Sir, I have watch I am legend movie acted by will smith.. oh what a movie…
Robert Neville (Will Smith) is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable...and manmade. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City...and maybe the world. But he is not alone. He is surrounded by ‘the Infected’ victims who have mutated into carnivorous beings who can only exist in the dark and who will infect anyone or anything in their path. For three years, Neville has spent his days looking for food and supplies and faithfully sending out radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. All the while, the Infected lurk, watching Neville's every move, waiting for him to make a mistake. Hahaha after this, I wont tell you the story… Sir have to watch the movie. It’s worth watching….

MIGRAINE IS GOOD FOR THE MEMORY

People with migraine suffer less memory loss over time than the unafflicted. Researchers from school of public health found that while migraineurs scored lower on memory tests at the start of their study, they showed 17 per cent less cognitive decline than non-migraineurs 12 years later. Wow what a study about migraine… So is it good to have migraine???

Natural Eye Health - How To Take Care Of Your Eyes

Cleanliness is one important factor to keep disease causing organisms (germs) away from us. Touching your eyes with dirty fingers and objects can transfer diseases to your eyes. This is commonly seen in toddlers and small children. By keeping clean, such infections are prevented.

Diet is another important aspect of a healthy life. Like our bodies, our eyes are also in need of nutrients to maintain eye health. Some nutrients are good for our eyes. Eating a healthy diet with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits ensure our eyes get all the required nutrients.

Vitamin A deficiency can cause serious eye ailments and can even lead to blindness in severe forms. This is a common problem amongst the malnourished populations of the developing countries. Fortunately, with adequate nutrition this problem can be solved and blindness can be prevented. So eating healthy is important to keep your eyes and sight healthy.

Wearing prescription glasses will reduce the strain if you have a refractive error. If you want to wear contact lenses, make sure you follow the instructions of the lens manufacturer and use them as recommended. Also, make sure you maintain the necessary hygiene for otherwise you may be faced with sigh threatening infections.

Salam and hi..

After sharing some advantages of food, now I think I should talk about myself..hahaha actually donno what to post..gulp!

Ok..Im Mizuan..a boy..or maybe more specific as a teenager. Like other boys or men,I love football so much! Is that possible if a man nowadays doesn't like football?? I think there's something wrong with him! hahahah

Actually I'm a big fan of the Azzuri squad. Azzuri team is refered to the Italian Football National Team. I think I started to love this team since I was 8 years old or in Year 2. My eldest brother was the man who made me 'crazy' about this sport.

There are some of Italian players that I like most. They are (striker)- Alessandro Del Piero,Francesco Totti,Luca Toni,(goalkeeper) - Gianluigi Buffon,(defender) - Alessandro Nesta,Gianluca Zambrotta.

There are also some former players that I like and respect so much. Do you know Roberto Baggio?? He's one of the greatest & best footballer for Italy. And if I'm not mistaken,he is one of the Italian players that has been awarded as Italian Lagends in football too.

Besides,I'm quite respect to Marcello Lippi,Dino Zoff,Carlo Ancelotti and Fabio Capello.. They are the best coaches that Italy has and had have.

Recent studies show that elderly family members placed in nursing homes with no frequent visitation or connection with family members grew depressed, withdrawn, and pass away sooner than those whose family members take an active role in their care and attributing to their needs.

Your parents need love, attention, and care, just as you did when you were a babe, when you fell and cut your knee and your mother bandaged it, when you came home with that first good grade or trophy and your father patted you on the back. Now, those memories are being re-lived by the people who helped make them happen, because that's all you left them with in the nursing home. That, and a few pictures by their bedside.

When we care for our parents, we bring honor and blessings to their lives. Throughout our lives there will be transitions. We grew from infancy to adulthood. We bring into this world new life, and thus take on new responsibilities. We begin life in the arms of our mothers, and we finish in the arms of our children.

What other way could be more perfect than God's way?

The bible tells us, "The church should care for any widow who has no one else to care for her. But if she has children or grandchildren, their first responsibility is to show godliness at home and repay their parents by taking care of them. This is something that pleases God very much....But those who won't care for their own relatives, especially those living in the same household, have denied what we believe. Such people are worse than unbelievers" (1 Timothy 5:3-4, 8).

This time, I would like to share some tips about body-building. Welll...it's not for me, of course!

I once remember one of my friend said that her boyfriend really tries hard to get the muscles he really desires. As a result, he has muscled arms.

Well..here are some tips that I think is quite useful for those who wants to regain muscled arms and abs. It's from the article that I've read.

1.) Eat at regular intervals: One of the main things you need to bear in mind as a body builder is that your muscles need to be fed constantly throughout the day. The best way to do this is by eating healthy liquid as well as solid meals 6 to 7 times a day or once every two to three hours. Eating at regular intervals will benefit you in two major ways. Firstly it will ensure that your blood sugar remains stable and that your energy and metabolism are at the maximum. Secondly it will ensure that your muscles are well fed throughout the day helping you gain muscles at a quicker pace.

2.) Ensure that your body is getting the right amount of protein: Proteins contain amino acids that are the building blocks of all muscle tissues in your body. Therefore it becomes imperative that you eat a diet that can offer you the right amount of protein.

3.) Don’t forget the vegetables: Eat a diet rich in green leafy vegetables like broccoli, lettuce and green beans. This will not only ensure that your body absorbs the protein you ingest but also increase your body’s metabolic rate as the body now has to work extra hard to process the vegetables. It is recommended though that you lower your vegetable intake during post workout meals as vegetables can slow down the absorption of nutrients

4.) Keep yourself hydrated at all times: We all know that this is easier said than done. Many first time body builders simply do not hydrate their body enough and hence suffer from fatigue and dehydration during workouts. Water is essential for muscle building and fat loss.

5.) Get proper sleep: It is during sleep that your body gets a chance to build itself and hence it is very important that your body gets the sleep it deserves after a day’s workout. Sleep at-least for eight hours a day. Try and maintain a regular sleep routine so that your body gets adapted to it. A regular sleep routine will ensure that you get deeper and better quality sleep that will give your body the much needed rest to recover and energize.

6.) Practice Progressive Overload: As any gym instructor will tell you, the best way to develop muscles quicker is through progressive overload. This simply means constantly increasing the weight you lift or the reps you do in order to create a continual need for more muscle.

7.) Nutritional supplements: Although bodybuilding supplements are not an absolute necessarily if you follow a proper weight gain diet they sure can help you gain weight and muscles at a much faster rate.

8.) Take a break: Once you start building your body, skipping your workouts even for a single day can make you feel incomplete. But believe it or not, your body needs a break from the strenuous routine once in a while!
So have fun and good luck with your body building! Body-building actually not just makes you looking good but also leads you to a healthier life. A healthy body leads to a healthy brain!

The hardest thing to find in this world is a true friend. The one who always be there everytime you need her,and sometimes a word can be more precious than a thing. Three days ago, I haved read a poem about a friendship. The poem was very beautiful and have a very deep meaning. I was totaly touched. For me, the poem was wrote to the true friend that was dead. The friend who always give a full support and always bring a smile to the writter life. The writter seems hard to forget his best friend. I totally touched because it also happened to me. Losing a true friend was something bad and all of this make me not to find the really bestfriend anymore.I hope my friend can hear me reading this poem to her up there. Here is the poem...

My Friend

My Friend when I think of you.
I think of all that we've been through.
All the times we argue and fight,
I know deep inside that it isn't right.
I, then feel bad and alot of pain.
It feels like I've fallen from the sky like the rain.
I love you dear friend with all of my heart.
But now that you're gone I've fallen apart.
I'm getting better as the days go by.
I wish sometimes this was all a big lie.
I pray to you every night.
It's like you're my fire, a burning light.
My dear friend, I miss you alot.
I still wonder why you were put in that spot.
I know you're in a place much better than here.
Watching and helping me with all of my fear.
Our friendship my dear friend,
we will have to the end.
Friends til the end is what we will be.
Someday we'll be together,
together you and me.

Hurm... recently, my grandmother has been hospitalised due to the high sugar intake in his daily meals. I can see his suffer and feel really bad for him.
Then, I've read an article that was written to give us some information regarding chocolate.
Actually, before I read this article, I once read an article about the goodness of chocolate. The truth is, that article was written by a company who ants to sell their chocolate's product but I think that theirs is not some ordinary chocolate.
May be it is actually good for health, but who knows?

This another article I've read is not from those chocolate company but from one of the blogger's blog.
It says that, chocolate contains tryptophan, a brain chemical which is used to produce serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter which has been proven to have antidepressant qualities. Serotonin also helps to produce feelings of well being, and it is well known that this brain chemical helps to elevate and regulate mood. This means that chocolate can benefit you mentally as well as physically.
Other substances in chocolate, such as theobromine and phenylethylamine, are known to have a stimulant effect. Caffeine, however is not found in large amounts. Contrary to popular belief, there is only a small amount of caffeine in chocolate. In fact a cup of decaffeinated coffee contains more caffeine than the average serving of chocolate.
Research has also shown that candy lovers live nearly a year longer than their candy avoiding peers, and a Harvard study has found that men who eat chocolate live longer than those who abstain from this sweet treat.
It is important to note that dark chocolate is thought to have far more health benefits than milk chocolate and other forms of chocolate. That is because dark chocolate contains a higher concentration of cocoa to sugar, and since the cocoa contains so many good nutrients there are more health benefits per ounce than with other kinds of chocolate.
But, we must bear in mind, no matter how good the chocolate is, it is still contains a lot of sugar in it. Eating a lot of chocolate may end up on the hospital bed.
Moreover, a lot of sugar intake may leads to diabetes. So, remember, eat in appropriate amount and keep our lifestyle healthy to avoid any illness.
We are still young and also we have a lot of things to do, so, eat well!

I hope all of you to have a good day..
Well...hello everyone~
A mind controls everythings.. We can be happy even if we are not, we can pretend to like someone even if we are not, we can pretend we know something even if we are not.
Don't forget, minds also can control a moving object but you must concentrate hundred percents on it and you know, it tooks a really lot of effort to do it.
Actually I'm here to write about a thing that we all love the most which is the "Public Speaking".

Think of the last really memorable talk or presentation that you attended. Now, was that easy to do, or did you really have to rack your brains to remember one? Sadly, too many presentations are easy to forget. And that's a big problem because the only reason the presenter gave the talk was to communicate something to you.

However, there are four basic things that you can do to ensure that your verbal messages are understood - and remembered - time and time again.

Although somewhat obvious and deceptively simple, these are:

Understand the purpose of the presentation
Keep the message clear and concise
Be prepared
Be vivid when delivering the message

Understand what you want to achieve:

Before you start working on your talk or presentation, it's essential that you really understand what you want to say, who you want to tell and why they might want to listen. To do this, ask yourself: Who? What? How? When? Where? Why?

Who are you speaking to? What are their interests, beliefs and values? What do they share in common with others; how are they unique?

What message do you wish to convey? One way of answering this question is to ask yourself about the ‘success criteria’. How do you know if and when you have successfully communicated what you have in mind?

How can you best put across your message? Language is most important here, as are non verbal cues such as body language and expressions. Choose your words and non verbal cues while keeping your audience in mind. Plan a beginning, middle and end. If time and place allow, consider and prepare audio-visual aids.

When? Timing is important here. Develop a sense of timing, so that your contributions are seen and heard as relevant to the issue or matter at hand. There is a time to speak and a time to be silent.

Where? What is the physical context of the communication in mind? You may have time to visit the venue, for example, and rearrange the furniture. Check for availability and visibility if you are using audio or visual aids.

Why? In order to convert hearers into listeners, you need to know why they should listen to you – and tell them if necessary.

I must admit, I'm not an excellent presenter either but altogether we can improve ourselves to be an outspoken person and most of all, a good presenter.
Just imagine that when we have our own job, we must want to impress our employer right? So, if we have the needed confidence and always be prepared, we all can ensure that our jobs wil get better and better.

Just remember, if you want to be known, expose yourself! =)

6 Ways to Release Stress

Exercise: even if you go for a walk for 15-25 minutes four days a week it will help your body to get rid of adrenaline and produce endorphins (a natural tranquilizer). Not to mention you will not only feel better, you will also look the part.

Yoga: Many ramble that practicing yoga is the best way to manage or release stress. It focuses on breathing techniques, exercises, connecting with the universe on a spiritual and mental level.

Stretch: People often stretch before and after a workout. However, learning stretching and flexing exercises to use as a way to relieve tension on many different areas of the body can help a great deal.

Massage: We all know how massages can help us relax and release tension. Prices start around $40 for 30 minutes; it all depends on what extra relaxation techniques you would like to add to the massage such as aromatherapy, oils, etc.

Laugh it off: Rent a funny movie and laugh out loud. Go out with friends or host gatherings. Tell everyone to bring a platter. Remember the key is to release tension not, add to it. Use paper plates and plastic cups to reduce the amount of work.

Take a break- Take time to relax, sleep, and maybe even take a vacation if you can. Your body does not only need it; you deserve it.

Live stress free...

Brand Addiction

Brand loyalty isn't just something that applies to products, but to the delivery mechanisms the companies use to deploy their marketing. For example, have you noticed similarities in the ads that each TV networks run?

Have you noticed that there are large interconnected groups of blog sites with very clear delineations between each? I'm surprised how difficult it is to wander out of my own collective and into someone else's. There are peer groups where each element links to each other and to higher level sites that are mostly separate and autonomous from other peer groups. I guess this should be expected, but the effort you have to go through to break out of an existing blogging brand is great. We should all make logos for our brands.

I've just read an article regarding the women standard in today's world.
Women used to be the object of torture back then. From the Encyclopedia Britannica, in India, subjection was a cardinal principle. Day and night must women be held by their protectors in a state of dependence says Manu. The rule of inheritance was agnatic, that is descent traced through males to the exclusion of females.

In Hindu scriptures, the description of a good wife is ,a woman whose mind, speech and body are kept in subjection, acquires high renown in this world, and, in the next, the same abode with her husband."

In Athens, women were always minors, subject to some male - to their father, to their brother, or to some of their male kin.Her consent in marriage was not generally thought to be necessary and she was obliged to submit to the wishes of her parents, and receive from them her husband and her lord, even though he were stranger to her.A Roman wife was described by an historian as, a babe, a minor, a ward, a person incapable of doing or acting anything according to her own individual taste, a person continually under the tutelage and guardianship of her husband.

According to the English Common Law, all real property which a wife held at the time of a marriage became a possession of her husband. He was entitled to the rent from the land and to any profit which might be made from operating the estate during the joint life of the spouses. As time passed, the English courts devised means to forbid a husband's transferring real property without the consent of his wife, but he still retained the right to manage it and to receive the money which it produced. As to a wife's personal property, the husband's power was complete. He had the right to spend it.
Only by the late nineteenth Century did the situation start to improve.

In Islam, the women are the one who should be protected and not tortured.
That's why, people who are married should take a good care of their wife,(or wives).
The most important is to take care of your mother, the one who pampered you from the beginning and gave all your needs..
Moreover, the Qur'an has a special recommendation for the good treatment of mothers:

"Your Lord has decreed that you worship none save Him, and that you be kind to your parents. . ." (Qur'an 17:23).
Women may look weak but we must not take advantage of that. That's why there are so many immoral incident happens nowadays.
Instead of taking advantage towards them, we really should be helping them. We must have a responsibility in ourselves.

Friendship

"What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies" - Aristotle

Perhaps the one relation that has survived the trials and tribulations of time and has still remained unconditional is friendship. A unique blend of affection, loyalty, love, respect, trust and loads of fun is perhaps what describes the true meaning of friendship between two individuals. Similar interests, mutual respect and strong attachment with each other are what friends share between each other. These are just the general traits of a friendship. To experience what is friendship, one must have true friends, who are indeed rare treasure.

Different people have different definitions of friendship. For some, it is the trust in an individual that he / she won't hurt you. For others, it is unconditional love. There are some who feel that friendship is companionship. People form definitions based on the kind of experiences they have had. This is one relation that has been nurtured since times immemorial. There are famous stories about friends in mythologies of different religions all over the world. They say a person who has found a faithful friend has found a priceless treasure.

Psychologically speaking, friendship may be defined as "a dynamic, mutual relationship between two individuals. As children become friends, they negotiate boundaries within which both partners function". This helps them to function like healthy individuals in life as they learn to draw a line as and when needed in a relation. This greatly helps in the emotional development of an individual. However, any relation needs constant nurturing and development from all the people that are involved in one. Friendship cannot survive if one person makes all the effort to sustain it without any mutual recognition from others.

Since friendship starts the moment a child starts socializing, the kind of friends that the child chooses should be taken care of till the time he / she learns to differentiate between right and wrong. Wrong peers or lack of socializing can lead to severe psychological traumas and disorders, finally leading to social maladjustment. The correct peer group is essential for the development of the personality of a child. Both positive and negative experiences refine the personality of the individual. Thus it is essential that you find friends who are compatible with you on an emotional and psychological basis.

For Exam or for the Knowledge?

Why do we study? Why do we spend hours study? Why do we do last minutes piling up? Is it for the exam? Or for the knowledge itself?

Sometime I felt like myself is studying for the exam, not for the knowledge. I read, read and read. I revise, revise and revise. I do exercise, exercise and exercise. Getting good grades. Getting a pass.

That is what most student thinks. Study hard before exam, after exam, play play and play. By that time, you’ll forget what you’ve learnt, most of it.

My teacher recently told my class to study for the knowledge itself. She says it’s better we study for the sake of the knowledge, rather than the exam. If we’re studying for the sake of exam, most probably the knowledge will be forgotten after the exam, that is what my teacher told our class. This is the line that I remembered most when my teacher told our class the advice:

Study for knowledge, for yourself, not for the exam. Exam is just a test of your capability.

I started to think that I’ve been studying for my exam. Maybe I should change my perception on studies and knowledge. I should get the knowledge for myself, for my future use.

“HOME SAFETY”

Assalamualaikum..

When holiday or Hari raya, many people go back to their village to see their family. So, they will leave their own home for several day without anyone there. So, i want to share some tips about "home safety".
Home safety is a matter that many people neglect, or simply ignore. Protect your home while you’re away by knowing how to prepare it in your absence.

• Make sure your home looks like someone is living in it. Don't close your curtains - in daytime this shows the house is empty. Think about getting automatic time-switches to turn your lights on when it goes dark.

• Fit mortise locks or bolts to all outside doors, and locks to all downstairs or easily accessible windows.

• Cancel any deliveries, such as post, UPS and newspapers. See if you can have neighbors pick up unplanned penny saver papers etc.

• Cut the lawn before you go and trim back any plants that burglars could hide behind.

• Get a friend or neighbor to look after your home. They can collect your mail; mow your lawn and so on. This gives the impression that someone is living in your home. If you leave keys with a neighbor, don't label them with your address.

• Don't leave valuables, like your TV, hi-fi or video, where people can see them through windows.

• Mark any valuable items with your postcode and house number using an 'invisible' pen that you can get from DIY shops. If your property is stolen, this will help the police to identify it if it is found, which might not only allow them to return it to you but could also provide them with better evidence to convict the people responsible.

• Make sure that you have up-to-date contents insurance.

• Do not put your home address on your luggage when you are traveling to your holiday destination.

• Lock the garage and shed with proper security locks, after putting all your tools safely away so they cannot be used to break into your house. If you have to leave a ladder out, put it on its side and lock it to a secure fixture with a 'close shackle' padlock or heavy-duty chain.

• Finally, lock all outside doors and windows. If you have a burglar alarm, make sure it is set and that you have told the police who has the key.

• And just before you set off, its worth spending a couple of minutes checking that you've done all you had to do and taken everything that you need with you.

Help From Your Neighbors

• It's also a good idea to get help from your neighbors. It asks them to keep an eye on your home while you're away.

• You could also ask them to collect post left in the letter box, sweep up leaves, even mow the lawn and generally make the place look lived in.
• You can repay the favor by doing the same for them. Warn the neighbor who has your key not to put your surname, address or even your house number on your keys in case they fall into the wrong hands.

• Is there a Neighborhood Watch scheme where you live? Your local police will tell you if there is a scheme in your area or help you set up one of your own. It could help you keep your home secure while you're away, and has many other crime prevention and community benefits.

Good safety practices can prevent problems such as vandalism and burglary, even personal harm. Hopefully you’ll refer to this guide periodically to add protection to your home.
That's all. Thank you.

THYROID CANCER

Anything that increases your risk of getting a disease is called a risk factor. Having a risk factor does not mean that you will get cancer; not having risk factors doesn’t mean that you will not get cancer. People who think they may be at risk should discuss this with their doctor. Risk factors for thyroid cancer include the following:

• Being between 25 and 65 years old.

• Being female.

• Being exposed to radiation to the head and neck as a child or being exposed to atomic bomb radiation. The cancer may occur as soon as 5 years after exposure.

• Having a history of goiter (enlarged thyroid).

• Having a family history of thyroid disease or thyroid cancer.

• Having certain genetic conditions such as familial medullary thyroid cancer (FMTC), multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2A syndrome, and multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2B syndrome.

When your sweet cravings kick in but you don't have time to bake something tasty and warm, here's an excellent recipe to make a simple, quick and easy chocolate cake.
Recipe - Chocolate Cake

- if you don't have cake flour, sift 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour and 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- other kinds of flour will work as well, but the cake will be heavier

* 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar

* 3 Tbsp. oil (any kind but peanut)
* splash in a little vanilla
Steps

1. Grease the inside of the mug with cooking spray or oil.
2. Measure and pour the dry ingredients into the mug. Stir ingredients with a spoon.
3. Crack the egg and add it to the mug. Stir to get the egg incorporated in the dry ingredients.
4. Measure and pour the wet ingredients into the mug( Mug should be microwaveable).
5. Stir and beat everything together to get a "cake batter" mix.
6. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Timing may be different for various watt amounts.
7. Watch as the cake starts to rise while in the microwave.
8. Use a potholder or oven mitt to remove the mug from the microwave.
9. Remove the cake from the mug. Take a fork and cut the cake into 4 pieces (quarters). Cutting the cake will help it cool down faster.
10. Garnish the cake with ice cream, whipped cream, glaze, syrup, or another topping of your choices.

I've tried this cake and its really so easy and takes very little time....and of course its Yummy....

Salam sir…

Princess Sa’adong?

Who is she? Do you know her sir??

Let me tell you a little bit about the legend of Princess Sa’adong. Princess Sa’adong is famed for her unrivalled beauty due to her magical origin. She was found by Kelantan’s legendary warrior Queen, Che’ Siti Wan Kembang at the edge of a pond, wrapped in pure white bubbles. As the Queen doesn’t have any child so, she adopted the baby and teach the Princess Sa’adong about the virtues of a respectable warrior and a beloved ruler. When she came of age, she married with her cousin, Raja Abdullah, they ruled over the Kota Jelasin region. But peace was soon shattered as the Siamese King waged war against the region for rejecting his marriage proposal to Princess Sa’adong.Dreadfully defeated by the compelling force of Siamese troops and refusing to expose her subject to the future atrocities, princess Sadong surrendered and was taking to Siamese. At Siamese, when the Siamese King touched the princess Sa’adong, the King instantly inflicted with a terrible skin disease. Many local shamans tried to cure the disease but they failed. Until one night, the King dreamt that only Princess Sa’adong can cure his disease. The Princess agreed to cure him but he had to let her return to Kelantan. The King agreed and Princess Sa’adong healed the King and return to Kelantan. But unfortunately and so unpredictable things happened, when Princess Sa’adong find that her husband,Raja Abdullah married with another. Hurt by his betrayal, she fled o Bukit Marak and sought refuge in a cave at the mount. Till today, locals claim remnants of Princess Sa’adong can still be found in the cave.
This legend was very interesting. This shows how much Princess Sa’adong love her husband as she willing to sacrifice everything for him. It also shows how sincere and faithful she is towards her husband even her husband are not with her but instead action of her husband.
That’s all…

As we know, on last 28th March, Malaysia created a new history when plunged into darkness with many of its famous landmarks and skyscrapers switching off to mark Earth Hour. This is Malaysia's first participation in the event initiated by World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) since it started in Australia in 2007.

The newspapers reported that tens of thousands of households and businesses nationwide joining millions others across the globe in solidarity to turn off non-essential lights for the one hour campaign aimed at raising awareness on global climate change.

On that night in KL, the gleaming Petronas Twin Towers went blackout as the clock struck 8.30 pm while at KL Tower, a base jumper carrying the Earth Hour flag parachuted from the tower to signal the start of the event. In UMP, we also joined this campaign as we went blackout for one hour from 8.30 pm until 9.30 pm to show our love for the earth and to support the effort by WWF.

Other landmarks including the historical Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Angkasapuri, Menara TM, Menara Maybank, Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur Hospital and National Heart Institute also had their lights turned off.

WHAT YOUR MOTHER HAVE DONE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY??

Hi sir...

There are lot of things that my mother have done to make me happy but, the most remember part is when I was in standard 6 after I got my UPSR result. The story was began when it have a ceremony at school for the students who got 5A's in their UPSR. It just like to celebrate our successful in the exam. They invited all the parents and students but unfortunately my father said that he cannot attend that ceremony and will be attend by my mother only. At that time, I felt so sad until the greatest day came. But the time we prepared to go to the school, my father said that he will be there with us. I quit shocked but I am really happy. At last I knew that my mother has persuaded my father to see me on stage just to make me happy and smile.

Thank you mum....

I really2 appreciated what she have done to me and it always played in my mind even though it have been almost 8 years ago. Remember that I will always love both of you until my last breath.
Here I want to dedicate a poem to my mother:

My mother is charming,
Her food is enchanting,
But her love is everlasting.

My mother is balmy,
Not because she is my mummy,
But because of her love,
The everlasting feathers of a dove.

A love everlasting,
Is by a mother who is a darling,
Whoever has a mother like me,
Has a wish-to-be!!!!

Sir..
you can dedicated this poem for your mother too.. Just to show that mother is everything...

The Seven Magical Wells or Telaga Tujuh.

Where is it located? It is located on the slopes of verdant Mount Cincang, local believe the waterfall has a deeper significance than mere natural splendor. Legend has it the bewitching waterfall is the favourite haunt for firies and spirites, in particular seven sprightly fairies. Each has her favourite pool to bathe and frolic. These celestial beings are believed to posses supernatural healing powers, therefore the waters here are said to have curative properties. Every time they descend to their favourite playground, the air will be slightly blanketed with sweet pleasant perfume..wow…Doesn’t its sounds great?? And besides that, if one listens carefully, one might also be able to hear their giggles of delight. Telaga Tujuh is a unique natural formation, so don’t miss to visit this wells.

Hey, do you know, friends?
Facebook was originally named TheFaceBook and it was developed by Harvard student Mark Zuckerberg. The first use of the FaceBook was on the Harvard campus and it was limited only to Harvard students. Soon the FaceBook spread like wild fire around the other major U.S. Universities. Mark Zuckerberg dropped the Harvard and pursued his facebook dream to become one of the 4th most-trafficked websites in the world with more than 90 million active users. The FaceBook website is built on PHP-MySQL technology and it is probably the most popular PHP website ever built. Interesting fact is that the facebook.com domain was purchased for $200,000 and FaceBook has more than 24 million photos uploaded daily.

Awesome fact for Facebook’s users, huh?

Deeper Love Facts
What is love? David Icke said: "Infinite Love is the Only Truth Everything Else is Illusion." However, scientists tried to explain love using our genes as the base of the medical study. Basically, they found that we are attracted to persons that are genetically immune to the diseases and weaknesses that we are weak to. However, Alchemy teaches us completely different approach. Alchemy or old sacred studies believe that our body (Personal Self) is build around four energies (or four egos) that make up our Personal Self (our body). Those four energies are: Physical Energy with its Needs, Sensational with its Desires, Emotional with its Feelings and Intellectual Energy with its Ideas. To reach Higher Self (our soul) these energies must be balanced. Since this is very hard to do in our distorted world, we usually seek for someone (soul mate) that will help us achieve Higher Existence (same like our genes our soul mate’s energies could fill half empty energies and empty our half spilling energies). Alchemy believes that we are not born with the soul, only with the seed of spirituality, and that our purpose in this dimension is to find our souls or to find our Higher Self. You wanted to make gold from the ordinary metal? Well finding love is the only solution or maybe you should meditate till you find your true balancing power.
Find a soul mate….hehe..

Before enter to university, I am the one that do not have any computer skills. I can even call myself as ‘computer idiots’ at that time. It is very shameful for those who live and stay in metropolitan city, Kuala Lumpur that do not know how to use computer properly. But after spending the entire time using computer in UMP, I had become a moderate computer user not like before just limited computer user. The knowledge I had for computer is still limited, but what I can do is try to learn as much as I can. Hope that my computer skill can become more and more better as the time pass by.

Final exam is just around the corner, the pressure to get good result had become higher and higher in my heart. Although I had put lots of efforts and time to study in this semester, but I still not able and not yet reach the level that I hope to get currently. The most heart striking things is I still not able to master the basic or fundamental principals in some subject. Study week is the last chance for me to catch up all the things that I not understand or still not clear for every subject. But yet, I am still wondering whether want to back home or not. The homesick had become so strong in my heart. Home is the place for me to run away from all the stress and problems. All the bad things are terminated when I am stayed home. I am eagerly hoping that this semester can be end as soon as possible and I can have a nice and enjoyable holiday.

Listening music is the best way for me to release stress. Handset that plugged with hand free had become the accessories for me currently. The music is on while walking to the class under the hot sun, can you imagine how nice it feels. When busy walking and rushing from class to class, plus with the skin burning hot sun, can you imagine how bad the feels is. But when the music is there, it can neutralize the bad mood that spread in my mind and let me feel peace for the whole day. Based on some studies, the benefits of listening to music are change our mood, helps with stress management, lowering blood pressure, growing field of health care, control breathing and heart rate in nervous system, stimulate brain waves to reasonate sync with the beat if it is strong beat and we can imagine different things while listening to songs. Maybe that’s why music has become part of my life.

When we look at the parking lots in front of our café, the type of car that we can observe is Perodua, Kancil. It is one of our national cars that commonly use in our university. It is a small five-door hatchback vehicle that could seat five people. It is popular with beginner drivers and is commonly used in Malaysian driving schools. It was also preferable for its fuel efficiency and easier for parking due to its size. Although Perodua had produce new models such as Perodua Kelisa and Perodua Viva was widely considered a legitimate replacement for the long running Kancil, Perodua had decided to continue selling the old Kancil. Hence, Perodua Kancil can be considered as the most popular and most widely car that use among students in UMP.

Recently I had watched a Japanese series that the whole story is commonly happen in a hospital. The series name is Team Medical Dragon. The storyline is basically describing the grey areas between the ethics of doctors and the corrupted hospital organization. The most heart aching things I found in the series is there are some of the doctors willing to kill the patients or reject the patient that got severe injuries or diseases just because they wanted to keep their good reputations and make themselves to become more famous. I am wondering where are their spirits and strengths to being a person that helps human beings to fight with diseases when they enter this field. What had made them changed, changed till become the person that so cruel. I also asked myself will these happen in reality. I think it is better I believe that it is just a story and not a true but crucial fact.

Water is necessary to all living things. Water is all around us, we can find water in air, ground, milk, vegetables, fruit, meat, leaves, trunks, roots, branches of a tree and etc. Water plays the main role in our daily life. We use water to drink, to wash, to cook, to play, to water plants, to transport, to put off fire and provide habitat for the animals and plants that live in water. We cannot live in whenever or wherever if without water. Do not waste the water. We should keep this sentence in our mind and try to think how important of the water is to us or even the plants, animals or the environment.

Peace upon you...

‘Famous’, ‘Popular’ and ‘Well-known’. The titles that always wanted by almost people. Some people think that to get the titles is easy as long as you have all the packages. But the reality was not. Here, I want to share some stories that I think are very interesting. These stories are all about the journey of the people who have all the packages but still not accepted in the first of their appearance.
1. In evening, 1962, after four of them had finished their audition at Decca Recording Company in England, they were expelled. One of the judges said, “Your music was out of date. There were no people will listen to your songs. Get out!!” But. Who knows that four of them become the legendary now. They were known as ‘The Beatles’.
2. In 1994, Emmeline Snively, a director of Modelling Blue Book have said to a girl who came to show her potential in modelling audition, “You better just worked as a clerk or a housewife.” Norma Jean Baker just walked out the door with smile. She never gave up showing her potential to another agency. Finally, she becomes a very famous actress known as Marilyn Monroe.
3. Thomas Elva Edison was the first person who invents a bulb that was used until today. Before he succeeds, he was makes around 2000 experiment. A reporter asked him about his feeling when he failed for a thousand times. “Who said I failed. I never failed. It just takes 2000 steps for me before I succeed. Remember, it is not a failure.” He said.
4. When Alexander Graham Bell created a telephone in 1876, no one was support his invention. After the demonstration of his telephone, President Rutherford Hayes said, “Your invention is really great, but no ones will use it.” But, the thing that was not accepted a long time ago becomes the most important thing now. The world can change. Who knows?
5. In 1954, Jimmy Denny, a director of Grand Ole Opry, in America fired his singer after the singer makes a mistake in one of his shows. He said, “You better just work as a track driver for whole life. You will never become famous if this is your way of singing.” The singer just went out of the agency and become one of the most popular singers. He was Elvis Presley.
6. A young man named Chester Carlson brought his invention to twenty big companies in 1940, but rejected. After seven years waited, a small company in Rochester, New York, America finally bought his invention. The rejected thing was a Photostat.
7. Wilma Rudolf was born not like the normal babies. The doctor said that her life was short. When she was 4 years old, she got a fever and she was paralysis. After she was nine, the rod inside her leg was taken out to make her walk normally. After she can ran, she decided to took part in athletic. Every time she took part, she will be the last and people always told her to not take part in the race again. But, she never gave up until one day she won the race. After that, she always becomes the first. Who know, a girl who was thought will be paralysis for whole life finally won three gold in Olympic.

What I can conclude here is for every single success, there will be a million hardest steps to face.

Hi sir...
Become a natural lover is very important to ensure that we still can get the fresh air for ten years then. What I am trying to say is we need to avoid pollution in this world. But sometimes, the technologies that we made to make our life easier become the causes for all the pollution. Here I list ‘The Most Polluted Places in the World’.
1. Kabwe, Zambia.
This is the second widest town in Zambia, in south of Africa. In 1987, this place was the place for a lead mining activity and this caused a very high lead pollution now. This pollution will affect the brain and the nerve system of the children and the foetus. The percentage of lead in the children bodies was very high and it caused the IQ of them. The higher percentage of the lead, the lower the IQ of them.
2. La Oroya, Peru.
Even though the community in this place was the fewest, but this place was one of the worst polluted places. So, 35 000 people in this state will exposed to the pollution. That’s mean; the society will face the dangerous situation.
3. Linfen, China.
Linfen is one of the city in Shanxi where there is the coal mining activity located. Over 3 million people stayed there are exposed to the dust and have to drink the polluted water. The view that can see was also limited because of the pollution.
4. Dzerzhinsk, Russia.
When cold war, Dzerzhinsk became the place of producing the chemical stuff. The society there have the shortest life in the world. The average life expectancy is 45 years old only. That is mean; the range age for them to live is 15 to 20 years old only.
5. Chernobyl, Ukraine.
Even though the tragedy that included the power of nuclear was past, but its effect from the tragedy was continued until today. It will expose the society with the thyroid cancer. Beside the society, the potential of the agriculture was also affected.

As a conclusion, we should always grateful that our country stills not the most polluted places. We also have to teach ourselves to become the nature lover so that we can live healthier.

Assalamualaikum, sir..
Everything in this world is weird for me. Sometimes, the smallest will be in the record and sometimes the biggest will be in the top of the record. Peoples dare to do anything just to create their name on the record even though they have to spend a lot of money on that. And what I called them; crazy people. This time I want to share with you what I have read in the internet about the smallest instrument in the world. Hope you impressed with this small and unique things.

1) World's Smallest Guitar: the size of a human blood cell
The Nano-Guitar is 10 micrometers long, about the size of a single human blood cell. It was made by Dustin Carr and Harold Craighead of Cornell University’s Nanofabrication Facility, each of the six strings are 50 nanometers wide, about the width of 10 atoms.

2) World's Smallest Grand Piano: equipped with a 4-milimeter keyboard
Created by Sega Toys Co. on 2006, the world's smallest grand piano is equipped with a keyboard with mere 4-milimeter (0.16-inch) wide 88 keys and with an auto-playing function weighs only 2.5-kilogram (5.5 lb).
3) World's Smallest Violin: just 1.6 inches (4.1 cm) long
The world's smallest violin is not playing the world's saddest song, but it could as it's fully functional. In 1973, Eric Meissner succeeded in building the world's smallest violin, which measured just 1.6 inches (4.1 cm) long.
4) World's Smallest Harmonica: 1.9 inches (5 cm) long
With a dimension of 5 centimeters long by 1.5 centimeters wide, this harmonica is the smallest in the world. It is named "Little Lady" and is made in Germany in the late 1890s.
5) World's Smallest Harp: each string is only 150 atoms wide
The NanoHarp is a true stringed instrument that plays real music, if only we could hear it. It plays a tune too high for even a dog to hear. Its strings vibrate at frequencies as high as 380 MHz and are probably the fastest human-made moving object. The new device is carved out of a single crystal of silicon. The strings are actually silicon rods 50 nanometres (nm) in diameter, ranging from about 1,000 to 8,000nm long. A nanometre is one billionth of a meter, making each string about 150 atoms thick. The entire device is about the size of a red blood cell.
6) World's Smallest Saxophone: 12 inches (30 cm) height
The Soprillo is the world's smallest "piccolo" saxophone, measuring only 12 inches (30cm) in height (13 inches including the mouthpiece) and sounding a full octave above the soprano saxophone.

There is an advertisement at HOT.fm which said that it will be easy for us to save our petrol car if we refill our petrol during the cool day which is during in the early of the morning or at night, or maybe during the rainy day I guess. This is due to the viscosity of the petrol oil. During the cool day, the petrol will become more viscous. The amount of the petrol refill might be a little bit more than when we do refill the petrol during the hot day. I already try it before and it really works!! So why don’t you try it sir!!
Thus it will help you to save your petrol and also save your money=)

Endau-Rompin State park is the second designated national park of Malaysia with numerous exotic and newly identified species of flora and fauna. But, Do you know what is Endau-Rompin tales? It’s called The Tragic Tales of Buaya Sangkut and Upeh Guling. This legend both two breathtaking waterfalls located along the main river that forms the backbone of the Endau Rompin State Park. The Upeh Guling is actually comprises of a four-stepped cascade of water that derives its name from an ancient Orang Asli legend which was named after a young Orang Asli named Upeh. This is due to the incident that happened to Upeh when he saw his fiancée there. He slipped upon turning and rolled(guling) down the cascading slope and died at the foot of the waterfalls. That’s the reason why the waterfall named Upeh Guling.
Similarly, Buaya Sangkut tells the tale of a beautiful five-steeped waterfall that is as mysterious as its name. Based on the Orang Asli legend, a woman gave birth to a baby girl but was haunted by a dream of a crocodile that was coming to kill her daughter. Believing the dream was an omen, the woman and her family moved uphill to prevent this catastrophe. Nevertheless, the crocodile managed to follow them. To protect their baby girl the woman’s husband summoned a python to kill the crocodile. This led to fierce fight where both python and crocodile were killed. The husband then lynched the crocodile’s skin and hung it on the wall. Unfortunately, a few days later it fell on their daughter and killed her anyway.Till today, many believe that the crocodile-shaped stone that can be seen at the foot of the falls.
Together we gain our knowledge through the legend of MALAYSIA…

Friendship
Have you ever felt that :
Days are too busy
Hours are too few
Seconds are too fast
Until don’t have time to keep in touch with ours “old friends”.......
In fact, you will make different friends in different age. And I also believed that all of you have the most friends during your primary school. As you have grown up, you will discover that your friends that stay your sides became less and less. Why this happening??? Maybe it is due to the changes of yourself and the environment. We also became not as innocent as we are small and have different points of view about something. Thus, we started to choose friends that have similar characteristics and personalities to us only as friends.
At last, I hope the friendship will like a circle, which has not beginning and no end. Let it be a circle that can go on and on for a lifetime......

Kinship
I sure all of you must have learnt the word “FAMILY” since we are small. Have you ever thought that, “FAMILY” is actually a simplest short form that not everyone can say it loudly? The hidden meaning behind the word is “father and mother, I love you”.
When we grown up, family is the person who are closest to us. They are the one who accompany us during our growing lifetime. They are always stay by our sides no matter what had happened..... They know what we want and what we need. They also had tried their best to give us everything.... Although what they gave might not be the best one, but at least, they had tried their best. We should be contented to what we have. It is because we are so lucky to have them by our sides. They are the sources of courage for us to face the challenge of daily life!!!!!!

He insisted that apple should put vertically to let it stable and then cut off. The child started to begs his grandpa for letting him cutting the apple with his own ways. After a while, the grandpa agreed to him. As he cut off the apple, the 5 seeds insides the apple arranged itself just look like a star. The grandpa stun by this moment......
I sure all of you must have eaten a lot of apples, but, have you ever seen the star inside it??? If you are just like the grandpa in the story, it’s time for you to make a change. The grandpa in the story above is just a reflection of us. We used to pick up a habit and then treated it as the only way to done the things. Therefore, we must learn how to accept the changes in order to lead a better life in future.....

Three Advices
There is a story I wanted to share with your guys... Below is the summary of the story:
One day, a newly married husband and wife had to separate because the young man wants to go for work. Before he leaves, he promised to his wife that he will come back until he had the ability to give a comfort life to her.
After 20 years, the young man became a middle age person and he decided to back home. Before he goes, his ask for his salary from boss. The boss says to him, “you can choose to take your salary and then back home, or you want 3 advices from me? You have two days to consider about it, don’t rush to do a decision.” After two days, he went to see his boss and ask for the advices. Although the boss reminded him that he wouldn’t get any paid if he choose the advices, but he still choose it. The advices are: 1. Do not walking short cut. Taking a strangely short cut might lead you dead!
2. Never be curious about something that might bring troubles to you that will take your life.
3. Never make decision under the circumference of hated and pain or you will regret for all your lifetime.
After that, the boss gave him 3 breads, 2 for him to eat on the ways back home and the other was for him to eat with his wife.
On the ways back home, he met a person that tells him that there is a shortcut can lead straight away to his home. He was happy and decided to take the ways. At this moment, he thinks of the first advice given by his boss. Thus, he doesn’t take the shortcuts. A few days later, he knew that the shortcut was actually a trap for robbery. He was glad that he didn’t follow the shortcut. Then, he rent a room in a small inn to spend overnight in a town. At night, he heard some noise outside his room. He decided to go out and see what’s happened. But, he think of his boss 2nd advice, then he went back to sleep. On the next morning, he heard the owner of inn says that yesterday night someone was killed due to his curiosity. That man saw the burglar went inside the inn, so he was killed. At last, he reached his home. But, he was so disappointed to see his wife. He saw a man inside his house!!!! He was so furious and wanted to kill that man. In this critical circumference, he remembered his boss last advice and cool down. He went inside the house and sees his wife. His wife was so happy to see him again and introduced his son to him. He was so surprised to know that the man was actually his son. His wife was pregnant when he want go for work. After a while, they shared the last bread given by his boss together. They discovered all his payment for the past 20 years inside the bread!!!!
Lastly, from the story above, if the young man behaves impulsive and forgot all the advices, he will die. Therefore, no matter under what circumferences, we must stay calm.......

Financial planning? Do it really help help to achieve our personal goals?

Many people think that financial planning is a hassle and that it stops them from doing fun things. If we consistently live on a budget surely we would have to give up fun activities now, wouldn’t we?We should think about this. Financial planning involves asking question about our future, our dreams and goals. It is thinking about what we want to do in our life, such as getting married, buying a house or a car, having children and planning for their education. To achieve our dreams, first we should know on how to plan our financial in order to manage our financial properly. It will including on how we will budgeting , saving and spending our money over time.
Here, there is five steps that we can follow in financial planning:

1-Assessing where we are now in financial terms
2-Setting Goals
3-Creating a financial plan
4-Implementing the plan
5-Monitoring and reassessing.

If we set a good financial plan, then we will be able to have more control of our financial affairs and also can avoid excessive spending, unmanageable debts, bankruptcy or others. We also can have better relationship with people around us such as our family, friends and colleagues, because we are happy with our life and not going around borrowing money to make ends meet or expecting handouts from others. Besides that, we can have a sense of freedom from financial worries as we have planned for the future, anticipated our expenses and achieved our goals in life.

In the other words, when we have a good personal financial plan, then we will be more informed about our future needs and the resources that we have. We will also have peace of mind knowing that we are in control.

Recently i heard from my friend that her computer has been hacked. I think of her computer is infected by computer virus.

A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer without the permission of the owner. The term virus is commonly refer to types of malware, adware, and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability. Malware includes computer virus, worms, trojan horses, most rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware, and others.. including true virus. Virus sometimes confused with computer worms and Trojan horses. A worm can exploit security vulnerabilities to spread itself to other computers, but a Trojan horse is a program that appears harmless but has a hidden agenda. Both worms and Trojans may harm a computer system's date, functional performance, or networking throughput, when they are executed.

Most personal computers are now connected to the internet and to local area networks. Today's viruses may take advantage of network services systems to spread.

Hi… Fran’s here…
Talking about Tell Me More(TMM),
Somehow, I started a bit late than the other friends…
In order to catch with them, I had to settle the easiest ones first
So, I did the last part first….
It was quite scattered for me but however had enabled me to finish it faster…
Fortunately, I managed to finish it, although being the last one…

So, from this, I have learnt to be wise, and smart in solving a binding problem…
This is very much important to me as I will be an engineer with critical thinking some day to come..

Hi, sir..
How are you? After sharing the worst, the smallest and experience of the success people, now I want to share about roses. I hope men should read this article so that they know what the women want. Roses have been in existence for around 32 million years, and have been used for many reasons since the ancient civilizations including the Greeks, Romans, and Persians. Roses have been bred to be colourful, fragrant and hearty for thousands of years. Although a rose of any colour can simply mean gratitude and simplicity, over time they have been attributed to a variety of emotions and occasions. Picking any rose doesn’t always mean you are conveying the right message. Here a some of the secret meaning of different types of roses.

1) Red rose – Love
Red roses are given to those who you want to show love and passion, people who you have great respect for, and those who have shown great courage. The quantity can also have a special meaning. A single red rose shows love, a dozen shows gratitude, twenty-five shows congratulations and fifty show unconditional love. Two red roses tied together symbolize an engagement. The shade of the red has a meaning as well. Bright red means love, burgundy means unconscious love, dark crimson is used to show mourning. A withered red rose is used to show that the love is over. A red rosebud symbolizes youthful love and beauty.
2) Pink rose – Gratitude
Pink roses in general are given to those whom you want to show thankfulness, admiration, and happiness. The different shades of pink can have more precise meanings. Deep pink is used for appreciation and gratitude, where as light pink conveys admiration and sympathy, and peach roses are given to show modesty.
3) Orange rose – Desire.
Orange roses are given to those who you desire, those you want to get to know better, or those who you are proud of.
4) Yellow – Friendship.
Yellow roses express joy, gladness, and friendship. They are given to new mothers, newlyweds, and graduates. They're also used as a reminder to a loved one to show that you care. In the past yellow was used to show jealousy and a decrease of love.
5) White – Purity.
White roses are given to those who are innocent, reverent, and pure. They are very commonly used in weddings. They can also be given as a sign of secrecy. A white rosebud is used to show girlhood. A white rose that has been dried means "Death is Preferable to Loss of Virtue". A withered white rose represents fleeting beauty, or given to show that no impression was made.
6) Lavender Roses – Enchantment.
7) Green Roses – Fertility.
8) Purple Roses – Love at first sight.
9) Blue Roses - Mystery and intrigue.
10) Black Roses – Vengeance.

Interesting, right? So, make sure you pick a right flower when you want to give to somebody.

It’s very easy to use it but have to be more careful so that you wont get your fingers hurt…
After the harvesting season ends, its time for the folks to take a rest, relax, and have entertainments after all the tiring activities done in the past few months…
This special ‘tension release’ event is called TADAU KAAMATAN…
Tadau means ‘hari’ and kaamatan means’penuaian’ in Malay language…
There are so many activities held during this event… the most popular is UNDUK NGADAU where beautiful ladies from all parts of Sabah will compete to be crowned as the most beautiful of all…

Assalamualaikum, sir...

Here, I want to share you a list of people that are very amazing in playing basketball. As basketball becomes one of my favourite games, so I want to share it to you. Maybe after this you will enjoy watching the NBA games. For me, be in the ranking of the world player is what all the players want. They train themselves to be the best among the rest. Learn how the legends do before and came with the new skills to be on the top. The ranking below is based on the Top 10 Players 2009. But I am not sure, because there were many resources to believe. So, I just put the greatest list I think.

10) THE POINT GUARDS: Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, and Baron Davis. All five of these players deserve to be on the list. Each one of these players understands and plays the point position in a way that makes everyone on their team better. Some people don’t learn how to play this position. They are born with the unselfish ability to want everyone on your team to excel. Each one of these point guards makes life easier for the following NBA players listed below.
9) KEVIN GARNETT: In his 13th season, The Big Ticket, has been reborn in Boston, leading his Celtic team to the best record in the NBA. The 6-foot 11-inch big man has dominated the East inside thus far. Drafted out of Farragut Academy HS in Chicago, Garnett has a 2000 Olympic gold medal and a 2004 NBA MVP under his resume. He is low on the list, because he is a little past his prime. It showed the last three seasons in Minnesota when he failed to lead his team to the playoffs.
8. CARMELLO ANTHONY: ‘Melo was the 3rd overall pick in the star-heavy 2003 draft after leading his Syracuse Orangemen to a win in the NCAA National Championship game over Georgia Tech. ‘Melo, statistically, is the most clutch end-of-game player in the NBA right now. Last season ‘Melo has added five more game-winning shots to that tally.
7) DWAYNE WADE: It pains many people that Wade is in this low, but he hasn’t been healthy the last two seasons. When healthy, he is a top-five player in this league. D-Wade, or Flash as his teammates call him, led his Miami Heat team to the NBA Championship in 2006 and was named 2006 NBA Finals MVP. His Heat team is a mess right now, but Pat Riley mortgaged the future to win it all in 2006. He accomplished that goal, but has left D-Wade nothing to work with. It pains many people to see talent get wasted like this, but hopefully the Heat organization will surround Wade with the players he needs or trade him to a team that will know how to appreciate him.
6) MANU GINOBILI: Manu has been part of three NBA Championship teams with the Spurs and led the Argentina national basketball team to the 2004 Olympic Gold Medal, also being named the tournament’s MVP. Manu is becoming one of the NBA’s best all-around players and is best known for his fearless attacks to the rim. Manu dropped 46 points (8 for 11 3PFG) on the Cavs on 75% shooting and dished out 8 dimes.
5) YAO MING: Yao Ming has never won a playoff series, but this is not his fault. The Houston Rockets are plagued by the “Tracy McGrady Disease.” A disease that spreads during playoff time, not allowing his team to advance past the first round. McGrady has never won a playoff series in his 11 year career. The Rockets need to build this team around Ming. He is 7-foot-6 and can touch the rim with his feet still on the ground. Shaquille O’Neal summed up Yao’s abilities right before their first meeting in ‘02 with this statement, “Tell Yao Ming, ching-chong-yang-wah-as-soh.” I couldn’t have said it better myself.
4) DWIGHT HOWARD: It is hesitate to put him this high, but just see his performance. Three years from now he could be number one on this list. This guy is a monster. Nicknamed “Thunder,” Howard was drafted out of Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy with the #1 overall pick in 2004. Orlando was criticized for not taking UCONN’s polished power forward, Emeka Okafor with the first pick, but who’s laughing now?
3) LEBRON JAMES: His ceiling has been set so high ever since being drafted out of St. Vincent - St. Mary High School with the first overall pick in 2003. Lebron led a team of scrubs to the NBA Finals last year, which included one of the most memorable playoff performances in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Detroit Pistons. Lebron scored 29 of the last 30 Cavalier points, leading his team to a double-overtime victory. The only knock I have on Lebron is at times he tends to coast with the flow of the game. Unlike the next two…
2) KOBE BRYANT: It took him three years to realize that he can’t win by himself. I was disappointed to see the Shaq/Kobe era end, but it helped Kobe mature into the player he is today. Black Mamba (Kobe’s nickname for himself) has finally developed into the unselfish player that we all wanted him to become. His offensive, killer instincts are second to none, but what is most impressive is that he can play the opposite end of the court with the best of them, being named to the NBA All-Defensive team seven times. In my opinion, there’s not a more exciting player to watch in the NBA.
1) TIM DUNCAN: There shouldn’t be any argument here. Tim Duncan is the cornerstone for the San Antonio Spur dynasty. Two-time NBA MVP and Three-time NBA Finals MVP, Duncan continues to perform at the highest level, dominating the NBA. Any logical basketball connoisseur understands you build a championship team around a big man and nobody has done this better than the Spurs with the Big Fundamental.

We must live the life and sweet and bitterness is what it means so we have to go through it so we become psychologically strong, mature and dynamics….

Now, I have a ‘collection’ of them…
I am not very sure why , but I think it must has got something to do with my handwriting…
I am used to holding a pen pressed down…
So I think that must be one of the contributing factor…
Other than that, I think I may be buying low quality pen…
So it is not rugged enough for me…
Hopefully, it will never occur again because buying pen repeatedly really annoyed me….

Furthermore, it is an even number, so it doesn’t sounds too strange..it is as if it’s going to completion…

Besides, number 8 symmetry in all way round…

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.

In this entry, I am excited to tell you the story of mine when I was in secondary school. This story is all about what I have experienced there for five years. My school was one of the schools that need all the students to stay in the hostel. Right behind the girls’ hostel was a small forest. As a new student, orientation week was compulsory. We need to walk in the forest and create many memories there. My first year as the student of my school was going smoothly. The second year, my school was become the most frightened place to go for me. For two months, all of us were lived in fear. It was because of the hysteria. Every night we have to hear the voice of women, men and sometimes a baby screaming. After those things gone, new paranormal phenomena came. Our school was well-known in dikir barat and all the stuff was putted in the eat hall next to the girls’ hostel. Every day, in 3.00 a.m, we will hear the sound of the dikir barat stuff. It was strange because the eat hall was locked and will be opened 5 in the morning. As the result, the dikir barat organisation in our school was disbanded. August, 2004, all of the students were well-prepared for the phenomena that happen last years. Based on the seniors’ story, hysteria will happen in August for every years and that years the same thing happen as we thought. This time, it became worst. One of the student, who was the victim of this paranormal thing have to stay at hospital for three months. When the person was in hysteria, they will not remember what they have done. This student was jump down from the second floor of our hostel when she was unconscious. She broke her backbone and quit from my school. The same things happen the next year, but that time it was continuous for eight months. This time we were very stress and tired to handle those things. But, that was the best experience that I ever had in my life.

Hi, sir..
Before this, I have read a very interesting fact about the king of the jungle. Here is the fact that I want to share with you. What happens when a male lion and a female tiger breed? A Liger - the largest of all felines. A liger looks like a giant lion with diffused stripes and some male ligers grow sparse manes. These massive creatures are 10 feet long on average and weigh about 700 lb (320kg). Liger love swimming - trait common to tigers but lacking in lions. Ligers have been bred in captivity, deliberately and accidentally, since shortly before World War II. The largest liger alive today is appropriately named Hercules and lives in Jungle Island in Miami.

But honestly saying,Indonesian songs are interesting to be listened and their lyrics are wuite good than ours. Their music arangmentes can beat our Malaysian songs. But I still support our local music industry. Even though I prefer Indonesian songs, but I never buy their original album. I just download it through internet! Am i smart?? hahaha

The bands like Peterpan,Radja,Sheila On 7,Dewa,Samsons,Nidji they are best and great. But I still love Exists KRU,Kristal, and Spider for our local bands.

Last Monday (6 April) we had successfully presented our SMART UMBRELLA project in front of our lecturer, Mr. Abdullah Adnan Mohamed, and other fellow tutorial mates…
I was assigned to present about the compartments and the mechanism…
For your information, smart umbrella is specially designed to protect users from the splashes of raindrops….
The idea of doing it came out after seeing the ineffectiveness of the currently available umbrellas in keeping users totally off the raindrops…
I was quite nervous by the, but as how Madam Jumani told us last semester, we must be professional….
I remember when she said all ‘all professional public speakers are pretender’...
They are a bit nervous at starts actually but they know how exactly to cope with it..
So, I just took it easy, acted cool…
Overall, I am satisfied with what we have done…
Thanks to all of my professional group members….

Highest mountain on Earth, Mt. Everest grows about 4 millimeters a year since two tectonic plates which collided millions of years ago to form the Himalayas, continue to press against each other. Earths highest waterfall is at Angel Falls in Venezuela which drops 3,212 feet (979 meters). Hottest place on earth is Azizia in Libya 136 degrees Fahrenheit (57.8 Celsius) and coldest was in Vostok, Antarctica -129 Fahrenheit (-89 Celsius). Pacific is the biggest ocean (32.6% of the Earth's surface). Interesting fact is that Amazon recently became longest river by a bit more than 100 meters. According to Guido Gelli (director of science at the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) "Today, we can consider the Amazon the longest river in the world". Amazon is 4,225 miles (6,800 kilometers) long and the Nile is 4,160 miles long (6,695 kilometers).

Did you know?

The stereotypical vision of the Egyptian Pyramids are large mountain like brown piles of stone uprooting from the desert having a rough contour. Though when first constructed around 2500 BC. The pyramids were paper white and as smooth as glass, toping the pyramid was a golden capstone that gleamed in the desert sun. It was an amazing spectacle. The pyramids somewhat stayed in this state until the Arab invasion of Egypt around AD 500. The Arab invaders stripped the pyramid of it's smooth limestone and built a huge section of Cairo. Many of the Mosques and Palaces of Cairo consist of the Ancient stones of the pyramids.

Not bad, huh??

Assalammualaikum and hello….
Imagine the world without cancer. It has been proven that cancer is a deficiency disease caused by the lack of Vitamin B17 (Laetrile). Today there are more people making money from cancer than dying from it. That is the one of the main reasons why Vitamin B17 is disapproved by FDA and cancer associations. You can do research and find that pharmaceuticals companies pushed FDA to disallow sales of raw apricot seeds in the United States. Raw apricot seeds are known to have abundance of B17 vitamin. There is lots of money to make from patented drugs and if we all start eating raw apricot seeds than there will be no profit. This information is not a new breaking research, but we are trying to spread the truth about Vitamin B17 through the Internet. This fact has been proven as FICTION. Please see the comments and draw conclusions on your own research.

My Personal Collections

Some people like to real novels or magazines but I hate reading! hahahah It's bored and makes me sleepy! uuhuhuh
But I never feel bored on reading 'one' thing. That is football magazine. hahaha Football Fanatic..that's me!

My first football magazine was given to me by my eldest brother. Once again..he's the man behind my crazy of football! hahaha Talking about personal collections...I've collected all the 'special edition' football magazines of big tournamnets or cups like EURO and FIFA World Cup. Starting from 1998 FIFA World Cup in France..until 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and EURO 2000 until EURO 2008,I've collected about 9 or 10 magazines of 6 tournaments.

Normally, each magazine cost me about RM10-RM15. Since there are some from overseas publishers, that's why its price is not cheap as Arena Bola Sepak or Wisel! for our local magazines. But..spending RM15 for every 2 years,I think it is worth.. Because sometimes..I ask my eldest brother that stays in Kl to buy me the magazines...hahahah That's the advantage to be the youngest in family! Hahahaha I hope I'll continue my hobby to collect the magazines and all the posters of my favourite teams and players..hahaha

Assalammualaikum and hello everyone…

Nikola Tesla (Serbian scientist) the greatest genius since Leonardo da Vinci. Few people even know that man who invented the 20th century even existed. His ideas and inventions were credited by others. Nikola invented X-rays (credited to Roentgen), radio (credited to Marconi), the microwave oven, speedometer, automobile ignition system, basics behind radar, fluorescent bulb, electron microscope, neon lights and on top of all Tesla designed the first hydro-electric power plant in Niagara Falls (invented alternating currents). Tesla had biggest competitor Thomas Edison, who did everything to prove Tesla wrong and to erase him from history books. Tesla\'s ideas were so extreme that scientist community thought he was lunatic. He believed that both voice and image could be transmitted through the air (in the late 1800\'s), which of course was true since we have wireless Internet today.

What I want to share in this entry is a fact about a mosquito. Did you know sir that only female mosquitoes bites humans and drinks their blood? Male mosquitoes are much bigger than females, but they are harmless to the humans. Female mosquito uses blood to produce eggs since certain proteins are needed for reproduction. Actually mosquitoes are principally nectar feeders except of course for the females. However, mosquito family Toxorhynchites never drinks blood.

Good day, sir…
Today, for my blog I want to share a sweet story I’ve read before about a king.
In ancient times, a king had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the king for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the big stone out of the way. Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. On approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. As the peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the king indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The peasant learned what many others never understand. Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve one's condition.
In our real life, we may not see the tiny matter that come across our path in heading to our dream. We keep on ignore it such it was a small tiny things that is normal in our path. As time passing by, these tiny matter will grow bigger, bigger, and bigger. At the end, we realized that there was a big, huge rock in our path. Why? This is because our ignorance would let these small manner will keep on appearing along our path. These could be a huge rock one day when we are very close to our dream. So, in everything we are dealing with, deal it with the accurate response. Therefore, we can learn something and at the end we deserved the price of our hard work through our path.

This time, for my blogging entry I would like to share my thought about living everyday special. Life come once and would not come twice. It would not return once again. So, whatever we have done would not come back. There was a story about a woman who reserved her best dress for the special day. But, at the end she didn’t make it. She passed away at the time when she not yet wears it. So, I think that, while living the world, we must live like our last day and make everything is special. Spend times with the most important things such as family, friends, and activities that we ever dream of and worth to live today. So, dream as we live forever, and live as today is the last day.

I just felt happy just now because I thought that I’m going to see my friend come to my room and share some story about themselves for don’t have the whole week together. Instead, they didn’t come and there is me still waiting and hoping them to come. At the end, I found that I’m just hoping and doing nothing. They would not come until I take an action to call them. Then, I learnt something. If I didn’t make any action in my dream and still hoping, I might not make it at the end. For, that I must do something and think of make it worth for at the end. So, successful doesn’t start with zero effort and ends with smiles and satisfies.

They have their own personalities that make them seem to be special to me. Bee Chin is the electrical engineering girl that always is the curious one. She always asks about anything that happens in our room. At first it was a weird thing to me since she asks every single thing I did. But, at last its feel like she wants to care about you. Next, Poh Xuan, also the electrical engineering student who is a simple girl thought the active one in the room. She is quite but still have many friends. She is cute and the matured one among us. Lastly, Jaqueline, the Industrial Technology management student. She is a girl that has her own style. She is beautiful in her own way, and that makes her an adorable girl among her classmates. All of us, like to share what we have. Therefore, I think that we could make the best roommates.

Today, I want to talk about my dream. At the age of three, I’ve started to have a big dream to be a doctor. In everything I do, I was practicing the doctor’s job in me. For example, I love to give my little brother medicine to eat even thought he is so fine. Until I turn 13 years old, I entered the science-streamed school. I was so confident that I could make it one day, until the day I got the offer to take my first degree in Chemical Engineering in University Malaysia Pahang. Then, I was thinking, how am I going to do it? I have no interest in Physics. Since at school, I do not love it. Now, I am studying engineering in this university, not because I have to but I want to learn something about the things that I really hate the other day and found it very interesting even I have to really fight to get it. At last, I was into this course that I have the spirit to go on with it. Well for me, maybe I just could plan to be a doctor but God do know what is the best for me. Thanks, God.

At 2007 when I was waiting for the SPM’s result I was staying at home. My dad was told that his father was sick. So, they went to Kota Kinabalu to check him up. They returned back and my grandfather was suspended at local hospital. Since my grandfather was sick my whole big family has to take our part. Everyday we got the shift to take care of our beloved grandfather. Few weeks after that, my beloved grandfather passed away, left my grandmother alone. It was the happiest day for the bride and the groom since they dressed in such a wonderful suit and weeding gown yet have a bunch of fairies lining before them. Now, I didn’t it was that easy to see. Of course it is beautiful moment for the bride and the groom, but it makes them really think hard to make that wonderful decision. I am asking myself would I make it one day. Wedding is not that easy for me for it have marriage life after it. Marriage life decided with whole commitment of a man and a woman naturally, to have their life in each other’s life with love they share to make it worth. I do think how a happy couple could make a happy marriage. Well, for me it is depend on them to decide but these days, it seems like everyone try to avoid marriage and try to feel the marriage life with their boyfriend or girlfriend. Well, I try my best to appreciate the beauty of marriage.

I woke up early because I have as small plan to do with my beloved cousin, shopping! Haha… We spent the whole day to go window shopping. At the end, we brought only an ice cream that was finished before we got home. My aunt asked what we have bought for her and found that we were buying nothing except food to eat. Well, it such a good time to share with your beloved friends or partner that you could spend a long time together just to window shopping. Maybe, I should do it again for my next free time since it was energy wasting and money saving activity.

TV Tuner

Hmmm TV Tuner..all know that students that staying in UMP got a limited time or access to watch the TV. Sometimes they missed their favourite TV programmes or movies..telenovelas..sinetrons..and so on. Normally, tudents will hang up at cafeteria or Tv room to watch the TV. Or sometimes they just browse the internet to watch their past TV programme..but once again, they have to wait until next day to watch the episodes of the tv programme.

But to me..I can watch the TV whenever I want. I don't bring tv to UMP or in my room, but I have the TV tuner that can be watching on my laptop. Is that great??? hahaha The Tv tuner's size is smaller than my cell phones. With its USB,I just connect it to my laptop. But I still need the antenna wire.. I bought it about RM17 for 20 metres long and just connect it at the TV port that provided in every study room in our hostel.

Then,I can watch my TV for 24 hours as long as there are broadcasting. But normally,I just watching my TV at night after praying at the mosque and buy y dinner at cafe. Eating my dinner while watching the news...that's my daily routine at nights. Then I'll turned off my TV tuner. But in certain days, like on Thursdays of every weekend,I'll spend more times to watch the TV. Especially for my favourite TV programme like 'Te Retro of Mcgyver',999 and the sports news.

But own the Tv tuner sometimes gives me some troubles like wasting lots of my times, or sometimes too dawdling in other works. But I still make my Tv for relaxing my minds after studying or tension...hahahha LOVE & ENJOY my TV so much!!

I like to share about Lolita fashion in Japan. Lolita has made this into a unique fashion by adding gothic and original design elements to the look. From this, Lolita fashion has evolved into several different sub styles and has created a devoted subculture in Japan. The Lolita look consists primarily of a knee length skirt or dress, headdress, blouse, petticoat, knee high socks or stockings and rocking horse or high heel/platform shoes. Isn’t it looking cute? In Malaysia, Lolita fashion is not very popular but it still have Malaysian Lolita club.

The game has been expanded into a series since its original release, which currently includes Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike: Anthology and Counter-Strike on Xbox. Counter-Strike pits a team of counter-terrorists against a team of terrorists in a series of rounds. Each round is won by either completing the mission objective or eliminating the opposing force.

I am playing the game Counter- Strike: Condition Zero. I enjoyed play this game. Sometime, when I feel bad of something, I will play this game and release my tension.

White gold is an alloy of gold and at least one white metal, usually nickel or palladium. Like yellow gold, the purity of white gold is given in carats. White gold's properties vary depending on the metals and proportions used. As a result, white gold alloys can be used for different purposes; while a nickel alloy is hard and strong, and therefore good for rings and pins, gold-palladium alloys are soft, pliable and good for white gold gemstone settings, sometimes with other metals like copper, silver, and platinum for weight and durability, although this often requires specialized goldsmiths.

For me, white gold is more interested than pure gold.

Friends sometimes couldn’t be seen as they make you sick of them but they love you in their own way. People just so normal to have that feeling to be taken care of more than mother could do, supported more than a father could, loved more than a lover could do and definitely to be the special one to a person that nothing more than a best friend could only do. To appreciate friend, sometimes they didn’t ask to but we have to thanked them in our own way to make them feel worth of you. Some friends are truly friends and some just be there when you are happy and wealth. After everything was gone there will left only our best friend. Therefore, we should show some of our appreciation and thanks for them not only on the friendship day but everyday that you ever live with her or him.

Good day, sir…
Today, I want to share something funny that I’ve received form my friend.

21 things that a girl doesn’t realize.
1) Guys may be flirting around all day, but before they go to sleep, they always think about the girl they truly care about....
2) Guys are more emotional than you think, if they loved you at one point, it'll take them a lot longer then you think to let you go, and it hurts every second that they try.
3) Guys go crazy over a girl's smile. (:
4) A guy who likes you wants to be the only guy you talk to.
5) Giving a guy a hanging message like "You know what?..uh...nevermind.." would make him jump to a conclusion that is far from what you are thinking. And he'll assume he did something wrong and he'll obsess about it trying to figure it out.
6) If a guy tells you about his problems, he just needs someone to listen to him. You don't need to give advice.
7) A usual act that proves that the guy likes you is when he teases you.
8) GUYS LOVE YOU MORE THEN YOU LOVE THEM!!!
9) Guys use words like hot or cute to describe girls. They rarely use beautiful or gorgeous. If a guy uses that, he loves you or likes you a whole heck of a lot.
10) If the guy does something stupid in front of the girl, he will think about it for the next couple days or until the next time he spends time with the girl.
11) If a guy looks unusually calm and lay back, he's probably faking it and he is really thinking about something.
12) When a guy says he is going crazy about the girl, he really is
Guys rarely say that.
13) When a guy asks you to leave him alone, he's just actually saying, "Please come and listen to me".
14) If a guy starts to talk seriously, listen to him. It doesn't happen that often, so when it does, you know something's up.
15) When a guy looks at you for longer than a second, he's definitely thinking
something.
16) Guys really think that girls are strange and have unpredictable decisions and are MAD confusing but somehow are drawn even more to them.
17) A guy would give the world to be able to read a girl's mind for a day.
18) No guy can handle all his problems on his own.
He's just too stubborn to admit it.
19) NOT ALL GUYS ARE RUDE!!!
Just because ONE is RUDE doesn’t mean he represents ALL of them.
20) WHEN A GUY SACRIFICES HIS SLEEP AND HEALTH JUST TO TALK TO YOU, HE REALLY LIKES YOU AND WANTS TO BE WITH YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
21)Even if you dump a guy months ago and he loved you he probably still does and if he had one wish it would be you to come back into his life.

At the end, I still wondering, would everything that he said true? Or it is just valid for him.

Today, I was thinking how am I going to end my day. Am I going to end it with a lot of regrets or a lot of happiness? Everyone must have chosen the second one, but in fact they didn’t make it. Not because they don’t want to but, it’s all about attitude. In living the world we should keep doing thing based on our own attitude to determine our achievement in our aim. I myself have many dreams like I’m living forever. But, all of it would not become true if I don’t have the right attitude to lean on. I was wondering how attitude can be a routine. Some said we should do a thing more than 44 times, 50 times, or even 100 times, and only then, it will become an attitude. I made a conclusion, as long as we want to make an attitude to be a routine, just live it as it is a routine until one day you find it was not an attitude to have but a routine that we have. Therefore, attitude is everything.

Today, I want to share a story of a friend about say a prayer.
“I was taking my usual morning walk when a garbage truck pulled up beside me. I thought the driver was going to ask for directions. Instead, he showed me a picture of a cute little five-year-old boy.
"This is my grandson, Jeremiah," he said. "He's on a life-support system at a Phoenix hospital."
Thinking he would next ask for a contribution to his hospital bills, I reached for my wallet. But he wanted something more than money.
He said, "I'm asking everybody I can to say a prayer for him. Would you say one for him, please?"
I did. And my problems didn't seem like much that day. “
When I finished this story, I made a thought that money can do nothing much in this world. But, prayer can do anything we want to.

Good day, sir…
The other day, I was reading this article;
“One night, at 11:30 pm, an older African-American woman was standing on the side of a Alabama highway trying to endure a lashing rain storm. Her car had broken down and she desperately needed a ride. Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car. A young white man stopped to help her-generally unheard of in those conflict-filled 1960s. The man took her to safety, helped her get assistance and put her into a taxi cab. She seemed to be in a big hurry! She wrote down his address, thanked him and drove away. Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, giant combination console color TV and stereo record players were delivered to his home. A special note was attached. The note read:
Dear Mr. James: Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway the other night. The rain drenched not only my clothes but my spirits. Then you came along. Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying husband's bedside just before he passed away. God bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving others.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Nat King Cole. “
As I finished this short story titled with,’Pickup in the rain’, I was thinking, is there a good person like Mr. James out there? I wonder if one day the whole world would share the same value that he has, it would be the safest place in the universe to live shoulder by shoulder with each other. Its such a wonderful place for all.

Compare to Bangkok in Thailand, Malaysia is a more peaceful place. But, street demonstration is still exist here.

From my view of point, everyone will know that having street demonstration is being an annoyance to the publics and cause lots of problems. But this is one of the ways for the citizen to express their dissatiffied to the government. In our community nowaday, not everythings can be solve by using proper way. For example, if the government make some changes on political policy and give rise to extremely dissatify from citizen, do you think it's useful to make complain throught political party? Only through this way the government will regard the problem and therefore solve it using better way.

So, the street demonstration, sometime is necessary to be exist in Malaysia, for the citizen to express their feeling, for the better government for citizen.

The major sins are those acts which have been forbidden by Allah in the Quran and by His Messenger (SAW) in the Sunnah (practise of the Prophet), and which have been made clear by the actions of of the first righteous generation of Muslims, the Companions of the Prophet (SAW).
Allah Most High says in His Glorious Book:
If you avoid the major (part) of what you have been forbidden (to do), We will cancel out for you your (other) evil deeds and will admit you (to Paradise) with a noble entry. (al-Nisa 4:31)
Thus by this verse, Allah Most High has guaranteed the Garden of Paradise to those who avoid the major sins. And Allah Most High also says:
Those who avoid the greatest of sins and indecencies, and forgive when they are angry (al-Shra 42:37) Those who avoid the greatest sins and indecencies, except for oversights, (will find that) surely your Lord is ample in forgiveness. (Al-Najm 53:32)
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The five [daily] prayers, Friday to Friday, and Ramadan to Ramadan make atonement for what has happenned since the previous one when major sins have been avoided." It is therefore very important to determine exactly what the greatest vices, technically called "the major sins" (Kaba'ir), are, in order that Muslims should avoid them.

DREAM..

Dreams are a series of images, sounds and feelings occurring in the mind during sleep, accompanied with rapid eye movement. Dreams typically last in the range of 5 to 45 minutes. The contents and biological purposes of dreams are not fully understood, though they have been a topic of speculation and interest throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is known as oneirology.

Today, when we go shopping or buying something, usually we will receive a receipt. Fact about receipt:

A receipt is a written acknowledgement that a specified article or sum of money has been received as an exchange for goods or services. The receipt acts as the title to the property obtained in the exchange. Organizing receipts and similar financial documents is a multi-million dollar industry in the United States. Consumers can use desktop and online software to organize electronic receipts; sometimes, receipts are sent digitally from point of sale devices to consumers.

Good day, sir…
Today, I want to share a thought of mine about making a decision. I always make a promise without thinking. Lately, a best buddy of mine told me that I mustn’t have that wrong attitude with me in dealing with many people. I was wondering how am I going to bring such an effect to people on that attitude. At last, I learn something from him that making a decision perfect must come from our great willing and our abilities in making the best as we promised. As I was advised, I tried my best to promise people not because I want them to be happy but to give my best according to my abilities to able to fulfill what they want me to do. Anyway, any decision made by me was the best thought that I ever have that recent time. Thanks, buddy.

Want to maintain a healthy heart? Keep track of these six health measurements that can warn you of trouble ahead. Daily calorie needs; all adults should be aware of how much food they need to eat each day for optimal health, energy and weight. You can work out by multiplying your weight in kilograms by 28 to 33 depending on how active you are. Waist size; an even more accurate calculation is your waist-to-hip ratio (measured by dividing your waist circumference at its narrowest point by your hip circumference at its widest point). Cholesterol counts; when you see your doctor for blood test results, the lab report may have itemized these two types and perhaps also given a ratio of your total cholesterol to HDL (TC:HDL). If so, ask for the readings for both forms of cholesterol and the ratio figure and jot them in your diary. Blood pressure; Have your doctor check your blood pressure at every visit and ask him how often it should be measured. Regular blood pressure checks will help spot a potential problem early. You can also buy a home blood pressure monitor.
(These measurements can tell where you stand in your battle against the heart’s attackers. At least this article gives some advantages for those who thought that they will never and ever get health trouble. We can maintain our health and live longer)

Biscuit is a small baked product, the exact meaning varies markedly in different parts of the world. The origin of the word "biscuit" is from Latin via Middle French and means "cooked twice", hence biscotti in Medieval Italian (similar to the German Zwieback). In modern Italian usage the term biscotti is used to refer to any type of cookie or cracker. Some of the original biscuits were British naval hard tack. That was passed down to American culture, and hard tack (biscuits) was made through the 19th century. Throughout most of the world, the term biscuit relates to a hard, crisp, brittle, baked food, except in the USA and Canada, where it relates to a soft bread product that is only once baked.

I like to eat biscuit...yummy..

So I spend some time completing this blogging…
This morning my friends and I played basketball…
It was a good game for me…
I shot some triple points for my team and we won it… (“,)
But I didn’t play the whole game because I cannot resist playing on end ….
It’s been two years actually since I almost haven’t played any games so my stamina is so low….hahaha..
Then, we played badminton at 2.00 to 3.00 pm somewhere at Semambu area if I’m not mistaken…
In the afternoon we went to Swiss Garden for swimming….
We had an enjoyable time there….
We played water polo…not really water polo actually because we used different ball and goals(chairs)
I got my legs cramped twice…once on my left calf and once on my right thigh…
It was hurtful; fortunately it was not that bad so I didn’t feel too much pain…
Also, some scratches on my elbow resulted from clashes with the cement by the pool….
But above all, I have a lot of fun the whole day…

Want to know who are the richest people on earth?

Five Richest People Today
We actually had to modify this fact due to recent changes in the billionaire world. Thirteen years our buddy Bill Gates from Winblows was the richest man in the world. However, as of 2008 the top five richest people are: 1. Warren Buffett (Stocks and investments), 2.Carlos Slim Helu (Mexican telecom mogul), 3. William Gates III (Windows and more), 4. Lakshmi Mittal (World's largest steelmaker - India), 5. Mukesh Ambani (Petrochemicals giant Reliance Industries - India). We will try to update this list as soon as rich get richer.

One rotation takes a full hour, but apartment owner can set rotation speed through apartment control panel. Facades are made of three different types of glass which give wonderful effects when building spins during the sunset. Cost of each apartment is $US 300,000.00.

China, the new emerging power has been the oldest continuous civilization on Earth, for the last 4000 years. Chinese flag is red which represents the blood spilled during the communist revolution. On the flag there is one large star, representing leadership, and four small stars which represent four social classes: capitalists, bourgeoisie, workers and peasants all united under one Communist Party. Some of the China’s inventions: gunpowder, paper, printing, compass, porcelain, first paper currency, animal zodiac, cast iron, chopsticks, crossbow, toilet paper, collapsible umbrella, fork and many other cool inventions. Interesting fact about China is that in last three years growth of China’s economy was around 10% per year making China the country with largest world economy. The funny fact is that China was in dispute with WTO (World Trade Organization) because of the extremely low taxes on their exports. However, United States was in the dispute with WTO because of the high taxes on U.S. imports. "We are committed to challenging China's WTO-inconsistent practices that harm American workers and businesses," said U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab.

That’s all for now…

What’s about 2012??

2012 is expected to be year of great positive change. It is not the end of the world! Back in 1899 something was identified called Schumann Cavity Resonance. It is the heart beat or frequency of the Earth. Since its discovery till 1986 this heart beat frequency was constant 7.8 Hertz per second. From 1986 it started to raise dramatically and in 1998 it was reported to be 10 hertz per second. On other hand magnetic of the earth are dropping dramatically and it is expected they will reach zero point in 2012. Maya calendar and other calendars end in 2012, but it is not the end of the world just beginning of the new one since every 26000 years Earth goes through grand cycle of evolution.

Really??

Good day to everyone.
The second step to successful interview:
2) The First Meeting. Meeting your interviewers for the first time is going to leave your host with a very strong and immediate feeling about you. From the very first glance and handshake, your interviewer will be "sizing you up". Keep in mind that even though they are professionals as well, they may also be feeling a bit of nervousness and anxiety -- it's natural for humans. Put them at ease! Take it upon yourself to make THEM feel comfortable. The most important thing you can do during this first contact is to offer a big, warm, sincere smile, and let them know that you are relaxed and excited to meet such interesting people.

Good day.
Here comes the third step to successful interview:
3) Introductions. Of course, address them formally with title and last name (family name) when you first meet. They will probably invite you to call them by their first name. If they do, then do it. Make sure you drop the Mr., Ms., or Mrs. from the first name. Offer an easy to remember nickname for them to call you. This is the key! If you don't have a familiar sounding name, or they can't pronounce it, then how can they easily remember you? Give them something easy to remember.

When completed, Dynamic Architecture's flagship tower will stand 68 stories (1,027 feet) tall, and contain offices, apartments, a "6-star" hotel, a 64th-floor heliport, and five premium "villas" on the top floor (the priciest of which will contain a swimming pool and garden).

Electricity vs Water
I only to make a comparison before and nowadays. Before, such as 70th century the electricity is not too important if we compare with water. Without water, we can’t do anything like cooking, washing, drinking and so on. But nowadays, both of them are very important because of our technology. We need a voltage supply to do our routine especially at night. Charging hand phone, laptop and even washing clothes also use both of them if we use washing machine. There is a different uses for many years ago and nowadays.

[17th ENTRY ; norhidaya summah]

Bonjour...

This is the 10 most dangerous animals that you must beware of.
No 10: The bear
Forget gentle Ben - when a bear rears on its hind legs you know you're in trouble. Although bears have a fearsome reputation, you are statistically more likely to survive a bear attack than to perish, but that's small consolation to those who are faced with a bristling bear. With five attacks in Canada in 2005 alone, it seems that they're on the increase due to human destruction of, and encroachment on, bears' natural habitat.
No 9: The shark
Sharks have a terrible reputation thanks to films such as Jaws and Deep Blue Sea, but it's one not entirely without cause. It seems that although great whites are often blamed for unprovoked attacks on humans, it is more likely to be down to those snappy bull sharks, who are very aggressive. Out of 360 species, only four are known killers: tiger, great white, oceanic whitetip and bull sharks. However, as we've seen with bears, although there are a high number of shark attacks, actual fatalities are fairly low.
No 8: Jellyfish
The sting-masters of the sea, Jellyfish are usually passive drifters who use their tentacles to dredge up small prey. However, anyone who becomes entangled with a jellyfish will experience degrees of pain from a nasty nip to excruciating pain, depending on the species. The box jellyfish is one of the most venomous marine creatures in the world; a sting can kill a man within minutes and most fatalities occur following a brush with a toxic jelly like this.
No 7: The hippopotamus
At first glance, these wallowing river-horses appear to be bulky, lazy beasts and not the fearsome predators you would expect to have a habit of mauling humans. However, with gaping mouths that can open four feet wide and swinging sledgehammer heads, as well as the fact that they can outrun us on land, these highly aggressive animals have plenty of scope for destruction and are considered one of the most dangerous of African animals.
No 6: The elephant
Despite their friendly and approachable image thanks to zoo feeding times, these herbivores kill an alarming amount of people every year. Elephants are unpredictable creatures, and have been known to kill zookeepers who have been with them for as long as 15 years. It is recorded that even the tamest of elephants can attack without warning, though it is thought that most elephants do not realise the harm they do with almost no effort.
No 5: The crocodile
Crocodiles are dreaded prehistoric creatures capable of wreaking a terrible punishment on puny human flesh. North American, Estuarine and Nile crocodiles are the most dangerous and probably kill more people yearly than figures show due to the isolated areas where attacks are likely to take place and distance from help. One meal will keep a crocodile sated for a good while, so they like to wait in the water for the perfect time to strike.
No 4: Big cats
These big cats certainly mean business. With destruction of their natural habitat and a decline in prey species, particularly concerning the tiger and North American mountain lion or cougar, attacks on humans are increasing. The African lion is the biggest and most feared of big cats, but holidaymakers on safari are 100 per cent safe viewing from a vehicle, unless they decide to take a closer look and step down. Mountain lions are found in many national parks and are responsible for six attacks a year in the US and Canada.
No 3: The scorpion
Highly deadly and twice as ugly, the scorpion is a nasty critter that is probably responsible for more deaths per year than recorded, due to the isolated places they hang out and probable lack of access to antivenin. However, out of an estimated 1,500 species of scorpion worldwide, only around 25 are regarded dangerous.
No 2: The venomous snake
Though there are more than 2,000 species of snake, 450 of which are venomous, only 250 are capable of killing a man. That's little consolation to the thousands who meet a nasty death due to snake bites each year - it's usually members of local populations who bear the brunt as they live and work where snakes inhabit and usually wear no protective gear.
No 1: The mosquito
Yes, the humble mosquito. What we Brits regard as an annoying pest is actually the most dangerous creature on the planet, thanks to its ability to spread disease with alarming efficiency. Best known for spreading deadly malaria, mossies also spread elephantiasis, yellow fever, dengue fever and West Nile virus, which was recently introduced to the US and is now prevalent in all states.

Ohayo gozaimasu...
What I want to share in this entry is something that related to my background. It is all about my race, Bugis. Bugis of Sabah, are a Bugis tribe residing in Sabah, mainly on the east coast and particularly around the districts of Tawau, Semporna, Kunak and Lahad Datu. The expansion of the Bugis influence to Sabah began in the 16th century when members of the tribe migrated from Sulawesi to Java, Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo. However, only in 1840 did some move to Tawau, where they settled at Ranggu, which was founded by the chief village K.K. Salim's grandmother of Sungai Imam village, Bombalai. The settlers were traders, and later others came as workers on plantations established by the British. Later, Petta Senong, who was a member of the Bone royalty, resided in the same village. He was sent by the Sulu government to stop the piracy around the Sulu Sea. The Bugis continued to explore new places to develop Tawau town; among the Bugis settlers were Puang Ado, Daeng Mappata, Wak Neke, Wak Gempe and Haji Osman.
Looking at this tribe's social aspects, because of their close connection with royalty they place strong emphasis on an individual's status as well as family relationships. The Bugis prefer to marry close relatives and they are strongly against divorce because they believe it can destroy family relationships and it is not really encouraged by their religion, Islam.
The Bugis people use their own dialect known as Basa Ugi as well as their own script, called aksara Ugi, which has existed since the 12th century, during the expansion of the Hinduism in the Indonesian islands.
Nice to know.

Goats can climb trees! In Morocco goats climb Argan trees to consume delicious berries which are similar to the olives. Local farmers follow these goats because fruit of the Argan tree has the nut inside which is used to make delicious cooking oil. Interesting fact (besides the climbing goats) is that Morocco goats spit or excrete these nuts, which then farmers use to make the Argan oil. However, Argan trees are close to extinction because of the tree wood harvesting. Some organizations are trying to promote Argan oil to became marketing success in order to preserve these weird trees. We all hope that these goats will continue their climbing adventures!

I wish I can witness it here in Malaysia.

There are more than 5000 ladybird species. Ladybirds usually eat plant lice. However, Asian species when introduced to the Europe attacked European ladybirds. Dots on the ladybirds have nothing to do with the years of living. Some ladybirds have up to 22 dots on the back. Average lifespan of these cute bugs is three years. Some people believe that ladybirds can predict the weather. If they fell off your hand it would rain, if they flew away it would be fine.

Mantis Facts…

An interesting fact regarding this insect is that, while they are mating, the female praying mantis eats the males head. No one knows for sure why, but it could be that protein from male body helps the eggs develop. Praying mantis have excellent eye sight and they can see up to 18 meters (60 feet) away.

So, who wants to be a mantis?

Did you know that the average chocolate bar in the U.S. contains at least 8 pieces of an insect in it? Harvesting of the cacao beans occurs in the tropical countries of South America with low sanitation levels. Cacao tree beans are cut and piled in the farmer's field where they ferment for 6 days. During this process, children and adults walk over the piles; insects, rodents, small animals and other living things that make their nests in the piles. Actually the The U. S. Department of Health publishes a book entitled "The Food Defect Action Levels" in which they list unavoidable defects in food (insect, rodents etc.) all allowed by FDA.

Today, I have learned two articles about Milton Hershey and Forrest S. Mars, the businessman that have succeeded in their business. In these articles, I have learned something. For example, we must have a strong dream to able to achieve it and make it come true. In this article I know that if we want to get something, we must try and try again to get it. If we cant achieve what we dream, we must learn from the mistake because succeed with the effort is better than succeed from the others failure.

In the technical writing class today, we had learn something about Albert Einstein.

〖E=mc〗^2

The equation is derive from the brilliant person.
Includes both the kinetic energy and rest mass energy for a particle. From the equation, m is mass and c is the speed of light.
The relativistic energy expression E = mc^2 is a statement about the energy an object contains as a result of its mass and is not to be construed as an exception to the principle of conservation of energy. Energy can exist in many forms, and mass energy can be considered to be one of those forms.
If the particle is at rest, then the energy is expressed.

Yesterday

We had sang The Beatles song in technical writing class today. The song title is Yesterday.

Actually I already know this group before the class. I had listened to their songs e.g. Hey Jude , I Want to Hold Your Hand and etc etc.

Before that I only know that it is a band from England and John Lennon is one of the members for the band. But after i do some research today, I know the other members name and some information for this band.

The Beatles primarily consisted of John Lennon,Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. It is a famous group between 1960-1970.Based on the information i get, i also know some details about the number of selling of their album and it is still very famous now.

For the one that like to listen oldies, The Beatles is definitely not a new word for them although there are a few famous singers o bands e.g. The Carpenters.
Erm..Actually i m one of the oldies listener. That’s why i got some 'basic' for the oldies bands. haha. I think it is enough for my blog today. What I can say is, it is a nice and enjoyable class and the song is nice

I want to share with you about why i love my mom. I like to share this topic because Im really miss my mom just now =(..

So, why do I love my mom?

1. She was God's gift to me. From her, I learned everything that I needed to learn in order to survive in this challenging world.

2. She taught me the real meaning of love (outside of emotions) and forgiveness and patience.

3. She was a mother who took care of all our needs.

4. She was a friend who took time to listen whether I had a happy story to tell or otherwise.

5. She was my teacher : teaching me the what's and what's not of this world

I can only thank God for my mom because without her, I would not have been brought into this challenging world and enjoy the life I am enjoying now.
I am grateful for every minute I have spent with her. I realized that as she watched me grow, her BEST YEARS SLIPPED AWAY. It was out of pure love and selflessness and sacrifice. I love you mama. You are the best.. =)

ASSALAMUALAIKUM…(^_^)

Hurm... recently, my grandmother has been hospitalised due to the high sugar intake in his daily meals.

This article I've read is not from that chocolate company but from one of the blogger's blog.

Other substances in chocolate, such as theobromine and phenyl ethylamine, are known to have a stimulant effect. Caffeine however is not found in large amounts.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM W.B.T

I hope all of you to have a good day..
Well...hello everyone~
A mind controls everything. We can be happy even if we are not, we can pretend to like someone even if we are not, and we can pretend we know something even if we are not.
Don't forget, minds also can control a moving object but you must concentrate hundred percents on it and you know, it took a really lot of effort to do it.
Actually I'm here to write about a thing that we all love the most which is the "Public Speaking".

So, if we have the needed confidence and always be prepared, we all can ensure that our jobs will get better and better.

Just remember, if you want to be known, expose yourself! =)

ASSALAMUALAIKUM W.B.T

I've just read an article regarding the women standard in today's world.
Women used to be the object of torture back then. From the Encyclopedia Britannica, in India, subjection was a cardinal principle. Day and night must women be held by their protectors in a state of dependence says Manu. The rule of inheritance was agnatic, that is descent traced through males to the exclusion of females.

In Athens, women were always minors, subject to some male - to their father, to their brother, or to some of their male kin. Her consent in marriage was not generally thought to be necessary and she was obliged to submit to the wishes of her parents, and receive from them her husband and her lord, even though he were stranger to her.A Roman wife was described by an historian as, a babe, a minor, a ward, a person incapable of doing or acting anything according to her own individual taste, a person continually under the tutelage and guardianship of her husband.

Good safety practices can prevent problems such as vandalism and burglary, even personal harm. Hopefully you’ll refer to this guide periodically to add protection to your home.
That's all. Thank you.

THYROID CANCER
I like to share something fact about thyroid cancer. For your information, cancer is the second major deadly diseases after heart disease. My mom also is the one of the person have the thyroid cancer disease. This is a little knowledge about the thyroid cancer.

Anything that increases your risk of getting a disease is called a risk factor. Having a risk factor does not mean that the will get cancer; not having risk factors doesn’t mean that you will not get cancer.

Many of people think of chronic disease as unfortunate, but inevitable result of old age. We now know that ‘old’ does not equal ‘sick’. Balanced nutrition, Physical activity and heathy lifestyle give us an excellent change of avoidingdegenerative diseases.

HoW tO mAkE caKE iN a Mug

When your sweet cravings kick in but you don't have time to bake something tasty and warm, here's an excellent recipe to make a simple, quick and easy chocolate cake.
Recipe - Chocolate Cake

* 4 Tbsp. cake flour

- if you don't have cake flour, sift 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour and 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- other kinds of flour will work as well, but the cake will be heavier

* 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
* 2 Tbsp. cocoa
* 1 egg
* 3 Tbsp. milk (any kind)
* 3 Tbsp. oil (any kind but peanut)

It is amazing because before this I thought the mug will low of in the oven coz of the heat.

....so, let's try it yourself!!

What do you think about love… Love is hard to present in word, right.? I have read an article about love today. This is the meaning of love..
Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my girlfriend"). This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.
As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

Hi sir..

SMILEEEE ALWAYS… =)

I’ll tell you the basic meaning of smile…

A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing those muscles most notably near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes. Among humans, it is customarily an expression denoting pleasure, happiness, or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is used as a means of communicating emotions throughout the world. Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile. Among animals, the exposure of teeth, which may bear a resemblance to a smile, is often used as a threat or warning display - known as a snarl - or a sign of submission. In chimpanzees, it can also be a sign of fear. The study of smiles is a part of gelotology, psychology, and linguistics, comprising various theories of affect, humor, and laughter.

>>>>> Smile… because smile can make you and people around you happy…

Hi to all of you..

This time I would like share with you all a little bit information about acne. As we all know, everyone desire to have a smooth complexion which is radiant and most of all- free from acne. Acne is actually not only grew on the face but exist on the body also.

People who have a bad acne case normally opt for the laser treatment. The question is, Is laser treatment right for you?
I've read an article that explains how really laser treatment works is.

With laser acne treatment it is possible to diminish both the acne and the scarring that stanch from it.
Treatment with lasers is a non-invasive type of surgery, and in some cases remarkable improvement can be seen after just a few sessions.

For many acne sufferers, laser acne surgery is a quick, efficient, and effortless way to deal with acne and associated scarring, and can reduce both the discomfort and embarrassment that often accompanies this skin condition.

Most people see a progress after the first treatment, still three to four once a month sessions are required to complete the treatment. Side effects are mild, with the most severe being swelling of the treated area. Since the treatments are gentle and quick, some patients even schedule them during lunch hours and breaks. There is no recovery time and very little discomfort. Many patients also experience some redness and irritation. If this is the first time you are going for any acne treatment then it is better to try out other topical or homemade acne treatments first. Skin specialists and dermatologists believe that among OTC acne treatments, products with benzoyl peroxide are the most effective acne treatment products, so you can try products with benzoyl peroxide, sulfur or resorcinol.

In conclusion, choose what the best for your skin is. Like I've said earlier, the quickest route may not be the best path.

Greetings to all...

I've just read news entitled, "Cops seize contraband cigarettes worth RM500, 000".
The news were read like this,

"MUAR: Police raided a semi-detached house with windows sealed with iron plates and armed with alarm sensors and seized more than RM500,000 worth of contraband cigarettes.

The house, located near Taman Lau Eng Teng, was empty during the raid by nine policemen from the Muar marine base at about 10pm on Friday.

Commanding officer Asst Supt Lajir Tahir said Saturday that although the house was surrounded by alarm sensors, no alarm was triggered when the door was broken.

The team, headed by Insp Mohd Naser Marzuke, found more than 1,800 cartons of contraband cigarettes, including those from China.

“We suspect the house is a distributing centre for smuggled cigarettes as there were stacks of empty boxes in the living room,” he told reporters Saturday.

ASP Lajis said the success was due to public tip-off and policemen staked the house for about one month before conducting the raid.

He said the cigarettes, including more than 500 cartons of Gudang Garam brand, were sent to the Customs Department."

This shows that, no matter how we hide our misdeed, we still will get caught or people will still figure out.
People always take the easiest path to get rich and normally that path is illegal and other people may suffer from it.

The moral is, we must choose the right path to succeed so that we won't regret it in the future. Instead, we will satisfy more because, all that effort we have been put through is legal and we'll get reward from it.

I LOVE KUALA LIPIS..
I’m born in Kuala Lipis. What special about Kuala Lipis.???
Kuala Lipis is a small town in Pahang, Malaysia with a population of 20,000. It is located in the district of Lipis. Kuala Lipis was a gold-mining center before the British arrived in 1887. In 1898 it became the capital of Pahang until 1953.

During this time, grand colonial buildings, such as the imposing District Offices and the Clifford School, and the Pahang Club were built. The hilltop house of the British Resident is now a hotel and museum.
The town grew and prospered with the coming of the railway in 1924. However, in 1953, the state capital was shifted to Kuantan, and Kuala Lipis fell into a decline. It is now a sleepy and picturesque town with reminders of a once important past.
Kuala Lipis you can go to Kenong Rimba Park, which is about 10 km away. It is a forest reserve, accessible by train or boat. It is a good place for trekking and caving.

How to get there??
From Kuala Lipis take a train or car to Kampong Batu Sembilan. From here you take a boat for 30 minutes journey to Tanjung Kiara Jetty. From here you either can walk (trekking) for about one and half hour to base camp or take a 4 wheel drive for only 20 minutes. Activities: There are several activities can be done at this park such as caveing, jungle trekking, night walking, hill climbing, birds and animals observation.
Notable Personalities:
• The current Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib Tun Razak was born in Kuala Lipis.

• Dato Panglima Seri Setia Faiz Akmal Amir Ruddin, very successful billionaire businessman.

• Malaysian pop diva Siti Nurhaliza was also born here. Her family still live in Kuala Lipis and the house she built for them became the talk of town as it was rumored to cost millions of ringgit. It has now become a tourist attraction. The town council even provided directions to the house on a signboard and made parking space for tour buses available near the house. Recently, her wedding reception for friends and fans here was made an official function for the whole town by the council.
