HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN TERIYAKI?
Pineapple chicken teriyaki uses only a few basic ingredients but doesn't fall short on flavor, and it's a very easy dish to make. If you do things in the right order, you can make this entrée in the time it takes to cook the rice and have a delicious, home-cooked meal in about half an hour.Quantities are approximate. Feel free to adjust them to taste or to change the amount you make.
The ingrediants are:
Rice
Water
Chicken breasts or thighs (about 2 breasts or 3-4 thighs)
An onion
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 bell pepper(s), any color. Green and red contrast nicely with the yellow pineapple.
A dozen or so mushrooms (optional)
One 15 oz. can of cubed pineapple in juice or about 2 cups. Drain about half the juice and drink it or use it some other time.
A tablespoon of cornstarch (more if you want a thicker sauce).
Teriyaki sauce, about half a cup or to taste for your quantity of ingredients. It's worth getting the fancy kind for this recipe.
Olive or vegetable oil for frying (2-3 Tbsp)
so,the first steps is;
Cook some rice.Put some rice on to cook. How much depends on how many people you will be feeding, but if you're not sure, start with about two cups of uncooked rice and two cups of water. Second step, defrost the chicken. It's easiest to slice uncooked chicken if it is slightly frozen. The microwave is a good choice, but don't overdo it.Next, cut up the veggies. While the rice cooks and the chicken defrosts, cut the bell pepper(s), onion, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Check the rice and turn the heat down, if you are making it in a pot.
Slice the defrosted chicken into bite-sized pieces. Flavor and thickening.Have the teriyaki sauce and pineapple ready. If you would like to thicken the sauce, mix the cornstarch with the pineapple juice right now.
Heat the pan.Heat a large sauté pan over medium to high heat. Add some oil.Add some olive or vegetable oil to the hot pan and give it a moment to heat up. Start with the chicken.Add the chicken and start stir-frying. Onion Add the onion while the chicken still has some pink showing and stir-fry for another minute or two. About halfway through, add the minced garlic. Cook until the onion is most of the way to the consistency you want it. MushroomsAdd the mushrooms.PeppersAdd the peppers. Finally, pineapple and teriyaki sauceAdd the pineapple and cornstarch mixture and the teriyaki sauce fairly soon after the peppers go in. Don't overdo the peppers. Cook it for just enough longer to heat the pineapple through and thicken the sauce a bit. It's ok if the sauce has a consistency more like liquid than jelly.
Serve immediately over the rice that should now be ready.

DO YOU KNOW MUSHROOM?
I have read the article of mushroom.I want to share with you about mushroom.Mushrooms contain about 80 to 90 percent water, and are very low in calories (only 100 cal/oz), They have very little sodium and fat, and 8 to 10 percent of the dry weight is fiber

One serving of mushrooms also provides about 20 to 40 percent of the daily value of copper, a mineral that has cardio protective properties.

Mushrooms are a rich source of riboflavin, niacin, and selenium. Selenium is an antioxidant that works with vitamin E to protect cells from the damaging effects of free radicals.

BENEFITS OF CHOCOLATE

I have read the article about chocolate. We know that the chocolate is not good for our health. Several population studies have observed an increase in the risk of certain cancers among people who frequently consume sweet 'junk' foods such as chocolate. But in this article,it says that chocolate is good for our health. Evidence from laboratory studies suggests that cocoa flavonoids may possess anticarcinogenic mechanisms.Studies suggest a specially formulated type of cocoa may be nootropic and delay brain function decline as people age.cocoa-based prescription drugs could potentially help treat diabetes, dementia and other diseases. Other research indicates that chocolate may be effective at preventing persistent coughing. The ingredient theobromine was found to be almost one third more effective than codeine, the leading cough medicine. The chocolate also appears to soothe and moisten the throat.Flavonoids can inhibit the development of diarrhea, suggesting antidiarrhoeal effects of chocolate.

A Joke. Enjoy

My dear Jagjit,

I am in a well here and hoping you are also in a well there.

I'm writing this letter slowly, because I know you cannot read fast.

We don't live where we did when you left home. Your dad read in the newspaper that most accidents happen 20 miles from home, so we moved 20 miles.

I won't be able to send the address as the last Sardar who stayed here took the house numbers with them for their new house so they would not have to change their address. Hopefully by next week we will be able to take our earlier address plate here, and that our address will remain same too.

This place is really nice. It even has a washing machine, situated
Right Above the toilet I'm not sure it works too well. Last week I put in 3 shirts, pulled the chain and haven't seen them since. The weather here isn't too bad. It rained only twice last week. The first time it rained for 3 days and second time for 4 days.

The coat you wanted me to send you, your Aunt said it would be a little too heavy to send in the mail with all the metal buttons, so we cut them off and put them in the pocket.

Your father has another job. He has 500 men under him. He is cutting the grass at the cemetery.

By the way I took Bahu to our club's poolside. The manager is Badmash. He told her that two piece swimming suit is not allowed in his club. We were confused as to which piece should we remove?

Your sister had a baby this morning. I haven't found out whether it is a girl or a boy, so I don't know whether you are an Aunt or Uncle.

Your uncle, Jetinder fell in the nearby well. Some men tried to pull
Him out, but he fought them off bravely and drowned. We cremated him and he burned for three days.

There isn't much more news this time. Nothing much has happened.

Love - Mom.

P.S . Jagjit, I was going to send you some money but by the time I
Realized, I had already sealed off this letter.

The Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region of the northwestern Atlantic Ocean in which a number of aircraft and surface vessels are alleged to have disappeared in mysterious circumstances which fall beyond the boundaries of human error, pirates, equipment failure, or natural disasters. Popular culture has attributed some of these disappearances to the paranormal, a suspension of the laws of physics, or activity by extraterrestrial beings.

A substantial body of documentation exists showing numerous incidents to have been inaccurately reported or embellished by later authors, and numerous official agencies have gone on record as stating that the number and nature of disappearances is similar to any other area of ocean, however proponents of paranormal phenomena claim that many incidents remained unexplained despite considerable investigation.

EXAM PREPARATION

The most important thing any student can do to prepare for exam is to start early. The days of studying for an exam on the bus going to school are over. Even if you got A's this way, it's not going to work very often with college material. College courses require far more effort.

Start preparing for the next test the day after you take the prior one. Daily preparation is crucial. At a minimum, review material once every week between exams.
How much time is needed? The classic question. Some recommend 2-3 hours outside of class for every hour of class time. In some cases homework problems will require this much effort. For a straightforward lecture course try the following:
Every day before class, preview the material for 15-20 minutes.
Attend every lecture. Seems simple but it's the biggest misteak students make.
Take good notes. Learn how.
Spend another 20-30 minutes after class going over the notes.
Use this time to get any confusing points cleared up in your head; much better now than later. This will make later exam prepare.

ADVANTAGES OF DONATING BLOOD

1. When a person donates blood, his/her bone marrow is stimulated to produce new red cells. This will make our blood forming organs to function more effective and active cells.
2. A Red Cross Donor is given a Blood donor Card. With this card, the donor will be given priority in case of blood needs.
3. A physician will examine prospective donors who submit themselves to the procedure for free. He/She will also know his/her blood type and know whether he/she is anemic or not. Donors will be informed of diseases seen in the blood as a result of the screening tests

Why is Dark Chocolate Healthy?:

Chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables.

These benefits are from flavonoids, which act as antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in strawberries).

Flavonoids also help relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body.

He is a naive and goofy sea sponge who works as a fry cook in the fictional underwater town of Bikini Bottom.SpongeBob has achieved popularity with both children and adults, and is an icon for gay men in the United States.SpongeBob is a sea sponge, but he resembles a kitchen sponge. He has large blue eyes, many holes appearing all around his body and a mouth with prominent front buck teeth. He typically wears a white shirt with a red tie and brown square trousers, hence his family name "SquarePants".

A surprise catch for fishermen

KUANTAN: There was a festive air in Pantai Sepat as families turned out to scoop up a surprise bounty.

Instead of fish, some fishermen found their nets filled with prawns the size of the middle finger.

And when the school moved into the shallows, the fishermen called the rest of the village. Wading in knee-deep water scooping up prawns in their nets, they each harvested about 40kg within a few hours.

Fisherman Abdul Manan Samah said: "This is unbelievable. It is the off-season for prawns. Around noon, we noticed the sea water was turning murky and we went out to check our nets. We found prawns by the thousands.

"Maybe it's because of the unusually long hot weather. Normally, we'd only get about 10kg after three to four hours."

Manan said he had to call his son, Azmanizam, to help him gather the catch. Between them, they caught 20kg of prawns in one hour and sold them for RM8 per kg.

"We hope the prawns come again. It would be a blessing for us in these lean times during the monsoon season."

When I read through this article, I felt it very interesting. That day is really a lucky day for fishermen in Kuantan. This weird phenomenon is actually natural after the unusual long hot weather in Kuantan. This is because spawns are cold-blooded fish. Therefore, they afraid of hot weather and go to shallow water to rest every time. As long hot weather for few weeks, spawns go to shallow water near the beach to rest. As a result, many big spawns have gathered together in that area. However, this phenomenon is very rare in Malaysia. Recently, the weather has changed so much maybe because of the global warming which is getting serious. During developing the new technology, people have used up many source of energy on Earth through different methods. Many forests have became the resident area. Many rivers, seas and lakes have polluted by disposing the dirty wastes and throwing the rubbish into. The beautiful Earth has changed into an ugly planet without the green forest, blue seas and white sky.

In conclusion, we have to co-operate to take care of our sick Earth before it is destroyed by activities of human beings. The fishermen have responsible to take care too by limiting the number of fishes. This action is to avoid the fishes approaching the distinction.

Brain is the most amazing thing god ever gave us. This small but wonderful small organ is the foundation of our life. It helps us in decision making, overcome problems and also do the ever-unentertaining math works. Like our body, brain needs exercises to make sure it can function well. It’s not like you need to weightlifting with you head. These are simpler exercise, because it just involves your daily activities, with a little twist. You can gain your brain alertness in 5 main cognitive functions – memory, attention, language, visual-spatial skills and executive function.
1. Memory- memory is really important, for all cognitive activity such as reading, reasoning and others. Listening to music not just fun, but it can also boost your memory. Try listening to new songs, and memorize the lyrics at the same time.
2. Brain attention affects your alertness to the situation around the world. To help brain to be more alert, try to change your daily routine. For example, take different route to your class or workplace so your brain can wake up from the same activity.
3. Language challenges your ability to remember, also affecting you fluency. Language skill can be sharpening by in-depth reading. Don’t just read through words, read carefully. Words are easier to understand when they’re in context.
4. Appreciation of this world depends on visual-spatial ability, which is the way we see things. When you enter your workplace or class, spot 5 things and try to remember it’s location. When you go out of the room, recall back. Then 2 hours later recall back.
5. Decision making, hypothesis and problem solving needs executive function. Train this function by involve yourself in activity that involves problem solving such as video games. Then you have another reason to play games.

Today, I want to share a new tip.
How to be positive. There are some points:

1. Admit that you have a problem. You can't change if you don't admit your faults. Accept the fact that you are being negative. This will just make it easier for you to become positive!

2. Have goals. Goals give you a more positive outlook on life.

3. Surround yourself with positive people!

4. Avoid negative influence.

5. Smile at stranger. Although this may seem a little weird, it actually makes you feel more positive and happy. You may even brighten that other person's day with just a smile.

6. Listen to positive music.

7. Replace negative thoughts with something positive.

8. Focus your imagination and efforts on becoming that new positive person.

OK.
I hope this tip is helpful.

Hello…I share some idea to everyone, so let see what that is.

Have you all even felt the fishy smell on your hand after eating? The next time your hands smell of strong foods like fish or garlic, just crab a few coffee beans and rub them together with your hands. It will immediately absorb the smell through the oil that is released from the coffee beans. Once the odour is gone, wash your hands with soapy water. So, next time you can try it if you face the same problem, do it especially before you have to meet people when your hands got the smell.

Another is about “Barf bag”. To avoid airsickness, drink a small bottle of ginger ale before boarding and it will help to calm your stomach. Ginger is famous used in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent nausea. For long- haul flight, try munching on gingersnaps, yummy. So try it especially to our friends who will fright back to Sabah and Sarawak for the coming semester break. Remember OK.

Title: The Giver
Author: Lois Lowry

This book is about a boy whose name is Jonas, a baby boy named Gabe and the Giver. The main character of this story is Jonas. Jonas is a 12 who is selected to be the Receiver of Memories. The Receivers of memory's job is to hold all the memories of the past. But not all the memories he's gotten are not good. Sometimes he get's memories of poor, hunger, pain, war and some of the good memories he gets are being on the beach sledding and etc. When Jonas is in training, Jonas asked well what happens when you are in release. Are they really going to release you because of your age? Yes the Giver said. Well what happens in release. And the giver said," Do you see that speaker just say let me see the tape of this morning release. So he does and they put in the movie and sense you’re only aloud to have one boy and one girl. The birth mothers had two twin boys and the lightest one they will release. When they release that they would give you a shot in the biggest part of your vain and you’ll die and they’ll put you in a plastic container and through you away. And Jonas didn’t want to go home that night because his dad kills the babies. Another main character is the baby Gabe. Gabe was going to be released and he did not want that to happen so he and Jonas left the community. And Jonas on cold days on their way to the human world would give Gabe the memory of warmth and being on a beach. The last main character is the Giver. The Giver is the one who told Jonas to leave the community and he is the one who gives him the memories.

I think this is a good book because they tell us about life.

I would like to share with you about the article i have read.

If anyone talks to me badly I will stay away and try to be calm
If anyone tells me the truth I will accept and do not ever regret
If anyone hurts my heart I will stay calm and pray
If anyone gives me hope I will hold and do not keep it at bay
If anyone looks down on me I will take it easy and strengthen my heart
If anyone loses their temper I will take a deep breath and be quite
if anyone needs my help I will lend my hand and do the best
I care for everyone's feeling and desire.

After read this article I think it's very motivated me. As a human, we must bear in mind that nobody is perfect, so we need to accept all ours or someone’s kindness and weakness. We should think positive, be positive and act positive. It is the root to become a successful person. I know it is too difficult to be positive but it is not impossible. Patient is not the victim but it is the moral to be a proactive. To be a patient we need to be more patient. I believe positive thinking will make me cooling down always. I hope we can try to be positive even sometime it will be hurt. State in our heart to be always being positive.

Try and read this:

"i cdnuolt blveiee taht I cluod aulaclty uesdnatnrd waht I was rdanieg."

"fi yuo cna raed tihs, yuo hvae a sgtrane mnid too."

According to a research at Cambridge University, actually when come to reading, it doesn’t matter in what order the letters
in word are. However the only important is the first and the last letter were at the correct position then he or she will able to know the what the words is. This call the phenomenal power of the human mind. So just if teachers don't care about our spelling, i believe we can get high marks because even though the spelling is wrong but still they can understand. haha just for jokes....

I had read last week with the title golden age, I would like to share my point of view about this issue.

In my opinion, I strongly agree that the government should make compulsory for Malaysian to take care of their elderly. Nowadays, there are many old folks that without their family members to take care of them, there are also a lot of old folks being abandon by their family. Most of the elderly in our country are not financially independent, indirectly, it will cause many social problems and become a burden for government. Proactive action should be taken by the government to prevent this social problem from becoming worse.

First, it is a responsibility that everyone should take care of their elderly. Many people forget this responsibility and think that it is a burden to take care of them. They forget how their parents bring them up to what they are now. They are the one who brings us to this world and take good care of us since we are young. No matter how they will always stand right beside us. On the contrast, we as son or daughter should take our responsibility to give them a prosperous and happy life during their golden age. This suggestion will remind the youngsters to take this responsibility.

Besides, it is a lot of expectation of the elderly to their children. They wish to have a prosperous life with their family. The meaning of prosperous and happy life not just only can achieve by wealth or luxury life style. A peace and harmonies time with family members are the life they desire the most. Therefore, all of us should share some times for the elderly and should understand what they actually need.

The elderly strive hard to earn the living expenses for their children. They work round the clock just because of their love family. So, is time for us to pay back their sacrifice. It is the human nature to take care of their love one. The new generation have to pay much love and concern to the elderly no matter how difficult when take care of them.

We should not hesitate to support government plan to make compulsory to take good care to the elderly. The positive value of should be maintain to next generation so it will reduce the social problem in our country.

Listed below are some of the most common types of drugs/substances abused. With the unending number of drugs being manufactured in makeshift "street" laboratories everyday, it is impossible to list them all. The absence of your drug of choice from this site does not exclude your drug abuse from being equally as life-threatening and serious.

Alcohol
Any number of intoxicating beverages, including beer, wine, whiskey, gin, vodka, etc. Primary effect is as a sedative.

Amphetamine/Methamphetamine
Both are chemical stimulants were primarily developed to treat various medical conditions. However, the street versions of these compounds are cooked up in clandestine "kitchens" using a variety of hazardous and volatile chemicals. Both stimulants can be inhaled, smoked, and injected by the abuser.

Club Drugs
This term refers to an influx of designer drugs including MDMA (Ecstasy), GHB, Rohypnol (Ruffies), Clarity, and Ketamine (Special K). Because most of these drugs are colorless, flavorless, and odorless, they can be added to beverages undetected. All effect the central nervous system and act as stimulant and hallucinogen.

Cocaine (Powder)
Cocaine is one of the most powerful stimulants found in nature. Cocaine is derived from Coca plant leaves. The leaves are treated with salt and gasoline and allowed to sit. The liquid is later drained and refined into cocaine base. Cocaine base can be smoked but typically is refined into a powder form. Powder cocaine (HCL) is inhaled into the nasal passages or can be dissolved in water and injected into the body via a syringe. Because of cocaine's high melting point, it cannot be smoked. In order to be smoked, it must be altered using the chemical process known as freebasing. Freebasing involves mixes the cocaine with other solvents over a heat source. This process can (and often is) deadly for the abuser.

Crack Cocaine
Powder cocaine cannot be smoked unless chemically altered--thus crack cocaine. A chemically altered form of powder cocaine that is a hard, rock-like substance that is easy to handle and conceal. Crack cocaine is smokeable and creates an intense, immediate high. Because crack cocaine is nearly pure cocaine, doses are smaller and cheaper to obtain than cocaine. Crack cocaine can be instantly addictive.

Depressants
As the name implies, depressants interact to depress the activities of the central nervous system. There are three categories of depressants: hypnotics--which induce sleep; sedatives--which do not induce sleep but produce a relaxing effect; and tranquilizers, such as Valium and Xanax. Depressants can be synthetic (barbiturates) or occur naturally in plants. Depressants can also be referred to as benzodiazepines. Trade names include Valium, Librium, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Tranxene, and Dalmane.

Hashish
Hashish is produced from the THC-rich secretions of the Cannabis plant (marijuana plant). Hashish is the resinous substance taken from the tops of female plants, which contains the highest concentration of THC. "Hash" is usually sold in balls or cakes. Most commonly used by smoking (pipe, bong) or ingesting (eating foods containing hash).

Inhalants
Common inhalants include some types of model cement, cooking sprays, hair spray, deodorant, liquid paper, aerosol sprays, paint, paint thinner, gasoline, and solvents. Inhalants are used by spraying or pouring the substance on a rag and the vapors (fumes) inhaled. This induces a short-lived, light-headed euphoric state in the abuser.

Heroin
Heroin, a semi-synthetic opium, is derived from morphine. Heroin is smoked, inhaled, or injected by the abuser.

LSD
LSD is a synthetic psychotropic, or mind-altering, drug. Due to its extremely high potency, LSD users may be "high" anywhere from 4-14 hours on one dose. LSD is usually sold in the following forms: liquid (small, glass vials); thin squares of gelatin ("hits"), referred to as "windowpane"; small square pieces of paper--commonly referred to as "blotter" acid.

Marijuana
Next to tobacco and alcohol, marijuana is the most popular chemical substance chosen for regular use. Marijuana comes from the Hemp plant and its content of THC found in the leaves and flowering shoots of the plant. Most commonly used by smoking (joint, pipe, bong) or ingestion (eating foods containing marijuana, example-brownies). Marijuana effects the central nervous system and gives the user a false sense of euphoria, relaxation, and increased visual, auditory, and taste perceptions. In actuality, the marijuana diminishes coordination, visual tracking, and loss of energy. Some users experience paranoia, delirium, and hallucinations.

Mushrooms
Psilocybin or "magic" mushrooms are found in a variety of environments and, like Peyote, produce similar effects as LSD but not quite to the same degree. The mushrooms are usually ingested but may be dried and smoked.

Narcotics
Though commonly used to refer to all drugs---narcotics are those drugs which are derived from opium (derivatives or synthetics). Commonly encountered narcotics include: Opium, morphine, codeine, heroin, Dilaudid, Demerol, Percodan, methadone, and Darvon.
Opium
Opium is harvest from unripe seed pods of the Poppy plant. Opium can either be injected in its raw form (gum-like) or smoked.

PCP (Angel Dust)
Phencyclidine, commonly referred to as PCP or Angel Dust, is considered to be the most unpredictable drug on the street because of its effect of the user. PCP can be found in liquid (most toxic), gum, or powdered form. Liquid PCP is often applied to cigarettes as a means of ingestion. In powder form, PCP is commonly mixed with marijuana and smoked. PCP is often masqueraded as LSD or THC. The gum form of PCP may vary in color from a light tan to a dark brown/black.

Peyote
The Peyote Cactus has been used for centuries in the Americas by Native Americans in religious ceremonies. Mescaline is the active psychotropic ingredient in peyote and produced similar effects and "trip" lengths to that of LSD. Peyote is normally ingested but may also be dried and smoked.

Prescription Drugs
Prescription drug abuse is a modern-day plague with estimates of up to six million Americans have or currently abuse prescription medications. Many prescription drug addicts legitimize their use because of "doctor's orders". It is not uncommon for these abusers to exhibit drug seeking behaviors--going to several doctors, emergency rooms, and/or clinics reporting lost or stolen prescriptions, increased pain, etc in an effort to obtain their drug. For those addicts in the medical field or with access to prescription medications, stealing medications or self-prescribing medications is not uncommon. Many prescription addicts use multiple pharmacies to hide the amount and frequency of their use. Signs and symptoms of prescription addiction vary due to the different types of medications (hypnotic, sedative, amphetamine, etc)

WOMAN "HATE" ABOUT MAN

The relationship between men and women has always been a love-hate type. This article will describe what a woman finds most annoying in her partner.
Though women publicly admit that they like men who are strong, secretly they like a man on whom she can wield certain amount of power.
It is also likely (majority of the times) that a woman would not like a person who would show insensitivity towards her feelings. This is a mistake that many men make and women do not like this attitude from them. There are many other factors that women generally do not like in men such as arrogance, lies, submissive behavior, etc. Never ever show a woman that you have a weak character. This is one of the traits that women dislike in a man. It is a mistake that many men make by making a woman feel that he is ready to fall at her feet. Contrary to a man thinking that a woman would appreciate it, women get annoyed with men who are too submissive and ready to do anything for her. This does not mean that a woman does not want a sensitive man who is open about his feelings, but it does mean that a woman still wants a man to be his own person, think for himself and claim what he wants from a relationship.
A woman always likes a man who has a big heart and ready to share and care. A self-centered man is rarely loved by women and more often than not will crave for female company.
Manipulative attitude is something that women dislike in a man. Hence, try to be as open in your behavior as possible and at the same time do not fall prey if she displays manipulative behavior. Keeping these points in mind, you can win over a woman. Remember that love blossoms slowly and you need to give your woman time and space if you really want to win her over..

To My Friends Who Are...........SINGLE
Love is like a butterfly. The more you chase it, the more it eludes you. But
if you just let it fly, it will come to you when you least expect it. Love can
make you happy but often it hurts, but love's only special when you give it
to someone who is really worth it. So take your time and choose the best.
To My Friends Who Are............NOT SO SINGLE
Love isn't about becoming somebody else's 'perfect person.' It's about
finding someone who helps you become the best person you can be.
To My Friends Who Are............PLAYBOY/GIRL TYPE
Never say 'I love you' if you don't care. Never talk about feelings if they
aren't there. Never touch a life if you mean to break a heart. Never look
in the eye when all you do is lie. The cruelest thing a guy can do to a girl is to let her fall in love when he doesn't intend to catch her fall and it works both ways...
To My Friends Who Are............MARRIED
Love is not about 'it's your fault', but 'I'm sorry.' Not 'where are you',
but 'I'm right here.' Not 'how could you', but 'I understand.' Not 'I
wish you were', but 'I'm thankful you are.'

To My Friends Who Are............ENGAGED
The true measure of compatibility is not the years spent together but how
good you are for each other.
To My Friends Who Are............HEARTBROKEN
Heartbreaks last as long as you want and cut as deep as you allow them to
go. The challenge is not how to survive heartbreaks but to learn from them.
To My Friends Who Are............NAIVE
How to be in love: Fall but don't stumble, be consistent but not too
persistent, s hare and never be unfair, understand and try not to demand,
and get hurt but never keep the pain.
To My Friends Who Are............POSSESSIVE
It breaks your heart to see the one you love happy with someone else but
it's more painful to know that the one you love is unhappy with you.
To My Friends Who Are............AFRAID TO CONFESS
Love hurts when you break up with someone. It hurts even more when
someone breaks up with you. But love hurts the most when the person you
love has no idea how you feel.

To My Friends Who Are............STILL HOLDING ON
A sad thing about life is when you meet someone and fall in love, only to
find out in the end that it was never meant to be and that you have wasted years on someone who wasn't worth it. If he isn't worth it now he's not
going to be worth it a year or 10 years from now. Let go.....
TO ALL MY FRIENDS.......
My wish for you is a man/women whose love is honest, strong, mature,
never-changing, uplifting, protective, encouraging, rewarding and unselfish.

In this story 'I Cannot Remember my Mother' is a gentle nostalgic poem written by 'Guru' Rabindranath Tagore. Tagore is one of the greatest poets of modern India (1861 - 1941). The national anthem of India was composed by him. His song 'Amaar Sonar Bangla' is the national anthem of Bangladesh. He has composed more than 2000 songs and a collection of his stories poems and essays etc comes to 26 volumes. He wrote in Bengali. His works have now been translated into many languages. He started the experimental school in Shantiniketan. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in literature for his collection of poems 'Gitanjali'.
The parents of Rabindranath were very wealthy and had an active social life. Rabindranath had many brothers and sisters to take care of him. His mother passed away when he was still young. In this poem, he expresses his inability to actually recall the face or the features of his mother. But often a smell or a tune triggered off in him happy moments that he shared with his mother.
When he looks at his playthings he seems to be able to hear a tune. Perhaps his mother often sang the same song as she rocked him to sleep in the cradle. He recalls this tune as he touches his old toys. In autumn, the Shiuli tree in Bengal blossoms into fragrant tiny flowers which are used for worship. His mother would string the flowers for the morning service at the temple. So the powerful fragrance of the Shiuli flowers would trigger off happy memories of his mother.
He can recall the quiet serene gaze of his mother when he looks at the vast expanse of the clear blue sky. The simple lines of the poem eloquently reveal the deep seated emotional bonding that the poet had with his mother. It makes us realise the great impact her quiet dignity had on the poet even at that tender age, for the poet recalls experiences of his infancy and pre - school days.

It’s Not Just What You Eat...

It’s also how you eat. Changing your eating habits could help cut your risk of digestive illnesses:

Take meal times seriously Treat them as sections of the day in their own right, not things to be slotted in around work.

Take your time Eat slowly to give your system a better chance of digesting the food. Sitting upright will also help. Sip drinks to avoid swallowing air.

Chew well This releases enzymes that aid thorough digestion.

Eat early A good breakfast kick-starts your metabolism for the day, while overloading the digestive systems late at night can lead to bloating.

Don’t miss meals A lack of food in the system can cause excessive gas.

Headphone User? Listen to This

Headphones seem to be getting smaller and smaller. But are the ones that sit inside your ears worse for you than traditional ones that sit over your ears?

They can be, if your music is too loud. Earphones pushed into the ear are going to deliver a greater sound pressure level compared with normal ones, says Kelvin Wakeham, deputy head of audiology services at Mid Devon Primary Care Trust in the UK. And this could increase the risk of damage.

If you hear ringing in your ears or things sound muffled after listening, you've overdone it. Usually the problem subsides, but listening to loud music regularly, with any type of headset, could lead to permanent hearing loss.

Every set of earphones is different, so it's hard to give recommendations, but recent research suggests limiting use to an hour or less per day at no more than 60% volume for over-the-ear styles - and even less for earbuds. Never sleep with them on and take plenty of breaks.

HOW TO BECOME SUCCESS PERSON..

Get into a positive mindset
Spend time each day to appreciate all the things you have. When you wake up, feel grateful that you have been given another day. When you’re driving to work, be grateful for the roads and the car that gets you there. When you arrive at work, be grateful for your co-workers who enlighten your day and make your job easier. When you have your lunch, be grateful for the food you have been given. Soon, these feelings of gratitude it will become a part of you and your path to success will be a bright one. Many people tend to focus on the negative things in their life and thus they are given more negative things. When you fill yourself with positive feelings, more positive things are attracted to you.

Visualize the things you want.
Close your eyes and visualize already having it. Feel the feelings of already having it. The law of attraction will begin the creative process of forming that thought into a thing, a reality. You’re subconscious will become more aware of opportunities that will bring you the things you think about.

Have faith in what you can do.
Martin Luther King Jr. said it best: “Take the first step of faith, you don’t have to see it you just have to take it”. Recognize doubt and reverse it with faith.

Take action.
Do all that can be done, every day. That said, know when you're trying to do too much. You want to be efficient, not stressed all the time. You can not act in the past or future so focus your actions in your preset space.

Learn from your past experience, and try not to repeat your mistakes.
If you were not successful in achieving something earlier then, analize the reasons for you failure,Please don't cry over a spilled milk, its already on the floor go get some new milk.

Rock music is a loosely defined genre of popular music that entered the mainstream in the mid 1950s. It has its roots in 1940s and 1950s rhythm and blues, country music and other influences. In addition, rock music drew on a number of other musical influences, including folk music, jazz, and classical music. The sound of rock often revolves around the electric guitar or acoustic guitar, and it uses a strong back beat laid down by a rhythm section of electric bass guitar, drums, and keyboard instruments such as organ, piano, or, since the 1970s, synthesizers. Along with the guitar or keyboards, saxophone and blues-style harmonica are sometimes used as soloing instruments. In its "purest form", it "has three chords, a strong, insistent back beat, and a catchy melody.

Radio is the transmission of signals by modulation of electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light. Electromagnetic radiation travels by means of oscillating electromagnetic fields that pass through the air and the vacuum of space. Information is carried by systematically changing (modulating) some property of the radiated waves, such as amplitude, frequency, or phase. When radio waves pass an electrical conductor, the oscillating fields induce an alternating current in the conductor. This can be detected and transformed into sound or other signals that carry information.

In addition to the time, modern watches often display the day, date, month and year, and electronic watches may have many other functions. Most inexpensive and medium-priced watches used mainly for timekeeping are electronic watches with quartz movements. Expensive, collectible watches valued more for their workmanship and aesthetic appeal than for simple timekeeping, often have purely mechanical movements and are powered by springs, even though mechanical movements are less accurate than more affordable quartz movements.

beams (also known as W-beams, for "wide flange", or double-T esp. in Polish and German) are beams with an I- or H-shaped cross-section. The horizontal elements are flanges, while the vertical element is the web. The Euler-Bernoulli beam equation shows that this is a very efficient form for carrying both bending and shear in the plane of the web. On the other hand, the cross-section has a reduced capacity in the transverse direction, and is also inefficient in carrying torsion, for which hollow structural sections are often preferred.

In the context of mechanical engineering, the terms "moment" and "torque" are not necessarily interchangeable; rather, one or the other may be preferred in a specific context. For example, "torque" is usually used to describe a rotational force down a shaft, for example a turning screw-driver, whereas "moment" is more often used to describe a bending force on a beam.

Even today, many people believe in astrology, which holds that the movement of the planets affects people's lives, although such a causation is rejected by the scientific community. As scientific knowledge advanced, human perception of the planets changed, incorporating a number of disparate objects. Even now there is no uncontested definition of what a planet is. In 2006, the IAU officially adopted a resolution defining planets within the Solar System. This definition has been both praised and criticized, and remains disputed by some scientists.

The article is talk about medical tourist coming to Malaysia in thousands.A survey conducted by the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia found that the number of foreign patients seeking treatment in Malaysia had increased greatly over the years. The country's popularity as a healthcare destination is due to the fact that it offers health care at competitive rates, compared with many developed countries.Malaysian hospitals have also invested in world-class equipment and secured the services of medical personnel and specialists who received their training in countries such as Britain, Australia and the United States. In conclusion, i think as a Malaysian, we should promote our country aggressively in order to competenwith other country in tourism..Thanks..

The first company to crack this mold was arguably Vincent Motorcycles. Designed as a gentleman's touring bike, their model's turn of speed was astounding for days when motorways and freeways didn't exist. However, its handling was basic, and its shortcomings became clear when faced by a motorway - girder forks.

Then in the 1960s, two bikes were developed which could be both daily commuter as well as weekend racer. These were the first sport bikes. The first was the BSA Rocket3/Triumph Trident, which was closely followed by the Honda CB750K.

It was the1971 Kawasaki Z1, however, with its 900 cc (54.9 cu in) DOHC engine which finally ushered in the era of the modern sport bike. The Z1 was so successful in sales that by the end of that decade the Japanese manufacturers were all building competing machines that were copying the Z1 formula and its DOHC inline-4 engine configuration. The resulting "bike war" among the Japanese manufacturers and required investment in modern engine manufacturing contributed to the demise of the flagging British motorcycle industry.

With the emphasis of a sport bike being on speed, acceleration, deceleration, and maneuverability, there are certain design elements that most motorcycles of this type will share. Sport bikes have comparatively high performance engines resting inside a lightweight frame. The combination of these help maintain structural integrity and chassis rigidity. Braking systems combine higher performance brake pads and multi-piston calipers that clamp onto oversized vented rotors. Suspension systems are advanced in terms of adjustments and materials for increased stability and durability. Front and rear tires are larger and wider than tires found on other types of motorcycles to accommodate higher cornering speeds and greater lean angles. Fairings may or may not be found on a sport bike. When used, the fairings are shaped to reduce aerodynamic drag as much as possible and less as wind protection for the rider. The performance of some stock sport bikes is so great they can be used on a race track right off the showroom floor.
These overall design traits mean sport bikes are generally less practical for street use when compared to most other types of motorcycles. There is little in the way of extra features or creature comforts like those present on touring motorcycles such as center stands, provisions for saddle bags, large windshields, or fairings providing protection from rain. Rider position and ergonomics are compromised in favor of weight distribution and aerodynamics. This generally means higher foot pegs that move the legs closer to the body and more of a reach to a lower set of hand controls which positions the body and weight forward and over the tank.

He continued his winning streak in the 1971 – 1974 competitions. In 1975, Schwarzenegger was once again in top form, and won the title for the sixth consecutive time, beating Franco Columbu. After the 1975 Mr. Olympia contest, Schwarzenegger announced his retirement from professional bodybuilding.

Months before the 1975 Mr. Olympia contest, filmmakers George Butler and Robert Fiore persuaded Schwarzenegger to compete, in order to film his training in the bodybuilding documentary called Pumping Iron.Schwarzenegger had only three months to prepare for the competition, after losing significant weight to appear in the film Stay Hungry withJeff Briges.Lou Ferrigno proved not to be a threat, and a lighter-than-usual Schwarzenegger convincingly won the 1975 Mr. Olympia. today i would like sharing about makkah...
Makkah is the place which captures the hearts of a billion Moslems all over the globe. It is the place where God's will was revealed to Muhammad, (peace be upon him), and it is now the location of the Holy Mosque and the scared Ka'ba. It is also the destination of millions of pilgrims and visitors and the holiest spot on earth.

God (called Allah in Arabic) has honored it in His Holy Book (Quran), in which it is given eleven different names, including: Makkah, Bakkah, Al-Balad Al-Amin, Al-Balad Al-Ameen, Al-Haram Al-Amain and Um-Al-Qura. God also refers to Makkah in several verses of the Holy Quran (also Koran) using other names, and has sworn on its name, thus giving a unique status unrivalled by any other city in the world.

It was also the will of God that the Holy Ka'ba be situated in Makkah. This divine will has affected the building and growth of the city as it is today.

The first Sura of the Holy Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the outskirts of Makkah. These revelations to the Prophet continued later, and some verses of the Holy Quran are known as Makki, because they were revealed in Makkah, while others were called Madani because they were revealed in Madinah.

It was in and around Makkah that the early Moslems launched their "Jihad" (Holy Struggle) against polytheism, heresy and idolarty. It was here that God gave victory to His Prophet and his fellow-believers when they triumphantly entered Makkah in the 8th year after Hijra (630 AD), ending the state of polytheism and exalting the name of Allah, the one and only God. The idols were destroyed, God's House was purified and Makkah became a secure and sacred city. Moslems all over the world turn their faces in prayer five times ad day towards the Ka'ba in Makkah and begin and end their pilgrimage with a "tawaf" (circumambulation) of it.

The tale of the building of Makkah, the Holy Mosque and the Ka'ba is well-known, as are the events which took place in the city following the era of Abraham and Ishmael. We will therefore begin our description of Makkah with the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When the future of the Holy City was a paramount consideration.

This time I would like to share some informations about globalization. In this era of globalization, modernization has occurred,is occurring and will continue to occur. However we Asians assume modernization is adapting western life practices. The true modernization should occur in our mind and not in our physical appearance. Wearing sexy attire, chunky accessories, fashionable shoes and bags does not portray modernization wholly. Socializing, consuming alcohol especially among women, smoking habits are seen as modernization among Asians. Is that really modernization? Modernization in mind is about forward thinking and open minded. We should still sustain our culture and religious practice. We should be able to think out of the box and narrowing our mind should be avoided. Accepting critics and opinions from others is important. Working with an opposite gender or being close with a guy friend is seen as relationship in the eyes of many. Where the modernization has gone? Ability to curve our mind to the current move is modernization. Only partying and changing partners will not create this. That’ll only cause bad image and deviated mind. I hope this will create a question to all whether they are really being modern or solemnly assuming they are one. Life habits must be in line with religious beliefs and culture which proves you are a true Asian.

For this comment,I want to share about 'mind'.Have you all ever think about where is your mind?is it in your brain?is it in your head?when comes to this question, many scientist actually having a research on it but seems to have many confusion on their opinion.

Mind actually refers to the aspects of intellect and consciousness manifested as combinations of thought, perception, memory, emotion, will and imagination, including all of the brain's conscious and unconscious cognitive processes. "Mind" is often used to refer especially to the thought processes of reason. Subjectively, mind manifests itself as a stream of consciousness.

There are many theories of the mind and its function. The earliest recorded works on the mind are by Zarathushtra, the Buddha, Plato, Aristotle, Adi Shankara and other ancient Greek, Indian and Islamic philosophers. Pre-scientific theories, based in theology, concentrated on the relationship between the mind and the soul, the supernatural, divine or god-given essence of the person. Modern theories, based on scientific understanding of the brain, theorize that the mind is a product of the brain and has both conscious and unconscious aspects.

The question of which attributes make up the mind is also much debated. Some argue that only the "higher" intellectual functions constitute mind: particularly reason and memory. In this view the emotions - love, hate, fear, joy - are more "primitive" or subjective in nature and should be seen as different from the mind. Others argue that the rational and the emotional sides of the human person cannot be separated, that they are of the same nature and origin, and that they should all be considered as part of the individual mind.

In popular usage mind is frequently synonymous with thought. It is that private conversation with ourselves that we carry on "inside our heads." Thus we "make up our minds," "change our minds" or are "of two minds" about something. One of the key attributes of the mind in this sense is that it is a private sphere to which no one but the owner has access. No-one else can "know our mind." They can only interpret what we consciously or unconsciously communicate.

I have read an article about how to shop wisely. All of us, except for some very few, use money to buy what we need in this world. We do shopping in various places. Sometimes we are satisfied with what we buy. Sometimes thought we do not get our money’s worth and we feel cheated. To avoid being cheated we have to know how to shop wisely. To shop wisely simply means not wasting our money on useless goods. Buy only the things that you want. It is good practice to check the price of the goods first. Next the expiry date of perishable goods should be checked. Other than that, the condition of the goods that we want to buy should be checked. Finally we should only buy what we need. All too often we are taken in by attractive sales gimmick and buy things we never use. This is sheer waste of money.

SPHINX

In Egyptian mythology the Sphinx was an image of the sun god, though it may have been no more than the peculiar shape of a limestone hillock on the Giza plateau that suggested the original notion of a recumbent lion with a human head wearing the headdress of the pharaohs. It was in the third millennium BC that Chephren had craftsmen shape the Great Sphinx at Giza. It is 240 feet long and faces the rising sun. Protector of the pyramids and scourge of the enemies of Re, the Sphinx was a popular motif in Egyptian art and architecture. According to legend, Tuthmosis IV (1425–1412 BC) was promised as a prince by the Sphinx that he would ascend the throne if he cleared away the sand which was submerging the paws of the Great Sphinx.

In Greek mythology the Sphinx was a monster with the face and breasts of a woman, the body of a lion, and wings. Sent by the earth goddess Hera as an affliction on the city of Thebes, she guarded a pass on a cliff by the sea and asked all who would pass a riddle. When Oedipus gave the correct answer, the Sphinx hurled herself over the cliff to her death in the sea below.

OBELISK

Obelisk is a slender four-sided tapering monument, usually hewn of a single great piece of stone, terminating in a pointed or pyramidal top. Among the ancient Egyptians these monoliths were commonly of red granite from Syene and were dedicated to the sun god. They were placed in pairs before the temples, one on either side of the portal. The greatest number erected in any one place was in Heliopolis, but eventually almost every temple entrance was flanked by a pair of them. Down each of the four faces, in most cases, ran a line of deeply incised hieroglyphs and representations, setting forth the names and titles of the Pharaoh. The cap, or pyramidion, was sometimes sheathed with copper or other metal. Obelisks of colossal size were first raised in the XII dynasty. Of those still standing in Egypt, one remains at Heliopolis and two at Al Karnak, one from the time of Thutmose I and one of Queen Hatshepsut which is estimated to be 97.5 ft (29.7 m) high. Many of the historic shafts have been carried from Egypt, notably one of the reign of Ramses II from Luxor, now in the Place de la Concorde, Paris, and Cleopatra's Needles in London and New York. Others are in Rome and Florence. In the United States two familiar structures of obelisk form (though not monoliths) are the Washington and the Bunker Hill monuments.

AQUEDUCT

Aqueduct is a channel or trough built to convey water, chiefly for providing a densely populated region with a supply of freshwater. The flow in aqueducts is ordinarily by means of gravity, although pumps are often used. Some aqueducts consist of tunnels cut through rock, while others are conduits made of some sturdy material. For example, the conduit may consist of steel pipe, concrete, wooden staves, sheet-metal flume, or any of these in combination, the flow being controlled by slide gate and needle valves. Aqueducts enable many cities in the United States to obtain water from a considerable distance. Los Angeles, for example, draws much of its water from the Owens River by means of an aqueduct more than 230 mi (370 km) long. Most of the supply for New York City is conducted through the Catskill Aqueduct and the Croton Aqueduct. The topography of the land influences the design of the aqueduct; usually part of the structure is above ground and part below. Where feasible, an aqueduct may generate hydroelectric power as a byproduct of its operation. Typical of such use is the aqueduct system for Springfield, Mass., which generates power at the foot of Cobble Mt. in addition to supplying the city with water. Aqueducts were employed from early times, probably first in Mesopotamia. Their construction reached a peak of skill in Roman times. Portions of some of the original Roman aqueducts are still standing.

Benefits of children reading
Reading....a thing that we learn at school from small. If we want to get more knowledge, we can not leave the word ' reading' .There are many benifits of reading.Don't care the type of books we read, normally every book got thier knowledge to learn.Reading a comic also can learn some new thing based to the story.Below are the benefits of children reading.

Language and speech development:
Reading to a child makes it easier for him/her to develop speech. As a matter of fact, I recommend that parents read to children with is speech delays as part of the treatment.

Vocabulary and pronunciation:
By looking at a picture in a book or a word and then hearing how it is pronounced out loud, children can learn new words along with their pronunciation.

Preparing for school:
Children are ready to go to school when they can attend or listen to what someone else is saying, learn and participate in structured situations such as story reading and focus in and listen to one central person in the classroom. Reading to a child is great way to prepare a pre-schooler for the school environment. On a higher level, children will get used to hearing stories and following sentences. This will be very helpful when they start to learn about grammar and sentence structure.

Bonding time:
Reading to a child is also an ideal opportunity for a parent to spend some time with their child. Reading time can be perceived as "their time!" I suggest that parents get down and spend time with their children at their level. Reading an interesting children's story to them accomplishes this.

INTERNET PROTOCOL

The Internet Protocol (IP) is a protocol used for communicating data across a packet-switched internetwork using the Internet Protocol Suite, also referred to as TCP/IP.

IP is the primary protocol in the Internet Layer of the Internet Protocol Suite and has the task of delivering distinguished protocol datagrams (packets) from the source host to the destination host solely based on their addresses. For this purpose the Internet Protocol defines addressing methods and structures for datagram encapsulation. The first major version of addressing structure, now referred to as Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) is still the dominant protocol of the Internet, although the successor, Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) is being deployed actively worldwide.

Storm
A storm is any disturbed state of an astronomical body's atmosphere, especially affecting its surface, and strongly implying severe weather. It may be marked by strong wind, thunder and lightning (a thunderstorm), heavy pecipitation, such as ice (ice storm), or wind transporting some substance through the atmosphere (as in a dust storm, snowstorm, hailstorm, etc).
Storms are created when a center of low pressure develops, with a system of high pressure surrounding it. This combination of opposing forces can create winds and result in the formation of storm clouds, such as the cumulonimbus. Small, localized areas of low pressure can form from hot air rising off hot ground, resulting in smaller disturbances such as dust devils and whirlwinds.

PIXEL

Pixel is an area, often rectangular, for which a value has been recorded. The term was coined in connection with the analysis of pictures, such as satellite images of ground conditions, or medical scans of parts of the human body. Each dot in such a picture is a pixel conveying information. A voxel is the three-dimensional equivalent, representing a volume of space for which a value has been recorded.

Its time again, that time of the each semester, where everyone keep on getting busy off something usefull. As for myself, the first and foremost thing, I would do a little bit about blogging. Yup its about blogging. Tell ya, whats a blog? Its a web log.. simplified.. to blog, where the letter "we" been removed. Get some glipse of it? aah, "we", meaning to say blog is all about one self. One individual ideas about something, and just about his own world.. of his own.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

Next, I think i would like to speak about blogging and education. What does blogging had to do with education? education is to system of learning.. in my opinion, aah thats right. For me, blogging is one whole idea about express something in words, we are living with sound... our surrounding, got its own unique song... hear it? impossible unless you have your own music composer in your mind.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

So it about words and blogging. When we able to put something into words, meaning, we are able to make contact with human, in softer version, interaction. Interaction, is a progress of life, a civilisation stood with interact of other civilisation, and human can't live alone, even for a tiny bit of rice is hard to earn alone, just image for human to live alone, its just impossible. Unless you aren't.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

So we need interaction between human, and non-human, and also to our Creator. Interaction could be so cruel, and so tender sometimes, depend to the type of interaction and the individual that involved in that kind of particular interaction. Thus what type of interaction needs for the perfect interaction? one of them, is a.. the capability of one person to stimulate and produce words that can be understood and natural to all other.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

A bad interaction, is like an egoist speaking of it own world.. like blogging hehe? just kidding, thats why got some comment space there, you have to comment something, in respond to the posting, but please don't flame and use appropiate language. People won't take insult as way of solution rather way of war.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

In our course evaluation, as in UMP, we need blogging, but are concentrate on comment posting as in uhl2322adnan.blogspot.com, aah i think that the right blogging site, we were posting some comment about something we do in classes. Well, pretty much everything should be blogging, I mean commenting, because its just too much posting to do.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

Wait, the class is over already, and yet I haven't done any thing, I done some, but its not enough, perhap I should seek out other student posting from the other section, aah that right, maybe some from wikipedia, and some from blogs everywhere in the world.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

copy-paste is just too kewl, why should I do that? should blogging be so authentic? Its my own writting, I can write everything I want, but please, we human live in community, learn to respect with other, and think of other as their own shoes.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

What should comment next? Theres still to many blogging yet to be done, and could give my mind to it. For 24 posting in a semester? and I have about a day to finish it all, should I just give up my principle to copy this thing out of somewhere, that I had no idea at all? erghh.. that main point, perhap we should go back to basic... BRAIN STORMING.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

brain storming, know about it, guys? Its something what people do in group, and people just burst everything in their head.. and then some guy or girl if you would, write everything they burst, then we start to think each of it, every one idea become everybody main subject of approval and rejection.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

As for idea of essay and comment (or you can say its blogging), brain storming can become handy sometimes, but when it is alone, then its just one man idea, and his own struggle for out of confusion. What a terrible fate waits for him.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

In idea of blogging, one can only find it quite spontaneous, without much difficulty, aah because blogging is something we do during leisure, but perhap maybe some hardcore-blogger, they were busy making it into revenue, perhap for living. But we are technical student and soon to be technical engineer, everything should be just technical, in word and the world of our own.

shahrizal ma08066 m08

srzal said...

Technical engineer, what's that, guys? I had no idea, perhap when we see thing, around us, can suddenly see its bending moment, motion of inertia, or perhap it point of failure, not just that, but with certain value of accuracy. Isn't that too cool. A world class engineer, world class integrity workmanship, but in the end we would eventually end up being a worker of those with slum of money.

Car accident
Car accident is a road traffic incident which usually involves one road vehicle collidingwith, either another vehicle, Car accidents suck and if you get in one your dead another road user, or a stationary roadside object, and which may result in injury or property damage, or possibly death.

I don't why the people in this current era like to drive speedly, especially for the teenagers.Likes don't know the effect when happen accident. In figure, the value of happen accident in Malaysia be come increase start from 1990 years.Mostly happen at the motocycle driver, because the safety is most

So, for this we have create a automatic light system to install by car to reduce the opportunity happen accident in our technical writing invention.

As for an engineer, getting money about 30k is something usual, for some odd engineer, but the company acctually gain more that just what we earn, so thinking back should we be just some engineer that thinking about money, and living happily? srzal said...

So more money but less time, our life is just something about that, so living is about make money, living leisure? What is perfect life then? if that aren't? On one second, I don't think, I be doing this thing... stop, I need some topic for my comment posting not, this topic.

No because its probably annoying, if they ever one to switch on the light, they would probably do their own, but then this thing on automatically, maybe its quite nuisance. But the idea, that people were often careless, therefore they oftenly forgot about the light, and thus accident occur. Meaning, you can develop your own language using this software on your own. Yes alone, and easy. But then I found it abit to difficult, hmn.. oh well maybe we do works just because the system says so. We eventually just try and error each of the answer, and get no clear input. And then probably open other people account just to seek answer, and quickly copy it. The only thing that would improve is our type-writting skill and the copy skill, so sadistic.

aik.. that remind me on thing, well refer to leexinleong newest post, about that invention we has had done.

Ahh how did it work, first theres thing called, diod light sensitive, that detect light intensity, thus in logic we can really guess that the if it were exposure to light then it would increass the circuit resistance and thus stop the flow of electric, therefore the light can be seem as if it were off but its not, its just the electric that were supplied were at the lowest.

Feed your skin

What you put inside your body eventually shows on the outside. More than 100 dermatologists analyzed the skin of about 4,000 women ages 40 to 74. Then they looked at eating habits, weight, history of sun exposure, and whether the women had hit menopause.Anti-aging diet secrets the doctors uncovered:Vitamin C counts. Women with higher C intake, mostly from foods like orange juice, citrus fruits, and tomatoes (as opposed to supplements), had significantly fewer wrinkles. C is key in the formation of collagen, which repairs damage and keeps skin strong and elastic.Linoleic acid is protective. Those who ate plenty of this nutrient had skin that was less dry and fragile. Known to help skin maintain moisture, it's found in green leafy vegetables, nuts, and plant-based oils. Excess carbohydrates and fat speed the aging of skin. Women who consumed more carbs and fat had more wrinkles

Chocolate's secret

Remember that scene in the Woody Allen movie Sleeper in which Woody, who has been frozen for 200 years, wakes up to find that chocolate and banana cream pie are now health foods? Well, it's not so far-fetched.Chocolate is chock full of potent antioxidants called phenols, the same as those found in wine. In fact, a 1.5-ounce chocolate bar has as much antioxidant power as a 5-ounce glass of red wine. (White chocolate, which doesn't contain any cocoa solids, doesn't count.) And contrary to popular belief, chocolate contains only a very small amount of caffeine.More good news: One-third of the fat in chocolate is a cholesterol-friendly fat called stearic acid, and another third is an unsaturated fat called oleic acid. When Pennsylvania researchers (including some from the Mars candy company) had 23 people follow either the average American diet or the same diet supplemented with 22 grams of cocoa powder and 16 grams of dark chocolate, they found that the chocolate diet reduced LDL oxidation. If you're going to indulge:Choose dark. Dark chocolate contains more phenols than other forms of chocolate. Milk chocolate contains milk fat (palmitic acid) that is highly saturated. Semi-sweet chocolate has less fat than milk chocolate.Kill two birds. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate for a high-antioxidant snack that can easily satisfy one or two fruit servings. An easy way to get melted chocolate is to simply microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips on medium for about 30 seconds. Be sure the strawberries are complete dry before you dip.Go for quality. Buy the richest, creamiest chocolate you can afford. You'll be more satisfied with one piece of the good stuff than five pieces of the mediocre stuff.

Parents mistake

I hate it when parents say that teachers are lazy and do not put all their heart in their work.As a student myself, who used to sit in front of the teacher's desk, I knew very well how hard is it to be a teacher. Why? Because teacher always ask me to help them in their works. Among their jobs is:1. planning the lesson 2. marking students' homework and exam papers3. collecting school fees.4. setting the school exams5. As club advisor.6. maintaining students' discipline7. writing receipts.8. meeting parents at least once a year.9.writing marks in report card.10. taking attendanceIt may seem easy. BUT remember teachers not only teaches one class, especially nowadays students outnumbered the educators. Besides that the syllabus is also too much to cover. So I'm very grateful to those dedicated teachers in my secondary school.

Humanity

Humanity must urgently embark on a massive programme to power civilisation from wood to stave off catastrophic climate change, one of the world's top scientists has told The Independent on Sunday.
Twenty years ago, Professor James Hansen was the first leading scientist to announce that global warming was taking place. Now he has issued a warning that a back-to-the-future return to one of the oldest fuels is imperative because the world has exceeded the danger level for carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Growing trees, which absorb the gas from the air as they grow, burning them instead of fossil fuels to generate electricity, and capturing and storing the carbon produced in the process is needed to get the greenhouse effect down to safe levels, he says.

Medical drugs

Medical drugs have long been suspect since the disaster of thalidomide almost 50 years ago. But now researchers have discovered that even the humble, and ubiquitous, antibiotic may pose a risk. In the largest study of premature labour in the world, researchers from the University of Leicester have found that in women whose waters had not yet broken, there was an increase in the incidence of cerebral palsy and other problems such as poor eyesight, among those given antibiotics. The message is complex, but it is critical that it is understood. Antibiotics are vital to treat infection in pregnancy, which can kill mothers and babies. But they must not be used on a "just in case" basis, where there is no sign – or risk – of infection, as they too often are.

GOTONG ROYONG

We should initiate gotong royong efforts throughout Malaysia to counter pollution, particularly in rivers. It is common knowledge that rivers provide us with a host of services such as drinking water, washing of clothes, transportation and a source of play, especially at waterfalls. In recent news we often hear of rivers having been polluted with toxic wastes and indiscriminate dumping of rubbish. Awareness among the public is poor and rivers often end up clogged, dirty and unfit for consumption or even the occasional dip.One way is to bring together activists and environment conscious people who will conduct gotong royong activities through active participation among the public. Volunteer work is probably needed to ensure the success of such a good effort....

Foods for thought

My fellow citizens, we ae living in uncertain times, the surprise is now after 50 years we have come to this. The main culprits for the cause of this is certainly some of the irresponsible politicians in the ruling coalition. Democracy is now at its lowest ebb. It looks like even Robert Mugabe is making some adjustments towards the African nation's political landscape.
Nowadays the ordinary citizen is much more matured in politics than the seasoned politicians. The word "seasoned politician" must also be defined whether the experienced politician is an asset or liability to nation building because some so called seasoned politicians are from the old school of racial politics.I think divide and rule is of the old school whereas unite and rule is the norm of today's political climate, Many a politicians lame excuse is that we Malaysians are not ready for this kind of political atmosphere.
Politicians be aware that you were voted not just for your ideology but every Malaysian hoped for a better future not just for them but for the nation as a whole.

Dwarf people

We don’t often see them, but you can’t help but stare when you do. They’re cute, often funny and tiny. When a little person (a.k.a. dwarf) walks past, most people go, “Ooh, so cute!” The natural reaction that follows is to giggle — hopefully without coming across as mean.Apart from their height, most are no different from the average person.Because society tends to jeer and sneer at them, little people often don’t like to mingle, preferring to keep to their own kind.In Malaysia, any male below 4’ 8” (1.5m) and females below 4’ 6” (1.4m) are considered little people and categorised under Orang Kurang Upaya (handicapped), making them eligible for welfare aid. They have to get verification from a doctor to become a member of PKOKM.Finally..there say..“We’re normal, like you, but special like every individual.”

Others believe that global warming is just a natural cycle of the planet. Regardless of cause, the higher temperatures caused by global warning have serious consequences: drought, disease, and floods, lost ecosystems. Unnaturally hot weather and rising sea levels indicate that global warming is no longer just a theory. We should protect our planet by doing environmental planning...We can plant more trees, stop burning, stop cutting trees,etc...

Correct way to exercise

Fuel your workout: exercisers who eat before they work out have more energy and stand to burn more fateVERY MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT, in gyms across America, you can hear the sound of a low but persistent rumble. Listen carefully and, in between the whir of the treadmill and the clank of weight plates, your ears will pick it up: the clamor of empty stomachs crying out for food. Some people just don't have time to eat in reasonable proximity to their workout, but others deliberately go without food. "One client told me she believed she'd burn more fat by exercising on an empty stomach," reports Anne-Marie Nocton, RD, a sports nutritionist in Knoxville, Tenn. "Her reasoning was that if no food was available for fuel, her body would tap into its fat reserves."Well, yes ... but there's a whole lot more to the story than that. As it turns out, if your goal is to maximize your workout and get (or maintain) a lean body, eating, not starving, is your best strategy. Here's what you need to know to prevent the empty stomach blues.

Credit card

College students' use of credit cards has recently received increased visibility throughout the media. writing in this Journal, concluded that in addition to credit problems many students do not have a written budget, and of those who do have a budget few young people actually use it. They determined that university students "are vulnerable to financial crisis"The staggering number of credit cards in circulation exemplifies this crisis, as does the number of cards carried by the average student. The increased number and type of credit cards on university campuses has seen an explosive level of growth in the past decade, with most credit card companies targeting college students. The purpose of this paper is to extend the research originally reported by Henry et al. (2001) by reporting findings from a study that was designed to examine college students' credit card use behavior and identify the factors associated with credit attitudes. This research also identifies the factors related to college students' attitudes toward credit cards. Attitude toward credit was assumed to be explained with demographic characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, background factors, and psychological factors.Nowaday, the college student who are using credit card are very common issue. And it is very serious cases if there are not control.

MANGA

Manga are comics and print cartoons (sometimes also called komikku), in Japanese and conforming to the style developed in Japan in the late 20th century. In their modern form, manga date from shortly after World War 2 but have a long, complex history in earlier Japanese art. In Japan, manga are widely read by people of all ages, and include a broad range of subjects: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, horror, sexuality, and business and commerce, among others. Since the 1950s, manga have steadily become a major part of the Japanese publishing industry, representing a 481 billion yen market in Japan in 2006 (approximately $4.4 billion dollars). Manga have also become increasingly popular worldwide. In 2006, the United States manga market was $175–200 million. Manga are typically printed in black-and-white, although some full-color manga exist (e.g. Colorful manga, not the anime series). In Japan, manga are usually serialized in telephone book-size manga magazines, often containing many stories each presented in a single episode to be continued in the next issue. If the series is successful, collected chapters may be republished in paperback books called tankōbon. A manga artist (mangaka in Japanese) typically works with a few assistants in a small studio and is associated with a creative editor from a commercial publishing company. If a manga series is popular enough, it may be animated after or even during its run, although sometimes manga are drawn centering on previously existing live-action or animated films (e.g. Star Wars).
Manga as a term outside of Japan refers specifically to comics originally published in Japan. However, manga and manga-influenced comics, among original works, exist in other parts of the world, particularly in Taiwan ("manhua"), South Korea ("manhwa"), and the People's Republic of China, notably Hong Kong ("manhua"). In France, "la nouvelle manga" is a form of bande dessinée drawn in styles influenced by Japanese manga. In the U.S., manga-like comics are called Amerimanga, world manga, or original English language manga (OEL manga).

PHOENIX

The phoenix is a mythical sacred firebird in ancient mythologies starting with the Egyptian, Phoenician and later the Greek Mythology. A phoenix is a mythical bird with a tail of beautiful gold and red plumage. It has a 600-800 year life-cycle, and near the end the phoenix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs that it then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix or phoenix egg arises, reborn anew to live again. The new phoenix is destined to live as long as its old self. In some stories, the new phoenix embalms the ashes of its old self in an egg made of myrrh and deposits it in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis (sun city in Greek). The bird was also said to regenerate when hurt or wounded by a foe, thus being almost immortal and invincible — it is also said that it can heal a person with a tear from its eyes and make them temporarily immune to death; a symbol of fire and divinity.

Cosplay

Cosplay short for "costume play" is a type of performance art whose participants outfit themselves, with often-elaborate costumes and accessories, as a specific character. Characters are usually sourced in various Japanese and East Asian media, including manga, anime, tokusatsu, comic books, graphic novels, video games, and fantasy movies. Other sources include performers from J-pop, J-rock, Visual Kei, fantasy music stories, novels, and objects from cyberspace or the real world that are unique and dramatic.
Cosplay participants or cosplayers form a subculture centered around wearing their costumes and reenacting scenes or inventing likely behavior inspired by their chosen sources. In some circles, the term cosplay has been broadened to include simply wearing a costume, without special consideration given to enacting characters in a performance context.

Earthquake

An earthquake is the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earth's crust that creates seismic waves. Earthquakes are recorded with a seismometer, also known as a seismograph. The moment magnitude of an earthquake is conventionally reported, or the related and mostly obsolete Richter magnitude, with magnitude 3 or lower earthquakes being mostly imperceptible and magnitude 7 causing serious damage over large areas. Intensity of shaking is measured on the modified Mercalli scale. At the Earth's surface, earthquakes manifest themselves by shaking and sometimes displacing the ground. When a large earthquake epicenter is located offshore, the seabed sometimes suffers sufficient displacement to cause a tsunami. The shaking in earthquakes can also trigger landslides and occasionally volcanic activity.

Cigarette

A cigarette is a product consumed through smoking and manufactured out of cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco, often combined with other additives, then rolled or stuffed into a paper-wrapped cylinder (generally less than 120 mm in length and 10 mm in diameter). The cigarette is ignited at one end and allowed to smoulder for the purpose of inhalation of its smoke from the other (usually filtered) end, which is inserted in the mouth. They are sometimes smoked with a cigarette holder. The term cigarette, as commonly used, refers to a tobacco cigarette but can apply to similar devices containing other herbs, such as cannabis.

Nintendo DSi (N-DSi)

Nintendo DSi (N-DSi) is one of the console that produce by Nintendo. A big different between Nintendo DS(N-DS), Nintendo DS Lite (N-DS Lite) and N-DSi is that N-DSi have a camera on it. N-DSi first launch in Nintendo Conference 2008 in Tokyo,Japan on 2 October 2008. From there the N-DS and N-DS Lite will be upgrade to N-DSi and N-DSi Lite. However there are abit advantage and disadvantage. The battery on N-DS and N-DS Lite can hold much longer than DSi and N-DSi also the DSi and N-DSi cant play any GameBoy Advance (GBA) games. N-DSi only have two colour right now, Black and White. N-DSi is much lighter than N-DS Lite. N-DSi is much longer than N-DS Lite but the thickness have been reduce. In Japan, N-DS have been sold 23million unit in 3 years since it is been releas in 2004. In 2006, N-DS Lite have been launch. Until 30 Jun 2008, 77.54 million unit have been sold around the wolrd.
