we are working out regularly. In fact, when we are exercising, the oxygen and nutrients will be carried to all over our body tissues through our cardiovascular system. With a better blood circulation, it does mean that our heart and lungs functions would be strengthened. It could improve our stamina and provide the energy we need for the entire day.that's all todey.
THANK YOU.

The 2009 flu pandemic is a global outbreak of a new strain of an influenza A virus subtype H1N1, officially referred to as the novel H1N1,first identified in April 2009, and commonly called swine flu in North America and Mexican flu in some countries. The illness produced by this virus is generally mild and self-limiting, with some exceptions. A person can be in a high risk group and thus more vulnerable.

Dear friends and to all DOTA players, a little introduction about the game we all are so crazy about..
Defense of the Ancients (DotA) is a custom scenario for the real-time strategy video game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is for each team to destroy the opponents' Ancients, heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their hero and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.

Those who are interested in this game should have other point of views regarding the heroes and the maps may leave their comment. Thank you

And now the statement which says that DOTA is one of the popular games in the world. In June 2008, Michael Walbridge, writing for Gamasutra, stated that DotA "is likely the most popular and most-discussed free, non-supported game mod in the world". In pointing to the strong community built around the game, Walbridge stated that DotA shows it is much easier for a community game to be maintained by the community, and this is one of the maps' greatest strengths. Defense of the Ancients has been credited as one of the influences for the 2009.

I agree with Mohd Azrin about Oovoo. It is really a good form of sending messages because here in KK2 we are not able to connect to yahoo messenger so oovoo is the alternative. Moreover, in KK2 we use Lan cable so the connection is perfect for us to send files or even send important notifications regarding assignments and lab reports.

Regarding the WWE show, in my opinion I think that they are really beating each other up but it has been already planned. So they know what will come next when they are fighting. Kids below the age of fifteen are really obsessed with this show and I’m not surprised because watching this program give them a huge amount of adrenaline rush but as we grow up we tend to know that the show is only for entertainment purpose. It doesn’t matter whether they are beating each other or what, but in the end it is stricly for entertainment purpose. Lastly, please don’t try this at home.

A powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake hit Indonesia's south Sumatra at 6.16pm today,1st october 09 sending tremors across several areas in Peninsular Malaysia.

The Meteorological Department said the quake's epicentre was 60km southwest of Padang and 452km southwest of Melaka. It said it was monitoring the situation closely.

In the Klang Valley, people rushed out of building which were shaking from the tremors.

Meanwhile, Reuters reported that the quake was 7.9 on the Richter scale and that a tsunami alert had been issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre.

AFP reported that the quake that struck off Indonesia’s Sumatra island today, destroyed large buildings and starting fires in the major city of Padang, geologists and reports said.

“A number of hotels in Padang have been destroyed,” Indonesian geophysics and meteorology agency tsunami warning head Rahmat Triyono said, adding the agency did not release a tsunami alert.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre in Hawaii however issued a tsunami watch for Indonesia, Malaysia, India and Thailand. The tsunami alert has since been cancelled.

“Up to now we haven’t been able to reach Padang, communications have been cut,” Triyono said.

The quake struck at sea at 5:16 pm (1016 GMT) at a fairly deep 87 kilometres (54 miles), 53 kilometres northwest of Padang city in West Sumatra province, the United States Geological Survey said.

Local news channel Metro TV reported fires amid the wreckage in Padang, a city of 900,000, where panicked residents had run onto the streets as the quake hit.

There were no immediate reports of deaths or injuries.

The quake was felt in the capital Jakarta 940 kilometres away.

Geologists have said Padang, which lies near the colliding Indo-Australian and Eurasian tectonic plates, is the most likely in the country to fall victim to the next major quake.

The city is most at risk from a final segment along the zone shifting to unleash a massive amount of energy.

The zone’s other segments have already cracked, including a large portion off Aceh, at the northern tip of Sumatra, which triggered the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami which killed more than 220,000 people.

Indonesia sits on the Pacific “Ring of Fire,” where the meeting of continental plates causes high volcanic and seismic activity. A quake on the main island of Java earlier this month killed 123 people

Phoenix dactylifera, commonly known as the Date Palm, is a palm in the genus Phoenix, extensively cultivated for its edible sweet fruit. Due to its long history of cultivation for fruit, its exact native distribution is unknown, but probably originated somewhere in the desert oases of northern Africa, and perhaps also southwest Asia. It is a medium-sized tree, 15–25 m tall, often clumped with several trunks from a single root system, but often growing singly as well. The leaves are pinnate, 3–5 m long, with spines on the petiole and about 150 leaflets; the leaflets are 30 cm long and 2 cm broad. The full span of the crown ranges from 6–10 metersDates have a high tannin content and are used medicinally as a detersive (having cleansing power) and astringent in intestinal troubles.[citation needed] As an infusion, decoction, syrup, or paste, dates may be administered for sore throat, colds, bronchial catarrh, and taken to relieve fever and number of other complaints.[citation needed] One traditional belief is that it can counteract alcohol intoxication. The seed powder is also used in some traditional medicines.

A gum that exudes from the wounded trunk is employed in India for treating diarrhea and genito-urinary ailments.[citation needed] The roots are used against toothache. The pollen yields an estrogenic principle, estrone, and has a gonadotropic effect on young rats

Do you know When was HIV discovered and how is it diagnosed? In 1981, homosexual men with symptoms of a disease that now are considered typical of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) were first described in Los Angeles and New York. The patients were noted to have a severe reduction in a type of cell in the blood that is an important part of the immune system, called CD4 cells.

These cells, often referred to as CD4 T cells, help the body fight infections. Shortly thereafter, this disease was recognized throughout the United States, Western Europe, and Africa. In 1983, researchers in the United States and France described the virus that causes AIDS, now known as the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and belonging to the group of viruses called retroviruses.According to the statistics,HIV virus killed more than thousand people in every year.

The Importance of sleep

Sleep is essential for a person’s health and wellbeing, according to the National Sleep Foundation (NSF). Yet millions of people do not get enough sleep and many suffer from lack of sleep. For example, surveys conducted by the NSF (1999-2004) reveal that at least 40 million Americans suffer from over 70 different sleep disorders and 60 percent of adults report having sleep problems a few nights a week or more. Most of those with these problems go undiagnosed and untreated. In addition, more than 40 percent of adults experience daytime sleepiness severe enough to interfere with their daily activities at least a few days each month - with 20 percent reporting problem sleepiness a few days a week or more. Furthermore, 69 percent of children experience one or more sleep problems a few nights or more during a week.

What are the signs of excessive sleepiness?

According to psychologist and sleep expert David F. Dinges, Ph.D., of the Division of Sleep and Chronobiology and Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, irritability, moodiness and disinhibition are some of the first signs a person experiences from lack of sleep. If a sleep-deprived person doesn’t sleep after the initial signs, said Dinges, the person may then start to experience apathy, slowed speech and flattened emotional responses, impaired memory and an inability to be novel or multitask. As a person gets to the point of falling asleep, he or she will fall into micro sleeps(5-10 seconds) that cause lapses in attention, nod off while doing an activity like driving or reading and then finally experience hypnagogic hallucinations, the beginning of REM sleep. (Dinges, Sleep, Sleepiness and Performance, 1991)

Amount of sleep needed

Everyone’s individual sleep needs vary. In general, most healthy adults are built for 16 hours of wakefulness and need an average of eight hours of sleep a night. However, some individuals are able to function without sleepiness or drowsiness after as little as six hours of sleep. Others can't perform at their peak unless they've slept ten hours. And, contrary to common myth, the need for sleep doesn't decline with age but the ability to sleep for six to eight hours at one time may be reduced

Advantages and Disadvantages of milk.

The article written in the Sunday Times by Dr. Wolfe Segal, Senior lecturer in Biochemistry, University of W.A called 'Milk Is Full Of Food Value', discuses the facts about milk. Dr. Wolfe Segal wrote what vitamins and minerals are in milk also how many grams of fat, protein, and lactose are in milk. Dr. Wolfe Segal also wrote about what milk can do to the human body in good and bad ways. Dr. Wolfe Segal gave good information on the advantages and disadvantages of milk.

The advantages of milk are that milk contains lots of vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, and lactose. All these nutrients are part of a balanced diet and therefore are very healthy for the human
Most of the vitamins and minerals found in milk are very healthy and are needed in the human diet, but too many of these vitamins and minerals can damage the human body and also cause allergic reactions. Cows milk is also bad for babies because of the high content of phosphate and sodium. In babies to much sodium and phosphate can lead to high blood pressure, irritability and convulsion. Some of the long-term effects can lead to permanent brain damage. Some of the vitamins and minerals found in milk can give some people allergic reactions.

Calcium is important to help prevent osteoporosis.

Calcium is needed for strong bones. It is also needed for your heart, muscles and nerves to function properly and for your blood to clot normally.

An inadequate calcium intake is thought to play a significant role in contributing to the development of osteoporosis. However, national nutrition surveys have shown that many women and young girls consume less than half the amount of calcium recommended for growth and maintenance of healthy bones.

Each day we lose some calcium in the urine and faeces and to a lesser extent through perspiration. These losses must be balanced by consuming adequate amounts of calcium. If the level of calcium in the blood drops below normal, the body takes what it needs from the bone, thereby depleting the calcium reserves.

The body's demand for calcium is greater during certain stages of life
